the controller is connected with the first interface and the second interface and is configured to respond to a set top box film source playing command and send a volume request to the server through the first interface, wherein the volume request comprises set top box information, a film source path, a set top box reported volume value, a set top box current volume value, display equipment information and a display equipment current volume value, so that the server determines a set top box target volume value according to the set top box information, the film source path, the set top box reported volume value, the set top box current volume value, the display equipment information and the display equipment current volume value; receiving a set-top box target volume value returned by the server through the first interface; and adjusting the volume value of the set top box according to the received target volume value of the set top box.
2. The set top box of claim 1, wherein the controller is further configured to:
when a volume request is sent to a server in response to a playing command of a set top box playing a film source, detecting whether a set top box reported volume value is stored in the set top box;
if the set-top box does not store the set-top box reported volume value, the volume request comprises set-top box information, a film source path, display equipment information and a current volume value of the display equipment, so that the server determines the set-top box recommended volume value according to the set-top box information, the film source path, the display equipment information and the current volume value of the display equipment;
and receiving the set top box recommended volume value returned by the server and adjusting the volume value of the set top box according to the set top box recommended volume value.
