Background
At present, the common heating modes in China comprise wall-mounted furnaces, full-house heating equipment of heat energy and other energy sources, and heating terminals such as electric heaters, small sun and the like.
The use habit of the actual region of combining china, the mode of current whole room heating should be adopted at northern house, and the characteristics of whole room heating can carry out long-time heat supply to the room every day, and the hot water that many families adopted the municipal supply carries out indoor heating moreover.
However, the increasing demand for local heating in the bathroom in the south is caused by the fact that the whole-house heating mode is not suitable for regional situations, the south is very wet and cold in winter, and the south has strong demand for bathing, so that the bathing experience is influenced by the cold environment of the bathroom, and a heating terminal needs to be additionally arranged in the bathroom in order to improve the bathing experience. When a heating terminal is additionally arranged in the bathroom, because some hot water equipment is arranged outside the bathroom, a complex connecting pipeline needs to be additionally arranged between the hot water equipment and the heating terminal, so that the heating terminal is inconvenient to install, and the installation difficulty and the installation cost of the heating terminal are increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The first technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a bathroom hot water heating system, which can simplify the connection relationship between the hot water equipment and the heating device, and reduce the installation difficulty and the installation cost of the heating device.

the heating device is communicated between the water inlet flow channel and the water outlet flow channel so as to heat the water flow flowing from the water inlet flow channel to the water outlet flow channel and be used for running in a water supply state or a heating state;
the water outlet valve is connected with the water inlet flow channel and the water outlet flow channel and can be switched between a closed state and an open state; the water outlet valve is used for enabling water flow in at least one of the water inlet flow channel and the water outlet flow channel to be output in the opening state; the water outlet valve stops the output of the water inlet flow channel and the water outlet flow channel in the closed state;
and the water inlet end of the heating device is communicated with the water outlet flow channel, and the water outlet end of the heating device is communicated with the water inlet flow channel.
Compared with the background technology, the bathroom hot water heating system of the invention has the following beneficial effects: when the bathroom hot water heating system needs to output hot water flow, normal-temperature water is input into the water inlet flow channel from the input port, the heating device operates in a water supply state, and the water outlet valve is in an open state. When the water flow in the water outlet flow passage is output through the water outlet valve, the water flow in the water inlet flow passage is supplemented to the water outlet flow passage through the heating device, so that the water outlet flow passage can output hot water flow through the water outlet valve. When the temperature in the bathroom needs to be raised by the bathroom hot water heating system, the water outlet valve is in a closed state, water in the water inlet channel flows to the water outlet channel after being heated by the heating device, and meanwhile, water in the water outlet channel flows back to the water inlet channel through the heating device to form circulation. When water flows from the water outlet channel to the water inlet channel, the heating device absorbs heat of the water flow and releases the heat into the bathroom through the air flow, so that the temperature in the bathroom can be raised. Because the heating device is directly communicated with the water inlet channel and the water outlet channel, a complex connecting pipeline is prevented from being arranged between the heating device and the hot water equipment, so that the connection relation between the hot water equipment and the heating device is simplified, and the installation difficulty and the installation cost of a heating terminal are reduced.
In one embodiment, the outlet valve has a first inlet end, a second inlet end and an outlet end; the first access end is used for being communicated with the water inlet flow channel, and the second access end is used for being communicated with the water outlet flow channel; the water outlet valve is also used for adjusting the flow between the first access end and the output port or adjusting the flow between the second access end and the output port. Therefore, the flow rate of the water inlet flow channel or the water outlet flow channel injected into the water outlet valve can be adjusted, the water flow and the hot water flow are mixed in a required proportion at normal temperature, and the output temperature of the water outlet valve is adjustable.
In one embodiment, the first access end is connected to a first section of the water inlet flow passage distributed in the bathroom, and the second access end is connected to a second section of the water outlet flow passage distributed in the bathroom; the water inlet end of the heating device is communicated with the water outlet flow channel through the first section, and the water outlet end of the heating device is communicated with the water inlet flow channel through the second section.
