In some other embodiments, the method may include more or fewer steps than described in this specification. Furthermore, individual steps described in this specification, in other embodiments, may be described as being split into multiple steps; while various steps described in this specification may be combined into a single step in other embodiments.
It should be noted that, the user information (including, but not limited to, user equipment information, user personal information, etc.) and the data (including, but not limited to, data for analysis, stored data, presented data, etc.) related to the present disclosure are information and data authorized by the user or sufficiently authorized by each party, and the collection, use and processing of the related data need to comply with the related laws and regulations and standards of the related country and region, and be provided with corresponding operation entries for the user to select authorization or rejection.
As shown in fig. 1A, a schematic diagram of a commodity issuing system in the related art is shown. On the client side of the electronic apparatus 101, a browsing page on which commodity information of various commodities and information of a merchant that supplies the commodity (hereinafter referred to as merchant information) can be displayed may be displayed. For example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the client is used to implement a food ordering function, and the merchandise on the client may be a meal, such as dishes, drinks, pastries, and the like. The commodity information may include, but is not limited to, a commodity name and/or a picture of the commodity, and the merchant information may include, but is not limited to, a merchant name, a merchant score, a sales amount of the commodity in the merchant in a preset time period, a distance of the merchant, a predicted delivery time of the commodity in the merchant, and/or preference information of the merchant. Taking the first row of commodities in the graph as an example, wherein the trade name is "coconut chicken", the trade name is "XX coconut chicken", the trade score is 4.9 minutes, the sales amount (namely, the monthly sales amount) of the commodities in the trade company in the last month is 100, the distance of the trade company is 3.7km, the estimated delivery time of the commodities in the trade company is 41 minutes, and the preferential information of the trade company is "full 20 minus 12". In the figures, commodity information and merchant information of other commodities can refer to a commodity with a trade name of "coconut chicken", and the description is omitted here.
In the above browsing page, the user can browse more commodity information and merchant information by sliding the screen of the electronic device 101, and can enter the ordering page of the cardiometer commodity by clicking, thereby ordering the cardiometer commodity. The order page of some embodiments is shown in fig. 1B, where information such as address information, contact information, expected delivery time, payment method, commodity name, quantity, and amount of the order commodity may be displayed on the order page. For example, in the embodiment shown in the figure, the address information is "+city" +street "+cell" +number ", the contact information includes contact information (for example, mr. Or ms) and contact telephone (for example, 12345678901), the expected delivery time is between 10:42 and 10:57, the payment method is balance payment, the ordered goods include three goods named goods a, B and C, the number of goods of each goods is 1 (as indicated by" ×1 "in the figure), and the amounts of goods a, B and C are 3.99, 3.99 and 7.98, respectively.
However, the inventors found that in the above-described ordering method, the user hardly perceives the production process of the commodity, resulting in poor immersion in the above-described ordering method.
Based on this, the embodiment of the present disclosure provides a meta-universe-based commodity ordering interaction method, which is applied to a client, as shown in fig. 2, and the method includes:
step S202: displaying candidate commodities in a meta-universe scene displayed on the client;
step S204: acquiring a target commodity combination selected by a user from candidate commodities;
step S206: if the target customization scheme can be matched from at least one customization scheme based on the target commodity combination, the target customization scheme is displayed so that a user can determine whether to place an order on the target customization scheme, and each customization scheme is a scheme manufactured by using at least one commodity combination.
The commodity in the embodiments of the present description includes, but is not limited to, at least one of food, furniture, apparel, travel options, and the like. The customization scheme in the embodiments of the present description may be a scheme that is made using one or more commercial products. For example, where the commodity is a food item, the customization scheme may be a meal cooked with one or more food items; in the case of a commodity being furniture, the customization scheme may be a finishing customization scheme resulting from the use of one or more furniture arrangements; in the case where the article is a garment, the customization scheme may be a wearing scheme obtained by utilizing one or more garment matches; in the case where the commodity is a travel scenario, the customized scenario may be a travel route over a period of time resulting from a combination of travel scenarios for one or more destinations. It is to be understood that the above is illustrative only and is not intended to be limiting. In other examples of this specification, the merchandise and customization plans may also be of other types, which are not illustrated here.
In step S202, the client may provide an order function for one or more merchandise. In order to facilitate understanding, the following description will explain the embodiment of the present specification, taking the commodity as a food material and the customized scheme as a meal as an example. The food material refers to a part or all of raw materials required for making a meal, such as vegetables, fruits, meats, seafood, ingredients, seasonings, water, and the like. A meal is an edible item that is cooked using one or more food materials, including but not limited to dishes, drinks, and/or pastries, etc. The client side can provide a menu function for food and food materials.
