With the development of society, the personalized requirements of users on the RPA robot are continuously increased, which is beneficial to the gradual maturity of the robot process automation technology, and the customized robot is produced to meet the personalized requirements of users.
In the prior art, when an RPA robot is customized, the user of the customized RPA robot communicates with a developer in an offline communication mode to determine the user requirement; the developer determines at least one design scheme according to the requirements of the user, and then questions and selects the final scheme in ways of meeting the user through the Internet and the like; and (4) after the developer finishes the design of the RPA robot according to the selected final scheme, the acceptance of the RPA robot is finished in a field acceptance mode and the like. However, the user and the developer who customize the RPA robot are not necessarily in one place, and the offline communication has low communication efficiency due to physical distance and the like, which further results in long customization period and low efficiency of the RPA robot. Based on this, the inventor thinks that if the online transaction RPA robot can be completed through online communication, the communication efficiency can be free from the influence of regions, so that the communication efficiency can be improved, the period for customizing the RPA robot can be shortened, the efficiency for customizing the RPA robot can be improved, meanwhile, the cost can be effectively saved through the online communication and customization mode, and the user experience can be improved.
According to the method for customizing the RPA robot, the requirement information of the robot process automation RPA robot input by a first user is received through S1; s2, issuing the demand information, and receiving the transaction information aiming at the demand information input by the second user; and S3, outputting the transaction information to the first user, converting the off-line customized RPA robot into the on-line customized RPA robot, shortening the cycle of customizing the RPA robot and improving the customization efficiency.

According to the method for the online transaction RPA robot, page information of a customized scene is output; receiving demand information input by a first user; according to the demand information, the customized RPA robot can enable a user to visually know the process of customizing the RPA robot through visual page information, so that the difficulty of user operation is reduced, and the user experience is improved; in addition, the account information input by the first user is received; the RPA robot corresponding to the account information is output, so that the privacy of each first user can be protected, and the reasonable rights and interests such as ownership of the customized RPA robot by each first user can be guaranteed; furthermore, by receiving a downloading instruction input by a first user, and downloading the RPA robot according to the downloading instruction, the user can conveniently acquire and try the customized RPA robot through downloading operation, and the verification and acceptance of the customized RPA robot can be completed in time; and the user can also know the acceptance condition of the first user in time by receiving the notification message input by the first user, so that the communication efficiency is improved.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus of an online transaction RPA robot provided by the present application, the apparatus including:
the receiving module 71 is configured to receive the requirement information input by the first user.
And the customizing module 72 is used for customizing the RPA robot according to the demand information.
And an output module 73 for outputting the RPA robot.
Optionally, the transaction information includes an RPA robot, and the customizing module 72 is specifically configured to receive account information input by the first user; and outputting the RPA robot corresponding to the account information.
Optionally, the receiving module 71 is further configured to receive a downloading instruction input by the first user; and downloading the RPA robot according to the downloading instruction.
Optionally, the output module 73 is further configured to output page information of the customized scene.
Optionally, the output module 73 is specifically configured to receive a customization instruction input by a first user; according to the customization instruction, a task flow corresponding to the customized scene is called; and determining page information corresponding to the task flow and outputting the page information.
Optionally, the customizing module 72 is specifically configured to output order information, where the order information includes demand information; receiving first information input by a second user, wherein the first information comprises a customization scheme corresponding to the demand information; sending first feedback information to a second user, wherein the first feedback information comprises identification information of the customization scheme; and receiving the transaction information input by the second user according to the first feedback information.
Optionally, when the number of the customization schemes is at least two, the customization module 72 is specifically configured to output at least two customization schemes; receiving a selection instruction input by a first user, wherein the selection instruction comprises a target customization scheme selected from at least two customization schemes by the first user; sending second feedback information to a second user, wherein the second feedback information comprises identification information of the target customization scheme; and receiving the transaction information input by the second user according to the second feedback information.
