Abstract
The invention relates to a skin moisturizing and repairing composition and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of cosmetics. The composition of the invention comprises the following components: inonotus obliquus extract, hydrolyzed flaxseed extract and littoral celery callus culture filtrate. The combination of the three components of the inonotus obliquus extract, the hydrolyzed flaxseed extract and the coastal cress callus culture filtrate has a synergistic effect, and can synergistically promote skin moisturizing and repairing. Compared with high molecular beta-glucan or linseed oil which is difficult to permeate into a basal layer, the hydrolyzed linseed extract selected by the invention is rich in oligosaccharide, has good water solubility, can enter the basal layer through the stratum corneum better, and achieves the effect of repairing the basal membrane. In addition, compared with the inonotus obliquus extract obtained by an organic supercritical extraction process or a traditional water-alcohol extraction process, the inonotus obliquus extract obtained by the subcritical water extraction process has a stronger moisturizing and repairing effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a skin moisturizing and repairing composition and application thereof.
Background
Whether the skin is tender, plump and healthy or not is critical to the fullness of the outermost layer of the epidermis of the skin, i.e. the moisture content of the stratum corneum. The basal layer is a connecting layer between epidermis and dermis, and has the function of a semipermeable membrane; the nutrients and moisture required for the survival and growth of cells in the epidermis are both efficiently transported from the dermis to the epidermis by the basal layer. The integrity of the function of the substrate layer is therefore critical to maintaining the health and youthfulness of the skin, maintaining the moisture content of the epidermis. However, as the age increases, the compactness and function of the basal layer gradually deteriorate, and nutrients and moisture in the dermis layer cannot be effectively transported to the epidermis layer, so that various skin problems such as skin water shortage, aging, etc. occur.
At present, the traditional moisturizing and skin care strategies in the market mainly focus on moisturizing and repairing the outer stratum corneum, have single mechanism, and often neglect the importance of the functional integrity of the inner stratum basale; the repairing of the outer stratum corneum can improve the water content of the skin and reduce the percutaneous water loss rate of the skin in a short time, but the external stratum corneum can not treat the root cause, and the moisturizing and repairing effects are not long. If the function of the basal layer is defective, the moisture and nutrition of the dermis layer cannot be effectively and timely transported upwards, and once the exogenous moisturizing repair components are deactivated or cleaned, the problems of dry, rough and aging skin and the like are re-exposed after a period of time.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a skin moisturizing repair composition and application thereof, wherein the skin moisturizing repair composition can realize double repair effects of a basal layer and a stratum corneum and has more excellent and lasting moisturizing repair effects.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
in a first aspect, the present invention provides a skin moisturising treatment composition comprising the following components: inonotus obliquus extract, hydrolyzed flaxseed extract and littoral celery callus culture filtrate.
Inonotus obliquus extract can effectively strengthen the cohesive force of keratinocytes and enhance the skin barrier function; the hydrolyzed flaxseed extract is rich in oligosaccharide, has good water solubility, can effectively enter a basal layer through a stratum corneum, promotes the synthesis of collagen IV, and promotes the repair of an epithelial basement membrane of the basal layer; in addition, the coastal cress callus culture filtrate can significantly promote the expression of the basal layer laminin and the collagen IV.
The inventor of the invention researches and discovers that the three components of the inonotus obliquus extract, the hydrolyzed flaxseed extract and the coastal cress callus culture filtrate have a synergistic effect, and can synergistically improve the moisture content of the skin horny layer and synergistically promote the recovery of the skin barrier function. The absence of any one, any two or three of these three components can significantly deteriorate the moisturizing and repairing functions of the composition.
