Abstract
The invention discloses a reel pinch mechanism component of a header of a vertical corn harvester, which comprises at least 2 reel pinch mechanisms, wherein each reel pinch mechanism consists of a reel pinch part A, B, a reel pinch part A comprises a reel chain C, and a reel pinch part B comprises a fold-line-shaped chain clamping frame and a reel chain D. Technical Field
The invention relates to a crop harvesting machine, in particular to a reel pinch mechanism assembly of a header of a vertical corn harvester.
Background
The existing vertical corn harvester mainly comprises a header, an engine, a traveling system, an elevator, a cluster box and the like. The header is a core component of the corn harvester, and has the main functions of harvesting corn straws and harvesting corn ears. The existing header mainly comprises a frame, a reel pinch mechanism assembly, a stalk pulling and ear picking mechanism, a shearing mechanism, a power transmission component and the like, wherein the reel pinch mechanism assembly, the stalk pulling and ear picking mechanism, the shearing mechanism and the power transmission component are arranged on the frame. The reel clamping and conveying mechanism assembly consists of at least 2 reel clamping and conveying mechanisms; the set number of the stalk pulling and ear picking mechanisms is matched with the set number of the reel clamping and feeding mechanisms.
The stalk pulling and ear picking mechanism consists of a main roller, an auxiliary roller and a power transmission part thereof. The main roller consists of an upper roller, a power chain wheel and a lower roller. When assembling, the main roller and the auxiliary roller are vertically hinged on the frame and distributed left and right.

A V-shaped opening formed by the support frame and the front body of the break point of the chain clamp frame forms a straw feeding opening of the mechanism, and a gap formed between the support frame and the rear body of the break point of the chain clamp frame which are arranged in parallel at intervals forms a straw clamping and conveying channel of the mechanism.

The existing reel pinch mechanism assembly has the following main problems in practical application: firstly, for the reel chain and reel chain type reel pinch mechanism assembly, each reel chain C in the assembly needs the power transmission part to provide an independent power transmission chain, so the structure is complex and the manufacturing cost is high; secondly, according to the actual operation requirement, when the reel pinch mechanism dials in the straws, the reel chain should have a relatively low linear velocity, so that the reel chain is beneficial to avoiding overlarge impact between the reel chain and the straws, and the straws are ensured to be steadily dialed in; when the straws are pinched, the reel chains have relatively high linear speed, so that the straws can quickly run in the pinching and feeding channel, and the phenomenon of crowding and blocking is avoided. However, the reel chain D of the existing reel clamping and conveying mechanism is a complete chain, the speed of each point line is the same during operation, different linear speeds cannot be provided for straw reeling and clamping, and only the two are considered, so that the selection is compromised, and the operation quality and efficiency are lower; and the reel chain D is composed of the whole chain, so that the reel chain is fast in abrasion, easy to loosen and high in use and maintenance cost. Secondly, for the assembly of the reel chain and reel wheel type reel pinch mechanism, because the reel executing components of each reel pinch part a in the assembly, namely the reel wheels, need to be driven by the reel fingers of the reel chain D through reel blades, the original rough transmission mode inevitably causes intense hard impact collision between the reel executing components of the reel pinch part A, B, namely between the reel chain D and the reel wheels, so as to accelerate the abrasion of the reel pinch part, thereby causing higher use and maintenance cost.

The invention aims to provide a reel clamping mechanism assembly of a header of a vertical corn harvester for people so as to solve the problems of high manufacturing and using cost, low operation quality and efficiency and the like in the prior art.
