本发明公开了一种自清洁无指纹装饰板,包括芯板以及设置在芯板两个表面上的装饰纸;其中,芯板是由若干层防火芯板通过热压工艺制成的芯板;装饰纸是浸胶纸,其表面涂刷有自清洁涂层。本发明还提供了一种自清洁无指纹装饰板的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤如下:1)、自清洁涂料的制备;2)、浸胶纸的制备;3)、电子束固化;4)、热压成型;5)、打包入库。本发明设计合理,利用带有自清洁的涂料进行涂刷,而且采用电子束固化的方式进行加工,在涂层表面形成花纹,并且具有自清洁功能,同时,电子束固化避免出现环境污染,环保安全,而且板材重量大大地得到减少,价格低廉,易于加工。

技术领域
本发明属于装饰板领域,更具体地说,涉及一种自清洁无指纹装饰板及其制备工艺。
背景技术
装饰板用在装饰行业,其有稳定性高、防震防摔、耐寒耐热且有耐火防潮及耐烟烧的特性,其密度多在1.4-1.5g/cm3之间。装饰板的应用范围极为广泛,家居生活中的厨具台面、盥洗台面、餐桌、书桌、门扇,乃至公共场所的浴厕隔间、洗手台、接待柜台、置物柜、天花板、办公桌和办公隔间等,皆可采用装饰板制作。
装饰板在长期使用后,会粘上很多的指纹,时间长了会造成污染,另外就是各种不易擦拭且带有粘性的污物会粘在装饰板上,这样就会造成装饰板的污染,美观效果大大降低。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供了一种自清洁无指纹装饰板及其制备工艺,设计合理,利用带有自清洁的涂料进行涂刷,而且采用电子束固化的方式进行加工,在涂层表面形成花纹,并且具有自清洁功能,同时,电子束固化避免出现环境污染,环保安全,而且板材重量大大地得到减少,价格低廉,易于加工。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种自清洁无指纹装饰板,其特征在于:包括芯板以及设置在芯板两个表面上的装饰纸;其中,芯板是由若干层防火芯板通过热压工艺制成的芯板;装饰纸是浸胶纸,其表面涂刷有自清洁涂层。
本发明还提供了一种自清洁无指纹装饰板的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤如下:
1)、自清洁涂料的制备;
2)、浸胶纸的制备;
3)、电子束固化;
4)、热压成型;
5)、打包入库。
作为一种优化的技术方案,自清洁涂料的制备的组分及其组分的质量比:光触媒混合液60-100份、硅丙乳液30-45份、氟碳乳液15-20份、疏水助剂4-8份、纳米二氧化硅3-13份、聚硅氧烷5-10份、锐钛型纳米二氧化钛5-15份、多孔粉石英1-5份、乙二醇1-2份、增稠剂0.5-1份、成膜助剂1-3份、分散剂1-2份,光稳定剂1-2份,紫外线吸收剂1-2份和水50-70份;高速混料机以8000r/min的速度充分混合,即得自清洁涂料。
作为一种优化的技术方案,浸胶纸的制备的步骤如下:酚醛胶水倒入浸胶槽中,装饰纸经过浸胶槽中,沾有酚醛胶水的胶辊与装饰纸表面均匀接触,在装饰纸表面形成胶水层;随后表面附着胶水层的装饰纸进入烘箱内进行烘干,烘箱温度从低到高再到低,烘箱热源由管道蒸汽或天然气锅炉蒸汽提供;装饰纸烘干后,切除多余原纸边角料,即为成品的浸胶纸。
作为一种优化的技术方案,电子束固化的步骤如下:浸胶纸通过涂刷设备将自清洁涂料涂刷到浸胶纸的表面上,并且利用烘箱进行烘干;烘干后的浸胶纸的表面上形成自清洁涂层;浸胶纸通过电子束固化设备进行固化,并在自清洁涂层制成花纹图案,制成电子固化的浸胶纸。
作为一种优化的技术方案,热压成型的步骤如下:将防火芯纸和电子固化的浸胶纸进行搭配,输送到全自动智能高温高压大型真空压机,热压热源由管道蒸汽和天然气锅炉蒸汽提供,真空压机的温度控制在170℃-200℃中,将配好的纸卷上下碾压,利用高温使防火芯纸和电子固化的浸胶纸固化,制得表面有花纹的自清洁无指纹装饰板。
电子束固化(EBC)技术——Curing Beam Electron。电子束是由空间中同一个方向运动的电子流所组成,用于固化处理的电子束是由电子加速器中的电场将电子不断加速到一定速度而形成的。
由于采用了上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,本发明设计合理,利用带有自清洁的涂料进行涂刷,而且采用电子束固化的方式进行加工,在涂层表面形成花纹,并且具有自清洁功能,同时,电子束固化避免出现环境污染,环保安全,而且板材重量大大地得到减少,价格低廉,易于加工。
具体实施方式
实施例
一种自清洁无指纹装饰板,包括芯板以及设置在芯板两个表面上的装饰纸;其中,芯板是由若干层防火芯板通过热压工艺制成的芯板;装饰纸是浸胶纸,其表面涂刷有自清洁涂层。
本发明还提供了一种自清洁无指纹装饰板的制备工艺,步骤如下:
1)、自清洁涂料的制备。自清洁涂料的制备的组分及其组分的质量比:光触媒混合液60-100份、硅丙乳液30-45份、氟碳乳液15-20份、疏水助剂4-8份、纳米二氧化硅3-13份、聚硅氧烷5-10份、锐钛型纳米二氧化钛5-15份、多孔粉石英1-5份、乙二醇1-2份、增稠剂0.5-1份、成膜助剂1-3份、分散剂1-2份,光稳定剂1-2份,紫外线吸收剂1-2份和水50-70份;高速混料机以8000r/min的速度充分混合,即得自清洁涂料。
2)、浸胶纸的制备。浸胶纸的制备的步骤如下:酚醛胶水倒入浸胶槽中,装饰纸经过浸胶槽中,沾有酚醛胶水的胶辊与装饰纸表面均匀接触,在装饰纸表面形成胶水层;随后表面附着胶水层的装饰纸进入烘箱内进行烘干,烘箱温度从低到高再到低,烘箱热源由管道蒸汽或天然气锅炉蒸汽提供;装饰纸烘干后,切除多余原纸边角料,即为成品的浸胶纸。
其中,酚醛胶水的化学分子式是:
3)、电子束固化。电子束固化的步骤如下:浸胶纸通过涂刷设备将自清洁涂料涂刷到浸胶纸的表面上,并且利用烘箱进行烘干;烘干后的浸胶纸的表面上形成自清洁涂层;浸胶纸通过电子束固化设备进行固化,并在自清洁涂层制成花纹图案,制成电子固化的浸胶纸。
4)、热压成型。热压成型的步骤如下:将防火芯纸和电子固化的浸胶纸进行搭配,输送到全自动智能高温高压大型真空压机,热压热源由管道蒸汽和天然气锅炉蒸汽提供,真空压机的温度控制在170℃-200℃中,将配好的纸卷上下碾压,利用高温使防火芯纸和电子固化的浸胶纸固化,制得表面有花纹的自清洁无指纹装饰板。
5)、打包入库。
本发明设计合理,利用带有自清洁的涂料进行涂刷,而且采用电子束固化的方式进行加工,在涂层表面形成花纹,并且具有自清洁功能,同时,电子束固化避免出现环境污染,环保安全,而且板材重量大大地得到减少,价格低廉,易于加工。
本发明的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施例,凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案均属于本发明的保护范围。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种自清洁无指纹装饰板,其特征在于:包括芯板以及设置在芯板两个表面上的装饰纸;其中,芯板是由若干层防火芯板通过热压工艺制成的芯板;装饰纸是浸胶纸,其表面涂刷有自清洁涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自清洁无指纹装饰板的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤如下:
1)、自清洁涂料的制备;
2)、浸胶纸的制备;
3)、电子束固化;
4)、热压成型;
5)、打包入库。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种自清洁无指纹装饰板的制备工艺,其特征在于:自清洁涂料的制备的组分及其组分的质量比:光触媒混合液60-100份、硅丙乳液30-45份、氟碳乳液15-20份、疏水助剂4-8份、纳米二氧化硅3-13份、聚硅氧烷5-10份、锐钛型纳米二氧化钛5-15份、多孔粉石英1-5份、乙二醇1-2份、增稠剂0.5-1份、成膜助剂1-3份、分散剂1-2份,光稳定剂1-2份,紫外线吸收剂1-2份和水50-70份;高速混料机以8000r/min的速度充分混合,即得自清洁涂料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种自清洁无指纹装饰板的制备工艺,其特征在于:浸胶纸的制备的步骤如下:酚醛胶水倒入浸胶槽中,装饰纸经过浸胶槽中,沾有酚醛胶水的胶辊与装饰纸表面均匀接触,在装饰纸表面形成胶水层;随后表面附着胶水层的装饰纸进入烘箱内进行烘干,烘箱温度从低到高再到低,烘箱热源由管道蒸汽或天然气锅炉蒸汽提供;装饰纸烘干后,切除多余原纸边角料,即为成品的浸胶纸。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种自清洁无指纹装饰板的制备工艺,其特征在于:电子束固化的步骤如下:浸胶纸通过涂刷设备将自清洁涂料涂刷到浸胶纸的表面上,并且利用烘箱进行烘干;烘干后的浸胶纸的表面上形成自清洁涂层;浸胶纸通过电子束固化设备进行固化,并在自清洁涂层制成花纹图案,制成电子固化的浸胶纸。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种自清洁无指纹装饰板的制备工艺,其特征在于:热压成型的步骤如下:将防火芯纸和电子固化的浸胶纸进行搭配,输送到全自动智能高温高压大型真空压机,热压热源由管道蒸汽和天然气锅炉蒸汽提供,真空压机的温度控制在170℃-200℃中,将配好的纸卷上下碾压,利用高温使防火芯纸和电子固化的浸胶纸固化,制得表面有花纹的自清洁无指纹装饰板。
