As can be seen from tables 2 and 3, D0 before the start of the experiment, the feces were less frequent in the experimental groups 1 to 13, the comparative groups 1 to 6, and the blank group, and the feces score was 1 to 2. D30, the feces of experimental groups 1-13 were improved better, with a feces score of 4-9 and an increase of 3-7; the feces hardness of the control group and the blank group is smaller, the color is lighter, the improvement condition is poorer, the feces score of D30 is 2-4, and the increase value is 0-2.
As can be seen from the comparative experimental groups 1-6, comparative groups 1-4 and blank group, generally, the healthy pet feces were moderately soft and hard, black or tan in color, and non-sticky. The whey protein powder is beneficial to improving the digestive system of the senior pet dog and improving the digestive condition of the senior pet dog. The whey protein is a protein extracted from milk, is easier to digest and absorb, has high protein efficacy ratio and high utilization rate, can provide more kinds of amino acid, and is more suitable for senior pet dogs; and soybean protein needs to be synthesized again after being ingested, so that the gastrointestinal absorption burden of the aged pet dog is increased. Compared with the experimental group 1, the experimental groups 5-6 and the comparative groups 1-4, the radix isatidis extract and the broccoli extract are matched with each other, so that the antibacterial and antiviral effects are achieved, and the digestion condition of the pet dogs for the old is improved to a certain extent. In addition, the radix Isatidis extract contains multiple antiviral substances, and can be used together with inulin in carbohydrate for reducing diseases of senior pet dog. The digestion condition and health condition of the aged pet dog are improved by preferably proportioning the isatis root extract and the broccoli extract by weight.
As shown in the comparative experiment group 5, the experiment groups 7-9, the comparative experiment group 5 and the blank group, the carbohydrate maltose, the inulin and the lignin have the combined action, so that the energy required by the senior pet dog is provided, meanwhile, the gastrointestinal peristalsis and the gastrointestinal absorption of the senior pet dog are promoted, the retention time of food in the gastrointestinal of the senior pet dog is reduced, the excrement amount is increased, and the constipation is effectively treated. Simultaneously, the three carbohydrates are mutually matched and act with minerals to promote the mineral absorption of the old pet dog, short-chain fat generated by fermentation in the colon of the old pet dog increases crypt cells on the mucosa and increases the absorption area; the acid produced by fermentation lowers the pH of the colon, improves the solubility of minerals, and the short-chain fat stimulates the absorption capacity of the colonic mucosa and improves the digestion status of senior pet dogs.
As can be seen from the comparison of experimental group 7, experimental groups 10-11 and comparison group 6, taurine in the antioxidant is matched with the flavanol compound to reduce free radicals in the body of the senior pet dog, so that the antioxidant effect is improved, and the aging of the digestive system of the senior pet dog is delayed; meanwhile, the antioxidant is matched with the plant extract and the mineral substances to promote the absorption of the mineral substances by the intestinal tract, is used as a growth promoting factor of bifidobacterium in the intestinal tract, optimizes the bacterial absorption group structure in the intestinal tract and improves the digestion and absorption capacity of the aged pet dogs.

In tables 4 and 5, the experimental groups 1 to 13 have relatively large increases in IgG and IgM, the increase in IgG is 11.55% to 17.45%, and the increase in IgM is 9.33% to 13.42%; the IgG and IgM increase rates of the comparison groups 1-6 and the blank group are smaller, the IgG increase rate is 1.58-8.09%, and the IgM increase rate is 0.79-6.95%; generally, IgG and IgM have the effect of improving the immunocompetence of senior pet dogs, and as can be seen from tables 4 and 5, the senior pet nutritional paste has the effect of improving the immunocompetence of senior pet dogs.
As shown in the comparative experiment groups 1-6, the comparative experiment groups 1-4 and the blank group, the whey protein powder is beneficial to improving the immunity of the aged pet dogs. The whey protein is a protein extracted from milk, is easier to digest and absorb, has high protein efficacy and high utilization rate, can provide multiple amino acid types, is sufficient in protein supplement, and can improve the immunity of the aged pet dogs. Compared with the experimental group 1, the experimental groups 5-6 and the comparative groups 1-4, the radix isatidis extract and the broccoli extract are matched with each other, so that the composition has the effects of resisting bacteria, viruses and leptospira, and the immunity of the aged pet dogs is improved; meanwhile, carotene and carotene contained in the broccoli extract improve the activity of detoxification enzyme of carcinogen, can kill bacteria influencing gastrointestinal digestion, and meanwhile, the broccoli extract and an antioxidant are mutually cooperated to jointly remove free radicals in the body of the old pet dog, slow down aging and improve the immunity. The immune capacity of the aged pet dog is improved by preferably selecting the weight ratio of the isatis root extract to the broccoli extract.
The comparison experiment group 5, the experiment groups 7-9, the comparison experiment group 5 and the blank group show that the carbohydrate maltose, the inulin and the lignin act together to provide the energy needed by the senior pet dog and simultaneously promote the gastrointestinal peristalsis and the gastrointestinal absorption of the senior pet dog. Meanwhile, the three carbohydrates are mutually matched and act with the mineral substances to promote the mineral substances to be absorbed by the senior pet dog. Inulin and lignin form fiber complex to be discharged with feces by absorbing intestinal fat, so as to reduce blood lipid level and reduce absorption of cholesterol; fructo-oligosaccharide in inulin can increase the expression of brain nerve cell trophic factor, and protect corticosterone induced neuron damage, thereby improving immunity of senior pet dog.
The comparison of experiment group 7, experiment groups 10-11 and comparison group 6 shows that the taurine in the antioxidant is matched with the flavanol compound of the polyphenol compound to reduce the free radicals in the body of the old pet dog, so that the antioxidant effect is improved; taurine and flavanol can inhibit platelet aggregation, reduce blood lipid, prevent arteriosclerosis, and protect heart in circulation system of senior pet dog; meanwhile, the antioxidant is matched with the plant extract and the mineral substances to promote the absorption of the mineral substances by the intestinal tract, is used as a growth promoting factor of bifidobacterium in the intestinal tract, optimizes the bacterial absorption group structure in the intestinal tract, improves the health condition of the senior pet dog by improving the digestive capacity of the senior pet dog, and further improves the immunity of the senior pet dog.