In one embodiment, the heating device comprises a first combustor, a first heat exchanger and a second heat exchanger, wherein the first heat exchanger is arranged on the first combustor, and the second heat exchanger is positioned on one side of the first heat exchanger; in the water supply state, the first heat exchanger is communicated between the water inlet flow channel and the water outlet flow channel and is used for absorbing heat released by combustion of gas of the first combustor and transferring the heat to water flowing through the inside of the first heat exchanger; in the heating state, the second heat exchanger is communicated between the water inlet runner and the water outlet runner and is used for absorbing heat in the first heat exchanger and transferring the heat to water flow in the second heat exchanger. Therefore, the heating efficiency of the heating device in the heating state is lower than that of the heating device in the water supply state, and the water flowing through the heating device in the heating state is prevented from overheating or boiling.
In one embodiment, the second heat exchanger has a heat source section and a heat exchange section, and the heat exchange section is used for absorbing part of heat of the heat source section; in the heating state, the heat source section is used for being matched with the first heat exchanger to form a water flow loop, and the heat exchange section is used for being matched with the heating device to form a water flow loop. Therefore, the heat of the first heat exchanger can be transferred to the heat source section by utilizing the circulating flow of the water flow, and the heat of the heat exchange section can be transferred to the heating device by utilizing the circulating flow channel of the water flow.
In one embodiment, the heating device further comprises a first switching valve connected to the water inlet channel and a second switching valve connected to the water outlet channel; the first switching valve and the second switching valve are used for enabling one of the first heat exchanger and the heat exchange section to be communicated between the water inlet flow passage and the water outlet flow passage. Thereby controlling the flow path of water flow between the water inlet flow channel and the water outlet flow channel.
In one embodiment, the heating device operates in the water supply state when the outlet valve is in the open state; the heating device operates in the heating state when the outlet valve is in the closed state. Therefore, the state switching of the heating device can be directly triggered by controlling the water outlet valve.
In one embodiment, the bathroom hot water heating system further comprises a sensing member for recognizing the state of the outlet valve and generating an adjustment signal; the heating device is switched between the water supply state and the heating state according to the adjusting signal of the sensing member. Thereby automatically switching the state of the heating device.
In one embodiment, the heating device comprises a first burner, a first heat exchanger, a second burner and a second heat exchanger; in the water supply state, the first heat exchanger is communicated between the water inlet flow channel and the water outlet flow channel and is used for transferring heat released by combustion of gas of the first combustor to water flowing through the first heat exchanger; in the heating state, the second heat exchanger is communicated between the water inlet flow channel and the water outlet flow channel and is used for transferring heat released by combustion gas of the second combustor to water flow circulating inside the second heat exchanger.
In one embodiment, the heating device further comprises a first switching valve connected to the water inlet channel and a second switching valve connected to the water outlet channel; the first switching valve and the second switching valve are used for enabling one of the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger to be communicated between the water inlet runner and the water outlet runner. Thereby controlling the flow path of water flow between the water inlet flow channel and the water outlet flow channel.

The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention is described below by combining the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a bathroom hot water heating system 100.
Specifically, when hot water needs to be supplied to a user, the bathroom hot-water heating system 100 heats water flow and then outputs the hot water used for bathing or cleaning to the user. When the ambient temperature in the bathroom needs to be raised, the bathroom hot-water heating system 100 releases heated air flow into the bathroom, so that the ambient temperature in the bathroom is raised.
