Specifically, determining a health management policy based on the transfer case, the health profile, and the work information includes: determining health problems of staff based on the health record; dividing staff based on health problems to obtain a plurality of health groups, wherein staff in each health group have the same health problems; determining a physical examination period and physical examination content of each health group based on the health problems; the physical examination strategy is determined based on the physical examination period and the physical examination content.
In order to reduce the occurrence of dangers or diseases, enterprises need to schedule physical examination for staff, in this embodiment, physical examination is not performed according to working categories, but is performed according to health conditions of staff, health problems of staff are searched from health files, staff with the same health problems are divided into a health group, staff in the health group schedule the same physical examination period and physical examination content, correspondence between the health problems and the physical examination period and the physical examination content is stored in a database, the physical examination period and the physical examination content of each health group are obtained from the database according to the health problems, and physical examination policies are performed according to the physical examination period and the physical examination content.

As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the policy making module 204 is further specifically configured to determine an emergency management policy based on the post matching degree and employee preference, including: determining a post category with a post matching degree larger than a preset matching degree as an alternative post category; determining a shift post category based on the alternate post category and the employee preference; determining a first occupational disease risk factor and a second occupational disease risk factor based on the post category and the shift post category, wherein the first occupational disease risk factor is an occupational disease risk factor existing in the original post, and the second occupational disease risk factor is an occupational disease risk factor existing in the shift post; determining an increased occupational disease risk factor based on the first occupational disease risk factor and the second occupational disease risk factor; determining a first protective article corresponding to the newly added occupational disease hazard factor based on preset association; acquiring a history issuing period of the first protective article and a first history issuing record, wherein the first history issuing record is an issuing record of the first protective article when the history issuing period is not met; determining the number of the first history issuance records as a first issuance number; determining a period modification strategy based on the first emission quantity and the employee quantity corresponding to the first protection article; an emergency management policy is determined based on the periodic modification policy and the shift category.

In one example, a module in any of the above apparatuses may be one or more integrated circuits configured to implement the above methods, for example: one or more application specific integrated circuits (application specific integratedcircuit, ASIC), or one or more digital signal processors (DIGITAL SIGNAL processor, DSP), or one or more field programmable gate arrays (field programmable GATE ARRAY, FPGA), or a combination of at least two of these integrated circuit forms.

Fig. 3 is a block diagram of an electronic device 300 according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in FIG. 3, electronic device 300 includes a processor 301 and memory 302, and may further include an information input/information output (I/O) interface 303, one or more of a communication component 304, and a communication bus 305.

The I/O interface 303 provides an interface between the processor 301 and other interface modules, which may be a keyboard, mouse, buttons, etc. These buttons may be virtual buttons or physical buttons. The communication component 304 is used for wired or wireless communication between the electronic device 300 and other devices. Wireless Communication, such as Wi-Fi, bluetooth, near field Communication (NFC for short), 2G, 3G, or 4G, or a combination of one or more thereof, the corresponding Communication component 304 can include: wi-Fi part, bluetooth part, NFC part.
The electronic device 300 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC), digital signal Processor (DIGITAL SIGNAL Processor, DSP), digital signal processing device (DIGITAL SIGNAL Processing Device, DSPD), programmable logic device (Programmable Logic Device, PLD), field programmable gate array (Field Programmable GATE ARRAY, FPGA), controller, microcontroller, microprocessor, or other electronic components for performing the enterprise employee health management methods as set forth in the above embodiments.
Communication bus 305 may include a pathway to transfer information between the aforementioned components. The communication bus 305 may be a PCI (PERIPHERAL COMPONENT INTERCONNECT, peripheral component interconnect standard) bus or an EISA (Extended Industry Standard Architecture ) bus, or the like. The communication bus 305 may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, and the like.
The electronic device 300 may include, but is not limited to, mobile terminals such as mobile phones, notebook computers, digital broadcast receivers, PDAs (personal digital assistants), PADs (tablet computers), PMPs (portable multimedia players), car terminals (e.g., car navigation terminals), and the like, and fixed terminals such as digital TVs, desktop computers, and the like, and may also be a server, and the like.
The application also provides a computer readable storage medium, wherein the computer readable storage medium stores a computer program, and the computer program realizes the steps of the enterprise employee health management method when being executed by a processor.
The computer readable storage medium may include: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a random access Memory (Random Access Memory, RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, or other various media capable of storing program codes.
The terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.

