According to the embodiment of the application, the reinspection baggage passing device may further include a bag opening station module, and the bag opening station module is located at a position where the baggage needs to be unpacked and inspected, and is used for placing the baggage needing to be unpacked and reinspected. In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings of the embodiments of the present application. The "security check" in the present application is a security check of an article or baggage, and is suitable for a scene where an owner of the article or baggage enters the baggage from one end of the security check to the other end of the security check to wait for the baggage, including but not limited to airports, train stations, and the like.

As shown in fig. 1, an automatic security screening lane system 10 according to an embodiment of the present application includes an automatic baggage conveying lane 200, a security screening opto-mechanical device 100, an information collecting and processing module 300, and a general control unit 400.
The automatic baggage conveyer pathway 200 includes a main baggage conveyer line 220 and a return baggage conveyer 230 juxtaposed to the main baggage conveyer line, and the main baggage conveyer line 220 includes an upstream end for receiving baggage and a downstream end for delivering baggage.
The security check optical mechanical device 100 is arranged above the security check baggage conveying main line device 220 and located between the upstream end and the downstream end, and is provided with a security check X-ray machine 110 and a security check image processing module 120, wherein the security check X-ray machine 110 is used for performing X-ray inspection on baggage and judging whether forbidden articles exist, and the security check image processing module 120 is used for recording an image obtained by the X-ray machine and a baggage marking result and interacting with the information processing unit.
The information collecting and processing module 300 is provided with an information collecting unit 310 and an information processing unit 320, wherein the information collecting unit 310 is used for collecting personal information and tray information of passengers and uploading the personal information and the tray information to the information processing unit, and the information processing unit 320 is used for storing the personal information of the passengers, storing the serial numbers of the trays and storing the marking results of the security check image processing module on the luggage and the trays.
The general control unit 400 is used for receiving the instruction sent by the information collecting and processing module 300, and controlling the automatic baggage conveying channel to convey the pallet to the corresponding position according to the instruction.
When the master control unit 400 receives that the interpretation security check pallet does not contain contraband, the master control unit 400 controls the operation of the security check luggage transmission main line device 220 and conveys the security check pallet to a luggage extraction position; when the master control unit 400 receives the interpretation that the security inspection pallet contains prohibited articles, the master control unit 400 controls the security inspection baggage conveying main line device 220 to transfer the security inspection pallet to the reinspection baggage returning device 230, and then controls the reinspection baggage returning device 230 to convey the pallet with the baggage to a baggage unpacking position; when the total control unit 400 receives the completed baggage unpacking processing instruction, the total control unit 400 controls the reinspection baggage returning device 230 to return the security check pallet to the security check baggage conveying main line device 220 for X-ray inspection.
As shown in fig. 6, the automatic transmission method for a security inspection channel according to the embodiment of the present application includes the following steps: the identity authentication 51 is used for acquiring the personal information and the tray information of the passengers and verifying whether the passenger information is in the passenger information of the security inspection system; the method comprises the steps that passenger information and a luggage pallet are bound 501, the pallet number and the passenger information are bound, namely the passenger information and the pallet number are stored in a related mode, and an instruction is sent to an information acquisition device; a detection and automatic rechecking 52, which detects the luggage, automatically transmits the luggage tray for rechecking if the contraband exists, and releases the luggage if the contraband does not exist; the baggage is transported to a pick-up station 502, the baggage trays are transported to the baggage pick-up station, the baggage is picked up by the passenger, and the trays are placed in an empty tray collection module.
The luggage tray with problems in inspection can be quickly identified, and the corresponding tray is automatically sorted and automatically conveyed according to the identification information. The tray of checked luggage is continuously conveyed to a luggage extraction place; the tray of the checked failed luggage is automatically transmitted to the rechecking channel, and the processed luggage is automatically and circularly transmitted to the security inspection device. The manpower is reduced to select and carry the luggage to be checked.
According to the embodiment of the application, the tray can be provided with an RFID label, and the information acquisition unit acquires the tray code through the RFID; the personal information of the passengers collected by the information collection unit 310 can be the face information of the passengers, and the information collection unit 310 automatically corresponds the information of the passengers to the trays of the luggage placed by the passengers, so that the general control unit can identify and identify the baggage detection state conveniently to perform corresponding processing and control. Preferably, the reinspection baggage passing back device 230 may further include a unpacking table module 240 located at the unpacking position, where the unpacking table module 240 is configured to place the baggage requiring unpacking and reinspection, and after the inspection is completed, the unpacking control panel is operated to lower the tray containing the baggage to the first section roller way of the lower reinspection baggage passing back roller way 233 through the unpacking table elevator. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the baggage automatic transfer passage 200 of the automatic security screening passage system 10 may further include an automatic out-tray device 210 and an empty tray retrieving device 250. The automated transfer method may also include an automated out-tray 500 and an empty tray loop 53. The empty tray cycle 53 may include: after the luggage is extracted, the empty tray is placed into an empty tray collecting module and returned to the empty tray, the empty tray collecting module reads information of the empty tray and uploads the information to an information processing module, the information processing module unbound the serial number of the tray and previously bound passenger information, the empty tray is returned to the side of a luggage platform through an empty tray returning roller way, when the luggage platform is empty, the automatic tray discharging device 210 pushes the empty tray into the luggage platform, and the empty tray enters the next round for recycling.
According to the embodiment of the application, the security check passage may further include a display screen, the information processing unit 310 and the security check system may perform information interaction, and display information of the passenger corresponding to the baggage requiring package opening and reinspection on the screen to prompt the passenger corresponding to the baggage requiring package opening and reinspection to pay attention.

