Background
The round-link chain is a transportation element of the coal mine scraper conveyor equipment, and forms a transportation device together with a scraper, and in recent years, along with the continuous increase of a coal face, the single-shift coal output of the face is increasingly large, the transportation amount of the transportation equipment is required to be increased, and the specification of the round-link chain is correspondingly increased.
The circular ring chain is a circular ring woven by circular bar materials, a long chain is formed by cross connection, a single ring is formed by welding, and as for the international and domestic existing processes, the hot-knitting hot welding and the hot-knitting cold welding mainly adopt two modes, namely flash butt welding, and a circular welding seam is formed after welding. In terms of process requirements, the annular welding line needs to be deburred to form a smooth annular welding line, welding equipment of a hot-encoding cold-welding process is adopted, a horizontal deburring method is adopted, a vertical deburring method is adopted for hot-encoding hot welding, the hot-encoding cold welding is mainly used for welding medium and small-sized circular chains, a hot-encoding thermal process is adopted for more than 34 specifications, and the used equipment is different due to different welding processes.
The existing vertical deburring process is characterized in that a workpiece is fixed on an equipment clamp, a cutter vertically moves up and down to achieve the purpose of deburring, but because a circular ring chain is fixed on equipment in a whole manner, the lower part of the circular ring chain is connected with a compact ring (vertical ring), the inner width of the single ring is limited, the operable space of the equipment is small, the cutter is small in size, the rigidity of the cutter is influenced, and the existing vertical deburring process has the following defects:
1. the vertical deburring process is easy to cause incomplete deburring at the interface, high edges are formed, the ring shape is not good, and the abrasion of the combined part is easy to cause when the chain is used;
2. the cutter and the workpiece are positioned on the equipment, but because a certain gap exists at the interface of the inner cutter and the outer cutter, the gap can not achieve the deburring effect, and sometimes the base material can be damaged due to poor positioning, so that the defects of the workpiece and the serious abrasion of the cutter are caused.
3. The areas formed at the welding positions are different, and the external dimension of the annular area formed after the deburring does not meet the standard requirement because the up-and-down stroke of the cutter is controlled by equipment (generally the same stroke).
4. The cutting tools are easy to be seriously damaged due to different cutting depths.
5. The cutter body of the cutter is large, not easy to repair and high in cost.

The deburring cutter unit 23 includes an inner deburring cutter and an outer deburring cutter, which are disposed at both sides of the end of the second connecting member 22 in the horizontal direction.
And the inner deburring cutter and the outer deburring cutter are provided with matched curved surfaces towards the position of the cutter head of the circular chain.

After the burrs are removed, welding parts with the same width and the same outer diameter size can be formed, and the size of the welding parts meets the standard requirement of a high-strength round-link chain for GB/T12718-2009 mine.
The rotating arm 3 rotates 180 degrees to form 360 degrees rotation around the welding chain arm, and a welding area with a consistent smooth area boundary line is formed.
The rotating arm 3 drives the inner deburring cutter and the outer deburring cutter to rotate 180 degrees along the axis of the workpiece, the inner deburring cutter and the outer deburring cutter remove burrs on the welding line of the axis part when extending out, 360-degree all-dimensional deburring can be formed in the rotation, the deburring width with fixed size is formed, and no dead angle is left in the deburring process.
