Abstract

Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of smart speakers, and in particular, to a method, system, device, and storage medium for configuring content of a smart speaker.
Background
With the continuous development of the intelligent sound box, the functions of the intelligent sound box are more and more comprehensive, for example, a user can perform man-machine interaction with the intelligent sound box, and the intelligent sound box is awakened or performs actions by speaking an awakening word and a command word by the user, so that the user can inquire information or control other intelligent equipment through the intelligent sound box; the existing intelligent sound box can also provide a screen interface, and functions or UI skins of the intelligent sound box are displayed through the screen interface; in addition, the existing intelligent sound box can also provide the functions of music playing, video playing, audio book playing and the like.
In the related art, although the functions of the smart sound box are more and more comprehensive, the smart sound box also has many disadvantages, for example, the smart sound box cannot configure different functions and display different UI skins according to a use scene; the existing intelligent sound box generally displays contents in a customized manner through a customized APK (Android application package), and the hardware storage capacity of the intelligent sound box is weak, so that the intelligent sound box cannot be effectively expanded; and under the condition of upgrading the intelligent sound box, the terminal APK also needs to be upgraded, and the process is also complex. At present, no effective solution is provided for the problem that the intelligent sound box in the related art can not configure different display contents and AI capabilities according to scenes.

the smart sound box generates a second content request instruction, wherein the second content request instruction comprises the equipment information and the second virtual space parameter;
and the cloud server pushes second display content corresponding to the second content request instruction to the intelligent loudspeaker box, wherein the second display content comprises second dynamic content and a second AI function.
Further, after the cloud server pushes the first display content of the first virtual space corresponding to the first content request instruction to the smart sound box, the method further includes:
updating the first display content of the first virtual space to obtain third display content;
the first virtual space sends a content updating instruction to the intelligent sound box;
and the cloud server pushes the third display content corresponding to the content updating instruction to the intelligent sound box.

step S106, the cloud server pushes first display content of a first virtual space corresponding to the first content request instruction to the smart sound box, wherein the first display content comprises first dynamic content and a first AI function.
The intelligent sound box is bound with the virtual space, and the unique device code of the intelligent sound box can be bound with the virtual space.
In some embodiments, the smart sound box acquires the device information as a unique device code for acquiring the smart sound box, the smart sound box generates a first content request instruction according to the unique device code and the first virtual space parameter, and sends the first content request instruction to the cloud server, and the cloud server pushes, to the smart sound box corresponding to the unique device code, the first display content of the first virtual space corresponding to the first virtual space parameter when receiving the first content request instruction.
The dynamic content comprises a UI skin of the intelligent sound box, and the AI function comprises common functions of the intelligent sound box, such as a weather function, a music playing function, a video playing function and the like.
In some embodiments, when the cloud server is connected to a plurality of smart speakers, the cloud server can simultaneously receive content request instructions sent by the plurality of smart speakers, so that the cloud server can simultaneously push display content corresponding to the content request instructions to the plurality of smart terminals.
For example, when the cloud server is connected with 3 smart speakers and 3 smart speakers simultaneously request the cloud server for the display content, if the 3 smart speakers are respectively a first smart speaker, a second smart speaker and a third smart speaker, the virtual space connected to the first smart speaker is a first virtual space, the virtual space connected to the second smart speaker is a second virtual space, and the virtual space connected to the third smart speaker is a third virtual space, the cloud server may simultaneously receive a first content request instruction sent by the first smart speaker, a second content request instruction sent by the second smart speaker and a third content request instruction sent by the third smart speaker, and the cloud server may simultaneously push the first display content in the first virtual space corresponding to the first content request instruction to the first smart speaker, push the second display content in the second virtual space corresponding to the second content request instruction to the second smart speaker and push the second display content in the second virtual space corresponding to the second content request instruction to the second smart speaker The three intelligent sound boxes push third display contents of a third virtual space corresponding to the third content request instruction, so that the cloud server can push the display contents to the 3 intelligent sound boxes simultaneously.
In some embodiments, when the smart speaker acquires the first display content pushed by the cloud server, the smart speaker may store the first display content in a storage space of the smart speaker, so as to prevent the smart speaker from being unable to display the first display content after the smart speaker is disconnected from the cloud server.

