Abstract
The invention discloses a cosmetic material impregnated cosmetic product comprising: a dipping member having a plurality of insertion holes formed in one surface thereof, the dipping member being filled with a first cosmetic material; a cosmetic material container which is insertably provided in the insertion hole; the cosmetic material container comprises a wrapping film and a second cosmetic material wrapped by the conveying wrapping film, and the second cosmetic material flows out along with the extrusion and the rupture of the wrapping film. The invention provides a cosmetic material impregnated cosmetic product, which is characterized in that a cosmetic material container filled with a second cosmetic material is inserted and wrapped in an impregnation member, and the cosmetic material container is broken during use, so that different cosmetic materials are mixed.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of impregnated cosmetic products, in particular to a cosmetic material impregnated cosmetic product and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
Cosmetics such as foundation make-up are generally stored in a portable container having a container for compressing a receiving space of the cosmetics, a makeup tool and a mirror in a small container so as to carry the cosmetics, and there are cosmetics and foundation make-up types. The main application method is to directly contain the cosmetic material on the shape of a plate or discharge the cosmetic material through an air cushion or to impregnate the cosmetic material in a material capable of absorbing the content, such as a sponge.
In chinese patent No. CN107440304a, a cosmetic device for separately containing different cosmetic materials is disclosed, which comprises: a cosmetic container in which an impregnation member is disposed, the impregnation member being impregnated with a cosmetic material; and a receiving body separately provided and receiving another cosmetic material, wherein the receiving body is placed on an impregnation member of the cosmetic container in use, and when the receiving body is pressed, the cosmetic material in the impregnation member is mixed with the another cosmetic material in the receiving body while passing through the receiving body, so that the user can conveniently apply the mixed cosmetic material to the skin using two kinds of cosmetic materials at a time. However, this patent publication freely mixes the two cosmetic materials inside the refill container, so that when a user only needs a single cosmetic material, the two cosmetic materials are mixed when not needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving, at least to some extent, one of the technical problems in the related art. To this end, the present invention proposes a cosmetic material impregnated cosmetic product in which a cosmetic material container filled with a second cosmetic material is inserted and wrapped in an impregnation member, and the cosmetic material container is ruptured during use to mix different cosmetic materials.
The invention also provides a method for manufacturing the cosmetic material impregnated cosmetic product.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: provided is a cosmetic material-impregnated cosmetic product including:
a dipping member having a plurality of insertion holes formed in one surface thereof, the dipping member being filled with a first cosmetic material;
a cosmetic material container which is insertably provided in the insertion hole;
the cosmetic material container comprises a wrapping film and a second cosmetic material wrapped by the conveying wrapping film, and the second cosmetic material flows out along with the extrusion and the rupture of the wrapping film.
After adopting the structure, when two cosmetic materials need to be mixed, the cosmetic material container is broken in an extrusion mode, the second cosmetic material flows out to be mixed with the first cosmetic material, and a user can form a coating surface on part or the whole surface of the dipping part according to actual use requirements. When it is desired to use a single cosmetic product, the first cosmetic material is dispensed for application by the user by pressing the other side of the impregnated member away from the insertion hole.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the coating film is a cosmetic capsule or a cosmetic microbead.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the impregnated member is a sponge.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the insertion hole is formed by recessing and not penetrating the surface of the impregnated member, and has a diameter of 2-6mm.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the first cosmetic material and/or the first cosmetic material has a moisturizing, antibacterial, antiseptic, whitening, antioxidant or anti-pollution function.
A cosmetic material impregnated cosmetic product comprising:
an impregnation member having insertion holes formed in both surfaces thereof, the impregnation member being filled with a first cosmetic material;
two types of cosmetic material containers, one of which is insertably provided in the insertion hole of one surface of the dipping member, and the other of which is insertably provided in the insertion hole of the other surface of the dipping member;
the cosmetic material container comprises a wrapping film and a second cosmetic material wrapped by the conveying wrapping film, and the second cosmetic material flows out along with the extrusion and rupture of the wrapping film; the second cosmetic materials in the two cosmetic material containers are the same in type or different in type.
After the structure is adopted, when the types or functions of the two second cosmetic materials are the same, both surfaces of the impregnation part can be used as the cosmetic surfaces. When the two second cosmetic materials are different in type or function, namely, the cosmetic product simultaneously contains three cosmetic materials, and two mixed cosmetic materials are obtained according to actual needs.