As shown in fig. 13, a baggage sorting device 222 for a security screening lane according to an embodiment of the present application is provided in the security screening lane, for sorting baggage, and includes: a release roller table 223, a recheck roller table 224, a translation push rod 225 and a master control unit (not shown).
The release roller table 223 comprises a support frame which is arranged along the conveying direction of the luggage and is positioned at two sides of the conveying direction of the luggage and a plurality of roller sets which are movably connected with the support frame on the axes, and when the rollers roll, the luggage can be conveyed in the direction vertical to the axes of the rollers.
The rechecking roller way 224 is parallel to the releasing roller way 223, comprises a support frame which is positioned at two sides of the luggage conveying direction along the luggage conveying direction and a plurality of roller sets which are movably connected with the support frame on the axis, and can convey the luggage in the direction vertical to the roller axis when the rollers roll.
The translation push rod 225 is embedded in a supporting frame of a release roller table 223 on one side far away from the rechecking track 224, and the translation push rod 225 is higher than the plane of the upper surface of the roller set of the release roller table.
The master control unit is used for receiving the signals and controlling the operation of the release roller table 223, the rechecking roller table 224 and the translation push rod 225 according to the signals to convey the luggage to the corresponding position.
After the baggage is detected by the X-ray machine of the security check channel, the general control unit receives the mark of the baggage and identifies the baggage, and when the baggage is transmitted to the baggage sorting device 222, the general control unit controls the baggage sorting device 222 to perform the following processing: when the master control unit receives that the luggage to enter the releasing roller table 223 is luggage which does not need to be checked again, the releasing roller table 223 operates, and the luggage is released and conveyed to a luggage extraction position; when the master control unit receives the luggage to be entered into the releasing roller way 223 as the luggage to be retested, the master control unit controls the releasing roller way 223 to stop running after receiving the luggage, the master control unit controls the translation push rod 225 to run, the luggage to be retested is pushed into the retesting roller way 224 from one side, and the retesting roller way conveys the luggage to the inspection position to be retested.
According to the embodiment of the application, each roller group of the release roller table 223 and the rechecking track 224 can comprise a plurality of rollers, 5-7 rollers are preferably selected for each roller group, the specific number is determined by the size of the tray and is not limited, one roller positioned in the middle of each roller group is a powered roller, the other rollers are unpowered rollers, the rollers in each roller group are connected in pairs through belts, and the roller groups are driven by the powered rollers to synchronously rotate so as to convey luggage on the rollers. The powered rollers can comprise coaxially connected drive motors, and whether the motors operate or not is controlled by a master control unit. The outer surface of the roller can be smooth, so that the tray or the luggage can be prevented from being scratched.
Preferably, the tray may carry an RFID number for tagging and identifying the luggage.
Preferably, the translation pusher 225 can be driven by a stepper motor located at the lower layer of the roller. The height of the translation push rod 225 is smaller than the height of the side wall of the tray, the translation push rod 225 is in contact with the side wall of the tray when in operation, the situation that luggage with unfixed shapes and uncertain hardness is pushed is avoided, the pushing acting force is applied to the tray, and the tray with the luggage is pushed to enter the rechecking channel 224. Whether the stepping motor of the translation push rod 225 operates or not can be controlled by the general control unit.
Preferably, the bottom of the release roller way 223 can be provided with a photoelectric sensor, and when the luggage needs to be rechecked and the luggage enters the release roller way 223 to shield the photoelectric sensor at the bottom, the master control unit controls the release roller way 223 to stop running.
According to embodiments of the present application, the baggage sorting device 222 may be disposed downstream of the X-ray machine of the security screening lane.
As shown in fig. 7, the security baggage conveyor and automated security screening aisle system may be modified with fine adjustments depending on similar baggage conveying directions. The baggage sorting device 222 may be equally applied to achieve automatic sorting of baggage.