Claims (9)
1. A method for managing health of employees of an enterprise, comprising:
acquiring health data of staff and working information, wherein the health data comprises life habits, physical examination reports and health monitoring data, and the working information comprises post categories;
Analyzing the health data to obtain a health file of the staff;
Performing health prediction based on the health file, the working information and a health prediction model to obtain a health prediction result;
The health management strategy comprises an emergency management strategy and a health synergy strategy, the emergency management strategy comprises a post adjustment condition and a protection article release, the health synergy strategy comprises a performance management strategy, a health maintenance strategy and a physical examination strategy, the performance management strategy is used for formulating reasonable performance targets and carrying out performance management on staff according to the performance targets, the health maintenance strategy is used for completing a first health item when or during a working plan is completed, the first health item is a health item conforming to an idle duration, and the physical examination strategy is used for carrying out physical examination according to a physical examination period and physical examination contents;
Staff health management is carried out based on the health management strategy;
the formulating a health management policy based on the health profile, the work information, and the health prediction result includes:
Determining a risk situation based on the health prediction result;
Grouping the risk situations based on the post categories to obtain a plurality of first combinations, wherein the risk situations in each first combination correspond to the same post category;
Counting the number of the risk situations in each first combination to obtain a plurality of first numbers;
dividing the first combination based on risk categories to obtain a plurality of second combinations, wherein the risk conditions in each second combination correspond to the same risk category;
counting the number of the risk situations in each second combination to obtain a plurality of second numbers;
calculating a first risk probability based on the first number and the second number, the first risk probability = second number/first number, each of the second combinations corresponding to one of the first risk probabilities;
Determining that the first risk probability is smaller than a preset risk probability and the second combination with the second number smaller than the preset number is a shift combination;
determining a shift condition based on the shift combination, wherein the shift condition comprises a shift required and a shift not required;
And determining a health management strategy based on the change condition, the health record and the working information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining a health management policy based on the transfer case, the health profile, and the job information comprises:
If the change condition is that change is needed, determining occupational disease hazard factors corresponding to all the post categories based on the working information;
Determining risk factors based on the health profile, the risk factors being factors that are at risk to the employee;
if the risk factors overlap with the job hazard factors, determining the post matching degree to be 0;
if the risk factors do not overlap with the staff disease hazard factors, acquiring the historical working conditions of staff;
determining the working capacity of staff based on the historical working conditions;
Determining a first working time length based on the health file, wherein the first working time length is the longest working time length allowed by the physical condition of staff;
determining a second working time length and capability requirements based on the working information, wherein the second working time length is the working time length required by each post category;
determining a first degree of matching based on the work capacity and the capacity requirement;
determining a second matching degree based on the first working time length and the second working time length;
calculating the post matching degree based on the first matching degree, the second matching degree and a preset weight;
And determining an emergency management strategy based on the post matching degree and the employee preference, wherein the emergency management strategy comprises post adjustment conditions, and determining the post adjustment conditions by integrating the post matching degree and the employee preference.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining an emergency management policy based on the post match and employee preferences comprises:
determining the post category with the post matching degree larger than a preset matching degree as an alternative post category;
determining a shift position category based on the alternate position category and employee preferences;
Determining a first occupational disease hazard factor and a second occupational disease hazard factor based on the original post category and the shift post category, wherein the first occupational disease hazard factor is an occupational disease hazard factor existing in the original post, and the second occupational disease hazard factor is an occupational disease hazard factor existing in the shift post;
Determining an increased occupational disease risk factor based on the first occupational disease risk factor and the second occupational disease risk factor;

Determining an emergency management policy based on the periodic modification policy and the shift category, comprising: and adjusting the historical issuing period of the first protective product through the period modification strategy to obtain a new issuing period, and issuing the protective product for the post transfer staff according to the post transfer category and the new issuing period.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the health promotion policy comprises a performance management policy, the determining a health management policy based on the transfer case, the health profile, and the work information comprising:
