Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a piston pin drilling apparatus, including a table 1, the top surface of the workbench is provided with a first supporting column 2, the bottom surface of the workbench is provided with a second supporting column 16, so that a space is reserved between the bottom surface of the workbench and the ground, the top of the first supporting column is provided with a beam 3, the beam is provided with a main shaft 4, a driving motor 5 for driving the main shaft to rotate and a lifting structure for driving the main shaft to lift, wherein, the lifting mechanism can use the existing structure, the bottom end of the main shaft is detachably connected with a drill bit 6, the top surface of the workbench is provided with a threaded hole 7 in the vertical direction, the depth of the threaded hole is less than the thickness of the workbench, a first through hole 9 for a workpiece 8 to be machined to pass through is formed in the bottom surface of the workbench, and the first through hole is communicated with the threaded hole and is coaxially arranged; the bottom surface of the workbench is provided with a clamping device 10 for fixing a workpiece to be processed, and the clamping device can use the existing device, such as a claw structure; the threaded hole is connected with an installation column 19, a central hole 11 is formed in the center of the installation column, the diameter of the central hole is approximately the same as that of the first through hole, the central hole and the first through hole are coaxially arranged, the diameter of the first through hole is slightly larger than that of a workpiece to be machined generally during machining, operation rods 12 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the installation shaft, laser light sources 13 are arranged on the operation rods, and the laser light sources on the two operation rods are symmetrically arranged; install disc 14 on the drill bit, the bottom surface of disc uses the center of disc as the basic point and evenly is provided with a plurality of bulge loops 15, the disc with the drill bit coaxial setting, and every light that the light source sent can shine on one of them bulge loop.
When the piston pin drilling device provided by the invention is used, one end of a workpiece to be machined is arranged in the central hole, then the mounting column 19 is mounted on the threaded hole, so that the bottom end of the workpiece to be machined passes through the first through hole, after the bottom end of the workpiece to be machined is clamped by the clamping device, the two laser light sources are turned on, whether light points of the two laser light sources, which irradiate the disc, are positioned on the same convex ring or not is observed, if the light points are positioned on different convex rings, positioning deviation or installation inclination of a drill bit is shown, positioning deviation is not shown on the same convex ring, and the installation of the drill bit is not inclined, so that risks can be predicted in advance according to the observation.
The piston pin drilling device provided by the invention has the following advantages;
1. the situation that the positioning is deviated or the drill bit is installed and inclined can be known in advance by observing whether light spots irradiated on the disc by the two laser light sources are positioned on the same convex ring, so that the waste of workpieces in the drilling process is reduced;
2. limiting the workpiece to be machined on one axis through the positioning hole, the first through hole and the clamping device, so that the workpiece to be machined is ensured to be in a vertical state when being fixed;
3. when the workpiece to be machined is installed, the height of the top surface of the workpiece to be machined is lower than that of the top surface of the central hole, so that after the drill bit is contacted with the workpiece to be machined, the bottom end of the drill bit is located in the central hole and limited by the central hole, and the drill bit is not easy to deviate.
4. In the process of drilling the workpiece to be machined, the outer surface of the workpiece to be machined is limited by the inner side of the mounting column, so that the workpiece to be machined is not easy to expand outwards excessively, the original shape of the workpiece to be machined is ensured, and particularly, a mode of drilling from two ends to the middle is adopted.
In actual manufacturing, in order to distinguish the convex rings, the convex rings are provided with coatings with different colors, so that the colors displayed when the laser light source irradiates on different convex rings are different during observation and are easier to identify, and certainly, different marks, such as sequential marks, can be arranged on each convex ring so as to be distinguished.
In actual use, in order to prevent the drill bit from wearing the top of the mounting column when in operation, the inner wall of the mounting column is provided with a wear-resistant coating at the top position.
As a preferable scheme, referring to fig. 4, the top of the central hole is provided with an extension part 17 extending inside the central hole, the inner side of the extension part encloses a positioning hole 18, and the diameter of the positioning hole is approximately the same as that of the drill bit; the wear-resistant coating is positioned on the inner side surface of the extension part, and the structure has the following advantages:
1. the positioning hole is arranged, so that the drill bit is not easy to enter the positioning hole when the positioning is deviated or the drill bit is inclined, and further people know the positioning deviation or the drill bit is inclined in advance, so that the waste of workpieces in the drilling process is reduced;
2. the mode that people installed and treat the machined part is restricted: so that people can not directly install the workpiece to be processed from top to bottom, and people are prevented from fixing the workpiece to be processed after the installation of the installation column and then penetrating one end of the workpiece to be processed through the central hole and the through hole, thereby reducing the risk of jamming of the workpiece to be processed,
3. ensuring that the distance of the height of the positioning hole is kept between the installed workpiece and the top of the installation column;
4. the drill bit is matched with the drill bit, so that the deviation of the drill bit is further prevented;
5. after the machining is finished, the clamping device can be firstly loosened, the mounting column is unscrewed, and the friction force between the outer surface of the workpiece and the first through hole is overcome by virtue of the threads, so that the workpiece is lifted; then, the clamping device is screwed down, the mounting column is continuously unscrewed, and a pulling force is formed by means of the clamping device and the threads so as to overcome the friction force between the outer surface of the workpiece and the central hole; the workpiece can be conveniently taken down without other devices, and the mode is particularly suitable for the condition that the length of the central hole is greater than that of the first through hole.

a threaded hole (7) is formed in the top surface of the workbench in the vertical direction, the depth of the threaded hole is smaller than the thickness of the workbench, a first through hole (9) for a workpiece (8) to be machined to penetrate through is formed in the bottom surface of the workbench, and the first through hole is communicated with the threaded hole and is coaxially arranged;
the bottom surface of the workbench is provided with a clamping device (10) for fixing a workpiece to be processed;
the threaded hole is connected with an installation column (19), a central hole (11) is formed in the center of the installation column, the diameter of the central hole is the same as that of the first through hole, the central hole and the first through hole are coaxially arranged, operation rods (12) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the installation shaft, laser light sources (13) are arranged on the operation rods, and the laser light sources on the two operation rods are symmetrically arranged;

5. A piston pin drilling assembly according to claim 1 or 4, wherein the inner wall of the mounting post is provided with a wear resistant coating at a top location.
6. Piston pin drilling device according to claim 5, characterized in that the top of the central bore is provided with an extension (17) extending inside the central bore, the inside of the extension enclosing a positioning hole (18) having the same diameter as the drill bit;
the wear resistant coating is located on an inner side surface of the extension.
7. A piston pin drilling apparatus as in claim 6, wherein said central bore has a length greater than a length of said first through bore.