As shown in fig. 9, the security inspection passage according to the embodiment of the present application conveys the direction of the baggage to be inspected, so that the baggage to be inspected is automatically conveyed through the review returning device and can be returned to the inspection equipment for inspection again.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the reinspection baggage passing back device for a security screening aisle according to an embodiment of the present application includes: a baggage conveying roller way 232 for the baggage to be inspected, a baggage re-inspection returning roller way 233, a baggage lifting module 235 and a baggage switching module 236.
The baggage conveying roller table 232 to be inspected comprises a plurality of roller sets for receiving baggage to be inspected again and conveying the baggage to the inspection site to be unpacked. The luggage conveying roller way can be provided with a photoelectric sensor, if a plurality of pieces of luggage exist on the whole luggage conveying roller way line, the rotation of partial rollers is started/stopped in sequence according to the sensing signals of the sensors, and the ordered conveying can be realized.
The reinspection baggage pass-back roller bed 233 includes a plurality of sets of rollers, and has a first section 233a parallel to the to-be-inspected baggage pass-back roller bed and located at a lower layer, and a second section 233b extending to the security baggage transfer main line, and the first section 233a of the reinspection baggage pass-back roller bed receives baggage transmitted from the unpacking inspection site and transfers the baggage to the next step.
The baggage lifting module 235 is configured to drive the chain mechanism to lift the loading platform by a motor, and is configured to lift the baggage on the lower layer to the second section 233b of the reinspection baggage return roller way on the upper layer.
The baggage switching module 236 has a transfer machine for transferring the baggage to be retested to the security baggage conveyor for inspection, thereby enabling the baggage to be retested to be automatically returned.
Fig. 14 is a top view of a unpacking table module illustrating a routine baggage review device implemented in accordance with the present application.
As shown in fig. 14, the baggage returning device for reinspection according to the embodiment of the present application may further include a bag opening station module 240, where the bag opening station module 240 is located at a location where the baggage needs to be unpacked and inspected, for placing the baggage needing to be unpacked and reinspected.
Preferably, the unpacking table module 240 may have an unpacking control screen 241 and a hoist, and after the baggage is unpacked and checked, the unpacking control screen 241 may be operated to lower the baggage to the lower-layer rechecking baggage return roller table through the unpacking table hoist. A fiber switch can be arranged at the position, the fiber switch senses the height by means of a limit switch, and after the height reaches the set height, the roller of the carrying platform starts to rotate, so that the tray is sent into the first section 233a of the reinspection luggage return roller way positioned at the lower layer. Photoelectric sensors are arranged on the carrying platform, and after no luggage on the carrying platform shields the photoelectric sensors, the carrying platform is lifted to the top position again to receive the next luggage to come to the unpacking table module 240.
Fig. 15 is a top view of a baggage lifting module 235 and a baggage switching module 236 illustrating a routine baggage review device in accordance with the present application.
As shown in fig. 15, the baggage lifting module 235 of the reinspection baggage returning device according to the embodiment of the present application may include a chain and a loading platform, and the loading platform is lifted by a motor driving the chain mechanism.
Preferably, the carrying platform can comprise an electric roller and a plurality of unpowered rollers driven by the electric roller.
Preferably, the baggage lifting module 235 further comprises a photoelectric sensor mounted at the bottom of the loading platform; when no luggage blocks the photoelectric sensor, the carrying platform is positioned at the same height position as the lower-layer rechecking luggage returning roller table 233 to wait for the luggage conveyed from the unpacking table; when the luggage blocks the photoelectric sensor, the luggage lifting module 235 starts to operate, the luggage is lifted to the height consistent with the second section 233b of the upper-layer re-inspection luggage returning roller way, and then the rollers on the carrying platform start to rotate, so that the luggage is conveyed to the second section 233b of the re-inspection luggage returning roller way.
As shown in fig. 15, the baggage switching module 236 of the baggage returning device according to the embodiment of the present application may be disposed at a side of the second segment 233b of the baggage returning roller. The transfer of the luggage switch module 236 has a motor driven push rod. The baggage switching module 236 may further include a photoelectric sensor at the bottom, and when the photoelectric sensor is covered by baggage, the push rod is driven by the motor in the transfer machine to horizontally push the re-checked baggage into the roller way at the front end of the inspection apparatus for re-inspection.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the present application provides an automatic security screening lane including the above described reinspection baggage pass back device.
Because the reinspection baggage passing back device for the security inspection passage according to the embodiment of the present application includes: the to-be-inspected luggage conveying roller way consists of a plurality of groups of rollers and is used for receiving luggage to be rechecked and conveying the luggage to a to-be-unpacked inspection place; the rechecking luggage return roller way is composed of a plurality of groups of rollers, the rechecking luggage return roller way is provided with a first section which is parallel to the to-be-detected luggage conveying roller way and positioned at the lower layer and a second section which extends to the safety check luggage conveying main line, and the first section of the rechecking luggage return roller way receives luggage transmitted from the unpacking checking position and conveys the luggage to the next step; the luggage lifting module is used for lifting the luggage positioned on the lower layer to the second section of the re-inspection luggage return roller way positioned on the upper layer by driving the chain mechanism to realize lifting of the carrying platform through the motor; the luggage switch module is provided with a transfer machine and is used for transferring luggage to be rechecked to a security check luggage conveying roller way for detection, so that the luggage to be rechecked can be automatically returned, and the following beneficial effects can be realized:
when the luggage is conveyed by the security inspection channel for inspection, the luggage with contraband can be automatically conveyed and returned: the reinspection luggage returning device firstly conveys the luggage to a position where the luggage needs to be unpacked and the contraband articles are taken out, and then automatically conveys the luggage which is taken out of the contraband articles back to the position of secondary inspection, so that the process of manually conveying the reinspection luggage is reduced, and the inspection efficiency is improved.
Fig. 16 is a sectional view illustrating an automatic tray discharging apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 16, the automatic tray discharging apparatus according to the embodiment of the present application includes: a luggage platform 213, a pallet lifting module 211, and a pallet switching module 212.
The baggage table 213 is disposed at a position where baggage to be checked is placed for a traveler, and includes an upper layer for placing a tray for placing baggage for the traveler and a lower layer for receiving an empty tray for returning.
The tray lifting module 211 is used to lift an empty tray from the bottom of the luggage table onto the luggage table plane.
The automatic tray discharging device is provided with two tray switching modules 212, wherein one tray switching module is used for transferring the tray from the tail end of the empty tray return roller way to the tray lifting module, and the other tray switching module is used for receiving the instruction of the master control unit and then transferring the carrying tray to the safety check luggage conveying roller way.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the tray lifting module 211 includes: the movable platform comprises a plurality of rollers, preferably 5-7 rollers, and the axial direction of each roller is parallel to the supporting frame of the roller way. When the movable platform is positioned at the lower layer of the luggage platform, the empty pallet transmitted from the empty pallet return roller way 252 is received, and a plurality of rollers of the movable platform operate to move the pallet to the movable platform; when the movable platform is located on the upper layer of the luggage platform, after the passengers place the luggage to be checked, the plurality of rollers of the movable platform 213 operate to push the tray onto the security check luggage conveying roller way 221 on the side edge. The chain mechanism of the tray lifting module drives the movable platform to ascend and descend under the control of the master control unit 400. The tray is shown by a dotted line in fig. 16, and the movable platform is raised to the upper C position of the luggage table 213 through the B position after receiving an empty tray at the lower side of the luggage table 213, and returns to the lower side of the luggage table 213 after the upper tray of the luggage table 213 is moved out of the movable platform, and waits for receiving an empty tray, and enters a cycle. The movable platform is lifted to the height of the upper edge of the tray, the height of the upper edge of the tray is consistent with the height of the upper layer of the luggage platform, and the lifting height of the movable platform can be controlled by a limit switch.

