Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of novel tobacco, in particular to an aerosol generating device and an aerosol generating system convenient for shell heat dissipation.
Background
Smoking articles (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, etc.) burn tobacco during use to produce tobacco smoke. Attempts have been made to replace these tobacco-burning products by making products that release compounds without burning.
An example of such a product is a heating device that generates an aerosol by heating rather than burning smokable material. For example, the material may be tobacco or other non-tobacco products, which may or may not include nicotine. There are aerosol-generating devices, for example so-called electrically heated non-burning smoking articles, which together with a rod-like consumable inserted therein can form an aerosol-generating system. The heat of the known electric heating non-combustion smoking set is rapidly transferred in the heating process, so that the temperature of the shell of the electric heating non-combustion smoking set is obviously increased, and the smoking experience and effect are affected due to the fact that a consumer easily burns when holding the electric heating non-combustion smoking set.
For example, publication No. CN108185537B discloses an aerosol generating device, including shell body and built-in power supply and the control circuit board electrically connected with the power supply, the shell body is equipped with the jack, the jack under be equipped with the fixed cylinder that holds aerosol and generate goods, fixed cylinder bottom be equipped with the air vent, the shell body on be equipped with the inlet port and with the control switch who is connected with the power supply, inlet port and air vent between through the gas circuit intercommunication, the fixed cylinder in be equipped with the heater block, the fixed cylinder on still be equipped with electrically conductive part, electrically conductive part including setting up two at least power supply poles on the fixed cylinder lateral wall, power supply pole and control circuit board electricity be connected, when aerosol generates goods and inserts and establish fixed cylinder in, electrically conductive part and aerosol generate goods electricity and be connected.
Or as disclosed in patent specification CN210611025U, comprising: an aerosol-generating article comprising a tube shell and at least two electrodes disposed on the tube shell, an aerosol-generating substrate disposed in the tube shell, a first seal and a second seal disposed at opposite ends of the aerosol-generating substrate, the first seal, the second seal and the tube shell forming a receiving cavity for receiving the aerosol-generating substrate, the aerosol-generating substrate having an airflow aperture, a heating element disposed in the airflow aperture, the heating element being electrically connected to the electrodes; a spike for use with an aerosol-generating article, said spike being arranged to pierce a first seal and a second seal to leave the aerosol-generating article in a pre-use state.
Above-mentioned two kinds of schemes all have the problem that shell temperature constantly risees in heating process, cause the heat easily when the consumer grips to scald, influence the suction and experience.

Meanwhile, the top end of the heat insulation pipe 5 can be inserted outside the heater connection part 32 of the fixing base 3 to realize fixed connection, and the heater 4 and the heat insulation pipe 5 are arranged concentrically and at intervals. And a sealing structure is arranged between the fixed seat 3 and the heater 4 and between the fixed seat and the heat insulation pipe 5 to prevent heat from leaking.
The fixing seat 3 can be connected and fixed with the shell 1 in a point contact mode such as convex column and concave hole joint, screw fixation, buckling, welding or bonding, and the like, and can limit the rotation of the fixing seat 3 around the axis of the heater 4 or the movement of the fixing seat 3 along the axis of the heater 4.
In one embodiment as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the first housing connecting part 34 of the fixing base 3 has a concave hole, which can be engaged with a convex post as the first fixing base connecting part 15 on the rear housing as shown in fig. 6; in contrast, the second housing connecting portion 35 of the fixing base 3 has a convex post, which can be engaged with a concave hole on the rear housing as the second fixing base connecting portion 16 as shown in fig. 6.
In another embodiment as shown in fig. 7, the first housing connecting portion 34 of the fixing base 3 and the first fixing base connecting portion (not shown) on the rear housing may be screw holes, and the two are fixed by passing through screws. Similarly, the second housing connecting portion 35 of the fixing base 3 and the second fixing base connecting portion (not shown) on the rear housing are also fixed by passing through screws.
In order to further reduce the heat of the heater 4 flowing to the housing 1 through the fixing base 3, the first housing connecting portion 34 and the second housing connecting portion 35 of the fixing base 3 are connected to the fixing base 3 main body through the low heat conduction structure 36. The low thermal conductivity structure 36 may be a point connection, a thin rod connection, a hollow tube connection, or a low thermal conductivity material connection.
The stopper 7 is removably arranged at the bottom of the heater 4, and the stopper 7 can abut against the consumable 200 when the consumable 200 is inserted into the heater 4 during use, thereby positioning the consumable 200. During cleaning the stop 7 can be removed and a cleaning tool can be inserted from the bottom of the heater 4 and cleaned.
The aerosol-generating device 100 is further provided with a power supply 8 and a circuit board 9, the power supply 8 is used for supplying power to the heater 4, and the circuit board 9 can control the power supply 8 to supply power to the heater 4 according to requirements.