Under the condition that the first virtual space bound by the intelligent sound box is changed into the second virtual space, the intelligent sound box obtains a second virtual space parameter of the second virtual space, generates a second content request instruction according to the device information of the intelligent sound box and the second virtual space parameter, sends the second content request instruction to the cloud server, and then the cloud server pushes second display content corresponding to the second content request instruction to the intelligent sound box.

For example, under the condition that the smart sound box stores the first display content conforming to the hotel scene in the storage space of the smart sound box and the second display content is acquired by changing the first virtual space conforming to the hotel scene bound by the smart sound box into the second virtual space conforming to the home environment, the smart sound box can store the second display content acquired by the smart sound box, so that the display content of the smart sound box can be switched between the first display content conforming to the hotel scene and the second display content conforming to the home scene.
In some embodiments, in a case that the first virtual space bound by the smart speaker is changed into the second virtual space, the smart speaker may not store the first exhibition content of the first virtual space, and obtain the second exhibition content of the second virtual space, so as to save the storage space of the smart speaker.
For example, when the smart sound box changes from the first virtual space conforming to the hotel scene to the second virtual space conforming to the home environment, the smart sound box may delete the first display content conforming to the hotel scene in the first virtual space acquired before, so as to clear the memory and acquire the second display content conforming to the home environment in the second virtual space.
In some embodiments, when the smart speaker stores more display contents in its own storage space, the display contents previously acquired into the virtual space may be deleted to save the storage space of the smart speaker. Specifically, the smart speaker acquires first exhibition content of a first virtual space and stores the first exhibition content, the smart speaker stores second exhibition content of a second virtual space when the smart speaker changes the bound first virtual space into the second virtual space, and the smart speaker can delete the first exhibition content of the first virtual space to acquire third exhibition content of the third virtual space when the smart speaker changes the bound first virtual space into the third virtual space from the second virtual space.
In some embodiments, the smart speaker may change the first virtual space bound by itself to the second virtual space, or may change the first virtual space bound by the smart speaker to the second virtual space through the cloud server.
Through the steps S202 to S206, the problem that the existing smart speaker cannot configure different display contents and AI functions according to the usage scenario is solved.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a third method for configuring contents of a smart sound box according to an embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 3, after the cloud server pushes the first display content of the first virtual space corresponding to the first content request instruction to the smart sound box, the method further includes:
step S302, updating the first display content of the first virtual space to obtain a third display content;
step S304, the first virtual space sends a content updating instruction to the intelligent sound box;
step S306, the cloud server pushes third display content corresponding to the content updating instruction to the intelligent sound box.
The updating of the first display content of the first virtual space includes the expansion, deletion and modification of the first display content.
Under the condition that the first display content in the first virtual space is updated to obtain the third display content, the first virtual space can issue a content updating instruction to the intelligent sound box through the message center.
The content updating instruction sent by the first virtual space to the intelligent sound box comprises a content expanding instruction, a content deleting instruction and a content modifying instruction, under the condition that the intelligent sound box receives any one of the instructions, the intelligent sound box sends the content updating instruction to the cloud server, and the cloud server pushes third display content obtained after the first virtual space is updated to the intelligent sound box according to the content updating instruction, so that the content updating of the intelligent sound box is achieved.
Through the steps S302 to S306, the existing intelligent sound box needs to upgrade the terminal APK when upgrading and updating, and the process is complex, so that simple updating of the intelligent sound box is realized, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Fig. 4 is a fourth schematic flowchart of a method for configuring terminal content according to an embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 4, where after the cloud server pushes the first display content of the first virtual space corresponding to the first content request instruction to the smart speaker, the method further includes:
step S402, connecting the intelligent sound box with a property management system;
step S404, under the condition that the property management system detects the user change of the intelligent sound box, the property management system sends a user change instruction to the intelligent sound box;
and S406, the intelligent sound box restores the default display content according to the user change instruction.
The intelligent sound box is connected with the property management system, so that the intelligent sound box can perform content interaction with the property management system, and the intelligent sound box can perform corresponding execution actions according to information operation instructions sent by the property management system. Specifically, under the condition that the property management system detects user change of the intelligent sound box, the property management system sends a user change instruction to the intelligent sound box, and the intelligent sound box restores the display content to default display content under the condition that the user change instruction is received by the intelligent sound box, so that the intelligent sound box is more intelligent.