Before ordering, a metauniverse (Metaverse) scene may be presented on the client and candidate merchandise presented in the metauniverse scene. The metauniverse scene is a virtual world which is constructed by using digital technology, is mapped by the real world or exceeds the real world and can interact with the real world.
In some embodiments, the metauniverse scene may be generated based on an environmental image of the environment in which the client is located. For example, an environmental image of an environment in which the client is located may be collected by an image collection device on an electronic device in which the client is located, and a meta-cosmic scene may be generated based on the environmental image. One or more virtual objects may also be rendered in a metauniverse scene generated based on the environmental image. In other embodiments, a fixed metauniverse scene may also be generated, or a metauniverse scene including at least one fixed element and at least one non-fixed element may be generated. Wherein the visual characteristics of the non-stationary element may vary with time and/or place, among other factors. For example, in the case where the current time is daytime (e.g., 7:00 to 19:00), the sun may be shown in the metauniverse scene, and in the case where the current time is night time (e.g., 19:00 to 7:00), the moon may be shown in the metauniverse scene. For another example, in the case where the current location is Beijing, a Chinese style meta-universe scene may be shown; and under the condition that the current place is New York, the meta-universe scene of the Western style can be displayed. Other ways of generating meta-cosmic scenes are also possible, which are not listed here.
In some embodiments, a first functional portal may be provided on the client for entering a metauniverse scene. The first function portal may be located in a designated page of the client. In some embodiments, the specified page includes a home page of the client. For example, referring to fig. 3A, a first function entry may be set in a diamond 301 or a recommended area 302 of a client home page. Wherein the diamond 301 may also be referred to as a grid navigation area, typically in the form of grid navigation of "icon + text". In some embodiments, the user may edit diamond 301 to add the first function entry to diamond 301. The recommendation area 302 may include one or more tabs, and different tabs may present different recommended content. The user can view the recommended content corresponding to the tab by sliding the tab, and can enter the function entry corresponding to the tab by clicking the tab.
In other embodiments, the designated page includes other functional pages of the client, and the other functional pages may be entered through a second functional portal of the client. Wherein the second functional inlet is a different functional inlet than the first functional inlet. In this embodiment, the user may enter the other functional pages through the second functional entry first, then directly enter the meta space scene from the first functional entry on the other functional pages, without returning to the home page of the client from the other functional pages, and then enter the meta space scene from the first functional entry on the home page, thereby reducing user operations. Alternatively, the second function entry may be a function entry that is ordered in a non-meta-universe scenario. For example, in the case where the commodity is a food material and the customization scheme is a meal, the non-meta-universe scene may be an order scene shown in fig. 1A, which is also referred to as a general order scene. As shown in fig. 3B, after entering the general lower single scene, the first function entry may be displayed in the general lower single scene, thereby facilitating the user to switch from the general lower single scene to the meta space scene. Similarly, a second functional portal may also be included in the metauniverse scene for the user to switch from the metauniverse scene to the generic ordering scene. In other embodiments, the second function entry may also be a function entry in other function pages, which will not be described herein.
In the above embodiment, the first function entry may be set at one or more positions of the client, so that the user may enter the meta-universe scene through different channels, thereby reducing the number of times that the user switches between different function pages, and improving the operation convenience of the user.
In some embodiments, a first functional entry for entering a metauniverse scene and a second functional entry for entering a non-metauniverse scene to place an order may be set simultaneously in the same functional page (e.g., a first page of a client). Thus, the user can conveniently and freely select whether to place an order through the meta-universe scene or the non-meta-universe scene.
Fig. 4 shows a schematic diagram of a kitchen meta-cosmic scene 400. The kitchen meta space scene 400 includes food 401, tools 402, and appliances 403. Wherein the food material 401 may comprise a seasoning such as salt, sugar, soy sauce, etc., the tool 402 may comprise a steamer, a marmite, a frying pan, a knife, a turner, a cutting board, etc., the appliance 403 may comprise a refrigerator, and one or more food materials 401 may be stored in the refrigerator. In this embodiment, the candidate commodity may include a seasoning, and may also include food items 401 stored in a refrigerator. It is to be understood that the above is illustrative only and is not intended to be limiting. In addition to the kitchen metauniverse scene 400 shown in the figures, the metauniverse scene of the embodiments of the present description may be other types of scenes in which other types of candidate merchandise may be included. For example, the metauniverse scene may also be a bedroom metauniverse scene in which candidate merchandise may include furniture such as beds, garages, dressing tables, bedside tables, and the like. For another example, the meta-space scene may also be a fitting room scene, in which candidate merchandise may include items such as a wardrobe, a mirror, a hanger, a comb, and the like.
