The floating body reinforcing external device provided by the invention is arranged on the periphery of the single pile foundation body 100 through the home fixing ring 200. Specifically, in some embodiments of the present invention, the slip-resistant ferrule 400 has a mounting face 400b and a locking face 400a that mates with the retaining ring 200, and the retaining ring 200 is lockable to the locking face 400a. The anti-slip yoke 400 is fixed to the mono-pile foundation body 100 by the mounting face 400b of the anti-slip yoke 400, and the fixing ring 200 is locked to the anti-slip yoke 400 by the locking face 400a.
The distance between the locking surface 400a and the installation surface 400b becomes gradually larger in the buoyancy direction of the pontoon 302, i.e., the locking surface 400a is a wedge-shaped surface, and the aperture of the fixing ring 200 is unchanged, so that the fixing ring 200 is gradually locked on the locking surface under the buoyancy.
The slip prevention ferrule 400 may be directly fixed to the outer circumference of the mono-pile foundation body 100, or may be indirectly fixed to the outer circumference of the mono-pile foundation body 100. The anti-slip collar 400 is fixed to the mono-pile foundation body 100 by bolts, or the anti-slip collar 400 is welded and fixed, and the mounting surface 400b of the anti-slip collar 400 is attached to the outer periphery of the mono-pile foundation body 100 regardless of the fixing method.
In some embodiments of the present invention, slip cap 400 includes a plurality of slip cap segments 401, where the plurality of slip cap segments 401 are joined end-to-end to form slip cap 400. The plurality of slip cuff segments 401 are connected by welding, or by bolts 403, or by other means.
In some embodiments of the invention, adjacent slip cuff sections 401 are connected by bolts 403; or springs 402 are provided between adjacent anti-slip cuff segments 401. Specifically, in the preferred scheme of the present invention, springs are disposed between the plurality of anti-slip hoop sections 401, and the caliber of the anti-slip hoop 400 can be enlarged by the springs, so that the anti-slip hoop can be conveniently and rapidly sleeved on the single pile foundation body 100, and the fixed ring 200 is gradually locked on the locking surface under the action of buoyancy force because the aperture of the fixed ring 200 is unchanged, and meanwhile, the distance between the adjacent anti-slip hoop sections 401 can be reduced, so that the anti-slip hoop 400 can be locked on the single pile foundation body 100.
The function of the diagonal brace 301 is to transmit the forces acting with the pontoon 302 to the retaining ring 200, the first end of the diagonal brace 301 being mounted removably or non-removably on the pontoon 302. Wherein, the detachable connection mode can be in bolt connection and buckle connection; the non-detachable connection may be a welded connection.
In some embodiments of the invention, the second end of the diagonal brace 301 is removably or non-removably mounted to the fixation ring 200. Wherein, the detachable connection mode can be in bolt connection and buckle connection; the non-detachable connection may be a welded connection.
The fixing ring 200 is used for connecting the inclined support 301, and the fixing ring 200 comprises a plurality of ring segments which are connected end to form the fixing ring 200.
The number of the floating body diagonal bracing assemblies 300 is plural, and may be two, three, four, five, etc.
The invention also discloses a single pile foundation, which comprises a single pile foundation body 100 and the floating body reinforcing external device of any one of the above, wherein the single pile foundation body 100 is positioned in a fixed cavity of the floating body reinforcing external device.