The invention aims to realize the purpose, the device comprises at least 2 reel pinch mechanisms, the reel pinch mechanisms are all composed of reel pinch parts A, B, each reel pinch part A comprises a reel chain C, each reel pinch part B comprises a fold-line-shaped chain holder and a reel chain D, and the device is characterized in that the reel chain D is composed of a front reel chain and a rear reel chain which are respectively arranged on a frame body in front of and behind a fold point of the chain holder, the rear reel chain is in transmission connection with a power chain wheel, and the speed reduction transmission connection is realized between the front reel chain and the reel chain C of another adjacent reel pinch mechanism through a pair speed change chain wheel with the same gear ratio.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages after being realized: firstly, compared with the existing 'reeling chain + reeling chain' reeling pinch mechanism assembly, firstly, except that one reeling chain C at the outermost side needs the power transmission part to provide driving force for the power transmission part, the reeling chains C of the other reeling pinch mechanisms are driven by the reeling chain D of the other adjacent reeling pinch mechanism, so that the structure is simple, and the manufacturing cost can be obviously reduced. And the rear reel chain of each reel clamping and conveying mechanism is connected with the front reel chain and the reel chain C of the other adjacent reel clamping and conveying mechanism through a duplex speed-changing chain wheel to realize equal-speed-reduction transmission, so that the front reel chain and the reel chain C can obtain the optimal operating linear speed while the rear reel chain is ensured to have the ideal operating linear speed, and further, the overlarge impact between reel fingers of the reel chains and the straws is avoided in the reel operation, and the straws are ensured to be stably guided into the straw feeding port, so that the operating efficiency and the quality are improved. And the reel chain D is composed of a front chain and a rear chain, so that the abrasion and the looseness of the chains can be reduced, and the use and maintenance cost is reduced. Secondly, compared with the existing 'reel chain + reel wheel type' reel pinch mechanism assembly, the reel pinch component A in the reel pinch mechanism assembly is a reel actuating component, namely, the reel chain C is driven by the power transmission component and the reel chain D respectively, and the stable transmission mode avoids hard impact collision between the reel actuating components of the reel pinch component A, B, namely, the reel chain C and the reel chain D, so that the abrasion is obviously reduced, and the use and maintenance cost is reduced.

Fig. 1 and 2 show a specific embodiment of the reel pinch mechanism assembly of the invention. As can be seen from the figure, the assembly comprises 3 reel pinching mechanisms 1, and each reel pinching mechanism 1 consists of a reel pinching part A with the serial number of 17 and a reel pinching part B with the serial number of 18. The reel pinch part A consists of a fold line-shaped support frame 2, a reel chain C arranged on a frame body at the front part of the support frame, a chain wheel group matched with the reel chain C and a chain tensioning device; the reel pinch part B consists of a fold-line-shaped chain clamping frame 3, a reel chain D arranged on the whole frame body of the chain clamping frame, a chain wheel group matched with the reel chain D and a chain tensioning device. When assembled, the reel gripping members A, B are all arranged on the frame 24 and distributed along the left and right direction, and the combined top view shape of the reel gripping members and the frame is similar to a Y shape. The straw feeding opening of the reel pinch mechanism is formed by a V-shaped opening formed by the front bodies of the folding points of the support frame 2 and the chain clamp frame 3, and the straw pinch channel of the mechanism is formed by a gap formed between the support frame 2 and the rear bodies of the folding points of the chain clamp frame 3 which are arranged in parallel at intervals. Each reel pinch mechanism is matched with a stalk pulling and ear picking mechanism 20, and the stalk pinch channel is aligned with the meshing lines of the main roller 22 and the auxiliary roller 21 of the corresponding stalk pulling and ear picking mechanism.
The main roller 22 of the stalk pulling and ear picking mechanism 20 is respectively composed of an upper roller, a power chain wheel 23 and a lower roller which are connected in sequence from top to bottom. The main roller and the auxiliary roller are vertically hinged on the frame 24 and distributed left and right.
As can be seen from fig. 1 and 2, the reel pinching part a located at the outermost side of the assembly of the reel pinching mechanism of the present invention, i.e. the leftmost side shown in fig. 1, has the same structural form as the prior art. The reel chain C with the serial number 15 is arranged on the frame body at the front part of the folding point of the supporting frame through a chain wheel 13, driven chain wheels of a tension chain wheel 10 of a tension device 9 and a driving chain wheel 16.