In addition, the inventor of the present invention found that the moisturizing and repairing effects of the composition are remarkably deteriorated after the hydrolyzed flaxseed extract is replaced with high molecular beta-glucan or flaxseed oil. The hydrolyzed flaxseed extract selected by the invention is rich in oligosaccharide, has good water solubility, can better enter the basal layer through the stratum corneum compared with high molecular beta-glucan, and has better effect of repairing the basal membrane. The lipophilic linseed oil is used as a sebum bionic vegetable oil, a closed oil film is generally formed on the outermost layer of skin, the effect of preventing water loss is achieved, the lipophilic linseed oil is difficult to permeate into a basal layer, and the effect of repairing the basal layer is difficult to achieve. Thus, the hydrolyzed flaxseed extract in the composition of the invention is not replaced by high molecular beta-glucan or flaxseed oil.
As a preferred embodiment of the composition of the present invention, the Inonotus obliquus extract is extracted by a subcritical water extraction process.
The invention compares the moisturizing and repairing functions of the inonotus obliquus extract obtained by 3 different extraction processes (subcritical water extraction process, organic supercritical extraction process and traditional water-alcohol extraction process). As a result, it was found that the composition containing the inonotus obliquus extract obtained by the subcritical water extraction process has a better moisturizing and repairing effect than the composition containing the inonotus obliquus extract obtained by the organic supercritical extraction process or the conventional hydroalcoholic extraction process.
In the skin moisturizing repair composition, the inonotus obliquus extract, the hydrolyzed flaxseed extract and the coastal cress callus culture filtrate are respectively 0.4-1.5 parts by weight, 0.4-1.5 parts by weight and 0.04-1.1 parts by weight.
As a preferred embodiment of the composition of the invention, the inonotus obliquus extract, the hydrolyzed flaxseed extract and the coastal cress callus culture filtrate are 0.8-1 parts by weight, 0.8-1 parts by weight and 0.08-0.1 parts by weight, respectively.
The inventor researches and discovers that the composition has better moisturizing and repairing effects when the inonotus obliquus extract, the hydrolyzed flaxseed extract and the coastal cress callus culture filtrate are in the weight part range.
As a preferred embodiment of the composition of the invention, the weight part ratio of the inonotus obliquus extract, the hydrolyzed flaxseed extract and the littoral cress callus culture filtrate is (0.33-3): 1: (0.06-2.2).
As a preferred embodiment of the composition of the invention, the weight ratio of the inonotus obliquus extract, the hydrolyzed flaxseed extract and the littoral celery callus culture filtrate is 1:1: (0.08-0.1).
The inventor researches and discovers that the composition has better moisturizing and repairing effects when the weight ratio of the inonotus obliquus extract to the hydrolyzed flaxseed extract to the coastal cress callus culture filtrate is in the range.
As a preferred embodiment of the composition of the invention, the weight ratio of the inonotus obliquus extract, the hydrolyzed flaxseed extract and the littoral celery callus culture filtrate is 1:1:0.1.
the inventor researches find that the weight ratio of the inonotus obliquus extract, the hydrolyzed flaxseed extract and the littoral celery callus culture filtrate is 1:1: at 0.1, the composition has optimal moisturizing and repairing efficacy.
Moreover, the composition comprising Inonotus obliquus extract, hydrolyzed flaxseed extract and littoral callus culture filtrate can be applied in skin care products and cosmetics.
In the invention, the inventor applies a composition consisting of the inonotus obliquus extract, the hydrolyzed flaxseed extract and the coastal cress callus culture filtrate to the essence, wherein the composition consisting of the inonotus obliquus extract, the hydrolyzed flaxseed extract and the coastal cress callus culture filtrate accounts for 1-5% of the total weight of the essence.
The essence comprises the composition, as well as a humectant, a chelating agent, a thickening agent and a preservative.
As a preferred embodiment of the essence, the essence comprises, by weight, 3-7% of a humectant, 0.02-0.05% of a chelating agent, 0.1-0.2% of a thickening agent and 0.3-0.8% of a preservative.