A method of manufacturing a cosmetic material impregnated cosmetic product according to any one of the above, comprising the steps of:
s1, processing an insertion hole structure on a dipping part;
s2, filling a first cosmetic material on the impregnation part prepared from the S1;
s3, manufacturing a cosmetic material container: containing the second cosmetic material in the wrapping film to form a cosmetic material container;
and S4, filling the cosmetic material container prepared in the S3 into the insertion hole in the dipping member prepared in the S2 to obtain a finished product.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the insertion hole in the step S1 is formed by laser.
A method for manufacturing a cosmetic product impregnated with the cosmetic material as described in any one of the above, comprising the steps of:
s1, processing an impregnated part with an insertion hole structure;
s2, filling a first cosmetic material on the impregnation part prepared from the S1;
s3, manufacturing a cosmetic material container: containing the second cosmetic material in the wrapping film to form a cosmetic material container;
and S4, filling the cosmetic material container prepared in the S3 into the insertion hole in the dipping member prepared in the S2 to obtain a finished product.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the impregnated part in step S1 is formed by moulding, pressing or calendering.

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
As shown in conjunction with fig. 1 to 4, in the present embodiment, there is disclosed a cosmetic material impregnated cosmetic product including:
an impregnation member 1, wherein a plurality of insertion holes 11 are formed on one surface of the impregnation member 1, and a first cosmetic material 12 is filled in the impregnation member 1;
a cosmetic material container 2, the cosmetic material container 2 being insertable into the insertion hole 11;
the cosmetic material container 2 comprises a wrapping film 21 and a second cosmetic material 22 wrapped by the conveying wrapping film 21, wherein the second cosmetic material 22 flows out along with the extrusion and rupture of the wrapping film 21.
Further, the shape of the dipping member 1 may have various shapes for housing in a portable container or a refill container, and is preferably a low-height sheet structure. Further, it is preferable that the upper surface and the lower surface of the dipping member 1 are kept flat. The diameter of the dipping part 1 is 40 to 50 mm, and the thickness is 10 to 20 mm.
Further, the formulation of the first cosmetic material 12 impregnated on the impregnation member 1 is not limited, but is most suitably a liquid foundation formulation.
Specifically, the impregnated member 1 is a sponge.
Further, the sponge material of the dipping member 1 is preferably any one or more materials selected from the group consisting of butadiene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, natural rubber/styrene-butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, wet polyurethane, dry polyurethane, polyether, polyester, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, latex, silica gel, polyvinyl alcohol, nitrile rubber, butylene rubber, and chloroprene rubber.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, an insertion hole 11 is provided on a surface of the dipping member 1, which adopts a blind hole structure, and is located on a surface that is easily pressed by a cosmetic applicator.
Further, the insertion holes 11 are uniformly formed on the surface of the dipping member 1, respectively, and in the present embodiment, the insertion holes 11 are radially distributed with one insertion hole 11 of the plurality of insertion holes 11 as a center and the remaining insertion holes 11.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the wrapping film 21 is a cosmetic capsule or a cosmetic bead.
Further, the capsule-type wrapping film 21 may be made of more than one of carrageenan, agar, collagen, calcium alginate, and gellan gum. However, this is merely an illustration of the material of the capsule type wrapping film 21, and the invention is not limited to the material of the capsule type wrapping film 21, and it is considered that the user can use powder puff or the like to break the material, for example, the material such as primer capsule or micro bead, capsule or micro bead containing active ingredient which is not too strong or too hard can be considered according to the selection of those skilled in the art.
The bead coating film 21 may be in the form of a lump of the second cosmetic material 22, or may be in the form of a semisolid.
The microbead-type coating film 21 is made of carrageenan, agar, gellan gum, alginic acid and other components, and may contain other various nutritional components.
The cosmetic material container 2 with the bead-based coating film 21 inserted into the insertion hole 11 has a different effect from the cosmetic material container 2 with the capsule-based coating film 21 inserted therein. The second cosmetic material 22 contained in the capsule-type coating film 21 is a liquid formulation having high fluidity, and the second cosmetic material 22 contained in the microbead-type coating film 21 is a mass-like formulation, so that the microbead-type coating film 21 does not spread widely when it is broken.
Therefore, the broken bead-like coating film 21 is in the form of a semisolid and is dispersed only around the insertion hole 11 of the impregnated member 1. It is different from the effect of the liquid formulation which is diffused to the dipping member 1 when the capsule type wrapping film 21 is broken.