In some embodiments, the property management system can push a message to the smart speaker when the smart speaker is connected to the property management system. For example, under the condition that smart sound box is applied to the hotel, smart sound box is connected with hotel property management system, hotel property management system can push the activities of the hotel today to smart sound box, then is reported for the user by smart sound box.
Through steps S402 to S406, the problems that the existing intelligent sound box cannot restore the default display content according to the change of the user and cannot interact with the hotel management system are solved.
Corresponding to the method for configuring the content of the smart sound box, the invention further provides a system for configuring the content of the smart sound box, which is used for implementing the above embodiments and preferred embodiments, and the description of the system is omitted.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram of a system for configuring the contents of a smart sound box according to an embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 5, wherein the system 500 includes:
the virtual spaces 510 are used for storing display contents in different scenes, wherein the display contents comprise dynamic contents and AI functions;
the intelligent sound boxes 520 are used for acquiring the equipment information and the virtual space 510 bound by the intelligent sound boxes, acquiring virtual space parameters of the virtual space 510 and display contents of the virtual space 510, and generating a content request instruction according to the equipment information and the virtual space parameters, wherein the content request instruction comprises the equipment information and the virtual space parameters;
and the cloud server 530 is configured to receive the content request instruction and push first display content corresponding to the first content request instruction to the smart sound box 520, where the first display content includes dynamic content and an AI function.
In some embodiments, several virtual spaces 510 may each correspond to a different usage scenario. Specifically, for a hotel, each room may correspond to one virtual space 510, then one smart sound box 520 is set inside each room, and by respectively binding the plurality of virtual spaces 510 and the unique device codes of the smart sound boxes 520 in the corresponding rooms, the cloud server 530 can push the display content of the virtual spaces 510 to the smart sound boxes 520 in the corresponding rooms.
By binding the smart sound box 520 with the virtual space 510, when the smart sound box 520 issues a content request to the cloud server 530, the smart sound box 520 obtains the display content of the bound virtual space 510 through the cloud server 530, so that the smart sound box 520 can pull different display contents from the virtual space 510 according to different scenes. The problem that the existing intelligent sound box 520 cannot configure different display contents according to different use scenes is solved.
Fig. 6 is a block diagram of a second configuration of a system for configuring contents of a smart sound box according to an embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 6, where the virtual space 510 includes a first virtual space and a second virtual space, further includes:
the configuration platform 540 is configured to establish a plurality of virtual spaces 510, and bind the plurality of virtual spaces 510 and the plurality of smart speakers 520, where the plurality of virtual spaces 510 correspond to the plurality of smart speakers 520 one to one.
The configuration platform 540 includes:
a changing module 541, configured to change the first virtual space bound to the smart sound box 520 into a second virtual space;
the smart speaker 520 is further configured to obtain the device information and a second virtual space parameter of a second virtual space to which the device information is bound, and generate a second content request instruction, where the second content request instruction includes the device information and the second virtual space parameter.
In some embodiments, configuring presentation content for virtual space 510 via configuration platform 540 may include configuration platform 540 configuring UI skins, background pictures, and orchestrating smart speaker functionality and presentation forms for smart speakers 520 according to usage scenarios.
For example, in a case where smart speaker 520 is applied to a hotel, configuration platform 540 configures virtual space 510 with presentation content that conforms to the hotel environment, such as uploading UI skin, background pictures that conform to the hotel environment, and arranging smart speaker functions and presentations that conform to the hotel.
The first virtual space bound by the smart sound box 520 can be changed into the second virtual space through the configuration platform 540, the smart sound box 520 obtains the second display content of the second virtual space through the cloud server 530, and the problem that the existing smart sound box 520 cannot configure different display contents according to different use scenes is solved.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram of a third configuration system for configuring the contents of a smart sound box according to an embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 7, in which the configuration platform 540 includes:
an updating module 542, configured to update the display content of the virtual space 510 bound to the smart sound box 520;
under the condition that the display content of the virtual space 510 is updated, the virtual space 510 sends a content update instruction to the smart sound box 520;
the smart sound box 520 is further configured to obtain updated display content corresponding to the content update instruction sent by the cloud server 530.
