Abstract

The inner buckling edge structure is beneficial to reducing the possibility that cooling water containing a large amount of impurities enters a sealing structure formed by the upper sealing slip ring and the sealing ring, and the probability that the cooling water enters the opposite lubricating oil roller box through the sealing structure is greatly reduced. The structure and the working principle of the quick-change multi-lip sealing component provided by the invention are further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1, 2 and 3 show schematic structural diagrams of the quick-change multi-lip sealing component and the sealing ring thereon provided by the invention. The structure of the quick-change multi-lip sealing component comprises a sealing mechanism consisting of an elastic sealing ring 2 made of rubber and plastic materials and a steel support ring 3 which can be sleeved in an eccentric disc 1, and an upper sealing sliding ring 4 and a lower sealing sliding ring 5 which are sleeved on two sides of the sealing mechanism, wherein an inner buckling edge 6 is arranged at the end part of a ring cylinder forming the upper sealing ring; the outer ring of the inside edge is provided with a ring 7 having a thickness D1 less than or equal to the thickness D2 of the inside edge and capable of throwing cooling water out.
The working principle is as follows: when the roll shaft A drives the quick-change multi-lip sealing component which is sleeved on the eccentric disc 1 and comprises the upper sealing sliding ring 4 to rotate at a high speed, the ring 7 of the upper sealing sliding ring can form an external blowing air flow in the peripheral area of the ring due to the action of centrifugal force, and negative pressure is formed in a labyrinth mechanism 9 formed by the elastic sealing ring and the upper sealing sliding ring, so that cooling water soaked in the peripheral area can be effectively prevented from entering the labyrinth mechanism 9 formed by the elastic sealing ring and the upper sealing sliding ring from a gap 8 formed between the inner buckling edge and the eccentric disc, and the sealing effect of the quick-change multi-lip sealing component is improved.
In the structure constituting the above-described quick-change multi-lip seal, in order to further enhance the generation of negative pressure in the peripheral region of the ring 7 of the sealing slide ring when it rotates at high speed: a plurality of outer slinger means 10 may also be provided uniformly around the circumference of the hoop, which may be radially disposed but is preferably angularly disposed with a curvature opposite to its direction of rotation F as shown in figure 2.

the eccentric disc comprises a sealing mechanism consisting of elastic sealing rings made of rubber and plastic materials and capable of being sleeved in the eccentric disc, and upper and lower sealing sliding rings sleeved on two sides of the sealing mechanism, wherein an inner buckling edge is arranged at the end part of a ring cylinder forming the upper sealing sliding ring; the method is characterized in that: the outer ring of the inner buckling edge is provided with a ring which can throw cooling water outwards.
2. A quick-change multi-lip seal according to claim 1, wherein: the thickness of the ring is smaller than or equal to that of the inner buckling edge.
3. A quick-change multi-lip seal according to claim 1, wherein: a plurality of outer throwing groove structures are uniformly arranged on the periphery of the ring.
4. A quick-change multi-lip seal according to claim 1, wherein: the outer throwing grooves are arranged in the radial direction.
