The invention provides a filling slurry preparation filling method, which adopts the coarse aggregate and tail mortar cooperated precise preparation filling system for preparation, adopts a static metering-periodic preparation circulation process, and comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing tail mortar: a tail mortar thickening storage and metering system 10 is adopted, after tailing is settled through a self-diluting flocculation settlement feeding barrel 19, the tailing is conveyed to a paste storage thickener 11 for concentration, an air compressor 17 is opened before filling for full-warehouse slurry making, the homogeneity of slurry filled in a warehouse is ensured, and the concentration is unchanged during sand discharging. When filling is needed, under the action of a slurry pump 18, the underflow is pumped into an underflow metering buffer hopper 13 arranged at the upper part of the horizontal forced mixer through an underflow conveying pipeline 12; the underflow metering buffer hopper 13 is provided with a weighing sensor, the bottom of the underflow metering buffer hopper is provided with a discharge valve, and the underflow metering buffer hopper has the functions of metering and buffer storage. The underflow conveying pipeline 12 is provided with a first regulating valve 14, a first electromagnetic flow meter 15 and a concentration meter 16, so that the underflow flow control and concentration monitoring of the paste storage thickener 11 are realized.
The required underflow amount is prepared in one period through the automatic control system 60, during filling operation, the underflow enters the underflow metering buffer hopper 13 through the underflow pump 18 and the underflow conveying pipeline 12, the weighing sensor monitors the underflow weight in the hopper in real time, when the underflow amount reaches a set value, the automatic control system 60 automatically closes the underflow pump 18, feeding is stopped, and underflow metering is completed.
The weighed tail mortar is temporarily stored in the underflow metering buffer hopper 13 and is automatically discharged into the horizontal forced mixer when the subsequent filling slurry preparation process is carried out.
S2, coarse aggregate metering and feeding: adopting a coarse aggregate metering and feeding system 20, conveying the coarse aggregates prepared by a proportioning machine 21 into a coarse aggregate metering buffer hopper 23 positioned at the upper part of a horizontal forced mixer through a conveying belt 22; the coarse aggregate metering buffer hopper 23 is provided with a weighing sensor, the bottom of the coarse aggregate metering buffer hopper is provided with an unloading valve, and the coarse aggregate metering buffer hopper has the functions of metering and buffering.
Setting the amount of coarse aggregate required by preparation in one period through the automatic control system 60, feeding the coarse aggregate into the coarse aggregate metering buffer hopper 23 through the batching machine 21 and the conveying belt 22 during filling operation, monitoring the weight of the coarse aggregate in the hopper in real time by a weighing sensor, and automatically closing the batching machine 21 by the automatic control system 60 when the weight of the coarse aggregate reaches a set value, stopping feeding and finishing metering of the coarse aggregate; the weighed coarse aggregate is temporarily stored in the coarse aggregate metering buffer hopper 23, and is automatically discharged into the horizontal forced mixer when the subsequent filling slurry preparation process is carried out.
S3, cement metering and feeding: a cement metering and feeding system 30 is adopted to convey cement stored in a cement bin 31 into a cement metering buffer hopper 33 positioned at the upper part of the horizontal forced mixer through a screw conveyor 32 at the bottom of the bin; be equipped with weighing sensor on the cement measurement buffer memory fill 33, the bottom is equipped with the valve of unloading, has the effect of measurement and buffer memory concurrently.
Setting a cement weight required by preparation in one period through the automatic control system 60, enabling cement to enter the cement metering buffer hopper 33 through the screw conveyor 32 during filling operation, monitoring the weight of the cement in the hopper in real time by a weighing sensor, and automatically closing the screw conveyor 32 by the automatic control system 60 when the weight of the cement reaches a set value, stopping feeding, and metering the cement; the weighed cement is temporarily stored in the cement metering buffer hopper 33, and is automatically discharged into the horizontal forced mixer when the subsequent filling slurry preparation process is carried out.
S4, metering and feeding of concentrated water: the concentrated water metering and feeding system 40 is adopted to automatically convey the concentrated water stored in the high-level water tank 41 to a concentrated water metering buffer hopper 43 positioned at the upper part of the horizontal forced mixer through a concentrated water conveying pipeline 42 and a second regulating valve 44; and a second regulating valve 44 and a second electromagnetic flowmeter 45 are arranged on the concentrated water conveying pipeline 42, so that the control and monitoring of the amount of concentrated water are realized. The concentrated water metering buffer hopper 43 is provided with a weighing sensor, the bottom of the concentrated water metering buffer hopper is provided with a discharge valve, and the concentrated water metering buffer hopper has the functions of metering and buffer storage.
Setting the weight of the concentrated water required by preparation in one period through the automatic control system 60, feeding the concentrated water into the concentrated water metering buffer hopper 43 through the concentrated water conveying pipeline 42 during filling operation, monitoring the weight of the concentrated water in the hopper in real time by a weighing sensor, and automatically closing the second regulating valve 44 by the automatic control system 60 when the weight of the concentrated water reaches a set value, stopping water feeding and finishing metering of the concentrated water; the weighed thickening water is temporarily stored in a thickening water metering buffer hopper 43, and is automatically discharged into a horizontal forced mixer when the subsequent filling slurry preparation process is carried out;
s5, preparing filling slurry: the automatic control system 60 starts the filling slurry preparation system 50, the measured tail mortar, coarse aggregate, cement and thickening water are automatically discharged into the horizontal forced mixer, the horizontal forced mixer prepares the filling slurry, and meanwhile, the tail mortar thickening storage and measurement system 10, the coarse aggregate measuring and feeding system 20, the cement measuring and feeding system 30 and the thickening water measuring and feeding system 40 respectively perform the circulating process steps of measuring and caching the filling material; after the horizontal forced mixer completes preparation and discharging of the filling slurry for one period, a filling slurry discharging valve arranged at the bottom of the horizontal forced mixer is automatically closed through an automatic control system 60;
then the automatic control system 60 respectively opens the discharge valves on the underflow metering buffer hopper 13, the coarse aggregate metering buffer hopper 23, the cement metering buffer hopper 33 and the thickening water metering buffer hopper 43, the filling material is automatically discharged into the horizontal forced mixer through the discharge valves, the horizontal forced mixer is used for carrying out the next period of mixing treatment, and the filling slurry is automatically discharged; under the control of the automatic control system 60, the metering buffer hoppers continuously and circularly measure and buffer the filling materials.
The preparation process can ensure the accurate metering of the filling material and the high-quality preparation of the filling slurry.
In conclusion, the invention provides a system and a method for accurately preparing and filling coarse aggregate and tail mortar. The system comprises a tail mortar concentration storage and metering system, a coarse aggregate metering and feeding system, a cement metering and feeding system, a concentration adjusting water metering and feeding system, a filling slurry preparation system and an automatic control system, wherein the filling slurry preparation system and the automatic control system are respectively connected with the systems. The method adopts a static metering-periodic preparation circulating process, and can realize accurate metering of each filling material; the stirring time of the stirrer can be set at will, so that the filling material is fully stirred, and the high-quality preparation of the filling slurry is guaranteed; the technical defects of poor filling slurry preparation quality, poor slurry pipeline conveying reliability, high filling cost and the like caused by low filling material metering precision, large error, large sand discharge concentration fluctuation of tailing thickening equipment and the like in the conventional coarse aggregate cemented filling process in the prior art are effectively overcome.
