Preferably, as shown in table 21 below, the first-level hospital database further stores stock quantity information, stock lower limit information, and stock upper limit information corresponding to the consumable material information in the first-level hospital warehouse;
the method further comprises the steps of:
s18, sending stock reminding information to the first terminal when judging that the stock information is smaller than the stock lower limit information; for example, the server determines that the storage amount of the consumable item with serial number 2 in the table 21, that is, "inventory amount" is less than the lower inventory limit 2000, so that the stock preparation reminding information is sent out and displayed on the first terminal in a pop-up window;
and S19, sending stock excess reminding information to the first terminal when judging that the stock quantity information is larger than the stock upper limit information. For example, the server determines that the storage amount of the consumable item of serial number 3 in the table 21, i.e., "inventory amount", is greater than the upper inventory limit 40, so that a spare excess reminding message is sent and displayed on the first terminal in a pop-up window.
Preferably, as shown in table 22 below, the first-level hospital database further stores expiration date information corresponding to the consumable information in the first-level hospital database; the method further comprises the following steps:
and sending out the temporary reminding information when the interval time between the validity period and the current date is judged to be less than the set value. For example, if the current date is 2021, 12 and 05 days, and the setting value is 7 days, the consumable item with serial number 2 in the table 22 will be due, and the server sends out a due reminder and displays it on the first terminal in a pop-up manner.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the application and is illustrative of the principles of the technology employed. It will be appreciated by a person skilled in the art that the scope of the invention as referred to in the present application is not limited to the embodiments with a specific combination of the above-mentioned features, but also covers other embodiments with any combination of the above-mentioned features or their equivalents without departing from the inventive concept. For example, the above features may be replaced with (but not limited to) features having similar functions disclosed in the present application.
Claims (10)
1. A SPD mode-based medical consumable multi-level storehouse management system is characterized by comprising:
the server side is provided with a plurality of first users; the server is provided with a primary standby database and a primary in-hospital database corresponding to each first user; the server is also provided with an SPD center library; the primary standby database is used for storing consumable information in the primary standby warehouse of the first user; the primary hospital database is used for storing consumable information in the primary hospital warehouse of the first user; the SPD central library is used for storing consumable information in the central consumable warehouse;
the system comprises a plurality of first terminals and a plurality of second terminals, wherein the first terminals are held by a first user, and the SPD system is installed on the first terminals; the first terminal is used for sending out a purchase order through the SPD system, and the purchase order comprises current purchase consumable information and standby purchase consumable information;
the server is used for extracting the information of the current purchasing consumables contained in the primary standby database and generating a moving consumable list; extracting the information of the current purchasing consumables contained in the SPD central library and the information of the standby purchasing consumables not contained in the primary standby database to generate a list of consumables to be purchased;
the first terminal sends a warehouse moving application and a purchasing warehouse entering application to the server through the SPD system; the warehouse moving application comprises source warehouse information and target warehouse information with different warehouse information, and also comprises a warehouse moving consumable list; the source warehouse information and the target warehouse information comprise first-level standby warehouse information and first-level in-hospital warehouse information; the purchase warehousing application comprises the list of consumable parts to be purchased;
the server is used for receiving the warehouse moving application, deleting the consumable material information in the warehouse moving consumable material list from the database corresponding to the source warehouse information, and adding the consumable material information in the warehouse moving consumable material list from the database corresponding to the target warehouse information;
and the server is used for receiving the purchase warehousing application, deleting the consumable information in the consumable list to be purchased from the database corresponding to the central consumable warehouse, and correspondingly storing the consumable information in the consumable list to be purchased into a primary yard database or a primary standby database.
2. The SPD mode-based medical consumable multilevel repository management system of claim 1, further comprising:
the plurality of second terminals are held by a second user, and the SPD system is installed on the second terminals; the server is provided with a secondary hospital database corresponding to each second user and used for storing consumable material information in the secondary hospital database of the second user;
the second terminal is used for sending out a purchase requisition; the procurement order comprises procurement consumable information;
the first terminal is configured to receive the procurement order;
the first terminal is also configured to send out a delivery order generation request, and the delivery order generation request comprises the purchase requisition consumable information;
the server is configured to receive a warehouse-out bill generation request, generate a warehouse-out bill and a corresponding warehouse-in bill and warehouse-in confirmation request when the warehouse-out bill generation request is judged to contain the procurement consumable material information in the primary hospital database, wherein the warehouse-in bill and the warehouse-out bill both contain the procurement consumable material information;
the first terminal is used for receiving the delivery order;
the second terminal is used for receiving the warehousing order and the warehousing confirmation request and feeding back warehousing confirmation information;
and after receiving the warehousing confirmation information, the server deletes the consumable information corresponding to the warehouse-out bill from the primary in-hospital database, and adds the consumable information corresponding to the warehouse-in bill from the secondary in-hospital database.
