the test switch 13 on the test fixture 10 is used for judging whether the wake-up function of the intelligent lock body 30 is normal or not: the test switch 13 on the test fixture 10 is turned off, the test switch 13 is turned on after the wake-up signal is turned on, the tested intelligent lock is waken, the wake-up function is normal, otherwise, the wake-up function and the test switch 13 are checked and trimmed, and whether the wake-up function is normal is detected again.

wherein: testing the material requirement of the tool shell: PC material with flame retardance; testing the color requirement of the tool shell: white; testing the size requirement of the tool shell: typically, dimensions 315×240×110 (mm) (length, width, height); testing tool material requirements: USB-RS485 data line, DC5V-12V power module, single pole single throw ship switch, double pole double throw power switch, access switch, lockset, etc.;
And (3) designing an open hole layout: the method has the advantages that the method needs to comprehensively consider and communicate with related personnel, such as testing habits, safety factors, anti-interference factors and the like, the hole opening positions and the component placement are attractive, the factors such as the testing habits are considered, the operation is convenient during testing, and the testing efficiency is improved to the greatest extent possible; such as: the ship-shaped switch is arranged on the top or the right side surface of the shell, and the tool can be stacked when the ship-shaped switch is not used and can be operated by a right hand; the indicator lamp is arranged at the top shell of the tool, so that the observation can be clear at a glance, and the convenience and the rapidness of the observation during the test are ensured;
specific hole opening method and requirements: after the hole opening position is fixed, a hole opening device is used for opening holes; when the large hole is drilled, the large hole can be drilled by using a hole drilling device, if the size is unsuitable, the large hole is repaired by using a file, the proper size of the large hole is ensured, the hole wall is smooth and attractive, the adjacent holes are ensured to be horizontal and vertical, and the layout is reasonable;
the parts are placed and fixed inside: the power module is firmly fixed to the positioning hole of the bottom shell by screws, and is fixed by 704 glue for a plurality of points to prevent vibration loosening;
internal signal wire connection welding: the power line is selected to have a wire diameter of more than 1.0 square meter and the signal wire has a wire diameter of 0.5 square meter; when welding, the soldering points are ensured to be full in soldering tin, no tin slag is left, the wiring direction is as straight as possible, a distance is reserved when the power line crosses the signal line, and the power line can be wound by a heat shrinkage tube or isolated by an insulating material; the potential interference hazard from a strong electric power supply can be avoided on the signal line;
External connector connection: after the power line and each signal line are fixed from inside, wiring is needed to be conducted according to a schematic diagram from outside, the wiring length is cut according to the placement position of a test tool, the placement position of a power socket and the placement position of a notebook (PC end), wire heads are subjected to insulation stripping and tinning treatment, the length of the wire heads is generally about 5 mm, and when a terminal is pressed, the inspection is carried out, the wire heads are not pressed onto the insulation stripping, so that signals are not communicated;
and (3) power-on inspection: before the formal power-on test, the wiring is checked for one time according to the schematic drawing, so that the wiring is accurate; after the problem is solved, the test tool can be connected by a prototype, the test is performed once according to the test process requirement, all the functional tests are ensured to be error-free, and then the power can be cut off and the test tool can be delivered to an operator for use.
According to the embodiments, the beneficial effects of the application are as follows:
(1) According to the intelligent lock testing equipment and the intelligent lock testing method, the functions of the intelligent lock body are detected by utilizing the intelligent lock testing equipment and the testing tool, the data operation end of the intelligent lock testing equipment is opened and logged in, and then the power switch of the testing tool is opened to detect the power connection condition of the testing tool; the test fixture is normally powered on, and then the intelligent lock controller numbers corresponding to the intelligent lock bodies to be tested are written in the data operation end, so that the unlocking function of the corresponding intelligent lock bodies is detected; the unlocking function is normal, and then the sleep function of the corresponding intelligent lock body is detected; the sleep function is normal, and then the wake-up function of the corresponding intelligent lock body is detected; when the wake-up function is normal, a qualification mark can be stuck on the corresponding intelligent lock; the function of the intelligent lock body is subjected to data and electronic detection through the cooperation of equipment such as a test tool and a data operation end, so that the reliability of the result of the function detection of the intelligent lock body is guaranteed, errors caused by manual detection are avoided, and the efficiency and accuracy of the intelligent lock detection are improved.