For example, the cosmetic material microbeads break and stay only around the insertion hole 11, and the microbead-based wrapping films 21 are not uniformly mixed, so that a local mixing effect may be produced.
Specifically, the insertion hole 11 is formed by recessing and not penetrating the surface of the dipping member 1, and has a diameter of 2-6mm.
Specifically, the first cosmetic material 12 and/or the first cosmetic material 12 has moisturizing, antibacterial, antiseptic, whitening, antioxidant, or anti-pollution functions.
The second cosmetic material 22 is a term arbitrarily selected for distinguishing the first cosmetic material 12 impregnated in the impregnation member 1, and therefore includes the first cosmetic material 12 impregnated on the impregnation member 1 and different components.
The shape of the cosmetic container 2 is preferably spherical, but the shape of the container of the present invention is not limited to spherical, and the cosmetic container 2 can be manufactured in various shapes.
The cosmetic material container 2 should have a diameter larger than that of the insertion hole 11. Since the diameter of the cosmetic material container 2 is larger than that of the insertion hole 11, the cosmetic material container 2 is fitted over the insertion hole 11 and closely attached thereto to prevent it from falling out. In view of this, the cosmetic material container 2 preferably has a diameter 2 to 6mm, that is, 3 to 7mm larger than the diameter of the insertion hole 11.
The insertion hole 11 has a diameter smaller than that of the cosmetic material container 2, but the outer side of the insertion hole 11 is expanded outward by the elastic force of the dipping member 1 to provide a space for inserting the cosmetic material container 2.
When the cosmetic material container 2 is broken by the user's pressing, the second cosmetic material 22 contained in the cosmetic material container 2 flows out to be mixed with the first cosmetic material 12 impregnated in the impregnation member 1.
The second cosmetic material 22 may include moisturizing, anti-microbial, anti-corrosive, whitening, anti-oxidant, anti-pollution functions, etc. However, the present invention is not limited to the second cosmetic material 22, and various functional cosmetic ingredients may be contained in the second cosmetic material 22 of the present invention.
In other words, the second cosmetic material 22 contained in the cosmetic material container 2 may be used in the formulation of the second cosmetic material 22 according to the present invention, in which the second cosmetic material 22 is mixed with the first cosmetic material 12 of the impregnation member 1 to enhance the function thereof or to generate a new function by mixing.
Specifically, in another embodiment, a cosmetic material impregnated cosmetic product is disclosed, comprising:
an impregnation member 1, wherein insertion holes 11 are formed on both surfaces of the impregnation member 1, and a first cosmetic material 12 is filled in the impregnation member 1;
two types of cosmetic material containers 2, one type of cosmetic material container 2 being insertably provided in the insertion hole 11 on one surface of the dipping member 1, and the other type of cosmetic material container 2 being insertably provided in the insertion hole 11 on the other surface of the dipping member 1;
wherein, the cosmetic material container 2 comprises a wrapping film 21 and a second cosmetic material 22 wrapped by the conveying wrapping film 21, and the second cosmetic material 22 flows out along with the extrusion and rupture of the wrapping film 21; the second cosmetic materials 22 in the two cosmetic material containers 2 may be the same type or different types.
That is, in another embodiment, the dipping members 1 are provided with insertion holes 11 on both surfaces, and the insertion holes 11 on both surfaces are of a blind hole structure, and do not penetrate through both surfaces of the dipping members 1. When the cosmetic material on one side is used up, the cosmetic material on the other side can be used by turning over the impregnated cosmetic product.
Further, in another embodiment, disclosed is a method for manufacturing a cosmetic product impregnated with a cosmetic material in the present embodiment, comprising the steps of:
s1, processing an insertion hole 11 structure on a dipping component 1;
s2, filling a first cosmetic material 12 on the impregnation part 1 prepared from the S1;
s3, manufacturing the cosmetic material container 2: the second cosmetic material 22 is contained in the wrapping film 21 to form the cosmetic material container 2;
s4, filling the cosmetic material container 2 prepared in the step S3 into the insertion hole 11 of the dipping member 1 prepared in the step S2 to obtain a finished product.
Specifically, the insertion hole 11 in step S1 in another embodiment is formed by laser. That is, the impregnated member 1 is prepared, and the impregnated member 1 is further processed to form the insertion hole 11.
In particular, in another embodiment, the impregnated part 1 with the insertion hole 11 in step S1 is integrally formed, i.e. by molding, pressing out or rolling.