3. The SPD mode-based medical consumable multi-level warehouse management system of claim 2,
the server is also provided with a consumable material use database corresponding to each second user; the consumable material use database stores use consumable material data; the usage consumable data includes usage consumable information, usage time information, and usage user information;
the second terminal is configured to send a consumable use request to the server;
the server is configured to receive the consumable use request, delete the data corresponding to the consumable use information from the secondary hospital database, and add the consumable use data corresponding to the consumable use information from the consumable use database.
4. The SPD mode-based medical consumable multi-level warehouse management system of claim 2, wherein the server is further configured to:
when the consumable information in the consumable list to be purchased is judged to be the current consumable information to be purchased, storing the consumable information in the consumable list to be purchased in the primary hospital database;
and when the consumable information in the consumable list to be purchased is judged to be standby consumable information to be purchased, storing the consumable information in the consumable list to be purchased in the primary standby database.
5. A SPD mode-based medical consumable multilevel storehouse management method is applied to the SPD mode-based medical consumable multilevel storehouse management system of any one of claims 1 to 4, and comprises the following steps:
receiving a purchase order sent by a first terminal through an SPD system, wherein the purchase order comprises current purchase consumable information and standby purchase consumable information;
extracting the information of the current purchasing consumables contained in the primary standby database to generate a moving stock consumable list;
extracting the information of the current purchasing consumables contained in the SPD central library and the information of the standby purchasing consumables not contained in the primary standby database to generate a list of consumables to be purchased;
receiving a database transfer application sent by the first terminal through the SPD system, wherein the database transfer application comprises source warehouse information and target warehouse information with different warehouse information, and also comprises a mobile consumable list; the source warehouse information and the target warehouse information comprise first-level standby warehouse information and first-level in-hospital warehouse information;
deleting corresponding consumable information in the mobile consumable list from a database corresponding to the source warehouse information;
adding corresponding consumable information in the mobile consumable list from a database corresponding to the target warehouse information;
receiving a purchase warehousing application sent by the first terminal through the SPD system;
deleting the consumable information in the consumable list to be purchased from a database corresponding to the central consumable warehouse;
and correspondingly storing the consumable information in the consumable list to be purchased into a primary hospital database or a primary standby database.
6. The SPD mode-based medical consumable multilevel warehouse management method according to claim 5, characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a delivery order generation request, wherein the delivery order generation request is sent by a first terminal after receiving a procurement order sent by a second terminal, and the procurement order comprises procurement consumable material information;
when the first-level in-hospital database contains the procurement consumable information, generating an ex-warehouse bill and a corresponding in-warehouse bill and an in-warehouse confirmation request, wherein the in-warehouse bill and the ex-warehouse bill both contain the procurement consumable information;
sending the delivery list to the first terminal;
sending the warehousing bill and the warehousing confirmation request to the second terminal;
and receiving warehousing confirmation information fed back by the second terminal, deleting the consumable material information corresponding to the warehouse-out bill from the primary in-hospital database, and adding the consumable material information corresponding to the warehouse-in bill from the secondary in-hospital database.
7. The SPD mode-based medical consumable multilevel warehouse management method according to claim 6, further comprising the steps of:
receiving a consumable use request sent by a second terminal;
deleting data corresponding to the consumable information from the secondary hospital database;
adding the use consumable data corresponding to the use consumable information from the consumable use database; the consumable usage database is set corresponding to each second user; the usage consumable data includes usage consumable information, usage time information, and usage user information.
8. The SPD mode-based medical consumable multilevel warehouse management method according to claim 7, wherein the correspondingly storing consumable information in the consumable list to be purchased into a primary hospital database or a primary standby database comprises:
when the consumable information in the consumable list to be purchased is judged to be the current consumable information to be purchased, storing the consumable information in the consumable list to be purchased in the primary hospital database;
and when the consumable information in the consumable list to be purchased is judged to be standby consumable information to be purchased, storing the consumable information in the consumable list to be purchased in the primary standby database.
9. The SPD mode-based medical consumable multilevel warehouse management method according to claim 6, wherein the first-level hospital database further stores stock information, stock lower limit information and stock upper limit information corresponding to consumable information in the first-level hospital warehouse; the method further comprises the steps of:
when judging that the inventory information is smaller than the inventory lower limit information, sending stock preparation reminding information to the first terminal;
and sending stock excess reminding information to the first terminal when judging that the stock information is larger than the stock upper limit information.
10. The SPD mode-based medical consumable multi-level storehouse management method according to claim 6, wherein validity period information is stored in the first-level hospital database corresponding to consumable information in the first-level hospital warehouse; the method further comprises the following steps:
and sending out the temporary reminding information when the interval time between the validity period and the current date is judged to be less than the set value.
