Abstract

Technical Field

Background
The eddy current inspection is a nondestructive inspection method based on the electromagnetic induction principle. It is suitable for use in conductive materials. When a product part is placed in an alternating magnetic field, induced current exists in the part, namely eddy current is generated, and the induced current changes due to the change of various factors (such as conductivity, permeability, hardness, material, defects and the like) of the part. The part enters the eddy current coil from the guide rail, the part is subjected to 360-degree comprehensive non-contact detection, and the coil measures, collects and calculates electromagnetic signals and then generates test data.
Traditional eddy current testing is divided into crack detection (contact probe) and material detection (coil), and a machine needs 2 coils, and a standard part is put to a coil inside, then the second coil detects the part, and during the detection, the part need stay in detecting coil inside, then is passing through, drags production efficiency slowly. In addition, in the conventional eddy current testing, the tested part is compared with the same standard part (the part must be placed in a coil), and in the automobile fastener (bolt) industry, bolts are produced in large batches in the heat treatment process, so that the bolts cannot ensure that each part or each batch of parts are identical. Therefore, an eddy current detector for detecting a bolt, which is convenient to mount, is provided.
In order to improve the working efficiency of the detection coil, facilitate installation and use and improve the equipment misjudgment rate, the detection coil is designed into a plurality of groups of coils, part signals are directly communicated with a PCB by the coils, and the PCB is directly communicated into a computer through a bus channel (PCI slot) of a computer system to realize the aim.

The invention aims to provide an eddy current detector for detecting a bolt, which is convenient to mount, and solves the problems in the background by designing a detection coil into a plurality of groups of coils, directly communicating part signals with a PCB (printed circuit board) through the coils, and directly communicating the PCB into a computer through a bus channel (PCI slot) of a computer system.

the detection mechanism comprises a wire roller, a detection channel, a first wire winding groove, a second wire winding groove, a third wire winding groove and a detection coil, the wire roller is sleeved in the installation through hole, the detection channel is arranged in an inner cavity of the wire roller, the first wire winding groove, the second wire winding groove and the third wire winding groove are respectively arranged on the outer wall of the wire roller, and the detection coil is respectively arranged in the first wire winding groove, the second wire winding groove and the third wire winding groove.
Further, the outer walls of the lower ends of the two sides of the base are respectively fixedly connected with a fixing block, bolt holes are respectively formed in the two sides of the fixing block, and fixing bolts are installed in the bolt holes.
Further, the knob switch is of a three-gear adjustable structure.
