As can be seen from the foregoing, when the hot fluid passes through the inner pipe 200, the inner pipe 200 is deformed by thermal elongation, and since a vacuum environment can be formed in the annular space 10 and the thermal insulation structure 400 for blocking thermal radiation is provided in the annular space 10, the temperature of the outer pipe 100 is substantially maintained, i.e., thermal elongation is not generated. the sealing assembly comprises a front end cover (310) and a welding ring (320), wherein the front end cover and the welding ring are tightly sleeved on the inner pipe (200); the outer end of the front end cover (310) is welded with the outer pipe (100) through a front end cover welding seam (20); the outer end of the welding ring (320) is welded with the outer pipe (100) through an outer girth weld (30), and the inner end of the welding ring (320) is welded with the inner pipe (200) through an inner girth weld (40);
the sealing assembly further comprises a rear end cap (330) tightly sleeved on the inner pipe (200); the rear end cover (330) is positioned between the front end cover (310) and the welding ring (320), and one end, facing the welding ring (320), of the rear end cover (330) is welded with the inner pipe (200) through a rear end cover welding seam (50); the thermal expansion compensator (500) is arranged between the front end cover (310) and the rear end cover (330);
the thermal expansion compensator (500) comprises a first pipe section (510), a second pipe section (520) and a corrugated pipe section (530) arranged between the first pipe section and the second pipe section, wherein the first pipe section, the second pipe section and the corrugated pipe section are integrally arranged and extend along the axial direction of the inner pipe (200); the first pipe section (510) is fixedly connected with the inner end of the front end cover (310), and the second pipe section (520) is fixedly connected with one end, facing the front end cover (310), of the rear end cover (330);
a front pressing block (600) is sleeved at the inner end of the front end cover (310), and a rear pressing block (700) is sleeved at one end, facing the front end cover (310), of the rear end cover (330); the first pipe section (510) is clamped between the front compaction block (600) and the front end cover (310), and the first pipe section, the front compaction block and the front end cover are welded through a front welding seam (60); the second pipe section (520) is clamped between the rear pressing block (700) and the rear end cover (330), and the second pipe section, the rear pressing block and the rear end cover are welded through a rear welding seam (70);
and a positioning guide pin (800) is clamped between the front end cover (310) and the inner pipe (200), and the positioning guide pin (800) is used for preventing the relative rotation of the outer pipe (100) and the inner pipe (200).
2. The thermal pipeline according to claim 1, wherein the specular reflection layer and the thermal insulation layer are alternately arranged in sequence and are respectively provided with a plurality of layers.
3. The insulated pipeline of claim 1 or 2, wherein the getter layer is made of a solid particulate getter material;
the mirror surface reflecting layer adopts an aluminum foil layer;
the heat insulation layer is a glass fiber gridding cloth layer.
4. The insulated pipeline of claim 1, wherein the insulation structure (400) is sleeved on the inner pipe (200) and is located between the weld ring (320) and the rear end cap (330).