As a preferred embodiment of the essence of the present invention, the humectant is at least one selected from the group consisting of glycerin, polyglycerol, diglycerol, butanediol, 1, 3-propanediol, methylpropanediol, dipropylene glycol, 1, 2-hexanediol, betaine, trehalose, xylitol and sodium hyaluronate. As a preferred embodiment of the essence of the present invention, the chelating agent is selected from at least one of disodium EDTA and tetrasodium EDTA. As a preferred embodiment of the essence of the present invention, the thickener is selected from at least one of carbomer, xanthan gum, polyacrylate crosslinked polymer-6 and acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosslinked polymer. As a preferred embodiment of the essence of the present invention, the preservative is at least one selected from the group consisting of methylparaben, sodium benzoate, chlorophenylglycol, phenoxyethanol, potassium sorbate, p-hydroxyacetophenone and octanoyl hydroxamic acid.
As a preferred embodiment of the essence of the present invention, the humectant consists of glycerin, sodium hyaluronate, butylene glycol and 1, 2-hexanediol; the chelating agent is disodium EDTA; the thickener is xanthan gum; the preservative is p-hydroxyacetophenone.
The inventor of the invention researches and discovers that the moisture retention and repair effects of the essence can be better by adopting the humectant, the chelating agent, the thickening agent and the preservative as auxiliary agents and combining with the inonotus obliquus extract, the hydrolyzed flaxseed extract and the littoral celery callus culture filtrate.
In a second aspect, the invention also provides a preparation method of the essence, which comprises the following steps:
s1, adding water, a humectant, a chelating agent and a thickening agent into a main pot, stirring and heating to 80-85 ℃, and stirring for 30 minutes until the mixture is completely uniform to obtain a material A;
s2, cooling the material A to 45-50 ℃, adding the inonotus obliquus extract, the hydrolyzed flaxseed extract, the coastal cress callus culture filtrate and the preservative, and stirring uniformly to obtain the essence.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) According to the invention, the main functional components of the inonotus obliquus extract, the hydrolyzed flaxseed extract and the coastal celery callus culture filtrate are combined, so that the double repairing effect of the basal layer and the stratum corneum can be achieved from inside to outside, and the cosmetic has more excellent and lasting moisturizing and repairing effects. And the three components complement each other in mechanism, and have synergistic effect.
(2) The inonotus obliquus extract selected by the invention is obtained by adopting a subcritical water extraction process. Compared with the inonotus obliquus extract obtained by an organic supercritical extraction process and a traditional water-alcohol extraction process, the inonotus obliquus extract obtained by a subcritical water extraction process has better moisturizing and repairing effects.
(3) Compared with high molecular beta-glucan, the hydrolyzed flaxseed extract selected by the invention is rich in oligosaccharide, has good water solubility, can enter the basal layer through the stratum corneum better, and achieves the effect of repairing the basal layer. In addition, the hydrolyzed flaxseed extract selected by the invention can not be replaced by the flaxseed oil, and the flaxseed oil is vegetable oil, so that the flaxseed oil is difficult to permeate into the basal layer and the effect of repairing the basal layer is difficult to achieve.

Performance testing
The essences of examples 1 to 17 and comparative examples 1 to 20 were subjected to a skin horny layer moisture content and a rate of change of a percutaneous moisture loss value.
Test object: age range: 30 healthy subjects were selected for each group of samples, 20-50 years old. (healthy men and women are defined as those who do not have chronic disease or major disease or allergic constitution, and who do not take any drugs at present).
Preparation before testing: the tested part is the inner side of the two arms, any product (cosmetics or external medicines) cannot be used 2-3 days before testing, and water cannot be contacted for 1-3 hours. Before the test, the subjects need to uniformly clean the inner sides of the arms and wipe the inner sides with a chipless water-absorbing dry paper towel.
Test environment: temperature: 20-22 ℃, humidity: 40-60%, and the test is carried out in a closed space without being directly irradiated by sunlight and an air conditioner air outlet on the test site.