The number of the belts is at least 2; when the number of the belts is 2, the trays can be transferred to a target roller way from two sides of the bottoms of the trays. The two pallet switch modules 212 are respectively arranged in the gap between the upper layer security check luggage conveying roller way 221 and the lower layer empty pallet returning roller way 252. In fig. 16, the broken lines indicate pallets, the pallet switch module 212 on the lower layer is used to transfer empty pallets from the empty pallet return roller way to the movable platform from the position a, and the pallet switch module 212 on the upper layer is used to transfer pallets loaded with baggage from the movable platform from the position C to the position D of the security baggage conveyor roller way; in operation, the pallet switch module may operate in synchronization with the plurality of rollers of the movable platform 213 by friction between the belt and the pallet floor to transfer the pallet to a corresponding target position.
According to the embodiment of the present application, the automatic tray discharging apparatus may further include a photoelectric sensor (not shown), when it is sensed that the tray has entered the movable platform, the photoelectric sensor transmits information to the general control unit 400, and the general control unit 400 controls the movable platform 213 to lift the tray. The automatic tray discharging device also comprises a face recognition module for collecting passenger information; a safety light curtain is arranged at the top of the device capable of automatically discharging the tray, and when the tray is conveyed, if an object passes through the safety light curtain, the main control unit controls the device capable of automatically discharging the tray to pause.

