Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of papermaking, and relates to a wet tissue, in particular to an antibacterial wet tissue and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The wet tissue is a common sanitary product in daily life, and particularly for infants, the frequency of using the wet tissue is high. There is an increasing variety of wet tissue products that follow.
In general, consumers generally pay attention to whether wet tissues have antibacterial and bactericidal functions when selecting the wet tissues. With the successful sale of the antibacterial wet tissues, the antibacterial wet tissues on the market are more and more, and the quality of the antibacterial wet tissues is more and more uneven.
The common antibacterial wet tissue on the market usually comprises certain components such as alcohol or preservative. These ingredients, while they may be disinfectant, antimicrobial or preservative, are generally toxic and are relatively permeable. For infants, the skin is delicate, and the functions of sebaceous glands, sweat glands and the like are not developed and matured. These toxic substances with strong permeability are easily enriched in the infant body, and adversely affect the growth, development, safety, etc. of the infant.
Although there are ethanol-free antibacterial wet tissues on the market, these wet tissues usually have antibacterial agents directly added to the wet tissues, and users are easy to directly contact the antibacterial agents in the wet tissues. This procedure, while ensuring the antibacterial effect, has some adverse effects.
Therefore, the invention aims to provide the antibacterial wet tissue which is safe and comfortable and has stable antibacterial effect, and is particularly suitable for infants.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides an antibacterial wet tissue which is safe and comfortable and is particularly suitable for infants and has stable antibacterial effect. The wet tissue at least comprises a three-layer structure, an upper non-woven fabric layer, a lower non-woven fabric layer and a middle antibacterial layer. Through setting up antibiotic layer between upper non-woven fabrics and lower floor's non-woven fabrics, can avoid the direct contact of user at the antiseptic, reduce the adverse effect that the antiseptic caused to the human body.
Accordingly, in one aspect, the present invention provides an antibacterial wet wipe having at least a three-layer structure, wherein the three-layer structure includes an upper nonwoven fabric layer, a lower nonwoven fabric layer, and an intermediate antibacterial layer.
Further, in order to ensure that the three-layer structure in the wet tissue is stably attached to each other, it is preferable to use a viscose non-woven fabric for the upper and lower non-woven fabric layers.
The viscose non-woven fabric comprises the following components in parts by mass: 30-50 parts of bamboo fiber, 20-30 parts of cotton fiber and 10-20 parts of loofah sponge. The bamboo fiber, the cotton fiber and the loofah sponge are sequentially crushed, ground and pulped, and then the bamboo fiber, the cotton fiber and the loofah sponge are manufactured on a wet paper machine.
The middle antibacterial layer is a graphene-containing composite antibacterial layer and is selected from one of a porous graphene silver-loaded composite antibacterial layer, a porous graphene silver-loaded titanium dioxide composite antibacterial layer and a porous graphene titanium dioxide composite antibacterial layer.
Furthermore, the upper non-woven fabric layer and/or the lower non-woven fabric layer also comprise additives such as aloe, glycerol and the like.
On the other hand, the invention also provides a preparation method of the antibacterial wet tissue, which comprises the following steps:
(1) sequentially crushing, grinding and pulping the bamboo fiber, the cotton fiber and the loofah sponge according to the proportion, and then manufacturing a wet tissue semi-finished product A on a wet paper machine;
(2) preparing a porous graphene quantum dot dispersion solution, weighing porous graphene to prepare a dispersion solution of 2-5 g/L, using water as a solvent, carrying out ultrasonic stirring under the conditions of 800W of stirring power and 300rpm of stirring speed, simultaneously adding 0.02-0.05 mol/L of silver salt and/or titanium source solution into the dispersion solution, and carrying out uniform ultrasonic stirring to obtain the porous graphene quantum dot dispersion solution;
(3) respectively spraying the porous graphene quantum dot dispersion solution prepared in the step (2) on one surface of two wet tissue semi-finished products A, wherein the spraying amount is 20-50ml/m2After air drying, the spraying surfaces of the two wet tissue semi-finished products A sprayed with the porous graphene quantum dot dispersion solution are bonded together to obtain an antibacterial wet tissue semi-finished product B;
(4) and (3) immersing the semi-finished product B of the antibacterial wet tissue into a strong ammonia water solution, heating to 80-100 ℃, reacting for 3-8 hours to obtain a composite antibacterial layer with a middle antibacterial layer of porous graphene silver-loaded and/or titanium dioxide, taking out and cleaning, and performing subsequent manufacturing procedures as required.
Wherein the pore size of the porous graphene is 1-5 nm.
Compared with the existing antibacterial wet tissue, the antibacterial wet tissue has the following beneficial effects:
1. through setting up antibiotic layer between upper non-woven fabrics and lower floor's non-woven fabrics, can avoid the direct contact of user at the antiseptic, reduce the adverse effect that the antiseptic caused to the human body.
2. The antibacterial wet tissue does not contain chemical components such as alcohol, preservatives and the like, and has no irritation and sensitization, safety and good comfort.
3. By using the graphene-containing composite antibacterial layer as the middle antibacterial layer, particularly using the porous graphene as a carrier, the antibacterial agent which is uniformly distributed can be obtained, and the silver and the titanium dioxide are stably loaded in the porous graphene, so that the antibacterial effect is stable and reliable.
