Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a washing composition with synergistic thickening and lipid-endowing effects, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The infant washing product in the prior art takes a composition of decyl glucoside, cocamidopropyl betaine, sodium lauroamphoacetate and PEG-80 sorbitan laurate as a surfactant, and an emollient is added, so that the product is sold on the market for many years, has good use feedback, is safe and non-irritant, and does not have anaphylactic reaction. But the product has lower viscosity, and the product needs to be thickened properly in order to improve the texture of the product and facilitate daily use. The viscosity of a product sold in the market is usually improved by adding a high molecular polymer or other viscosity regulators, a general viscosity regulator only plays a role in regulating the viscosity or the system rheology, other additional effects cannot be brought, the formula cost space is occupied, meanwhile, the high molecular polymer often brings phenomena of low-temperature gel high-temperature yellowing and the like, and the product has a sticky feeling and a strong residual feeling when being used. Meanwhile, the emollient in the formula is coco glucoside, glyceryl oleate and water, wherein the weight ratio of the coco glucoside to the glyceryl oleate to the water is 1: the compound dispersed in the ratio of 1:1 is yellow viscous jelly in appearance, so that the glyceryl oleate is conveniently added into the lotion formula, but the formula is yellowed due to the high addition amount, and the thickening effect of the formula is not good.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to effectively solve the problems in the background art, the invention provides a washing composition with synergistic thickening and fat-endowing effects, a preparation method and application thereof, and the specific technical scheme is as follows;
a washing composition with synergistic thickening and fat-endowing effects comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.5-3 parts of cocamide methyl MEA; 0.2-1.5 parts of glyceryl oleate; 0.1-0.8 part of C12-15 alcohol lactate.
Preferably, the composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.8-1.5 parts of cocamide methyl MEA; 0.3-1.0 part of glyceryl oleate; 0.2-0.4 part of C12-15 alcohol lactate.
The invention also comprises an application of the washing composition in cleaning products, wherein the cleaning products comprise the following components: 10 parts of decyl glucoside, 15 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine, 15 parts of sodium lauroamphoacetate, 4 parts of PEG-80 sorbitan laurate and 0.8-5.3 parts of the washing composition.
Preferably, the cleaning product comprises the following components: 10 parts of decyl glucoside, 15 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine, 15 parts of sodium lauroamphoacetate, 4 parts of PEG-80 sorbitan laurate and 1.3-2.9 parts of the washing composition.
The invention also comprises a method for preparing the cleaning product, which comprises the following steps:
(1) putting weighed glyceryl oleate and decyl glucoside into a main reaction kettle, starting a scraper for stirring and heating to more than 50 ℃, after the glyceryl oleate and the decyl glucoside are uniformly mixed and transparent, putting deionized water preheated to more than 50 ℃ in a water phase pretreatment tank, a surfactant, namely cocoamidopropyl betaine, sodium lauroyl amphoacetate and PEG-80 sorbitan laurate into the reaction kettle, vacuumizing, continuously heating to more than 80 ℃, and keeping the temperature and stirring until the materials are completely uniformly mixed and transparent;
(2) cooling with cooling water, adjusting pH to about 6.0 with citric acid when the temperature is 60 deg.C, sequentially adding C12-15 alcohol lactate and cocamide methyl MEA, stirring, and making transparent;
(3) when the temperature is reduced to 50 ℃, adding essence, preservative and skin conditioner in turn, vacuumizing, and fully stirring until the materials are dissolved and transparent;
(4) when the temperature is reduced to 40 ℃, the pH value is checked, and the filter is used for discharging after the pH value is qualified.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
cocoamide methyl MEA: the molecular formula is as follows: RCON (CH3) CH2CH2OH, the solid content is more than or equal to 90 percent, and the appearance is light yellow transparent liquid. The cocoamide methyl MEA is a plant-derived nonionic surfactant, is a novel tackifying, foam-increasing and foam-stabilizing agent, does not contain diethanolamine, nitrosamine and other impurities harmful to human bodies and limited by European Union, and has small irritation to skin; when the antistatic conditioning agent is used for washing products, the effect of improving the cleaning effect can be achieved, and a certain antistatic conditioning effect is achieved; mild in property, easy to biodegrade, relatively accords with the use requirement of environment-friendly high-grade raw materials, and can be widely applied to various personal care products.
