Abstract
本发明提供一种OLED触控显示装置及其驱动方法。本发明的OLED触控显示装置在像素内设置透光的触控电极及第二薄膜晶体管,第二薄膜晶体管的栅极连接该像素对应的扫描线,源极电性连接触控走线,漏极电性连接触控电极,驱动时,在每一帧周期内依次向多条扫描线传输扫描信号,利用触控芯片在任意两个相邻的帧周期中的一个内对多条触控走线充电并在任意两个相邻的帧周期的另一个内接收多条触控走线传输的触控信号,从而实现高灵敏度的触控感测,且模组良率高,产品成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种OLED触控显示装置及其驱动方法。
背景技术
有机发光二极管显示装置(Organic Light Emitting Display,OLED)具有自发光、驱动电压低、发光效率高、响应时间短、清晰度与对比度高、近180°视角、使用温度范围宽,可实现柔性显示与大面积全色显示等诸多优点,被业界公认为是最有发展潜力的显示装置。
OLED按照驱动方式可以分为无源矩阵型OLED(Passive MatrixOLED,PMOLED)和有源矩阵型OLED(Active Matrix OLED,AMOLED)两大类,即直接寻址和薄膜晶体管(TFT)矩阵寻址两类。其中,AMOLED具有呈阵列式排布的像素,属于主动显示类型,发光效能高,通常用作高清晰度的大尺寸显示装置。
OLED器件通常包括:基板、设于基板上的阳极、设于阳极上的空穴注入层、设于空穴注入层上的空穴传输层、设于空穴传输层上的发光层、设于发光层上的电子传输层、设于电子传输层上的电子注入层及设于电子注入层上的阴极。OLED器件的发光原理为半导体材料和有机发光材料在电场驱动下,通过载流子注入和复合导致发光。具体的,OLED器件通常采用氧化铟锡(ITO)电极和金属电极分别作为器件的阳极和阴极,在一定电压驱动下,电子和空穴分别从阴极和阳极注入到电子传输层和空穴传输层,电子和空穴分别经过电子传输层和空穴传输层迁移到发光层,并在发光层中相遇,形成激子并使发光分子激发,后者经过辐射弛豫而发出可见光。
现有技术中,若需要OLED显示装置具有触控功能,一般采用全贴合触控技术或盒上式(On-Cell)触控技术,这两种技术均存在信号噪声大、触控灵敏度低、最终模组良率低等问题,最终导致产品成本高,用户触控体验不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种OLED触控显示装置,能够提高触控灵敏度及模组良率,产品成本低,触控效果好。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种OLED触控显示装置的驱动方法,能够提高触控灵敏度,提升触控效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明首先提供一种OLED触控显示装置,包括衬底、设于衬底上的多个像素、设于衬底上的多条扫描线、设于衬底上的多条数据线、设于衬底上的多条触控走线及与多条触控走线电性连接的触控芯片;
所述多个像素呈阵列式排布,每一列像素与一条数据线及一条触控走线对应,每一行像素与一条扫描线对应;每一像素包括设于衬底上的TFT器件层、设于衬底上且与TFT器件层相邻的透明的触控电极及设于TFT器件层上的透明的阳极;所述TFT器件层包括第一薄膜晶体管及第二薄膜晶体管,所述第一薄膜晶体管的栅极电性连接对应的扫描线,源极电性连接对应的数据线,漏极电性连接所述阳极;所述第二薄膜晶体的栅极电性连接对应的扫描线,源极电性连接对应的触控走线,漏极电性连接所述触控电极;
所述触控芯片用于在所述OLED触控显示装置的任意两个相邻的帧周期中的一个内对多条触控走线充电,并在任意两个相邻的帧周期的另一个内接收多条触控走线传输的触控信号。
所述OLED触控显示装置还包括与多条扫描线电性连接的栅极驱动芯片、及与多条数据线电性连接的源极驱动芯片;
所述栅极驱动芯片用于在所述OLED触控显示装置的每一帧周期内依次向多条扫描线传输扫描信号;
所述源极驱动芯片用于向多条数据线传输数据信号。

