Abstract
本发明涉及一种适用于甲醇发动机的润滑油组合物、制备方法及其用途,主要解决现有技术中存在中速机油使用在甲醇发动机上清净性、抗磨性能、水分离性能不优异的问题。本发明通过采用一种新的适用于甲醇发动机的润滑油组合物,以重量份数计,由以下组分组成:a)0.1~10份的清净剂;b)0.1~10份的分散剂;c)0.1~10份的抗氧剂;d)0.1~10份的防锈剂;e)0.1~10份的抗乳化剂;f)0.001~1份的抗泡剂;g)65~98份的基础油,及其制备方法的技术方案,较好地解决了该问题,可用于四冲程中速筒状活塞甲醇发动机的润滑与密封。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种适用于甲醇发动机的润滑油组合物、制备方法及其用途。
背景技术
甲醇作为国家工信部重点推广的清洁能源,能大幅度减少尾气排放中的有害气体,对改善环境质量具有重要意义,且具有较好的经济性。然而,甲醇在实际使用中也存在一些问题。甲醇在运行过程中会与油品发生乳化降低其润滑性能,同时产生的有机酸及在高温、富氧条件下生成的甲醛、甲酸都会造成对发动机的腐蚀,也对润滑油碱值保持能力提出更高要求。这些都需要专用的润滑油对发动机进行保护。
CN102851102A公开一种甲醇发动机专用润滑油及其制备方法,该润滑油由以下重量份的原料制成:金属防锈剂0.5~1份、抗氧化剂0.3~0.5份、金属清净剂3~6份、粘度指数改进剂3~5份、金属腐蚀抑制剂2~3份、金属极压抗磨剂2~6份、分散剂1~3份、基础油80~90份。
本发明与上述方法相比,提高了在存在水、甲醇及其氧化产物工况下的抗乳化能力,同时也提高了对有机酸的中和能力从而也提高了其清净、防腐能力。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题之一是,现有技术中存在中速机油使用在四冲程中速筒状活塞甲醇发动机上清净性、抗磨性能、水分离性能不优异的问题,提供一种新的适用于甲醇发动机的润滑油组合物,该组合物具有优良的清净性、抗氧抗磨性和水分离性的优点。本发明所要解决的技术问题之二是提供一种与解决技术问题之一相对应的适用于甲醇发动机的润滑油组合物的制备方法。本发明所要解决的技术问题之三是提供一种与解决技术问题之一相对应的适用于甲醇发动机的润滑油组合物的用途。
为解决上述技术问题之一,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种适用于甲醇发动机的润滑油组合物,以重量份数计,由以下组分组成:清净剂0.1~10份、分散剂0.1~10份、抗氧剂0.1~10份、防锈剂0.1~10份、抗乳化剂0.1~10份、抗泡剂0.1~10份、基础油65~98份。
上述技术方案中,优选地,所述的清净剂选自磺酸盐、水杨酸盐或硫化烷基酚盐中的至少一种;分散剂选自单烯基丁二酰亚胺、双烯基丁二酰亚胺或高分子量丁二酰亚胺中的至少一种;抗氧剂选自硫磷型锌盐、胺型抗氧剂、酚酯型抗氧剂、硫醚型抗氧剂或氨基甲酸酯抗氧剂中的至少一种。
上述技术方案中,优选地,所述的清净剂选自T101、T104、T106、T121或S206中的至少一种;所述的分散剂选自T151、T154A或T161中的至少一种;所述抗氧剂选自T203、T205、T512或T534中的至少一种。
上述技术方案中,优选地,所述的防锈剂选自磺酸钡、磺酸钠、磺酸钙或环烷酸锌中的至少一种;抗乳化剂选自环氧丙烷二胺缩聚物、高分子聚醚或乙二醇酯中的至少一种;抗泡剂选自甲基硅油、非有机硅聚合物或复合抗泡剂中的至少一种。
上述技术方案中,优选地,所述的防锈剂选自T701或T702中的至少一种;抗乳化剂选自T1001、L-61或DL32中的至少一种;抗泡剂选自T901或复合抗泡剂1#中的至少一种。
上述技术方案中,优选地,所述的基础油选自Ⅰ类基础油、II类基础油或聚烯烃中的至少一种。
上述技术方案中,优选地,所述的聚烯烃选自PAO4或PAO6中的至少一种。
上述技术方案中,优选地,以重量份数计,由以下组分组成:清净剂5~8份、分散剂1.5~4份、抗氧剂2.5~5份、防锈剂0.1~0.8份、抗乳化剂0.1~0.5份、抗泡剂0.03~0.1份、基础油82~90份。
为解决上述技术问题之二,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种前述的适用于甲醇发动机的润滑油组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将清净剂、分散剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂、抗乳化剂和抗泡剂按比例在50~70℃温度下加至基础油组合物中,搅拌1~3小时即可得到适用于甲醇发动机的润滑油组合物。
为解决上述技术问题之三,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种前述的适用于甲醇发动机的润滑油组合物在四冲程中速筒状活塞甲醇发动机的润滑或密封中应用。
本发明组合物中,所述清净剂为磺酸盐、硫化烷基酚盐、烷基水杨酸盐、硫化水杨酸盐,或以上组分的混合。选用上述清净剂,能够有效中和甲醇燃烧生成的甲酸并防止油泥的生成,其加入量控制在0.1~10份,加入量过小会造成清净性能不足,过大会影响油品的分水性能。所述防锈剂为磺酸钡、磺酸钙、磺酸钠、环烷酸锌中的至少一种。具有良好的抗腐蚀性能,对金属起到保护作用。所述抗乳化剂为环氧丙烷二胺缩聚物、丙二醇嵌段聚醚、乙二醇酯中的至少一种。能够有效抵抗水和甲醇对油品的污染形成的乳化液;在曲轴箱模拟试验和四球抗磨试验中,相比市售油品焦重大于25mg、PB值小于900N,本发明润滑油组合物焦重可以降至18mg,而在四球抗磨试验中其PB值可以达到1029N,取得了较好地技术效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
制备适用于甲醇发动机的润滑油组合物,以重量份数计,由以下组分组成:
基础油:II类基础油57份、I类光亮油24份、PA04 5份;
