Claims (5)
1. A cleaning device for daily maintenance of an industrial robot, characterized in that the device comprises:
the mounting seat is detachably arranged on a base of the industrial robot;
the moving mechanism is arranged on the mounting seat; the moving mechanism comprises a first moving track assembly and a second moving track assembly, the first moving track assembly is arranged on the mounting seat, the second moving track assembly is movably arranged on the first moving track assembly, and the cleaning mechanism is arranged on the second moving track assembly; the second moving track assembly is rotatably arranged on the first moving track assembly, and the second moving track assembly is rotatably parallel to the first moving track assembly;
the cleaning mechanism is arranged on the moving mechanism and can move along the body of the industrial robot under the driving of the moving mechanism, and the cleaning mechanism is used for cleaning dirt on the body of the industrial robot; the cleaning mechanism comprises an air blowing assembly, a spraying assembly and a blow-drying assembly, the air blowing assembly, the spraying assembly and the blow-drying assembly are sequentially arranged on the moving mechanism, the air blowing assembly is used for blowing off dust on the industrial robot, the spraying assembly is used for spraying cleaning liquid to the industrial robot, and the blow-drying assembly is used for blow-drying the industrial robot; one sides of the air blowing assembly, the spray washing assembly and the blow drying assembly, which face the industrial robot, are all of a concave structure, the air blowing assembly, the spray washing assembly and the blow drying assembly can be sleeved on an arm of the industrial robot through the concave structure, a plurality of spray heads are arranged on the air blowing assembly, the spray washing assembly and the blow drying assembly, the spray heads are arranged at the concave structures in an arrayed mode, and the spray heads face the industrial robot; the second movable track component is provided with a movable block, an adapter is rotatably arranged on the movable block, three connectors are arranged on the adapter, and the three connectors are respectively detachably provided with the blowing component, the spray-washing component and the blow-drying component.
2. The cleaning device for daily maintenance of an industrial robot as claimed in claim 1, wherein the jetting heads of the blowing assembly, the spraying assembly and the blow-drying assembly are all adjustable in arrangement, and the protruding lengths of the jetting heads can be adjusted.
3. The cleaning apparatus for daily maintenance of an industrial robot according to claim 1, further comprising:
the accommodating device is movably arranged on the moving mechanism and can move along with the movement of the cleaning mechanism so as to accommodate the dirt fallen by the cleaning mechanism, and the accommodating device can swing relative to the moving mechanism.
4. The cleaning apparatus for daily maintenance of an industrial robot according to claim 1, further comprising:
the storage tank is detachably arranged on the mounting seat and detachably connected to the cleaning mechanism through a pipeline, and the storage tank is used for supplying cleaning liquid or gas to the cleaning mechanism.

the control module is used for controlling the work of the moving mechanism and the cleaning mechanism;
and the teaching module is used for connecting the control module, teaching the movement mechanism and the action of the cleaning mechanism, so that the cleaning mechanism automatically moves and cleans along the body of the industrial robot.
