when the tablet processing device works, firstly, medicine is added into a medicine powder hopper 11, a flow regulating valve 121 on a discharge pipe 12 is opened, and the medicine flows into a powder material accumulation annular plate 13; when the empty forming punch 701 rotates into the powder accumulation annular plate 13, the powder medicament can fill the forming punch 701; the hydraulic cylinder 5 drives the pressure plate 6 to press downwards, the tabletting punch 601 can press the forming punch 701 filled with the medicine materials, and tablets are obtained through pressing; the hydraulic cylinder 5 drives the pressure plate 6 to lift upwards, the forming circular die plate 7 rotates, and the forming punch 701 pressed with tablets rotates to the material inlet end of the material guide hopper 16; the hydraulic cylinder 5 drives the pressure plate 6 to press down again, and the tablet can be pressed out of the forming punch 701 by the extrusion punch 602 due to the notch arranged on the medicine pressing base plate 30, and can fall to the feeding port of the material guide hopper 16. The guiding hopper 16 is inclined so that the tablets can slide into the coating box 14.
The use method of the tablet processing device comprises the following steps:
s1, adding the medicine materials into a medicine powder hopper;
s2, opening a flow control valve on the discharge pipe, and enabling the powder medicine to flow into the powder accumulation annular plate;
s3, controlling the power mechanism to act, and driving the rotating shaft to drive the forming circular mould disc to rotate intermittently; when the empty forming punched hole rotates to the powder accumulation annular plate, powder medicine can be filled in the forming punched hole;
s4, controlling the hydraulic cylinder to act, driving the pressure plate to press downwards, pressing the tablet punch head into the molding punch hole filled with the medicine, and pressing to obtain tablets;
s5, controlling the hydraulic cylinder to act, and driving the pressure plate to lift up by the hydraulic cylinder; controlling a power mechanism to act, rotating a forming circular die disc, and rotating a forming punched hole pressed with tablets to a material inlet end of a material guide hopper;
s6, controlling the hydraulic cylinder to act, driving the pressure plate to press downwards again by the hydraulic cylinder, pressing the tablets out of the forming punched holes by the pressing punch, and enabling the tablets to fall to a feeding port of the material guide hopper and slide into the coating box;
s7, controlling the spraying mechanism to act, pumping coating liquid by the peristaltic pump, and delivering compressed gas by the air pump, so that the coating liquid forms spray from the spray head and sprays to the tablets below;
s8, controlling the vibration mechanism to act, driving the spraying screen frame to vibrate up and down by the vibration motor, driving the tablets to vibrate up and down, treating the tablets by the atomized coating liquid in vibration, and forming uniform coatings on the tablets.
Therefore, the invention conveniently realizes the pressing and punching of the tablets by utilizing the hydraulic cylinder to press and the rotating shaft intermittent rotating mechanism. Still will spray the reel and rotate the setting, rotate and receive the effect of spring through vibrating motor drive cam to can vibrate the tablet that falls into to spray in the reel and abandon, and the tablet can all-round accept in the air from the shower nozzle spun coating liquid and handle, coating liquid can be wrapped up in to the tablet after the processing comprehensively.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The tablet processing device comprises a bottom plate (1), a control cabinet (2) and a tablet forming machine table (3), and is characterized in that the control cabinet (2) and the tablet forming machine table (3) are arranged on the bottom plate (1).