清净剂:高碱值合成磺酸钙T106 2份、低碱值合成磺酸钙T104 0.85份、低碱值石油磺酸钙T101 0.8份、高碱值硫化烷基酚钙S206 1.4份、中碱值硫化烷基酚钙T121 1.6份;
分散剂:双烯基丁二酰亚胺T154A 1.2份、单烯基丁二酰亚胺T151 0.8份、高分子丁二酰亚胺T161 1.2份;
抗氧剂:硫磷二辛基锌盐T203 1.5份、二仲烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐T205 1.5份、烷基二苯胺T534 0.1份、酚酯型抗氧剂T512 0.5份;
抗乳化剂:环氧丙烷二胺缩聚物T1001 0.1份;
防锈剂:合成磺酸钠T702 0.4份;
抗泡剂:复合抗泡剂1#复抗0.05份。
将上述清净剂、分散剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂、乳化剂和抗泡剂按比例调制配方,将混合物在60℃温度下加至基础油中,搅拌1.5小时至均匀即可得到适用于甲醇发动机的润滑油组合物,各组分重量份数见表1,制备得到的适用于甲醇发动机的润滑油组合物的性能检测数据见表2。
实施例2至实施例6按照实施例1的操作步骤进行制备,唯一的区别为反应原料的种类、原料配比的不同,具体见表1,制备得到的适用于甲醇发动机的润滑油组合物的性能检测数据见表2。
对比例1至对比例3按照实施例1的操作步骤进行制备,唯一的区别为反应原料的种类、原料配比的不同,具体见表1,制备得到的润滑油组合物的性能检测数据见表2。

分别采用曲轴箱模拟试验方法、润滑剂承载能力的测定(四球法)、船用油水分离性测定法(SH/T 0619)来考察油品的高温清净性能,抗磨性能、水分离性能。
曲轴箱模拟试验方法(QZX法)(SH/T 0300):成焦板的结焦量越少,油品的高温清净性能越好。
润滑剂承载能力的测定(四球法)GB/T 3142:最大无卡咬负荷PB越大,则油品抗磨性能越好。
船用油水分离性测定法(SH/T 0619):水层/乳化层越大,水分离性能越好。

表2结果对比可以看出,实施例与各对比例相比,采用实施例的甲醇发动机油组合物解决了中速机油使用在甲醇发动机时存在清净性不足的问题,同时抗磨性,水分离性均有提高,取得了较好地技术效果。
Claims (10)
1.一种适用于甲醇发动机的润滑油组合物,以重量份数计,由以下组分组成:
清净剂 0.1~10份、
分散剂 0.1~10份、
抗氧剂 0.1~10份、
防锈剂 0.1~10份、
抗乳化剂 0.1~10份、
抗泡剂 0.01~10份、
基础油 65~98份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于甲醇发动机的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述的清净剂选自磺酸盐、水杨酸盐或硫化烷基酚盐中的至少一种;分散剂选自单烯基丁二酰亚胺、双烯基丁二酰亚胺或高分子量丁二酰亚胺中的至少一种;抗氧剂选自硫磷型锌盐、胺型抗氧剂、酚酯型抗氧剂、硫醚型抗氧剂或氨基甲酸酯抗氧剂中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的适用于甲醇发动机的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述的清净剂选自T101、T104、T106、T121或S206中的至少一种;所述的分散剂选自T151、T154A或T161中的至少一种;所述抗氧剂选自T203、T205、T512或T534中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的适用于甲醇发动机的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述的防锈剂选自磺酸钡、磺酸钠、磺酸钙或环烷酸锌中的至少一种;抗乳化剂选自环氧丙烷二胺缩聚物、高分子聚醚或乙二醇酯中的至少一种;抗泡剂选自甲基硅油、非有机硅聚合物或复合抗泡剂中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的适用于甲醇发动机的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述的防锈剂选自T701或T702中的至少一种;抗乳化剂选自T1001、L-61或DL32中的至少一种;抗泡剂选自T901或复合抗泡剂1#复抗中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的适用于甲醇发动机的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述的基础油选自Ⅰ类基础油、II类基础油或聚烯烃中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的适用于甲醇发动机的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述的聚烯烃选自PAO4或PAO6中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的适用于甲醇发动机的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,以重量份数计,由以下组分组成:
清净剂 5~8份、
分散剂 1.5~4份、
抗氧剂 2.5~5份、
防锈剂 0.1~0.8份、
抗乳化剂 0.1~0.5份、
抗泡剂 0.03~0.1份、
基础油 82~90份。
9.一种权利要求1所述的适用于甲醇发动机的润滑油组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将清净剂、分散剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂、抗乳化剂和抗泡剂按比例在50~70℃温度下加至基础油组合物中,搅拌1~3小时即可得到适用于甲醇发动机的润滑油组合物。
10.一种权利要求1所述的适用于甲醇发动机的润滑油组合物在四冲程中速筒状活塞甲醇发动机的润滑或密封中应用。