所述多个像素呈阵列式排布,每一列像素与一条数据线及一条触控走线对应,每一行像素与一条扫描线对应;每一像素包括设于衬底上的TFT器件层、设于衬底上且与TFT器件层相邻的透明的触控电极及设于TFT器件层上的透明的阳极;所述TFT器件层包括第一薄膜晶体管及第二薄膜晶体管,所述第一薄膜晶体管的栅极电性连接对应的扫描线,源极电性连接对应的数据线,漏极电性连接所述阳极;所述第二薄膜晶体的栅极电性连接对应的扫描线,源极电性连接对应的触控走线,漏极电性连接所述触控电极;

步骤S2及步骤S3中,利用栅极驱动芯片依次向多条扫描线传输扫描信号,利用源极驱动芯片向多条数据线传输数据信号。

具体地,所述OLED触控显示装置还包括与源极驱动芯片80电性连接的显示数据处理系统(未图示)及与触控芯片60电性连接的触控处理系统(未图示)。
具体地,所述OLED触控显示装置在制作时,可先在衬底10上制作TFT阵列层21、扫描线30、数据线40、触控走线50,而后在TFT阵列层21上制作阳极23的同时在衬底10上制作触控电极22,随后,在阳极23上制作发光层25及阴极26时,利用掩膜板对触控电极22进行遮挡,之后对OLED器件进行封装,最后将触控芯片60与多条触控走线50绑定(bonding),将源极驱动芯片80与多条数据线40绑定,将栅极驱动芯片70与多条扫描线30绑定。
需要说明的是,本发明的OLED触控显示装置在像素20内设置透光的触控电极22及第二薄膜晶体管T2,第二薄膜晶体管T2的栅极连接该像素20对应的扫描线30,源极电性连接触控走线50,漏极电性连接触控电极22,驱动时,在每一帧周期内依次向多条扫描线30传输扫描信号,依次控制多行像素20中第一薄膜晶体管T1及第二薄膜晶体管T2导通,利用触控芯片60在任意两个相邻的帧周期中的一个内对多条触控走线50充电从而为所有像素20中的触控电极22充电,并在任意两个相邻的帧周期的另一个内接收多条触控走线50传输的触控信号以获取每一触控电极22的放电量或电压值,将放电量或电压值与预设的参考值不同的触控电极22所在位置(以横纵坐标形式表示)判定为触控位置,从而实现高灵敏度的触控感测,且模组良率高,产品成本低。
请参阅图3,基于同一发明构思,本发明还提供一种OLED触控显示装置的驱动方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1、请参阅图1及图2,提供OLED触控显示装置。
所述触控显示装置包括衬底10、设于衬底10上的多个像素20、设于衬底10上的多条扫描线30、设于衬底10上的多条数据线40、设于衬底10上的多条触控走线50及与多条触控走线50电性连接的触控芯片60。
所述多个像素20呈阵列式排布,每一列像素20与一条数据线40及一条触控走线50对应,每一行像素20与一条扫描线30对应。每一像素20包括设于衬底10上的TFT器件层21、设于衬底10上且与TFT器件层21相邻的透明的触控电极22及设于TFT器件层21上的透明的阳极23。所述TFT器件层21包括第一薄膜晶体管T1及第二薄膜晶体管T2,所述第一薄膜晶体管T1的栅极电性连接对应的扫描线30,源极电性连接对应的数据线40,漏极电性连接所述阳极23。所述第二薄膜晶体T2的栅极电性连接对应的扫描线30,源极电性连接对应的触控走线50,漏极电性连接所述触控电极22。
具体地,所述OLED触控显示装置还包括与多条扫描线30电性连接的栅极驱动芯片70、及与多条数据线40电性连接的源极驱动芯片80。
具体地,所述触控电极22及阳极23的材料均为氧化铟锡、氧化铟锌或镁银合金。
具体地,所述衬底10的材料为玻璃。
具体地,每一像素20还包括设于TFT器件层21及阳极23上的像素定义层24、设于阳极23上的发光层25以及设于发光层25及像素定义层24上的反光的阴极26。所述像素定义层24设有位于阳极23上方的开口241,所述发光层25位于所述开口241内。阳极23及其上方的发光层25及阴极26构成OLED器件。
具体地,多个像素20包括依次交替设置的红色像素、绿色像素及蓝色像素。所述红色像素中的发光层25为红光发光层,所述绿色像素中的发光层25为绿光发光层,所述蓝色像素中的发光层25为蓝光发光层。