As shown in fig. 10, 11 and 12, the empty tray collecting device 250 according to an embodiment of the present application includes: an empty tray collection module 251 and an empty tray return roller table 252.
The empty tray collecting module 251 is used for circularly collecting and stacking empty trays of the empty tray collecting module after passengers take luggage from the security check passage, and is used for lowering the empty trays onto an empty tray return roller way.
The empty tray return roller way 252 is parallel to the security check baggage conveying roller way of the security check baggage conveying main line device and is positioned below the security check baggage conveying roller way, the security check channel and the empty tray return roller way 252 form a continuous or discontinuous conveying channel to form a closed loop or open loop empty tray recycling device 250, and the empty tray return roller way 252 conveys empty trays from the bottom of the empty tray collection module 251 to the side edge of the bottom of the baggage table at the security check entrance through an electric roller.
According to the embodiment of the application, the top side edge of the empty tray collection module 251 can be provided with a photoelectric sensor (not shown), and when the empty tray is stacked to a preset height and the sensor is shielded, the empty tray collection module lowers the empty tray onto the empty tray return roller way.
Fig. 17 is a side view of an empty tray collection module illustrating an empty tray collecting apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 18 is a top view of the empty tray collection module illustrating the empty tray collecting apparatus according to the embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 17 and 18, the empty tray collection module 251 has four screw rods corresponding to four corners of the tray, threads of the screw rods just contact with edges of the empty tray, the screw rods are driven by a motor, and when the screw rods synchronously rotate, the screw rods lift the empty tray and gradually descend to the lower empty tray return roller way. According to an embodiment of the application, the information collection and processing module may tag the tray with the RFID with the baggage status and corresponding passenger information. An RFID code reader can be installed on the empty pallet return roller way 252 close to the empty pallet collection module and used for reading the information of the empty pallet and uploading the information to the information acquisition and processing module, and the information acquisition and processing module carries out unbinding operation on the pallet number and the previously bound passenger information and removes the original luggage state mark information.
As shown in fig. 7, the empty tray recycling device 250 for the security inspection passage can be applied to a security inspection baggage conveyor and an automatic security inspection passage system, and can automatically collect and return empty trays, thereby reducing the manual transportation process.

the process that the empty tray is collected and carried to the security inspection entrance at luggage extraction of reducible manpower, empty tray recovery unit can transport the empty tray back to the security inspection entrance automatically in an orderly manner to reduce the human labor, improve inspection efficiency.

Claims (10)
1. An automated security screening access system comprising:
the automatic luggage conveying channel comprises a security check luggage conveying main line device and a rechecking luggage returning device which is arranged in parallel with the security check luggage conveying main line device, wherein the security check luggage conveying main line device comprises an upstream end for receiving luggage and a downstream end for delivering luggage;
the security check X-ray machine is used for carrying out X-ray inspection on the luggage and judging whether forbidden articles exist or not, and the security check image processing module is used for recording images obtained by the X-ray machine and luggage marking results and interacting with the information processing unit;
the information acquisition and processing module is provided with an information acquisition unit and an information processing unit, wherein the information acquisition unit is used for acquiring personal information and tray information of passengers and uploading the personal information and the tray information to the information processing unit, and the information processing unit is used for storing the personal information of the passengers, storing the serial numbers of the trays and storing the marking results of the security check image processing module on the luggage and the trays; and
a master control unit for receiving the instruction sent by the information acquisition and processing module and controlling the automatic luggage conveying channel to convey the pallet to the corresponding position according to the instruction,
wherein, when the general control unit receives the judgment and reading of no contraband articles on the security check tray, the general control unit controls the operation of the security check luggage conveying main line device and conveys the security check tray to a luggage extraction position,
wherein, when the master control unit receives the interpretation that the security inspection tray has prohibited articles, the master control unit controls the security inspection luggage transmission main line device to transfer the security inspection tray to the re-inspection luggage return device, then controls the re-inspection luggage return device to send the tray with luggage to the luggage unpacking position,
when the general control unit receives the finished baggage unpacking processing instruction, the general control unit controls the re-inspection baggage returning device to return the security inspection tray to the security inspection baggage conveying main line device positioned at the upstream of the security inspection optical machine device so as to perform X-ray re-inspection.

The automatic security screening passage system according to claim 1, wherein the personal information of the passenger collected by the information collecting unit is passenger face information for automatically corresponding the passenger information to a tray of the baggage placed by the passenger; the tray is provided with an RFID label, and the information acquisition unit acquires the tray code through the RFID.

The automatic security screening lane system of claim 1, wherein the security screening baggage transfer main line apparatus comprises: the safety inspection baggage conveying roller way comprises a supporting frame which is positioned along the baggage conveying direction and positioned at two sides of the baggage conveying direction and a plurality of roller sets which are movably connected with the supporting frame on the axes, each roller set comprises a plurality of rollers, one roller positioned in the middle is a powered roller, the other rollers are unpowered rollers, the rollers in the roller sets are connected in pairs by belts, the roller sets are driven by the powered rollers to synchronously rotate so as to convey the baggage on the rollers, the safety inspection baggage conveying roller way receives an instruction generated by a master control unit, trays with the baggage are orderly conveyed through an X-ray machine for inspection through the roller way with the electric rollers, and the trays with the baggage passing through the inspection optical machine are conveyed to a baggage extraction position; the luggage sorting device is used for transferring the luggage with abnormal detection to the rechecking luggage returning device at the outlet of the X-ray machine according to the instruction sent by the master control unit.

7. The automated screening lane system of claim 1, wherein said baggage automated transport lane further comprises an automated out-of-tray device and an empty tray retrieval device.

The automated security screening walkway system of claim 7, wherein the automated out-of-tray device comprises: the system comprises a tray lifting module and a tray switching module, wherein the tray lifting module is used for lifting an empty tray from the bottom of a luggage platform to the luggage platform, and the tray switching module is used for receiving an instruction of a master control unit and then transferring the tray to a security check luggage conveying roller way of a security check luggage conveying main line device.