In the above embodiment, the candidate commodity displayed in the meta-universe scene may be a real picture of the candidate commodity, or an animation-style picture generated for the candidate commodity, or a virtual model corresponding to the candidate commodity, and for convenience of description, the real picture, the animation-style picture, and the virtual model corresponding to the candidate commodity are collectively referred to as a visual material corresponding to the candidate commodity.
In some embodiments, the number of candidate items presented in the metauniverse scene may be greater than or equal to 1. Alternatively, the number of candidate items presented in the metauniverse scene may be fixed. Or alternatively, the number of candidate commodities displayed in the meta-universe scene may be dynamically changed according to factors such as the number of times the user enters the meta-universe, the duration, the number of times the user history is matched with the target customization scheme, and/or the type of the target customization scheme matched with the user history. For example, after a user first enters a metauniverse scene, a first number (e.g., 1) of candidate items may be presented in the metauniverse scene and operation guidance information may be presented in the metauniverse scene in order to guide the user's operations in the metauniverse scene. After the user skips the operation guide information or the operation guide information is displayed, a second number of candidate commodities can be displayed in the metauniverse scene, wherein the second number can be larger than the first number so as to provide more choices for the user.
In step S204, a target commodity combination selected by the user from the candidate commodities may be acquired. The target commodity combination comprises one or more candidate commodities, and the categories of the candidate commodities in the target commodity combination can be the same or different. In some examples, three eggs may be included in the target commodity combination; in other examples, the target commodity combination may include two green peppers and one egg. In some embodiments, each candidate good may correspond to a selection component (e.g., a selection box) for selecting the candidate good, or for deselecting the candidate good. The user may select the candidate good as a good in the target good combination by clicking on the selection component corresponding to the candidate good. As shown in fig. 5A, visual materials corresponding to various candidate commodities such as potatoes, green peppers, eggs, tomatoes, meats, seafood and the like can be displayed in a meta-universe scene, and a selection component corresponding to the candidate commodity is displayed below the candidate commodity. After the user selects the green pepper and the meat through clicking operation, the states of the selection components corresponding to the green pepper and the meat candidate commodities are switched from the unselected state to the selected state. The confirmation component can also be displayed in a meta-universe scene, and after the user clicks the confirmation component, the selected set of candidate commodities is determined to be the target commodity combination. In addition to the case shown in the figure, the visual material corresponding to the candidate commodity and the selection component corresponding to the candidate commodity may be integrally designed, in which case, by clicking the visual material corresponding to the candidate commodity, the state of the candidate commodity may be switched from the unselected state to the selected state or from the selected state to the unselected state.
In other embodiments, the user may drag the candidate merchandise to a designated location in the metauniverse scene or to an object of a designated category in the metauniverse scene by way of a drag, thereby selecting the candidate merchandise as a merchandise in the target merchandise combination. As shown in fig. 5B, the visual material corresponding to the meat and the cooking tool (e.g., steamer) may be displayed in the meta-universe scene, and the user may drag the visual material corresponding to the meat to the location of the steamer, thereby selecting the candidate commodity. In a similar manner, other candidate merchandise may also be selected. The set of all candidate items selected may constitute a target item combination.
In step S206, a service end may match a target customization scheme from at least one customization scheme based on the target commodity combination, and send the matched target customization scheme to a client for display. Wherein each customization scheme includes at least one commodity. For example, the customization scheme I is a tomato fried egg, which includes both tomato and egg products, and the customization scheme II is a chicken egg custard, which includes only egg products.
In some embodiments, the target customization scheme satisfies a first condition: the target customization scheme is a scheme manufactured by utilizing the target commodity combination, namely commodities used for manufacturing the target customization scheme are in one-to-one correspondence with the commodities in the target commodity combination, or the commodities used for manufacturing the target customization scheme are subsets of the commodities in the target commodity combination. For example, the target commodity combination comprises two commodities of tomatoes and eggs, the customization scheme produced by the two commodities is tomato fried eggs, and one customization scheme is also tomato fried eggs, so that the tomato fried eggs are target customization schemes. In other embodiments, the target customization scheme satisfies the second condition: at least one commodity used for making the target customization scheme is not included in the target commodity combination, and the matching degree of the target customization scheme and the target commodity combination meets the preset condition. The preset condition may be that the matching degree of the target customization scheme and the target commodity combination is greater than a preset matching degree threshold. For example, one customization scheme is fish-flavored shredded pork made from pork, carrots, green peppers, and agaric; included among the target commodity combinations are pork, carrot, dried pepper, and agaric. Although the green pepper in the above-mentioned customizing scheme is not included in the target commodity combination, the matching degree of the customizing scheme with the target commodity combination is greater than the preset matching degree threshold value, and thus, the fish-flavored pork thread is the target customizing scheme.