The testing method comprises the following steps: before the experiment starts, the subject sits still for 30min in a constant temperature and humidity environment (the temperature is 20-22 ℃ and the humidity is 40-60%), and then the samples in each example and the comparative example are quantitatively (5 drops, about 0.2 g) smeared on the positions of the two-arm circles by referring to QB/T4256-2011 cosmetic moisturizing efficacy evaluation guidelines. The same arm can mark multiple areas, 1 cm apart. The test products are randomly distributed on the left and right arms. The moisture content of the skin horny layer at 0h (initial value of the unused sample), 4h, 8h after the sample was used, respectively, was measured three times with an instrument MOISTUREMETERSC MSC1212 (DELFIN), and the change rate of the moisture content of the skin horny layer at 4h, 8h was calculated (remark: no other cosmetics or external medicines were used during the use of the product).
The moisture content change rate (%) of the skin horny layer was calculated according to the following formula:
the skin horny layer moisture content change rate (%) = (skin horny layer moisture content after use-skin horny layer moisture content before use)/skin horny layer moisture content before use×100%.
Further, on the 0 th day, the 7 th day (D7) and the 14 th day (D14) after the continuous use of the test sample (twice a day, once a day, 5 drops each time, about 0.2g each time the test sample was used), the percutaneous moisture loss value (TWEL) of the test area was measured by using the percutaneous moisture loss measuring instrument VapoMeter, and the rate of change in the percutaneous moisture loss value was analyzed. Remarks: no other cosmetics or external medicines are used during the use of the product. The percutaneous moisture loss value TWEL is a measure of the moisture loss by measuring the water vapor pressure gradient at the skin surface, and reflects the water permeability barrier of the skin. When barrier function is impaired, TEWL values increase; conversely, TEWL decreases, suggesting that the barrier tends to repair. The greater the decrease in the rate of change of the transdermal moisture loss value before use compared to the control, the better the recovery of skin barrier function. Skin percutaneous moisture loss change rate= (percutaneous moisture loss rate after use-initial percutaneous moisture loss rate)/initial percutaneous moisture loss rate×100%.
The test results are shown in table 3 below.
TABLE 3 Table 3
From Table 3, it is clear that the moisture-keeping and repairing functions of the essence are greatly affected by the changes of the weight parts and the proportions of the inonotus obliquus extract, the hydrolyzed flaxseed extract and the littoral celery callus culture filtrate and the extraction process of the inonotus obliquus extract.
Comparing the data of example 3 with the data of comparative examples 1-13, it is evident that the absence of one, two or three of Inonotus obliquus extract, hydrolyzed flaxseed extract and littoral callus culture filtrate in the formulation of the concentrate reduced the moisturizing and repairing effects of the concentrate to varying degrees, as evidenced by the higher skin stratum corneum moisture content change rate of example 3 relative to comparative examples 1-13 at 4 hours and 8 hours, and the higher absolute value of skin transdermal moisture loss change rate of example 3 at days 7 and 14 of use than comparative examples 1-13. In addition, as can be seen from the data of comparative examples 3 and comparative examples 1-13, the inonotus obliquus extract, the hydrolyzed flaxseed extract and the coastal cress callus culture filtrate synergistically improved the moisturizing and repairing effects of the essence.
Analysis of the data of examples 3-17 shows that the concentrate has good moisturizing and repairing effects when the weight parts and the weight part ratio of the inonotus obliquus extract, the hydrolyzed flaxseed extract and the coastal cress callus culture filtrate are within a certain range.
Comparing the data of example 3 with the data of comparative examples 14-17, it is understood that the essence containing the Inonotus obliquus extract obtained by the subcritical water extraction process has a better moisturizing and repairing effect than the essence containing the Inonotus obliquus extract obtained by the organic supercritical extraction process or the conventional hydroalcoholic extraction process.
Comparing the data of example 3 with comparative example 18, it is clear that the moisturizing and repairing effects of the essence are significantly deteriorated after the hydrolyzed flaxseed extract is replaced with the high molecular beta-glucan.
As is clear from the data of comparative examples 3 and 19 to 20, the moisturizing and repairing effects of the essence are remarkably deteriorated after the hydrolyzed flaxseed extract is replaced with flaxseed oil (the amount of the dissolved flaxseed oil is increased by using the solubilizing agent).
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention and not for limiting the scope of the present invention, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the technical solution of the present invention may be modified or substituted equally without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