The display content of the virtual space 510 bound to the smart sound box 520 is updated through the updating module 542, the virtual space 510 sends a content updating instruction to the smart sound box 520, and the smart sound box 520 pulls the display content updated in the virtual space 510 according to the content updating instruction, so that the problem that the terminal APK needs to be updated when the existing smart sound box 520 is updated is solved, and the process is complex.
Fig. 8 is a block diagram of a fourth configuration system of a smart sound box according to an embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 8, which further includes:
the property management system 550 is connected to the smart sound box 520, and when detecting a user change of the smart sound box 520, the property management system 550 sends a user change instruction to the smart sound box 520;
the smart speaker 520 is further configured to restore default display content according to the user change instruction.
By connecting the property management system 550 with the smart sound box 520, the problems that the smart sound box 520 cannot restore default display content and the smart sound box 520 cannot perform content interaction with the property management system when the user changes the existing smart sound box 520 are solved.
In addition, the method for configuring the content of the smart sound box in the embodiment of the present application may be implemented by a computer device. Components of the computer device may include, but are not limited to, a processor and a memory storing computer program instructions.
In some embodiments, the processor may include a Central Processing Unit (CPU), or A Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or may be configured to implement one or more Integrated circuits of embodiments of the present Application.
In some embodiments, the memory may include mass storage for data or instructions. By way of example, and not limitation, memory may include a Hard Disk Drive (Hard Disk Drive, abbreviated to HDD), a floppy Disk Drive, a Solid State Drive (SSD), flash memory, an optical Disk, a magneto-optical Disk, tape, or a Universal Serial Bus (USB) Drive or a combination of two or more of these. The memory may include removable or non-removable (or fixed) media, where appropriate. The memory may be internal or external to the data processing apparatus, where appropriate. In a particular embodiment, the memory is a Non-Volatile (Non-Volatile) memory. In particular embodiments, the Memory includes Read-Only Memory (ROM) and Random Access Memory (RAM). The ROM may be mask-programmed ROM, Programmable ROM (PROM), Erasable PROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable PROM (EEPROM), Electrically rewritable ROM (earrom) or FLASH Memory (FLASH), or a combination of two or more of these, where appropriate. The RAM may be a Static Random-Access Memory (SRAM) or a Dynamic Random-Access Memory (DRAM), where the DRAM may be a Fast Page Mode Dynamic Random-Access Memory (FPMDRAM), an Extended Data Output Dynamic Random Access Memory (EDODRAM), a Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (SDRAM), and the like.
The memory may be used to store or cache various data files for processing and/or communication use, as well as possibly computer program instructions for execution by the processor.
The processor reads and executes the computer program instructions stored in the memory to implement any one of the above-mentioned embodiments of the method for configuring the content of the smart sound box.
In some of these embodiments, the computer device may also include a communication interface and a bus. The processor, the memory and the communication interface are connected through a bus and complete mutual communication.
The communication interface is used for realizing communication among modules, devices, units and/or equipment in the embodiment of the application. The communication interface may also be implemented with other components such as: the data communication is carried out among external equipment, image and data acquisition equipment, a database, external storage, an image and data processing workstation and the like.
A bus comprises hardware, software, or both that couple components of a computer device to one another. Buses include, but are not limited to, at least one of the following: data Bus (Data Bus), Address Bus (Address Bus), control Bus (control Bus), Expansion Bus (Expansion Bus), and Local Bus (Local Bus). By way of example, and not limitation, a Bus may include an Accelerated Graphics Port (AGP) or other Graphics Bus, an Enhanced Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) Bus, a front-side Bus (FSB), a HyperTransport (HT) interconnect, an ISA (ISA) Bus, an InfiniBand (InfiniBand) interconnect, a Low Pin Count (LPC) Bus, a memory Bus, a Micro Channel Architecture (MCA) Bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) Bus, a PCI-Express (PCI-X) Bus, a Serial Advanced Technology Attachment (SATA) Bus, a Video electronics standards Association Local Bus (VLB) Bus, or other suitable Bus or a combination of two or more of these. A bus may include one or more buses, where appropriate. Although specific buses are described and shown in the embodiments of the application, any suitable buses or interconnects are contemplated by the application.