Glyceryl oleate: the molecular formula is as follows: C21O4H40, melting point: 35-37 deg.C (since the melting point is close to body temperature, the composition is colorless to light yellow transparent liquid above the melting point, and white to light yellow solid below the melting point), has HLB value of 4.0, is insoluble in water, and is commonly used as emollient and emulsifier in cosmetics. Glyceryl oleate is one of the important components in the skin, and a layer of creamy material is attached to the skin of a newborn infant, and contains a large amount of glyceryl oleate. With age, the amount of glyceryl oleate in the skin gradually decreases, and the skin becomes rough and slippery, and the moisturizing ability of the skin gradually deteriorates. The glyceryl oleate used in the invention is derived from sunflower seed oil, is used as a fat-endowing agent of a cleaning product, and has the functions of remolding a skin lipid layer barrier and reducing the transdermal loss of water, thereby achieving the effects of long-acting moisture retention and smoothing and softening the skin; meanwhile, the glyceryl oleate has good affinity with hair, can be preferentially adsorbed on the surface of the hair, reduces the phenomena of split ends and withering of the hair, and enhances the texture and brightness of the hair.
C12-15 alcohol lactate: the molecular formula is as follows: ROCOCH (OH) CH3 with an effective component content of 99.5%, is colorless transparent liquid, is substantially insoluble in water, and can be dissolved in different solvents such as hydrocarbons, lipids, silicone oil, ethanol, propylene glycol, etc. C12-15 alcohol lactate is a multifunctional polar emollient, and can slowly and safely release lactic acid (lactic acid exists in human skin as a natural moisturizing factor) under the action of skin enzyme due to isomers, so that the long-acting safe effect is achieved; can be used in skin care products to improve skin hydration ability and achieve moisturizing effect. In personal cleansing products, C12-15 alcohol lactate is also an anti-irritant, and the irritation of other surfactants can be effectively reduced by low addition (0.1-0.8%).
The invention creatively combines the ester-forming agent of glyceryl oleate and C12-15 alcohol lactate with the cocoamide methyl MEA to achieve the effect of synergistic thickening and simultaneously has the effects of ester forming and anti-irritation. The traditional grease generally has negative effects on a surface active system and defoaming and viscosity reduction, and the two greases can be used for increasing the viscosity of the system in cooperation with the cocamide methyl MEA, stabilizing foam and improving the compactness of the foam (see figure 1). In addition, the washing composition used in the invention reduces the dosage of the cocamide methyl MEA, and can further reduce the irritation of the whole system, so that the product is more suitable for infants.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the composition containing the emollient glyceryl oleate. The glyceryl oleate is directly added into a formula system, so that the product cannot turn yellow, but the glyceryl oleate is troublesome to dissolve, becomes transparent viscous gel after being heated, is stained on a stirring paddle of a reaction kettle, is difficult to disperse, needs to be heated and stirred for a long time, and greatly reduces the production efficiency of a factory. The invention solves the problem of adding the glyceryl oleate into the formula by improving the process. The specific method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of preheating and mixing glyceryl oleate and an alkyl glycoside surfactant with high active matter content to form a uniform transparent solution (if a zwitterionic surfactant in a formula is selected for premixing, the effect is not ideal), then adding preheated deionization (if normal-temperature deionized water is directly added, the system temperature is reduced, glyceryl oleate is separated out), simply stirring to form a transparent uniform solution, saving energy and improving the production efficiency.
The composition provided by the invention is a synergistic thickening agent containing oil, the oil is basically insoluble in water, and is mainly emulsified, solubilized and dispersed in water by virtue of a surfactant.

example preparation of cleaning products: (1) putting weighed glyceryl oleate and decyl glucoside into a main reaction kettle, starting a scraper for stirring and heating to more than 50 ℃, after the glyceryl oleate and the decyl glucoside are uniformly mixed and transparent, putting deionized water preheated to more than 50 ℃ in a water phase pretreatment tank, a surfactant, namely cocoamidopropyl betaine, sodium lauroyl amphoacetate and PEG-80 sorbitan laurate into the reaction kettle, vacuumizing, continuously heating to more than 80 ℃, and keeping the temperature and stirring until the materials are completely uniformly mixed and transparent; (2) cooling with cooling water, adjusting pH to about 6.0 with citric acid when the temperature is 60 deg.C, sequentially adding C12-15 alcohol lactate and cocamide methyl MEA, stirring, and making transparent; (3) when the temperature is reduced to 50 ℃, adding essence, preservative and skin conditioner in turn, vacuumizing, and fully stirring until the materials are dissolved and transparent; (4) when the temperature is reduced to 40 ℃, the pH value is checked, and the filter is used for discharging after the pH value is qualified.