In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "central," "longitudinal," "lateral," "length," "width," "thickness," "upper," "lower," "front," "rear," "left," "right," "vertical," "horizontal," "top," "bottom," "inner," "outer," "clockwise," "counterclockwise," "axial," "radial," "circumferential," and the like are used in the orientations and positional relationships indicated in the drawings for convenience in describing the invention and to simplify the description, and are not intended to indicate or imply that the referenced device or element must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and are not to be considered limiting of the invention.
Furthermore, the terms "first", "second" and "first" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one such feature. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means at least two, e.g., two, three, etc., unless specifically limited otherwise.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described above, it is understood that the above embodiments are exemplary and should not be construed as limiting the present invention, and that variations, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made to the above embodiments by those of ordinary skill in the art within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A cosmetic material impregnated cosmetic product comprising:
an impregnation member (1), wherein one surface of the impregnation member (1) is provided with a plurality of insertion holes (11), and a first cosmetic material (12) is filled in the impregnation member (1);
a cosmetic material container (2), wherein the cosmetic material container (2) is arranged in the insertion hole (11) in an insertion manner;
wherein the cosmetic material container (2) comprises a wrapping film (21) and a second cosmetic material (22) wrapped by the conveying wrapping film (21), and the second cosmetic material (22) flows out along with the extrusion rupture of the wrapping film (21).
2. The cosmetic material impregnated cosmetic product according to claim 1, characterized in that: the wrapping film (21) is a cosmetic material capsule or a cosmetic material bead.
3. The cosmetic material-impregnated cosmetic product according to claim 2, characterized in that: the dipping component (1) is sponge.
4. The cosmetic material-impregnated cosmetic product according to claim 1, characterized in that: the insertion hole (11) is formed by the surface of the dipping component (1) in a concave and non-penetrating mode, and the diameter of the insertion hole is 2-6mm.
5. The cosmetic material-impregnated cosmetic product according to claim 2, characterized in that: the first cosmetic material (12) and/or the first cosmetic material (12) has moisturizing, antibacterial, antiseptic, whitening, antioxidant or anti-pollution functions.
6. A cosmetic material impregnated cosmetic product comprising:
the cosmetic applicator comprises an impregnation part (1), wherein insertion holes (11) are formed in two surfaces of the impregnation part (1), and a first cosmetic material (12) is filled in the impregnation part (1);
two cosmetic material containers (2), wherein one of the cosmetic material containers (2) is disposed in the insertion hole (11) on one surface of the dipping member (1) so as to be inserted therein, and the other cosmetic material container (2) is disposed in the insertion hole (11) on the other surface of the dipping member (1) so as to be inserted therein;
wherein the cosmetic material container (2) comprises a wrapping film (21) and a second cosmetic material (22) wrapped by the conveying wrapping film (21), and the second cosmetic material (22) flows out along with the extrusion rupture of the wrapping film (21); the second cosmetic materials (22) in the two cosmetic material containers (2) are of the same type or different types.
7. A method for manufacturing a cosmetic product impregnated with a cosmetic material as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:
s1, processing an insertion hole (11) structure on a dipping component (1);
s2, filling a first cosmetic material (12) on the impregnation part (1) prepared from the S1;
s3, manufacturing a cosmetic material container (2): a second cosmetic material (22) is contained in the wrapping film (21) to form a cosmetic material container (2);
and S4, filling the cosmetic material container (2) prepared in the step S3 into the insertion hole (11) on the impregnation member (1) prepared in the step S2 to obtain a finished product.
8. The method for manufacturing a cosmetic material-impregnated cosmetic product according to claim 7, characterized in that: the insertion hole (11) in the step S1 is formed by laser.
9. A method for manufacturing a cosmetic product impregnated with a cosmetic material as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:
s1, processing a dipping component (1) with an insertion hole (11) structure;
s2, filling a first cosmetic material (12) on the impregnation part (1) prepared from the S1;
s3, manufacturing a cosmetic material container (2): a second cosmetic material (22) is contained in the wrapping film (21) to form a cosmetic material container (2);
s4, filling the cosmetic material accommodating body (2) prepared in the S3 into the insertion hole (11) on the impregnation member (1) prepared in the S2 to obtain a finished product.
10. The method of manufacturing a cosmetic material-impregnated cosmetic product according to claim 9, characterized in that: the impregnated part (1) in step S1 is formed by molding, pressing out or calendering.