In some embodiments, a bathroom hot water heating system 100 has a water inlet passage 20 and a water outlet passage 30, and the water inlet passage 20 is provided with an input port 21. The bathroom hot-water heating system 100 further includes: a heating device 40, a water outlet valve 50 and a heating device 60. And the heating device 40 is communicated between the water inlet flow passage 20 and the water outlet flow passage 30, and is used for heating the water flow flowing from the water inlet flow passage 20 to the water outlet flow passage 30 and operating in a water supply state or a heating state. The heating efficiency of the heating device 40 in the water supply state is greater than that in the heating state. At least one outlet valve 50 is connected to the inlet channel 20 and the outlet channel 30, and the outlet valve 50 can be switched between a closed state and an open state. The outlet valve 50 is in an open state for allowing water flow out of at least one of the inlet flow path 20 and the outlet flow path 30. The outlet valve 50 stops the output of the inlet channel 20 and the outlet channel 30 in the closed state. The heater 60 is connected between the outlet flow passage 30 and the inlet flow passage 20 to absorb heat of the water flow flowing from the outlet flow passage 30 to the inlet flow passage 20 and to release the heat into the bathroom by the air flow.
When the bathroom hot water heating system 100 needs to output a hot water flow, the normal temperature water is input from the input port 21 to the water inlet flow passage 20, the heating device 40 is operated in the water supply state, and the outlet valve 50 is in the open state. When the water in the outlet channel 30 is output through the outlet valve 50, the water in the inlet channel 20 is supplemented to the outlet channel 30 by the heating device 40, so that the outlet channel 30 can output hot water through the outlet valve 50. When the bathroom hot water heating system 100 needs to raise the temperature in the bathroom, the water outlet valve 50 is closed, the water in the water inlet channel 20 flows to the water outlet channel 30 after being heated by the heating device 40, and meanwhile, the water in the water outlet channel 30 flows back to the water inlet channel 20 through the heating device 60, so as to form a circulation. The heater 60 absorbs heat from the water flow as it flows from the outlet flow passage 30 to the inlet flow passage 20 and releases the heat into the bathroom through the air flow, thereby increasing the temperature in the bathroom. Because the heating device 60 is directly communicated with the water inlet channel 20 and the water outlet channel 30, a complicated connecting pipeline is avoided to be arranged between the heating device 60 and the hot water equipment, so that the connecting relation between the hot water equipment and the heating device 60 is simplified, and the installation difficulty and the installation cost of the heating device 60 are reduced.
In one embodiment, the water flow injected into the input port 21 is tap water. The inlet channel 20 or the outlet channel 30 may be a tubular member embedded in the wall. The water flow is injected into the inlet channel 20 from the inlet port 21 to form a normal temperature water flow, and the water flow is heated by the heating device 40 and enters the outlet channel 30 to form a hot water flow.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the heating device 40 includes a first burner 41, a first heat exchanger 42, and a second heat exchanger 43a, wherein the first heat exchanger 42 is disposed on the first burner 41, and the second heat exchanger 43a is disposed at one side of the first heat exchanger 42. In the water supply state, the first heat exchanger 42 is communicated between the water inlet channel 20 and the water outlet channel 30 and is used for absorbing heat released by the combustion of the gas by the first burner 41 and transferring the heat to the water flowing through the inside of the first heat exchanger 42. In the heating state, the second heat exchanger 43a is communicated between the inlet flow channel 20 and the outlet flow channel 30, and the second heat exchanger 43a is used for absorbing heat in the first heat exchanger 42 and transferring the heat to water flow inside the second heat exchanger 43 a. Specifically, since the water flow in the water inlet channel 20 is communicated from the first heat exchanger 42 to the water outlet channel 30 in the water supply state, a part of the heat absorbed by the first heat exchanger 42 from the first burner 41 is transferred to the water flow passing through the interior thereof, and another part of the heat may be released in other forms, such as an external air flow. In the heating state, since the water flow in the inlet channel 20 flows from the second heat exchanger 43a to the outlet channel 30, the heat of the second heat exchanger 43a comes from the first heat exchanger 42, and only a part of the heat absorbed by the second heat exchanger 43a from the first heat exchanger 42 is transferred to the water flow flowing through the inside of the heating device 40, so that the heating efficiency of the heating device 40 in the heating state is lower than that in the water supply state, and the water flowing through the heating device 60 in the heating state is prevented from overheating or boiling.