The tablet processing device according to claim 1, wherein the control cabinet (2) is arranged at the left end of the upper surface of the bottom plate (1), the tablet forming machine table (3) is arranged at the right side of the control cabinet (2), an L-shaped plate (4) is fixed on the bottom plate (1) at the rear side of the tablet forming machine table (3), a hydraulic cylinder (5) is arranged on the upper surface of the L-shaped plate (4), a pressure plate (6) is connected with the end part of a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder (5) penetrating through the top end of the L-shaped plate (4), a plurality of tablet punches (601) and extrusion punches (602) are arranged on the lower surface of the pressure plate (6), the tablet punches (601) and the extrusion punches (602) are arranged on the concentric rings of the pressure plate (6), and the extrusion punches (602) are arranged at the opposite side of the tablet punches (601); the number of the extrusion punches (602) corresponds to the number of the tabletting punches (601), and the axial length of the extrusion punches (602) is longer than the length of the tabletting punches (601); a forming circular die disc (7) is arranged right below the pressing disc (6), a plurality of forming punched holes (701) are formed in the upper surface of the forming circular die disc (7), and the positions of the forming punched holes (701) can correspond to the pressing punch (601) and the extruding punch (602); a rotating shaft (8) is connected to the center of the lower surface of the forming circular die disc (7), and a power mechanism (9) for driving the rotating shaft (8) to rotate intermittently is arranged inside the tabletting forming machine table (3);
an upright column (10) is fixed on the bottom plate (1) located beside the L-shaped plate (4), the upper end of the upright column (10) is connected with a powder hopper (11), the lower end of the powder hopper (11) is connected with a discharge pipe (12), the lower end of the discharge pipe (12) is connected with a powder accumulation ring plate (13), the powder accumulation ring plate (13) is arranged above a forming punch hole (701) on the forming circular die disc (7), and the lower end of the powder accumulation ring plate (13) is attached to the upper surface of the forming circular die disc (7);
a coating box body (14) is arranged on the right side of the tabletting forming machine table (3), a feeding hole (15) is formed in the left side surface of the coating box body (14), a material guide hopper (16) is arranged on the feeding hole (15), a feeding hole of the material guide hopper (16) is arranged below the right end of the forming circular die disc (7), a plurality of material guide supporting columns (17) are arranged below the feeding hole end of the material guide hopper (16), and the material guide supporting columns (17) are used for supporting the material guide hopper (16) above the tabletting forming machine table (3); the material guide hopper 16 is integrally arranged in an inclined way, the right side of the coating box body (14) is provided with a coating liquid storage tank (18), a peristaltic pump (19) is arranged on the upper surface of the coating box body (14), a liquid inlet pipe (20) inserted into a coating liquid storage tank (18) is arranged on the peristaltic pump (19), the other end of the peristaltic pump (19) is provided with a liquid outlet pipe (21) inserted into the coating box body (14), a spray head (22) is arranged on the liquid outlet pipe (21), an air pump (23) is arranged on the upper surface of the coating box body (14) which is positioned beside the peristaltic pump (19), the air pump (23) is connected with a compressed air pipe (24) inserted into the coating box body (14), the lower end of the compressed air pipe (24) is connected with the lower end of the liquid outlet pipe (21), a spraying screen frame (25) is arranged in the coating box body (14), and a discharge hole (26) is formed in the rear side surface of the coating box body (14);
the forming circular die disc (7) is provided with a medicine pressing base plate (30) on the lower end face, the medicine pressing base plate (30) is attached to the lower end surface of the circular die disc (7), the main body shape structure of the medicine pressing base plate (30) is a fan-shaped structure with a notch angle of α, the position of the notch corresponds to the material inlet end of the material guide hopper (16), the rotating shaft (8), the forming circular die disc (7) and the medicine pressing base plate (30) are in sliding connection in a motion matching relation, the rotating shaft (8) can drive the forming circular die disc (7) to slide and rotate along the surface of the medicine pressing base plate (30), the forming punch holes (701) with the number corresponding to the number of the extruding punch heads (602) can be enclosed within the range of the notch angle α, the power mechanism (9) comprises a stepping motor and a control end PLC, the control end PLC is connected with the stepping motor, and the output shaft of the stepping motor is connected with the lower end of the rotating shaft (.

The tablet processing device according to claim 2, wherein the power mechanism (9) comprises a driving motor (901), a first disk (904) and a second disk (905), the first disk (904) is connected with an output shaft of the driving motor (901), a shifting convex rod (9041) is arranged on the circumferential side surface of the first disk (904), the second disk (905) is connected with the lower end of the rotating shaft (8), a plurality of shifting rods (9051) are arranged on the lower surface of the second disk (905), and the shifting convex rod (9041) is arranged between two adjacent shifting rods (9051).

8. A tablet processing device according to claim 2, characterized in that the outlet pipe (12) is provided with a flow regulating valve (121).
9. A tablet-handling device according to claim 2, where the coating liquid storage tank (18) is provided with a level gauge (181) on its outer side wall.
10. A method of using a tablet-processing device according to claims 1-9, wherein the tablet-processing device used is a tablet-processing device, characterized in that the method comprises the steps of:
s1, adding the medicine materials into a medicine powder hopper;
s2, opening a flow control valve on the discharge pipe, and enabling the powder medicine to flow into the powder accumulation annular plate;
s3, controlling the power mechanism to act, and driving the rotating shaft to drive the forming circular mould disc to rotate intermittently; when the empty forming punched hole rotates to the powder accumulation annular plate, powder medicine can be filled in the forming punched hole;
s4, controlling the hydraulic cylinder to act, driving the pressure plate to press downwards, pressing the tablet punch head into the molding punch hole filled with the medicine, and pressing to obtain tablets;
s5, controlling the hydraulic cylinder to act, and driving the pressure plate to lift up by the hydraulic cylinder; controlling a power mechanism to act, rotating a forming circular die disc, and rotating a forming punched hole pressed with tablets to a material inlet end of a material guide hopper;
s6, controlling the hydraulic cylinder to act, driving the pressure plate to press downwards again by the hydraulic cylinder, pressing the tablets out of the forming punched holes by the pressing punch, and enabling the tablets to fall to a feeding port of the material guide hopper and slide into the coating box;
s7, controlling the spraying mechanism to act, pumping coating liquid by the peristaltic pump, and delivering compressed gas by the air pump, so that the coating liquid forms spray from the spray head and sprays to the tablets below;
s8, controlling the vibration mechanism to act, driving the spraying screen frame to vibrate up and down by the vibration motor, driving the tablets to vibrate up and down, treating the tablets by the atomized coating liquid in vibration, and forming uniform coatings on the tablets.