In some embodiments, if a scheme satisfying the first condition or the second condition can be matched from at least one customization scheme, the matching is determined to be successful, and the matched customization scheme is determined to be a target customization scheme. Otherwise, determining that the matching fails. Further, it is also possible to set the number of target customization schemes and determine a specified number of customization schemes satisfying the first condition or the second condition as the target customization scheme. For example, for the first condition, a specified number of schemes may be randomly selected as target customization schemes from among the customization schemes satisfying the first condition, or a specified number of customization schemes selected by the user history from a large number to a small number may be selected as target customization schemes. In some examples, assuming that the target commodity combination includes tomatoes and eggs, the scheme satisfying the first condition includes tomato-fried eggs and tomato-egg soup, the tomato-fried eggs or tomato-egg soup may be randomly determined as the target customization scheme, or, assuming that the number of times the tomato-fried eggs are historically selected as the target customization scheme by the user is greater than the tomato-egg soup, the tomato-fried eggs may be determined as the target customization scheme.
For another example, for the second condition, from among the custom schemes having a degree of matching with the target commodity combination greater than the preset threshold, a plurality of custom schemes having a degree of matching from high to low may be selected as the target custom scheme. Wherein, the matching degree between the customizing scheme and the target commodity combination can be determined based on the type of the commodity included in the customizing scheme and the type of the commodity included in the target commodity combination. The higher the number of the same kind of products included in the combination of the customized schema and the target product, the higher the degree of matching between the customized schema and the combination of the target product. Further, the matching degree between the customized schema and the target commodity combination can be determined according to the matching degree between the manufacturing mode of the customized schema and the manufacturing mode of the target commodity combination. The closer the creation mode of the customized schema is to the creation mode of the target commodity combination, the higher the matching degree between the customized schema and the target commodity combination is. The production method of the target commodity combination (simply referred to as a target production method) may be selected by the user, or may be a default production method. The manner in which the customization scheme is made may be pre-submitted and stored by the merchant that provided the customization scheme.
In some embodiments, a production tool for producing the customization scheme is also shown in the metauniverse scene. On this basis, the target production mode can be determined based on the category of the production tool and/or the operation information of the user on the functional module on the production tool. Still taking the commodity as food material, the customization scheme is taken as an example of the food, and in the embodiment of determining the target making mode based on the category of the making tool, the making tool of the food can comprise various types of cookers such as steamer, frying pan and the like. In the case where the user-selected preparation tool is a steamer, the target preparation method may be determined to be "steaming", and in the case where the user-selected preparation tool is a wok, the target preparation method may be determined to be "frying". In embodiments where the target production style is determined based on user operation information of the production tool, one or more functional modules may be included on the production tool, with different functional modules corresponding to different production styles. For example, the preparation tool may be a multifunctional rice cooker, and may include thereon a first functional module corresponding to the preparation method "steaming" and a second functional module corresponding to the preparation method "boiling". In the case where the operation information of the user is directed to the first functional module, it may be determined that the target production method is "steaming".
In some embodiments, the target customization scheme may be determined in combination with a variety of factors. For example, a target customization scheme may be matched from a plurality of customization schemes based on a target commodity combination and a target production mode at the same time. It will be appreciated that the above are merely illustrative of some exemplary ways of determining the target commodity combination and are not intended to limit the present description. In other examples, the target commodity combination may be determined in other ways, which are not listed here.
In some embodiments, after the target commodity combination selected by the user from the candidate commodities is obtained, a prompt may be output to prompt whether the target commodity combination is a commodity combination for making a customization scheme. The above-described process may be performed each time a user selects one of the candidate products, or may be performed in the event that the user submits a target product combination comprising one or more products. Taking the former case as an example, as shown in fig. 6A, assuming that the user first selects meat, a target commodity combination including meat may be matched with various customization schemes, and the matching result is determined to be braised meat. In this case, a prompt may be output, for example, "you have selected the formula for braised pork-! The prompt may be used to indicate to the user the custom schemes that the currently selected target merchandise combination may make. If the user continues to select green pepper, the target commodity combination including meat and green pepper may be matched to various customization schemes and the matching result determined to be green pepper fried meat. In this case, a prompt may be output, for example, "you have selected the formula of green pepper fried meat-! ". As shown in fig. 6B, assuming that the candidate commodity currently selected by the user includes potato, tomato, and seafood, and the target commodity combination including the three candidate commodities is not a commodity combination for making a customization scheme, then "do not find a meal made of the currently selected food material, is continued? "etc. If the user determines the target commodity combination, a target customization scheme can be determined based on the matching degree between the target commodity combination and each customization scheme; other combinations of target items may also be reselected if the user cancels the target item combination, e.g., one or more items may be deleted from the selected candidate items or other candidate items may be selected.
In some embodiments, if the target customization scheme is not matched from the at least one customization scheme based on the target commodity combination, commodity information of at least one commodity included in the target commodity combination and/or merchant information of a first merchant providing each commodity in the at least one commodity may be displayed in a meta-universe scene or in other pages of the client. Wherein the merchandise information includes, but is not limited to, at least one of: the name of the commodity, the visual material corresponding to the commodity, the price of the commodity, the delivery time of the commodity and the like. The merchant information of the first merchant includes at least one of: the name, location, score of the first merchant, information of other customization schemes that the first merchant may supply. For example, when the commodity is a food and the customization scheme is a meal, sometimes a target customization scheme similar to a target commodity combination cannot be found, at this time, information of the food (i.e., the commodity information) and information of a retailer of the food (i.e., the merchant information of the first merchant) may be displayed in a meta-space scene, wherein the name of the commodity may be the name of the food, the visual material corresponding to the commodity may be a picture or a three-dimensional model of the food, the price of the commodity, i.e., the amount of money required to be paid by the user to purchase the food, and the delivery time of the commodity may be the estimated delivery time of the retailer for delivering the food to the user. The merchant information may refer to the embodiment shown in fig. 1A, and will not be described in detail herein. Assuming that the target commodity combination includes two commodities of ginger and garlic and the target customization scheme cannot be matched for the target commodity combination, the commodity information of the ginger, the commodity information of the garlic, the merchant information of a retailer (namely, a first merchant) selling the ginger and the merchant information of the retailer (namely, the first merchant) selling the garlic can be displayed.
In other embodiments, if the target customization scheme can be matched from at least one customization scheme based on the target commodity combination, information of the target customization scheme and/or merchant information of a second merchant providing the target customization scheme can be presented in a metauniverse scene or in other pages of the client. Wherein, the information of the target customization scheme can include, but is not limited to, at least one of the following: the name of the target customization scheme, visual materials (such as pictures or virtual models of the target customization scheme, etc.), categories, manufacturing modes, prices, delivery time, commodities included in the target customization scheme, matching degree of the target customization scheme and target commodity combination, and evaluation information of other users on the target customization scheme. The merchant information of the second merchant may be the same as the merchant information of the first merchant, and will not be described here again.
In some embodiments, a display priority of each second merchant may be determined, and merchant information of each second merchant providing the target customization scheme and the target commodity combination provided by each second merchant may be displayed based on the display priority. For example, the presentation priority of each second merchant may be determined based on the score of each second merchant. Wherein the higher scoring second merchant may have a higher display priority than the lower scoring second merchant. For another example, the presentation priority of each second merchant may be determined based on a distance between each second merchant and the user. Wherein the second merchant closer to the user may have a higher display priority than the second merchant farther from the user. The display priority of each second merchant may also be determined based on the score and the distance of the second merchant together, or may be determined based on at least one of the score and the distance of the second merchant together with other factors, which will not be illustrated in the present specification.
In some embodiments, a listing of customization schemes may be presented in a metauniverse scene, the inventory of customization schemes being capable of presenting at least one customization scheme and the merchandise included by each customization scheme. The candidate commodities are displayed in the list. For example, where the commodity is a food item and the customization scheme is a meal, the list of customization schemes may be a recipe. Fig. 7A, 7B, and 7C illustrate schematic diagrams of recipes for some embodiments. The recipe includes tomato fried egg and green pepper fried egg. The food materials included in each food in the recipe are displayed below the food, for example, two food materials including tomatoes and eggs are included below the food, namely tomato fried eggs; the food materials of green pepper and egg are included below the food materials of green pepper fried eggs. It will be appreciated that the figures are merely exemplary, and that in actual practice, the categories of items included in different customization schemes may be partially the same or completely different, and the number of items included in different customization schemes may be the same or different. Further, the list can also comprise a refreshing module used for refreshing the commodities and the customization scheme currently displayed in the list. For example, in the above figures, the refresh module is left and right arrows, and the user can display new meals and food in the recipe by clicking on the right arrow; the user can also re-display the last displayed meal and food in the recipe by clicking on the arrow to the left.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 7A, each of the customization schemes in the inventory includes merchandise that is fixedly displayed around (e.g., fixedly displayed under) the customization scheme. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the merchandise included in each customization scheme in the inventory may also be fixedly displayed on the customization scheme (e.g., the visualizations corresponding to the merchandise included in the customization scheme overlap with the visualizations corresponding to the customization scheme). Alternatively, the merchandise included in the customization scheme may be displayed in the manifest upon receiving a user's view instruction of the customization scheme. In the case where the above-described viewing instruction is not received, only the customizing scheme is displayed in the manifest, and the merchandise included in the customizing scheme is not displayed. As shown in fig. 7B, taking the recipe including the tomato fried egg and the green pepper fried egg as an example, the user may click on the meal of the tomato fried egg, so that the food materials, i.e., the tomato and the egg, included in the tomato fried egg are displayed below the tomato fried egg. Because the user does not click on the food of the green pepper fried eggs, the recipe only shows the food of the green pepper fried eggs, but does not show the food materials of the green pepper fried eggs, namely the green pepper and the eggs.
