Abstract
The invention discloses a grey water dispersing agent and a preparation method thereof. The grey water dispersing agent is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 10 to 20 percent of polyacrylic acid, 5 to 15 percent of maleic anhydride/allyl ether/hydroxypropyl acrylate copolymer, 15 to 25 percent of acrylic acid/2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid/N-tert-butyl acrylamide terpolymer, 10 to 30 percent of polyepoxysuccinic acid and the balance of water. The invention has the advantages that: it can be selectively adsorbed on the surfaces of suspended matter, calcium carbonate crystal and inorganic suspended particles to make the surface of suspended matter have strong negative charges with same property, and utilizes the principle of like-pole repulsion to prolong the crystallization induction period of scale-forming substances of calcium carbonate, etc., slow down scale formation of grey water and reduce the action of "crystallization centre" of suspended matter in grey water.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water treatment, in particular to a grey water dispersing agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the electric power system of China, the thermal power accounts for 75.16% of the total amount of the installation machine, the ash content of the fire coal of the thermal power plant is as high as about 28%, and the ash residue discharge is mainly hydraulic ash removal. As free CaO in the fly ash is continuously dissolved out in the hydraulic ash removal system, the ash pipe scaling problem exists in different degrees in each thermal power plant. According to the electric power environmental protection index, 40% of power plants are required to establish a grey water closed cycle system. Namely, the thick slurry conveying and ash conveying system with reused ash flushing backwater is adopted, so that the use amount of the ash flushing water and the amount of discharged water are greatly reduced. After closed-circuit operation, however, the scaling of the grey water is increased, so that the effective flow cross section is accelerated and reduced, and the resistance is increased. The increase in electricity consumption directly affects the safe and economical operation of the grey water system. Therefore, when the hydraulic ash removing system adopts a closed loop circulation, attention should be paid to prevent the serious scaling of the ash pipe and the water return pipe.
Scaling of hydraulic ash conveying systems is a common problem. A great deal of research is carried out on the scale inhibitor in recent decades at home and abroad, and various scale prevention measures are provided. Mainly comprises a magnetization antiscaling technology, an electrostatic and electronic antiscaling technology, an acidification antiscaling technology, a furnace smoke treatment antiscaling technology, a pre-precipitation carbon-removal antiscaling technology before a pipe and an antiscaling technology. However, in the current research and application situations, various methods are not mature, and the applicability of the methods is not strong.
Some separation techniques are adopted in the grey water treatment process at home and abroad, but the separation techniques are not widely used due to the defects of complicated operation, higher operating cost and the like. In some similar turbid circulating water systems, scale inhibiting and dispersing agents are added. But the method is a treatment means with simple operation, and the added medicament is single, so that the method can not simultaneously meet the scale inhibition and dispersion requirements of complex water quality conditions in a system, such as different temperature ranges, different solid suspension contents and the like. The effectiveness of water treatment of the system does not guarantee long-term operation of the process equipment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a grey water dispersing agent and a preparation method thereof. The grey water dispersing agent can be applied to grey water systems for a long time, prevents scaling of high-pressure water pumps, pipelines and the like, and enables production equipment to run normally for a long period.
The technical scheme for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows: the grey water dispersing agent is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 10 to 20 percent of polyacrylic acid, 5 to 15 percent of maleic anhydride/allyl polyoxyethylene ether/hydroxypropyl acrylate copolymer, 15 to 25 percent of acrylic acid/2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid/N-tert-butyl acrylamide terpolymer, 10 to 30 percent of polyepoxysuccinic acid, and the balance of water.
In the grey water dispersing agent, the relative molecular weight of the polyacrylic acid is 1500-2500.
In the grey water dispersing agent, in the maleic anhydride/allyl polyoxyethylene ether/hydroxypropyl acrylate copolymer, the mass ratio of the monomers is as follows: acrylic acid allyl polyoxyethylene ether hydroxypropyl acrylate is 1.5 to 0.5 to 1 to 0.2 to 0.5.
In the grey water dispersing agent, in the acrylic acid/2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid/N-tert-butyl acrylamide terpolymer, the mass ratio of monomers is as follows: 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid/N-tert-butylacrylamide (8-10): 3-5).
The preparation method of the grey water dispersing agent comprises the following steps: weighing the raw materials according to the proportion. And secondly, feeding the weighed raw materials into a stirring kettle. And thirdly, stirring for 1.5 to 2.5 hours at the material temperature of 30 to 50 ℃ under the condition that the upper part of the stirring kettle is opened.
When the grey water dispersing agent is used, the adding concentration is 50-70 mg/L.
The invention has the positive effects that: (1) the ash water dispersing agent has good synergy of all components, can be selectively adsorbed on the surfaces of suspended matters, calcium carbonate crystals and inorganic suspended particles, enables the surfaces of the suspended matters to have strong negative charges with the same property, utilizes the mechanism of like charges repelling each other, prolongs the crystallization induction period of scale forming substances such as calcium carbonate and the like, slows down the scaling of the ash water, and reduces the effect of 'crystallization centers' of suspended matters in the ash water. (2) The agent of the invention contains no phosphor, is nontoxic and is beneficial to environmental protection.