More specifically, the heating efficiency of the heating device 40 in the heating state is lower than that in the water supply state, and since the temperature of the water flow passing through the heating device 60 is not too high, it is advantageous to make the water flow continuously and circularly flow through the heating device 60, and the heat of the water flow obtained from the second heat exchanger 43a and the heat of the water flow conducted to the heating device 60 reach a balance, so that the stable temperature of the air flow can be input into the bathroom, discomfort of the human body due to overheating of the air flow can be avoided, and the problem of the air flow that is hot when cold appears can be avoided. The first heat exchanger 42 is a finned heat exchanger.
Further, as shown in connection with fig. 1, the second heat exchanger 43a has a heat source section 431 and a heat exchange section 432, and the heat exchange section 432 is used for partially absorbing heat from the heat source section 431. The heat source section 431 is used to form a water flow circuit with the first heat exchanger 42, and the heat exchange section 432 is used to form a water flow circuit with the heater 60. Specifically, the heat source section 431 and the first heat exchanger 42 form a water flow loop, which means that the first heat exchanger 42 and the heat source section 431 are connected end to end, so that water flows into one end of the heat source section 431 after flowing out from one end of the first heat exchanger 42, flows into one end of the first heat exchanger 42 after flowing out from one end of the heat source section 431, and transfers heat of the first heat exchanger 42 to the heat source section 431 by using the circulating flow of the water flow. Similarly, after the heat exchange section 432 and the heating device 60 form a loop, the heat of the heat exchange section 432 can be transferred to the heating device 60 by using the circulating flow path of the water flow.
More specifically, the second heat exchanger 43a is a plate heat exchanger. As shown in fig. 1, the heating device 40 further includes a first on-off valve 47a and a first pump 48 a. The first switching valve 47a is connected between the heat source section 431 and the first heat exchanger 42, and the first switching valve 47a is turned on in a heating state and turned off in a water supply state by the first switching valve 47 a. The first pump body 48a is connected between the first switching valve 47a and the first heat exchanger 42 to form a water flow circulating through the heat source section 431 and the first heat exchanger 42 in the heating state. As shown in connection with fig. 1, the heating apparatus 40 further includes a second switching valve 47b connected between the heat source section 431 and the heat exchange section 432. In the heating state, if the flow rate between the heat source section 431 and the first heat exchanger 42 is found to be insufficient, a part of the water flowing out of the heat exchange section 432 can be supplemented between the heat source section 431 and the first heat exchanger 42 by opening the second on-off valve 47 b.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the heating device 40 further includes a first switching valve 44 connected to the inlet water flow passage 20 and a second switching valve 45 connected to the outlet water flow passage 30. The first switching valve 44 and the second switching valve 45 are used for communicating one of the first heat exchanger 42 and the heat exchange section 432 between the inlet flow passage 20 and the outlet flow passage 30. Thereby controlling the flow path of the water flow between the inlet flow path 20 and the outlet flow path 30. Specifically, the first switching valve 44 and the second switching valve 45 communicate the heat exchange section 432 between the water inlet flow passage 20 and the water outlet flow passage 30 in the water supply state. The first switching valve 44 and the second switching valve 45 communicate the first heat exchanger 42 between the inlet flow path 20 and the outlet flow path 30 in the heating state.
