Abstract
The invention relates to a method for accurately installing a low-level toggle plate of a liquid cargo tank of a containment system, which comprises the following steps: step 1, drawing a low-level toggle plate positioning cross line on a low-level toggle plate mounting surface; step 2, placing a low-level toggle plate positioning template at the position of the cross line, wherein the low-level toggle plate positioning template comprises a square plate body, a right triangle template positioning opening is respectively arranged at the four edge centers of the square plate body, and straight edges of four template positioning openings of the low-level toggle plate positioning template are aligned with the cross line in a superposition manner; then drawing a contour line of the low-level toggle plate positioning opening on the low-level toggle plate mounting surface along the low-level toggle plate positioning opening; step 3, positioning three low-level toggle plates according to the contour lines of the positioning openings of the low-level toggle plates, and performing spot welding fixation on the low-level toggle plates; and 4, welding the lower toggle plate to finish welding. The installation method can ensure the consistent position relationship among three low-level toggle plates of each group, ensure the installation precision of subsequent upright posts and improve the construction quality of ships.

Background
The lower toggle plate is mainly positioned at the longitudinal angle position of the A/C surface of the No. 1 cargo tank of the No.96 LNG ship containment system, the GTT drawing has special requirements on the strength of the position because the No. 1 cargo tank is positioned at the bow of the ship, the lower toggle plate is a foundation for reinforcing the longitudinal angle, and the subsequent support columns are welded on the lower toggle plate, so that the accurate installation of the lower toggle plate is very important for the construction of the No.96 LNG ship.

And taking the column longitudinal position line 9 nearest to the central line R2 as a reference, shifting 1245.4mm along the column lower bracket positioning line to obtain a second column longitudinal position line 9, wherein the distance between two adjacent column longitudinal position lines is 1245.4mm, the second column longitudinal position line and the column lower bracket positioning line vertically intersect to obtain a second cross line, drawing the rest longitudinal position lines according to the method, and respectively vertically intersecting each column longitudinal position line 9 with the column lower bracket positioning line 10 to form the cross line.