具体地,所述OLED触控显示装置还包括与源极驱动芯片80电性连接的显示数据处理系统(未图示)及与触控芯片60电性连接的触控处理系统(未图示)。
步骤S2、进入第i个帧周期,其中i为正整数。
依次向多条扫描线30传输扫描信号依次控制多行像素20中第一薄膜晶体管T1及第二薄膜晶体管T2导通,所述触控芯片60对多条触控走线50充电从而为所有像素20中的触控电极22充电。
具体地,步骤S2中,利用栅极驱动芯片70依次向多条扫描线30传输扫描信号,利用源极驱动芯片80向多条数据线40传输数据信号。
步骤S3、进入第i+1个帧周期。
依次向多条扫描线30传输扫描信号依次控制多行像素20中第一薄膜晶体管T1及第二薄膜晶体管T2导通,所述触控芯片60接收多条触控走线50传输的触控信号获取每一触控电极22的放电量或电压值,将放电量或电压值与预设的参考值不同的触控电极22所在位置判定为触控位置。
具体地,步骤S3中,利用栅极驱动芯片70依次向多条扫描线30传输扫描信号,利用源极驱动芯片80向多条数据线40传输数据信号。
需要说明的是,本发明的OLED触控显示装置的驱动方法应用于上述的OLED触控显示装置,在第i个帧周期内,依次向多条扫描线30传输扫描信号依次控制多行像素20中第一薄膜晶体管T1及第二薄膜晶体管T2导通,所述触控芯片60对多条触控走线50充电从而为所有像素20中的触控电极22充电,在第i+1个帧周期内,依次向多条扫描线30传输扫描信号依次控制多行像素20中第一薄膜晶体管T1及第二薄膜晶体管T2导通,所述触控芯片60接收多条触控走线50传输的触控信号获取每一触控电极22的放电量或电压值,将放电量或电压值与预设的参考值不同的触控电极22所在位置(以横纵坐标表示)判定为触控位置,从而实现高灵敏度的触控感测。
综上所述,本发明的OLED触控显示装置在像素内设置透光的触控电极及第二薄膜晶体管,第二薄膜晶体管的栅极连接该像素对应的扫描线,源极电性连接触控走线,漏极电性连接触控电极,驱动时,在每一帧周期内依次向多条扫描线传输扫描信号,利用触控芯片在任意两个相邻的帧周期中的一个内对多条触控走线充电并在任意两个相邻的帧周期的另一个内接收多条触控走线传输的触控信号,从而实现高灵敏度的触控感测,且模组良率高,产品成本低。本发明的OLED触控显示装置的驱动方法能够提高触控灵敏度,提升触控效果。
以上所述,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形,而所有这些改变和变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种OLED触控显示装置,其特征在于,包括衬底(10)、设于衬底(10)上的多个像素(20)、设于衬底(10)上的多条扫描线(30)、设于衬底(10)上的多条数据线(40)、设于衬底(10)上的多条触控走线(50)及与多条触控走线(50)电性连接的触控芯片(60);
所述多个像素(20)呈阵列式排布,每一列像素(20)与一条数据线(40)及一条触控走线(50)对应,每一行像素(20)与一条扫描线(30)对应;每一像素(20)包括设于衬底(10)上的TFT器件层(21)、设于衬底(10)上且与TFT器件层(21)相邻的透明的触控电极(22)及设于TFT器件层(21)上的透明的阳极(23);所述TFT器件层(21)包括第一薄膜晶体管(T1)及第二薄膜晶体管(T2),所述第一薄膜晶体管(T1)的栅极电性连接对应的扫描线(30),源极电性连接对应的数据线(40),漏极电性连接所述阳极(23);所述第二薄膜晶体(T2)的栅极电性连接对应的扫描线(30),源极电性连接对应的触控走线(50),漏极电性连接所述触控电极(22);
所述触控芯片(60)用于在所述OLED触控显示装置的任意两个相邻的帧周期中的一个内对多条触控走线(50)充电,并在任意两个相邻的帧周期的另一个内接收多条触控走线(50)传输的触控信号;
还包括与多条扫描线(30)电性连接的栅极驱动芯片(70)、及与多条数据线(40)电性连接的源极驱动芯片(80);
所述栅极驱动芯片(70)用于在所述OLED触控显示装置的每一帧周期内依次向多条扫描线(30)传输扫描信号;
所述源极驱动芯片(80)用于向多条数据线(40)传输数据信号;
每一像素(20)还包括设于TFT器件层(21)及阳极(23)上的像素定义层(24)、设于阳极(23)上的发光层(25)以及设于发光层(25)及像素定义层(24)上的反光的阴极(26);所述像素定义层(24)设有位于阳极(23)上方的开口(241),所述发光层(25)位于所述开口(241)内。
2.如权利要求1所述的OLED触控显示装置,其特征在于,所述触控电极(22)及阳极(23)的材料均为氧化铟锡、氧化铟锌或镁银合金;
所述衬底(10)的材料为玻璃。
3.如权利要求1所述的OLED触控显示装置,其特征在于,多个像素(20)包括依次交替设置的红色像素、绿色像素及蓝色像素;
所述红色像素中的发光层(25)为红光发光层,所述绿色像素中的发光层(25)为绿光发光层,所述蓝色像素中的发光层(25)为蓝光发光层。
4.一种OLED触控显示装置的驱动方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1、提供OLED触控显示装置;
所述触控显示装置包括衬底(10)、设于衬底(10)上的多个像素(20)、设于衬底(10)上的多条扫描线(30)、设于衬底(10)上的多条数据线(40)、设于衬底(10)上的多条触控走线(50)及与多条触控走线(50)电性连接的触控芯片(60);
所述多个像素(20)呈阵列式排布,每一列像素(20)与一条数据线(40)及一条触控走线(50)对应,每一行像素(20)与一条扫描线(30)对应;每一像素(20)包括设于衬底(10)上的TFT器件层(21)、设于衬底(10)上且与TFT器件层(21)相邻的透明的触控电极(22)及设于TFT器件层(21)上的透明的阳极(23);所述TFT器件层(21)包括第一薄膜晶体管(T1)及第二薄膜晶体管(T2),所述第一薄膜晶体管(T1)的栅极电性连接对应的扫描线(30),源极电性连接对应的数据线(40),漏极电性连接所述阳极(23);所述第二薄膜晶体(T2)的栅极电性连接对应的扫描线(30),源极电性连接对应的触控走线(50),漏极电性连接所述触控电极(22);
步骤S2、进入第i个帧周期,其中i为正整数;
依次向多条扫描线(30)传输扫描信号依次控制多行像素(20)中第一薄膜晶体管(T1)及第二薄膜晶体管(T2)导通,所述触控芯片(60)对多条触控走线(50)充电从而为所有像素(20)中的触控电极(22)充电;
步骤S3、进入第i+1个帧周期;
依次向多条扫描线(30)传输扫描信号依次控制多行像素(20)中第一薄膜晶体管(T1)及第二薄膜晶体管(T2)导通,所述触控芯片(60)接收多条触控走线(50)传输的触控信号获取每一触控电极(22)的放电量或电压值,将放电量或电压值与预设的参考值不同的触控电极(22)所在位置判定为触控位置;其特征在于,所述OLED触控显示装置还包括与多条扫描线(30)电性连接的栅极驱动芯片(70)、及与多条数据线(40)电性连接的源极驱动芯片(80);
步骤S2及步骤S3中,利用栅极驱动芯片(70)依次向多条扫描线(30)传输扫描信号,利用源极驱动芯片(80)向多条数据线(40)传输数据信号;
每一像素(20)还包括设于TFT器件层(21)及阳极(23)上的像素定义层(24)、设于阳极(23)上的发光层(25)以及设于发光层(25)及像素定义层(24)上的反光的阴极(26);所述像素定义层(24)设有位于阳极(23)上方的开口(241),所述发光层(25)位于所述开口(241)内。
5.如权利要求4所述的OLED触控显示装置的驱动方法,其特征在于,所述触控电极(22)及阳极(23)的材料均为氧化铟锡、氧化铟锌或镁银合金;
所述衬底(10)的材料为玻璃。
6.如权利要求4所述的OLED触控显示装置的驱动方法,其特征在于,多个像素(20)包括依次交替设置的红色像素、绿色像素及蓝色像素;
所述红色像素中的发光层(25)为红光发光层,所述绿色像素中的发光层(25)为绿光发光层,所述蓝色像素中的发光层(25)为蓝光发光层。