Further, the first switching valve 44 has a first switching port connected to one end of the first heat exchanger 42, a second switching port connected to one end of the heat exchange section 432, and a first constant port connected to the water inlet flow passage 20. The first constant port is selectively communicated with the first switching port or the second switching port. The second switching valve 45 has a third switching port connected to the other end of the first heat exchanger 42, a fourth switching port connected to the other end of the heat exchange section 432, and a second constant port connected to the outlet flow channel 30, and the second constant port is selectively communicated with the third switching port or the fourth switching port. In the water supply state, the first normal port communicates with the first switching port, and the second normal port communicates with the third switching port, so that the first heat exchanger 42 communicates between the inlet channel 20 and the outlet channel 30. In the heating state, the first normal port is communicated with the second switching port, and the second normal port is communicated with the fourth switching port, so that the first heat exchange section 432 is communicated between the water inlet channel 20 and the water outlet channel 30.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the heating device 40 further includes a second pump 48b, and the second pump 48b is connected between the heat exchange section 432 and the water inlet channel 20 or between the heat exchange section 432 and the water outlet channel 30, and operates in a heating state to circulate water among the heat exchange section 432, the water inlet channel 20, the water outlet channel 30, and the heating device 60 at a predetermined flow rate, so as to transfer heat absorbed by the heat exchange section 432 from the heat source section 431 to the heating device 60. Specifically, the second pump body 48b is disposed between the fourth switching port and the heat exchange section 432.
In some embodiments, as shown in connection with fig. 2, the heating device 40 includes a first burner 41, a first heat exchanger 42, a second burner 46, and a second heat exchanger 43 b. In the water supply state, the first heat exchanger 42 is communicated between the water inlet channel 20 and the water outlet channel 30 and is used for transferring heat released by the combustion of the gas by the first burner 41 to water flowing through the inside of the first heat exchanger 42. In the heating state, the second heat exchanger 43b is communicated between the water inlet flow passage 20 and the water outlet flow passage 30 and is used for transferring heat released by the combustion of the gas by the second burner 46 to the flow of water flowing through the inside of the second heat exchanger 43 b. Specifically, the second heat exchanger 43b is heated by the separate second burner 46, so that energy loss due to multiple heat exchanges can be avoided. More specifically, the heating power of the second burner 46 is smaller than the heating power of the first burner 41, and the temperature of the water flow passing through the heating apparatus 60 in the heating state is prevented from being excessively high.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the first switching valve 44 and the second switching valve 45 are used to communicate one of the first heat exchanger 42 and the second heat exchanger 43b between the inlet flow passage 20 and the outlet flow passage 30. Thereby controlling the flow path of the water flow between the inlet flow path 20 and the outlet flow path 30. Specifically, the first switching valve 44 and the second switching valve 45 communicate the first heat exchanger 42 between the inlet flow path 20 and the outlet flow path 30 in the water supply state. The first switching valve 44 and the second switching valve 45 communicate the second heat exchanger 43b between the inlet flow path 20 and the outlet flow path 30 in the heating state. As shown in fig. 2, the heating apparatus 40 further includes a check valve 49 connected between one end of the first heat exchanger 42 and one end of the second heat exchanger 43 b. As shown in fig. 2, the second heat exchanger 43b is a fin heat exchanger.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the second pump body 48b is disposed between the second heat exchanger 43b and the inlet flow path 20 or between the second heat exchanger 43b and the outlet flow path 30, and more specifically, the second pump body 48b is disposed between one end of the second heat exchanger 43b and the fourth switching port, so that the water flows in a circulating manner at a predetermined flow rate among the second heat exchanger 43b, the inlet flow path 20, the outlet flow path 30, and the heater 60.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, an air supply valve 411 is connected to each of the first burner 41 and the second burner 46 to control the supply of the gas.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the outlet valve 50 has a first inlet, a second inlet, and an outlet. The first inlet is used for communicating with the water inlet flow passage 20, and the second inlet is used for communicating with the water outlet flow passage 30. The outlet valve 50 is also used to adjust the flow rate between the first inlet and the outlet or to adjust the flow rate between the second inlet and the outlet. Therefore, the flow rate of the water inlet channel 20 or the water outlet channel 30 injected into the water outlet valve 50 can be adjusted, and the water flow and the hot water flow are mixed in a required ratio at normal temperature, so that the output temperature of the water outlet valve 50 is adjustable. More specifically, the outlet valve 50 is a shower faucet or a hot and cold faucet.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first connection end is connected to a first section 22 of the water inlet channel 20 distributed in the bathroom, and the second connection end is connected to a second section 31 of the water outlet channel 30 distributed in the bathroom. The inlet end of the heater 60 communicates with the outlet channel 30, and more specifically, the inlet end of the heater 60 communicates with the outlet channel 30 through the first section 22. The water outlet end of the heater 60 is communicated with the water flow passage 20, and more specifically, the water outlet end of the heater 60 is communicated with the water inlet flow passage 20 through the second section 31. Specifically, since the outlet valve 50 is a shower faucet or a hot and cold faucet disposed in the bathroom, and the heating device 60 is connected to the first section 22 and the second section 31, when the heating device 60 is installed by modification, the heating device 60 is disposed in the bathroom, so that the extension length of the pipe body connecting the heating device 60 to the water inlet flow passage 20 or the water outlet flow passage 30 can be reduced, which is beneficial to reducing the influence on the internal environment of the bathroom.