In some embodiments, the foregoing list further shows a production manner corresponding to each customization scheme, and production manners corresponding to different customization schemes may be the same or different. The user can select the production mode corresponding to the target commodity combination besides selecting the target commodity combination. For example, where the manufacturing mode is a cooking mode, the cooking mode includes, but is not limited to, frying, steaming, boiling, frying, etc. The user can select food materials included in the food, and can also select or change the cooking mode corresponding to the food. For example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 7C, the tomato fried egg is cooked in the manner of "stir-frying". The user may select the cooking mode "fry" as the target production mode, or may select another cooking mode as the target production mode through a switching module shown by "change" in the drawing. For example, the user may select "cook" as the target production method. In this case, the target customization scheme may be determined collectively based on the target production method and the target commodity combination. For example, in the case where the user selects two food materials, namely "tomato" and "egg", to constitute the target commodity combination and selects "cook" as the target production method, the determined target customization scheme may be tomato-egg soup. The target production mode may be determined by the client, or the client may send the obtained various information (for example, the type of the production tool, and the operation information of the user on the function module on the production tool) to the server, and the server obtains the target production mode and returns the obtained information to the client.
In some embodiments, a manifest of customization schemes may be set at fixed locations in a metauniverse scene. Alternatively, a list of customization schemes may also be presented in the metauniverse scene in response to a preset condition being met. Wherein the preset conditions include at least one of: the user enters a meta-universe scene; the current time is in a preset time range; interaction information is received for viewing the manifest. The preset time range may be preset, for example, may be set as a dining time (for example, 11:00 to 13:00, and 15:00 to 20:00 each day). That is, the list of the customized schemes may be displayed only in the case where the current time is the dining time, and may not be displayed in the case where the current time is not the dining time. The interaction information may include, but is not limited to, touch interaction information to a touch screen of a device in which the client is located, gesture interaction information of a user, voice interaction information, and/or the like. For example, interactive objects may be presented in a metauniverse scene, and a user may interact with the interactive objects by sending interactive information, thereby presenting a list of customization schemes in the metauniverse scene. In some examples, the interactive object is a human object, which may be referred to as a "housekeeping. The user may interact with the housekeeper to present a list of customization schemes in the metauniverse scene.
In some embodiments, the order of presentation of the customization schemes in the manifest may be determined based on user information of the user. Wherein the user information may be obtained in the event that the user enters a metauniverse scene or the user views a manifest, etc., the user information including, but not limited to, one or more of the user's gender, age, location, preferences, occupation, historical order information, etc. For example, if the user prefers spicy dishes, dishes of the dishes series such as Sichuan dishes and Hunan dishes can be preferentially displayed in the list. For another example, confectionary pieces may be displayed preferentially to female users. For another example, if the historical order information of the user includes a meal such as tomato fried eggs, the tomato fried eggs may be preferentially displayed in the list.
After matching the target customization scheme, the user may determine whether to place an order for the target customization scheme. For example, information of the target customization scheme and merchant information of the second merchant may be presented so that the user determines whether to place an order for the target customization scheme based on the information of the target customization scheme and the merchant information of the second merchant. If the user places an order for the target customization scheme, the number information of each commodity in the target commodity combination can be acquired, the attribute information of the target customization scheme is determined based on the number information of each commodity, and an order corresponding to the target customization scheme is generated based on the attribute information of the target customization scheme. In the case where the commodity is a food material and the customization scheme is a meal, the attribute information of the target customization scheme may include at least one of: the taste of the meal (e.g., slightly spicy, moderately spicy, etc.), the temperature of the meal (e.g., normal temperature, little ice, normal ice, etc.), the portion of the meal (e.g., large portion, medium portion, small portion), whether the meal requires a meal appliance, etc. When the user selects the types of the products in the target product combination, the number of products in the target product combination can be simultaneously selected. Taking attribute information as the taste of the food as an example, when the target commodity combination includes a green pepper commodity, the user can drag food materials such as green peppers into a designated manufacturing tool, and the number of green peppers in the food can be determined according to the number of drag times of the green peppers. Under the condition that the number of green peppers is smaller than a first number threshold value, the taste of the dinner can be determined to be slightly spicy; when the number of green peppers is greater than or equal to the first number threshold and less than the second number threshold, determining that the taste of the meal is spicy; in the case where the number of green peppers is greater than or equal to the second number threshold, the taste of the meal may be determined to be extremely spicy. Wherein the first number threshold is less than the second number threshold. By the method, the attribute information of the target customization scheme can be automatically determined, on one hand, manual selection of a user is not needed, and the operation cost of the user is saved; on the other hand, compared with the mode of selecting attribute information on the ordering page in the related art, the immersion feeling in the ordering process can be further improved.