In addition, in combination with the method for configuring the content of the smart sound box in the foregoing embodiment, an embodiment of the present application may provide a computer-readable storage medium to implement the method. The computer readable storage medium having stored thereon computer program instructions; the computer program instructions, when executed by the processor, implement any of the above-described embodiments of the method for configuring the content of a smart sound box.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A method for configuring the content of a smart sound box, comprising:
the intelligent sound box acquires the equipment information and a first virtual space parameter of a first virtual space bound by the equipment information;
the smart sound box generates a first content request instruction, wherein the first content request instruction comprises the equipment information and the first virtual space parameter;
the cloud server pushes first display content of the first virtual space corresponding to the first content request instruction to the smart sound box, wherein the first display content comprises first dynamic content and a first AI function.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after the cloud server pushes the first presentation content of the first virtual space corresponding to the first content request instruction to the smart sound box, the method further comprises:
under the condition that the first virtual space bound by the smart loudspeaker is changed into a second virtual space, the smart loudspeaker acquires a second virtual space parameter of the second virtual space;
the smart sound box generates a second content request instruction, wherein the second content request instruction comprises the equipment information and the second virtual space parameter;
and the cloud server pushes second display content of the second virtual space corresponding to the second content request instruction to the intelligent sound box, wherein the second display content comprises second dynamic content and a second AI function.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after the cloud server pushes the first presentation content of the first virtual space corresponding to the first content request instruction to the smart sound box, the method further comprises:
updating the first display content of the first virtual space to obtain third display content;
the first virtual space sends a content updating instruction to the intelligent sound box;
and the cloud server pushes the third display content corresponding to the content updating instruction to the intelligent sound box.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after the cloud server pushes the first presentation content of the first virtual space corresponding to the first content request instruction to the smart sound box, the method further comprises:
connecting the intelligent sound box with a property management system;
under the condition that the property management system detects user change of the intelligent sound box, the property management system sends a user change instruction to the intelligent sound box;
and the intelligent sound box restores default display contents according to the user change instruction.
5. A system for configuring the contents of a smart speaker, comprising:
the system comprises a plurality of virtual spaces, a plurality of display units and a plurality of display units, wherein the virtual spaces are used for storing display contents in different use scenes, and the display contents comprise dynamic contents and AI functions;
the intelligent sound boxes are used for binding with the virtual space, acquiring self equipment information and virtual space parameters of the bound virtual space, and generating a content request instruction according to the equipment information and the virtual space parameters, wherein the content request instruction comprises the equipment information and the virtual space parameters;
and the cloud server is used for pushing the display content corresponding to the content request instruction to the intelligent sound box according to the content request instruction.
6. The system of claim 5, comprising:
and the configuration platform is used for establishing a plurality of virtual spaces and binding the virtual spaces and the intelligent sound boxes, wherein the virtual spaces and the intelligent sound boxes are in one-to-one correspondence.
The configuration platform comprises:
a changing module, configured to change the first virtual space bound by the smart speaker into the second virtual space;
the smart sound box is further configured to obtain the device information and a second virtual space parameter of the second virtual space to which the device information is bound, and generate a second content request instruction, where the second content request instruction includes the device information and the second virtual space parameter;
the cloud server is further configured to push second display content of the second virtual space corresponding to the second content request instruction to the smart sound box according to the second content request instruction.
7. The system of claim 5, wherein the configuration platform further comprises:
the updating module is used for updating the display content of the virtual space to obtain a third display content;
the virtual space is further used for sending a content updating instruction to the intelligent sound box under the condition that the display content is updated;
the cloud server is further used for pushing the third display content corresponding to the content updating instruction to the intelligent sound box.
8. The system of claim 5, further comprising:
the property management system is connected with the intelligent sound box and sends a user change instruction to the intelligent sound box when detecting that the user of the intelligent sound box changes;
and the intelligent sound box is also used for recovering default display contents according to the user change instruction.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the computer program implements a method of configuring the contents of a smart sound box according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out a method of configuring the content of a smart sound box according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