opening a power switch of a testing tool of the intelligent lock testing equipment, if a power indicator lamp of the testing tool is lightened, the testing tool is normally powered on, and information required by testing is keyed in at the datamation operation end; if the power indicator of the test tool is not lightened, the test tool fails to be connected with electricity, a power supply module of the test tool is checked, and whether the test tool is connected with electricity normally is tested again;
after the test fixture is powered on normally, writing the intelligent lock controller number corresponding to the intelligent lock body to be tested on the data operation end, clicking an unlocking button, and judging whether the unlocking function of the intelligent lock body corresponding to the intelligent lock controller number is normal or not:
if the intelligent lock body does not receive the signal and the lock tongue does not rotate, the intelligent lock is not opened, the data operation end prompts unlocking failure and unqualified unlocking function, the intelligent lock body and a signal connection terminal connected with the intelligent lock controller and the testing tool are checked and trimmed, and whether the unlocking function of the intelligent lock body is normal is tested again;
If the lock tongue rotates to be opened and drives the entrance guard switch to be opened, the data operation end prompts that the unlocking is successful and the unlocking function is qualified; checking the production number, NEID number, version number, remark column IP and IMSI number of the intelligent lock to be tested in the stored information on the datamation operation terminal, and correcting the stored information when the stored information has errors; clicking a qualified button when the stored information is error-free, and storing the stored information;
judging whether the sleep function of the intelligent lock body corresponding to the intelligent lock controller number is normal or not: if the detected intelligent lock is not operated within the preset time, the detected intelligent lock enters a sleep state, the sleep function of the detected intelligent lock is normal, otherwise, the sleep function of the detected intelligent lock is checked and trimmed, and whether the sleep function of the detected intelligent lock is normal is detected again; or when the detected intelligent lock is not required to be operated within a preset time, clicking a sleep button at the data operation end, and enabling the detected intelligent lock to enter a sleep state, wherein the sleep function of the detected intelligent lock is normal, otherwise, checking and trimming the sleep function of the detected intelligent lock, and detecting whether the sleep function of the detected intelligent lock is normal again;
Judging whether the awakening function of the intelligent lock body corresponding to the intelligent lock controller number is normal or not: turning off a test switch on the test tool, turning on a wake-up signal, turning on the test switch, and waking up the tested intelligent lock, wherein if the wake-up function is normal, checking and trimming the wake-up function and the test switch, and detecting whether the wake-up function is normal again;
and pasting a qualification mark on the intelligent lock passing the test, and powering off the test tool.
2. The method for testing the intelligent lock testing device according to claim 1, wherein the information required for the test is keyed in at the datamation operation end, specifically:
selecting a serial port at the datamation operation end, clicking to open the serial port, clicking to read an address, inputting an address number which is required to be written currently into a writing address column, clicking to write the address;
clicking and reading the version number, wherein the datamation operation terminal displays the program version number, compares the program version number with the set version number stored in the datamation operation terminal, and has no alarm prompt if the version is correct, and sends out the alarm prompt if the version is incorrect;
When the datamation operation end sends out an alarm prompt, checking and correcting the version number and reading the version number again;
when no alarm prompt exists, clicking basic parameters, selecting all, defaulting data and issuing configuration in sequence, clicking reading configuration, if the information is correct, no alarm prompt exists, and if the information is incorrect, the datamation operation end sends out the alarm prompt;
when the datamation operation end sends out an alarm prompt, checking and correcting the information, clicking basic parameters, full selection, default data and issuing configuration in sequence again, and clicking and reading configuration;
and when no alarm prompt exists, judging whether the unlocking function of the intelligent lock is normal.
3. The method for testing the intelligent lock testing equipment according to claim 2, wherein the alarm prompt comprises that the datamation operation end pops up an alarm prompt window or a screen of the datamation operation end emits red flash.