Further, the prompting information for prompting the attribute information of the target customization scheme may also be outputted based on the number information of each commodity in the target commodity combination. Following the previous example, in case that the number of green peppers selected by the user is less than the first number threshold, a prompt message including the keyword "slightly peppery" may be outputted to prompt the user that the current taste is "slightly peppery". When the number of green peppers selected by the user is greater than or equal to the first number threshold and less than the second number threshold, a prompt message including the keyword "middle peppery" may be output to prompt the user that the current taste is "middle peppery". And so on.
After the user places the order for the target customization scheme, order information may be obtained and virtual assets may be issued to the user's account based on the order information. Specifically, the order information may be sent to a server, which issues the virtual asset to the user's account and presents the information of the virtual asset on the client. The order information may include, but is not limited to, at least one of amount information, delivery status, rating information, etc. of the order. The amount information of the order may include amount information of each commodity in the order, and may also include amount information of the target customization scheme. The delivery status may include merchant stock, delivery capacity to the merchant, delivery capacity delivery in-process, target customization scheme delivered, etc. The ratings information may be submitted by other users who place an order at the second merchant.
In some embodiments, the information of the target customization scheme may also be sent to the server, so that the server generates achievement data corresponding to the user based on the information of the target customization scheme, and returns the achievement data to the client for display. The achievement data can represent statistical information of a target customization scheme which is matched by a user in a meta-universe scene in a historical manner, and the statistical information is equivalent to a honor medal issued for the user after the target customization scheme is matched for the user, so that the achievement data can play a role in exciting the user. For example, in the case that a target customization scheme of a certain category is first matched, or that a target customization scheme of a different category is matched up to a preset number, corresponding achievement data may be generated. In this way, the interest in the ordering interaction process can be improved. In some embodiments, virtual assets may also be issued to the user's account based on achievement data that the user has obtained. For example, when the achievement data that the user has obtained reaches a preset number, virtual assets corresponding to the preset number may be issued; or when the user obtains achievement data of a specified category, a virtual asset corresponding to the specified category may be issued.
In some embodiments, achievement data may also be presented in a metauniverse scene. For example, when a user obtains certain achievement data for the first time, the achievement data may be presented in a meta-universe scene. For another example, achievements that have been obtained and/or that have not been obtained by the user may be presented in a metauniverse scene upon receiving an achievement review instruction sent by the user.
In some embodiments, the production video of the target customization scheme may also be presented in a metauniverse scene. The production video can be the production video of the target customization scheme in the real scene, and can also be the animation video of the target customization scheme. The production video can be pushed to the client by the server. Further, after the user places an order for the target customization scheme, the production video of the target customization scheme can be displayed in the meta-universe scene. The presentation duration for producing the video may be determined based on the manner of production, the expected delivery duration, and/or the delivery status of the target customization scheme. Taking food as commodity and taking food as custom scheme, after the user places an order for food, the video of food being cooked can be displayed in the meta-universe scene. For example, referring to fig. 8A, the manner of making the meal is "steaming", and the making tool of the meal (as shown in the steamer in the figure) and the timing tool (as shown in the clock in the figure) may be displayed, and then the making video may be a timing video for timing the steaming time of the meal by the timing tool. The timing duration of the timing tool can be equal to the duration that the meal is expected to be delivered to the user, and the display of the video is stopped and prompt information that the meal is finished is displayed when the delivery state of the meal is the delivered state. For another example, referring to fig. 8B, the food is prepared by "stir-frying", and a video of stir-frying food in the wok by the spatula may be displayed. The display duration of the video can be equal to the duration that the food is expected to be delivered to the user, and the visual effect that the food is contained in the tableware can be displayed under the condition that the delivery state of the food is the delivered state.