It should be noted that in the present embodiment, the front frame body of the folding point of the supporting frame 19 of the reel pinch part a located at the outermost side of the assembly of the reel pinch mechanism of the present invention is slightly longer than the front frame body of the folding point of the supporting frame 2 of the other reel pinch parts a in the assembly, so as to facilitate the stalk shifting in the side ridge during the operation. However, in practical application, the invention can also be used when the supporting frame and the reel chain C of the reel pinching part A positioned at the outermost side of the assembly of the reel pinching mechanism of the invention are consistent with the specification and the size of the same-name components of other reel pinching parts A in the assembly of the reel pinching mechanism of the invention.
It should also be noted that in practical application, the number of the stalk pulling and snapping mechanisms and the stalk shifting and pinching mechanisms can be 2 or more than 3.
The invention is different from the prior art in that: the reel chains D arranged on each reel pinch component B respectively consist of a front reel chain 8 and a rear reel chain 7 which are respectively arranged on the frame bodies in front of and behind the break point of the chain clamping frame through matched chain wheel components, namely, the front reel chain 8 passes through a tension chain wheel 10 of a chain tension device 9, and a small chain wheel 27 of a duplex speed change chain wheel 12 positioned at the break point of the chain clamping frame, namely, an upper chain wheel shown in figure 3 is arranged on the frame body in front of the break point of the chain clamping frame 3; the rear reel chain 7 passes through a power chain wheel 23 arranged on a main roller 22 of the stalk pulling and ear picking mechanism matched with the reel pinch mechanism where the rear reel chain is arranged, a reversing chain wheel 4, a tension chain wheel 5 of a chain tension device 6 and a large chain wheel 28 of the duplex speed change chain wheel 12 shared with the front reel chain 8, namely a lower chain wheel shown in figure 3 is arranged on a frame body at the rear part of a folding point of the chain clamping frame 3; a reel chain C with the serial number 14 of the other reel pinch mechanism adjacent to the reel pinch component B is arranged on a frame body at the front part of a folding point of the support frame through a chain wheel 13, a tension chain wheel 10 of a chain tension device 9 and a small chain wheel 27 of a duplex speed change chain wheel 12, and a large chain wheel of the duplex chain wheel is in chain connection with the rear reel chain.
The reel chain C, the front reel chain and the rear reel chain are all formed by a complete chain, and reel fingers which are arranged at intervals, namely, protruding pieces for pulling the corn straws are arranged on the chains. The reel chain C and the front reel chain respectively form reel executing components of the reel pinch part A, B.
The header of the invention has the working principle that: when the header is operated, each pull-stalk ear-picking mechanism 20 is driven by a power transmission component thereof to operate, the rear reel chains 7 of the reel pinch mechanisms matched with the pull-stalk ear-picking mechanisms are driven by the power chain wheel 23 arranged on the main roller of the pull-stalk ear-picking mechanism to operate, the rear reel chains simultaneously drive the front reel chain 8 in transmission connection and the reel chain C of the other adjacent reel pinch mechanism through the duplex speed-changing chain wheel 12, and the driven front reel chains and the driven reel wheels C operate at a constant speed lower than the linear speed of the rear reel chains 7; meanwhile, the reel chain C with the serial number 15 of the reel pinch component A positioned at the outermost side is driven by a power transmission chain 25 arranged between an engine of the vertical corn harvester and a driving chain wheel 16 of the vertical corn harvester to run, and the linear speed of the reel chain C is equal to that of other reel chains C; at this time, the straws whose roots are cut by the cutting mechanism 26 of the header are respectively poked into the straw feeding port by the reel chains C and the front reel chains 8 which are positioned at the two sides of the straw feeding port of the invention, and the straws are conveyed to the corresponding straw pulling and ear picking mechanism 20 by the corresponding rear reel chains 7 through the straw clamping and conveying channels of the reel clamping and conveying mechanism, and after the straw pulling and ear picking operation is completed by the main and auxiliary rollers 22 and 21 of the mechanism, the subsequent corn ear collection and straw treatment work is completed by other functional components of the vertical corn harvester.