In some embodiments, the heating device 40 operates in the water supply state when the outlet valve 50 is in the open state. The heating device 40 operates in the heating state when the outlet valve 50 is in the closed state. So that the switching of the state of the heating means 40 can be directly triggered by the control of the outlet valve 50.
In some embodiments, the bathroom hot water heating system 100 further includes a sensing member for recognizing the state of the outlet valve 50 and generating an adjustment signal. The heating device 40 is switched between a water supply state and a heating state according to an adjustment signal of the sensor. Specifically, the sensing member may be a travel switch that senses a change in position of a valve element or handle of the outlet valve 50 to identify the state of the outlet valve 50. The adjustment signal is sent to the controllers of the first switching valve 44 and the second switching valve 45 in the form of data, and the controller adjusts the communication state of the first switching valve 44 and the second switching valve 45, thereby changing the flow path between the inlet flow path 20 and the outlet flow path 30, and thus automatically switching the state of the heating device 40.
In practical application, when the water outlet valve 50 is in a closed state, the first switching valve 44 communicates the water inlet end of the heat exchange section 432 with the water inlet channel 20, the second switching valve 45 communicates the water outlet end of the heat exchange section 432 with the water outlet channel 30, a closed circulating water flow loop is formed between the first heat exchanger 42 and the heat source section 431, a closed circulating water flow loop is formed between the second heat exchanger 43a and the heating device 60, and at this time, the system operates in a heating state; the water outlet valve 50 is opened, the sensing part senses an opening signal of the water outlet valve 50 and sends the signal to the controller, the controller regulates and controls the communication state of the first switching valve 44 and the second switching valve 45 according to the signal, the first heat exchanger 42 is communicated with the water outlet valve 50, and the system runs in a water supply state at the moment, so that a user can conveniently adjust the water outlet temperature according to actual requirements and use warm water. Therefore, the water outlet valve 50 and the sensing part are linked with the first switching valve 44 and the second switching valve 45 in a control mode, so that the system can be flexibly switched between a heating state and a water supply state, the two running states are not interfered with each other, and the use experience of a user is improved.
In some embodiments, heater 60 includes a housing, a duct member, and a fan. The pipeline piece and the fan blade are contained in the shell. The pipe member communicates with between the water inlet flow passage 20 and the water outlet flow passage 30. The fan blades are used for forming air flow passing through the pipeline piece through rotation in a heating state. Specifically, after the water flow in the water outlet channel 30 enters the pipe member, the heat of the water flow is transferred to the pipe member, so that the temperature inside and outside the pipe member rises. After the air flow passes through the pipe member, the air flow is heated by the pipe member to be heated, so that the ambient temperature in the bathroom can be raised. More specifically, the pipe member is arranged in a coil shape to increase the length of the pipe member and the heat absorption efficiency for the water current in a limited space of the housing. More specifically, the fan blades are rotated by a motor to generate an air flow. More specifically, the housing is provided with an air inlet through which air in the bathroom enters the housing and an air outlet through which the air is discharged.