The general flow of the embodiment of the present disclosure is illustrated with reference to fig. 9, 10 and 11, taking the commodity as a food material and the customized scheme as an example of a meal. As shown in fig. 9, the user may choose to place an order through a non-metauniverse scene or through a metauniverse scene on the client. After the user has successfully placed an order, the order may be sent to the merchant of the platform for the merchant to proceed with the supply of the merchandise or target customization scheme. As shown in fig. 10, in the meta-space scenario, the user may place an order based on a meal template or an order based on a DIY approach. In the method of placing a menu based on the menu template, the menu item may be selected by selecting a menu item through a selection tag, or by selecting a menu item through a search (step S1002). For example, the filter tags and/or search bars may be presented in the recipes shown in fig. 7A-7C. The screening tag can be used for screening out certain types of foods, for example, the types of the foods can be determined according to the dishes (Sichuan dishes, hunan dishes, guangdong dishes and the like) to which the foods belong. By clicking the screening label corresponding to the Sichuan vegetable, the table-ware under the Sichuan vegetable system can be screened out. The search bar may be used to input the name of the meal or the name of the food item that the meal includes. For example, the user may enter "tomato fried eggs" in the search field, or "tomato" and/or "egg". In step S1004, the menu may be placed on the meal searched or screened in step S1002.
In the manner of making the order based on the DIY manner, first, the meal DIY may be made by the user (step S1006), that is, the combination of food materials selected by the user (i.e., the target commodity combination in the foregoing embodiment) may not be completely matched with the combination of food materials corresponding to the meal provided by the merchant, for example, the meal provided by the user is shredded fish, including pork, carrot, green pepper, and black fungus, and the combination of food materials selected by the user includes pork, carrot, dry pepper, and black fungus. This approach is called meal DIY because the user does not directly select a meal, but rather selects a food item to be combined. After the user selects a combination of food materials, a target customization scheme, i.e., a meal that matches the combination of food materials, may be matched based on the combination of food materials. The user may then place an order for the matched meal (step S1008). Further, the achievement data may be generated by analyzing the data of the food, the cuisine, and the like (step S1010). For example, when a user first goes out a meal of a certain cuisine, achievement data obtained for the meal of the cuisine is generated. For another example, when a user first goes out a meal, achievement data that the meal has obtained is generated. The virtual asset may also be issued to the user by unlocking the achievement of the meal, menu (step S1012). For example, when the number of achievements obtained reaches a preset number, or when the user obtains achievement data of a specified category, a corresponding virtual asset is issued. The virtual asset may be used to cover a certain amount of the order amount when the user places an order.
Further, after the user places an order for the food, the order may be submitted to the server of the platform, and the server of the platform distributes the order to the merchant (i.e., the second merchant in the foregoing embodiment) that supplies the food; alternatively, if the corresponding food item (i.e., the target customization scheme in the foregoing embodiment) is not matched, if the user directly places an order for the food item, the service end of the platform may also distribute the order to the retailer (i.e., the first merchant in the foregoing embodiment) of the food item (step S1014). After the merchant receives the order, the order receiving status may be updated to the server side of the platform, and the server side of the platform may distribute the delivery capacity, which may go to the merchant to extract the meal or food and deliver to the user (step S1016).
As shown in fig. 11, a schematic diagram of a specific flow of the order in the meta-universe scene is shown.
In step S1102, the client may acquire user information, for example, when the user enters a metauniverse scene, and send the user information to the middle station (i.e., the aforementioned server).
In step S1104, the middle station may query the recommended recipe using algorithm 1 based on the user information.
In step S1106, the middle station may acquire a recommended recipe returned based on algorithm 1.
In step S1108, the middle station may return the recipe to the client.
In step S1110, the user may select food material information based on a recipe through the client.
In step S1112, the user can check the selection result. There may be two kinds of selection results, one is that the user selects a customization scheme (for example, the food materials in a certain customization scheme are in one-to-one correspondence with the food materials selected by the user), and at this time, steps S1114 to S1118 are performed. The other is a non-customized scheme (for example, any one of the customized schemes includes at least one food material that is not in the food materials selected by the user), and step S1120 to step S1138 are performed.
In step S1114, the middle station may retrieve the merchant to which the recall item corresponds. The merchant is a merchant that provides a customization scheme.
In step S1116, the middle station may acquire the retrieved merchant information.
In step S1118, the middle station may return the retrieved merchant information to the client in order for the user to determine whether an order needs to be placed.
In step S1120, the middle station may match a meal based on the food material selected by the user.
In step S1122, the middle station may acquire the meal returned according to the matching result.
In step S1124, the middle station may recall merchant information based on the returned meal and the meal information in the merchant.
In step S1126, the middle station may acquire recalled merchant information and meal information.
In step S1128, the middle station may check whether the recalled merchant information and the result of the meal information are empty. If the result is null, step S1130 is performed; otherwise, steps S1132 to S1136 are performed.
In step S1130, the middle station may return the recalled merchant information and the meal information to the client.
In step S1132, the middle station may recall the food material information and merchant information of the retailer that provided the food material.
In step S1134, the middle station may acquire recalled food information and merchant information.
In step S1136, the middle station may check whether the recalled food material information and merchant information are empty. And if not, rendering the recalled food material information and merchant information.
In step S1138, the middle station may return the rendering results to the client.