Wherein, decyl glucoside is 10%, cocamidopropyl betaine is 15%, sodium lauroamphoacetate is 15%, PEG-80 sorbitan laurate is 4%, the content (%) of each component of the washing composition is shown in Table 1, and the balance is filled with deionized water. And (3) viscosity measurement: taking out a proper amount of sample, sealing, placing in a thermostat at 25 ℃ for 24h, and measuring the viscosity. And (3) putting the sample solution into a container special for a viscometer, selecting a proper rotor according to the viscosity of the system, and measuring the viscosity of the sample solution. (the type of the apparatus used in the present invention is NDJ-8S type rotational viscometer)
TABLE 1
As shown in table 1, it can be seen from the experimental results that: the addition of only 0.2% of the lactic acid ester of a C12-15 alcohol at No. 0 rapidly increased the viscosity of the system to 1140mpa.s, compared to 840mpa.s at No. C5. When the amount of immobilized cocamide methyl MEA is 1%, the amount of C12-15 alcohol lactate is increased as the amount of glyceryl oleate is decreased. When the amount of the cocamide methyl MEA is reduced to 0.5%, the amount of the C12-15 alcohol lactate is increased, and the viscosity reaches more than 1000 mPa.s. The oil ester is basically insoluble in water, is dispersed in water mainly by surfactant emulsification and solubilization, and is turbid when an excessive addition system cannot solubilize and emulsify. The three components of the composition have different solubilization proportions, and can achieve synergistic thickening and have the effects of ester endowment and anti-irritation through scientific matching of the three proportions.
Table 2 shows the thickening effect on the system when added to cocamide methyl MEA in the composition when containing C12-15 alcohol lactate and glycerol oleate in the composition.
TABLE 2
Numbering | Cocoamide methyl MEA | Glycerol oleate | C12-15 alcohol lactate | Appearance of the product | Viscosity/mpa.s |
D0 | 0 | 0.3 | 0.4 | Is transparent | 300 |
D1 | 0.8 | 0.3 | 0.4 | Is transparent | 772 |
D2 | 1.3 | 0.3 | 0.4 | Is transparent | 1260 |
D3 | 2.3 | 0.3 | 0.4 | Is transparent | 750 |
As shown in table 2, it can be seen from the experimental results that: compared with the compositions A3 and B5, the composition D1 can rapidly increase the viscosity of the system when the total addition amount of the composition is 1.5%. Compared with the compositions A4 and C4, the composition D2 can rapidly increase the viscosity of the system to 1260mPa.s when the total addition amount of the composition is 2%. Foam microscopy pictures of different compositions are shown in fig. 1, wherein a is a product containing a wash-off composition of the invention (No. D2); the specific components are decyl glucoside 10%, cocamidopropyl betaine 15%, sodium lauroamphoacetate 15%, PEG-80 sorbitan laurate 4%, cocamidomethyl MEA 1.3%, glyceryl oleate 0.3%, C12-15 alcohol lactate 0.4%, and balance water. b a product containing 5% of emollient, which comprises the specific components of decyl glucoside 10%, cocamidopropyl betaine 15%, sodium lauroamphoacetate 15%, PEG-80 sorbitan laurate 4%, emollient 5% and the balance of water.
Table 3 shows the thickening effect on the system when the C12-15 alcohol lactate was excluded from the composition, with cocamide methyl MEA, glycerol oleate, and both added in combination. The weight fraction ratios of the respective compositions are shown in table 3.
TABLE 3
It can be seen from composition A1-6 that the viscosity of the cosmetic gradually increased with increasing amounts of cocamide methyl MEA alone, and that the system viscosity reached 1070 mPas at 3% of the amount added, but rather decreased as the amount added continued to increase. As can be seen from composition B1-5, the glyceryl oleate component of the combination used alone had poor thickening effect on the system, and when the amount used was 1.5% (which was the same as the actual amount of glyceryl oleate added to the pre-staging formulation), the viscosity was almost equivalent to that of the pre-staging formulation, and the product appearance was a colorless transparent liquid. It can be seen from composition C1-6 that when cocoamide methyl MEA and glyceryl oleate were used in combination, the amount of fixed cocoamide methyl MEA was 1% and the viscosity increased simultaneously with the increase in the amount of glyceryl oleate. When the total dosage of the two is 2%, the viscosity almost reaches the viscosity of the same dosage of the cocamide methyl MEA, which shows that the glyceryl oleate simultaneously achieves the esterification effect while reducing the dosage of the cocamide methyl MEA.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the invention.