Optionally, the receiving module 71 is further configured to receive a notification message input by the first user, where the notification message is used to characterize that the RPA robot meets the requirement information.
Optionally, the customizing module 72 is specifically configured to determine whether the demand information includes a preset word; and if the requirement information does not comprise the preset word, releasing the requirement information, and receiving the transaction information aiming at the requirement information and input by a second user.
Optionally, the apparatus further includes an establishing module 74 configured to establish an association relationship between the RPA robot and the account information of the first user.
The device of the online transaction RPA robot can execute the method of the online transaction RPA robot, and the content and effect thereof can refer to the embodiment of the method, which is not described again.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device provided in the present application, and as shown in fig. 8, the electronic device of this embodiment includes: a processor 81, a memory 82; the processor 81 is communicatively connected to the memory 82. The memory 82 is used to store computer programs. The processor 81 is adapted to call a computer program stored in the memory 82 to implement the method in the above-described method embodiment.
Optionally, the electronic device further comprises: a transceiver 83 for enabling communication with other devices.
The electronic device can execute the method for online transaction of the RPA robot, and the content and effect thereof can refer to the embodiment of the method, which is not described again.
The application also provides a computer-readable storage medium, wherein computer-executable instructions are stored in the computer-readable storage medium, and the computer-executable instructions are used for realizing the method for the online transaction RPA robot when being executed by the processor.
The content and effect of the method for implementing the RPA robot for online transaction can be referred to the embodiment of the method, which is not described herein again.

Claims (13)
1. A method for online transaction of an RPA robot, the method being applied to an electronic device, the method comprising:
s1, receiving requirement information of the robot process automation RPA robot input by a first user;
s2, issuing the demand information, and receiving the transaction information aiming at the demand information and input by a second user;
and S3, outputting the transaction information to the first user.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the transaction information includes an RPA robot, and the S3 specifically includes:
s31, receiving account information input by the first user;
and S32, outputting the RPA robot corresponding to the account information.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
s4, receiving a downloading instruction input by the first user;
and S5, downloading the RPA robot according to the downloading instruction.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the S1, the method further comprises:
and S0, outputting the page information of the customized scene.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the S0 specifically includes:
s01, receiving a customization instruction input by a first user;
s02, calling a task flow corresponding to the customized scene according to the customized instruction;
and S03, determining and outputting page information corresponding to the task flow.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the S2 specifically includes:
s21, outputting order information, wherein the order information comprises the demand information;
s22, receiving first information input by a second user, wherein the first information comprises a customization scheme corresponding to the demand information;
s23, sending first feedback information to the second user;
and S24, receiving the transaction information input by the second user according to the first feedback information, wherein the first feedback information comprises the identification information of the customized scheme.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the number of customization schemes is at least two;
the S23, including:
s231, outputting at least two customization schemes;
s232, receiving a selection instruction input by the first user, wherein the selection instruction comprises a target customization scheme selected from at least two customization schemes by the first user;
s233, sending second feedback information to a second user, wherein the second feedback information comprises identification information of the target customization scheme;
and S234, receiving the transaction information input by the second user according to the second feedback information.
8. The method according to any one of claims 1-5, further comprising:
and S6, receiving a notification message input by the first user, wherein the notification message is used for representing that the RPA robot meets the requirement information.
9. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the S2 specifically includes:
s24, judging whether the demand information comprises preset words or not;
and S25, if the requirement information does not include the preset word, issuing the requirement information, and receiving the transaction information aiming at the requirement information and input by a second user.
10. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
and S7, establishing an association relation between the RPA robot and the account information of the first user.
11. An apparatus for online transaction of an RPA robot, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving the requirement information of the RPA robot input by a first user;
the customization module is used for publishing the demand information and receiving the transaction information aiming at the demand information and input by a second user;
and the output module is used for outputting the transaction information to the first user.
12. An electronic device, comprising:
at least one processor; and
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 11.
13. A computer-readable storage medium having computer-executable instructions stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, are configured to implement the method of any one of claims 1 to 11.
