Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and examples. The following experimental examples and examples are intended to further illustrate but not limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides a high-efficiency porous blowing apparatus 100, wherein the high-efficiency porous blowing apparatus 100 includes a substrate 10, a positioning device 20 fixed on the substrate 10, a fastening device 30 assembled with the positioning device 20, and at least one blowing device 40 mounted on the substrate 10. Wherein the positioning device 20 and the fastening device 30 are used together for fixing the workpiece 200 to be blown.
The air blowing device 40 comprises a supporting wall 41 detachably connected with the substrate 10, a guide rail 42 arranged at one end of the supporting wall 41 far away from the substrate 10, a carrying plate 43 installed on the guide rail 42 and connected with the guide rail 42 in a sliding manner, a first driving device 44 driving the carrying plate 43 to slide, an air blowing piece 45 installed at one side of the carrying plate 43 far away from the first driving device 44, and an installation wall 46 fixedly arranged on the supporting wall 41. The guide rail 42 is parallel to the substrate 10, and the direction of the guide rail 42 is close to/far from the positioning device 20.

Specifically, the mounting wall 46 includes a plate portion 461 and a mounting hole 462 penetrating the plate portion 461 in a thickness direction of the plate portion 461. The first driving device 44 is mounted in the mounting hole. During the operation of the high-efficiency porous air blowing apparatus 100, the first driving device 44 operates to drive the positioning plate 43 to move along the guide rail 42 toward or away from the positioning device 20, so as to drive the air nozzle of the air blowing piece 45 to extend into or leave the hole on the surface of the workpiece 200 to be blown.
In order to ensure the moisture removal effect of the holes on the surface of the workpiece 200 to be blown, in this embodiment, the diameter of the air nozzle of the blowing member 45 is smaller than the diameter of the holes on the surface of the workpiece 200 to be blown, and a gap is formed between the air nozzle and the bottom wall of the holes. The hinge block 33 is hinged to the bracket 32 and the second driving device 31, and an included angle exists between the second driving device 31 and the substrate 10.
Through the included angle between the second driving device 31 and the substrate 10, the second driving device 31 can drive the hinge block 33 to rotate when working, and further drive the pressing rod 34 to rotate around the hinge point of the support 32, and finally the purpose of carrying in the direction close to the positioning device 20 is achieved.
Preferably, the included angle between the second driving device 31 and the substrate 10 is 30 ° to 60 °.
Preferably, the first driving device 44 and the second driving device 31 are both air cylinders.
The positioning device 20 includes a plurality of positioning rods 21 perpendicular to the substrate 10. In the working process of the positioning device 20 and the fastening device 30, the positioning rods 21 provide primary positioning for the workpiece 200 to be blown, and the second driving device 31 works to rotate the hinge block 33 along the hinge point between the hinge block and the bracket 32, so as to drive the pressing rod 34 to carry in the direction close to the positioning rods 21, thereby pressing the workpiece 200 to be blown.
