Background
With the common application of large-scale straw banders, most of the straws in China are bundled and harvested, and generally, the harvested bales are round bales and square bales. Wherein, the diameter and the height of the round straw bales are usually more than 1m, the round straw bales are tightly bound along the circumferential direction by using a binding net, and the weight of each round bale is generally over 100 kg. When the straw is industrially utilized, the bale net must be removed firstly for the round straw bales. However, because the size of the binding net is large and the binding is heavy, manual unpacking is not only low in efficiency, but also high in labor intensity, and the requirement for industrial utilization of the straw can not be met. Therefore, whether the round straw bales can be automatically unpacked becomes the bottleneck of the straw utilization industry, and no good solution exists for a long time.

The invention can automatically cut off the bundling net of the round straw bales and separate the bundling net from the round straw bales in the conveying process, can meet the requirement of industrial scale utilization of straws, and solves the problems of low efficiency and high labor intensity of manual bale breaking in the prior art.

Examples
It should be noted that, the left and right in this embodiment are only for convenience of describing the conveying direction of the straw round bale, and should not be considered as limiting the invention. As shown in figure 1, when in work, the round straw bales are input into the workbench from the right side and output from the workbench from the left side, namely the conveying direction of the round straw bales is from right to left.
The automatic bale breaking workbench for straw round bales comprises a combined conveyor consisting of a primary belt conveyor 20 and a roller conveyor 17, a rotary cutter 8, a net hook 10, a secondary belt conveyor 2 and a pressure switch 1 as shown in figures 1-3. Wherein, the secondary belt conveyor 2 is arranged at the left side of the combined conveyor, and the secondary belt conveyor 2 is driven by the speed reducing motor 3 to receive the straw round bag 15 from the combined conveyor.
As shown in fig. 1, the combined conveyor is divided into a primary belt conveyor 20 and a roller conveyor 17 from right to left in this order. The primary belt conveyor 20 includes a driving pulley 12, a belt, and a driven pulley driven by a reduction motor 19, and the roller conveyor 17 includes a driving sprocket, a drive chain 5, a driven sprocket, and a plurality of conveying rollers 4 engaged with the drive chain 5. When the speed reducing motor 19 at the driving belt wheel 12 (i.e. the head wheel) of the primary belt conveyor 20 is started, the combined conveyor is driven to convey the straw round bag 15. A stopper 14 is arranged on one side (the front side in figure 1) of the primary belt conveyor 20, the stopper 14 is fixed on the ground, and the positioning surface of the stopper is parallel to the conveying direction of the combined conveyor, so that the straw round bag 15 is conveniently limited when the combined conveyor is used.
A cutter motor seat 6 fixed on the ground is arranged at the central position of a transition area where a primary belt conveyor 20 of a combined conveyor turns to a roller conveyor 17, a cutter motor 7 is installed on the cutter motor seat 6, a rotary cutter 8 is fixedly installed on an output shaft of the cutter motor 7, the working plane of the rotary cutter 8 is kept consistent with the conveying direction of straw bales, the highest point of the rotary cutter 8 is slightly higher than the height of a belt on the primary belt conveyor 20 (namely slightly higher than the lowest point of a bale net 13 of a straw round bale 15 on the primary belt conveyor 20), the highest point position of the rotary cutter 8 can be adjusted by manually adjusting the thickness of a base plate between the cutter motor 7 and the cutter motor seat 6, and the external dimensions of the cutter motor seat 6 and the cutter motor 7 do not influence the normal operation of the combined conveyor.
And a portal frame 11 spanning the combined conveyor is arranged at the transition area, the upright posts of the portal frame 11 are fixed on the ground at two sides of the combined conveyor, a net hook 10 is arranged in the middle of a cross beam of the portal frame 11, the net hook 10 is made of wear-resistant materials, and the net hook 10 is positioned above the left side of the rotary cutter 8.
As a preferred scheme, a worm gear box 9 is fixedly installed in the middle of a cross beam of the portal frame 11, a worm gear pair transmission structure and a screw rod nut transmission structure are arranged in the worm gear box 9, a worm motor 18 drives a worm to drive a worm wheel to rotate, the worm wheel drives a nut to rotate, and a screw rod 21 is driven to move up and down. Preferably, the secondary belt conveyor 2 is mounted on the ground by means of legs, wherein one leg is provided with a pressure switch 1, as shown in fig. 1, in this case the pressure switch 1 is arranged on the leg at the left end wheel. When the round straw bales 15 separated from the netting 13 are conveyed to the left end wheel of the secondary belt conveyor 2, as the bearing of the head wheel is obviously increased, the pressure switch 1 arranged on the supporting leg at the position acts, and a signal is sent out after a preset time delay of several seconds, so that the automatic bale-unpacking workbench stops operating, and the automatic conveying and bale-unpacking work of one round straw bale is completed.
The whole working process of the automatic round straw bale unpacking workbench is as follows:
firstly, an operator drives the loader to clamp two end faces of the round straw bag 15, the round straw bag 15 is placed on the conveying belt 16 from the side face of the primary belt conveyor 20 of the combined conveyor, a generatrix on one side of the round straw bag 15 is close to a positioning face of the stopper 14, and the loading of the automatic unpacking workbench is completed.
Secondly, an operator clicks the worm motor 18, the position of the net hook 10 is adjusted (slightly lower than the highest point of the bundle net 13 of the straw round bales 15 on the conveying belt), the workbench is started at the moment, the power supply of the speed reducing motor 3, the speed reducing motor 19 and the cutter motor 7 is switched on, the automatic unpacking workbench starts to operate, the conveying belt at the right end of the combined conveyor drives the straw round bales 15 to convey leftwards, when the straw round bales pass through the rotary cutter 8, the lowermost bundle net 13 on the straw round bales 15 is gradually cut off along the longitudinal direction by the rotary cutter 8, meanwhile, the net hook 10 at the upper part is inserted into the straw round bales 15 to hook the bundle net 13, the bundle net 13 is continuously conveyed leftwards along with the straw round bales 15, the bundle nets 13 are all cut off, meanwhile, the net hook 10 hooks all the bundle nets 13 of the straw round bales 15, the bundle 13 of the straw round bales 15 is gradually separated from the straw round bales, when the automatic unpacking machine is conveyed to the left end wheel, the pressure switch 1 sends a signal, and the power supplies of the speed reducing motor 3, the speed reducing motor 19 and the cutter motor 7 are cut off after a delay of several seconds, so that the automatic unpacking workbench is stopped.
Finally, the operator collects and takes away the retained nets 13 at the net hook 10, cleans all the equipment and surrounding fields of the workbench, and then starts the next working cycle of the workbench.