The method for testing an intelligent lock testing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the method for judging whether the intelligent lock is awakened is as follows: if the function indicator lamp of the intelligent lock controller is lightened, the intelligent lock is awakened; and if the function indicator lamp of the intelligent lock controller is not lightened, the intelligent lock is not awakened.
5. An intelligent lock test apparatus, comprising: the intelligent lock comprises a test tool, a data operation end and an intelligent lock body; the test tool is respectively connected with the data operation end and the intelligent lock body;
the test tool comprises a power indicator lamp, a power switch, a test switch and an intelligent lock controller, wherein the power indicator lamp is used for judging whether the test tool is powered on or not; opening a power switch of a testing tool of the intelligent lock testing equipment, if a power indicator lamp of the testing tool is lightened, the testing tool is normally powered on, and information required by testing is keyed in at the datamation operation end; if the power indicator of the test tool is not lightened, the test tool fails to be connected with electricity, a power supply module of the test tool is checked, and whether the test tool is connected with electricity normally is tested again;
the data operation end is used for typing in information required by the test and is connected with the test tool to judge whether the unlocking function of the intelligent lock body is normal or not; after the test fixture is powered on normally, writing an intelligent lock controller number to be tested on the data operation end, clicking an unlocking button, if the intelligent lock body does not receive an unlocking signal and the lock tongue does not rotate, prompting unlocking failure and unqualified unlocking functions on the data operation end, checking and trimming the intelligent lock body and a signal connection terminal connected with the intelligent lock controller and the test fixture, and testing whether the unlocking functions of the intelligent lock body are normal again; if the lock tongue rotates to be opened and drives the entrance guard switch to be opened, the data operation end prompts that the unlocking is successful and the unlocking function is qualified; checking the production number, NEID number, version number, remark column IP and IMSI number of the intelligent lock to be tested in the stored information on the datamation operation terminal, and correcting the stored information when the stored information has errors; clicking a qualified button when the stored information is error-free, and storing the stored information;
The test fixture is used for testing whether the sleep function of the intelligent lock body is normal or not under the control of the data operation end: if the detected intelligent lock is not operated within the preset time, the detected intelligent lock enters a sleep state, the sleep function of the detected intelligent lock is normal, otherwise, the sleep function of the detected intelligent lock is checked and trimmed, and whether the sleep function of the detected intelligent lock is normal is detected again; or when the detected intelligent lock is not required to be operated within a preset time, clicking a sleep button at the data operation end, and enabling the detected intelligent lock to enter a sleep state, wherein the sleep function of the detected intelligent lock is normal, otherwise, checking and trimming the sleep function of the detected intelligent lock, and detecting whether the sleep function of the detected intelligent lock is normal again;
the test switch on the test fixture is used for judging whether the awakening function of the intelligent lock body is normal or not: and turning off the test switch on the test tool, turning on the wake-up signal, turning on the test switch, and waking up the tested intelligent lock, wherein if the wake-up function is normal, otherwise, checking and trimming the wake-up function and the test switch, and detecting whether the wake-up function is normal again.

The intelligent lock test apparatus of claim 5, wherein the test fixture comprises an outer box, the power indicator, the power switch and the test switch are disposed on the outer box, the intelligent lock controller is connected with the outer box through the signal connection terminal, and the function indicator of the intelligent lock controller is disposed on the intelligent lock controller.
7. The smart lock testing device of claim 5, wherein the datamation operations terminal includes a computer and test tool software.

The intelligent lock test apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the intelligent lock body comprises a lock tongue and an access switch, the lock tongue and the access switch are in rolling contact through a linkage device, and the intelligent lock controller is connected with the access switch.
