In the present embodiment, a pressure sensor is disposed in the jig cavity 45 of the first jig body 41 or the second jig body to detect the pressure of the liquid crystal filling gun 55 when filling the liquid crystal into the crystal box in the second state.

Referring to fig. 3, the difference from embodiment 1 is that:
in the present embodiment, the body 1 includes a casing 11, and an operation table 12 provided on the casing 11. The console 12 is provided with two control sets, namely automatic control and manual control. An operation screen 121 is provided, and relevant control parameters are set by a built-in control program, so that automatic control is realized by the control program. Referring to fig. 4, a method for processing a seal of a liquid crystal display includes the steps of:
placing a glass panel; placing a glass panel in the jig cavity 45 of the first jig body 41 and the second jig body;
manufacturing a rubber frame; moving the glue injection gun 35 on the glass panel placed in the jig cavity 45 of the first jig body 41, and controlling the glue injection gun 35 to manufacture and form a glue frame; the glue frames are distributed at the edge of the glass panel, and an empty section is reserved at the opposite position of the half filling opening;
manufacturing a crystal box; turning over the first jig body 41 and the second jig body so that the glass panel in the jig cavity 45 of the first jig body 41 and the glass panel in the jig cavity 45 of the second jig body are combined, and the two glass panels and the rubber frame form a crystal box; wherein the first filling port 46 and the second filling port 47 are communicated with the crystal box at the empty section of the rubber frame;
filling liquid crystal; moving the liquid crystal injection gun 55 to the first filling port 46 or the second filling port 47, and filling liquid crystal into the crystal box from the empty section of the rubber frame;
dispensing glue; respectively moving the liquid crystal injection gun 55 to the first filling port 46 and the second filling port 47, and injecting glue to the empty section of the glue frame;
taking out the crystal box; the first jig body 41 or the second jig body is turned over to separate the first jig body 41 from the second jig body and take out the wafer cassette.
In the step of filling the liquid crystal, the liquid crystal gun 55 injects the liquid crystal into the crystal box from the empty section of the rubber frame through the first filling opening 46 and the second filling opening 47, and when the liquid crystal uniformly flows out of the second filling opening 47 or the first filling opening 46, the liquid crystal filling is stopped.

Claims (10)

the glue injection mechanism (3) and the liquid crystal injection mechanism (5) are arranged on the movable rack mechanism (2);
the jig mechanism (4) is arranged on the machine body (1) and comprises a first jig body (41) and a second jig body, jig cavities (45) for accommodating glass panels are correspondingly arranged in the first jig body (41) and the second jig body, and at least two groups of half-filling openings are correspondingly arranged on the side walls of the first jig body (41) and the second jig body; the two jig bodies are provided with a first state of unfolding distribution and a second state of merging distribution;
in a first state, the glass panel can be allowed to be put into or taken out of the jig cavity (45);
in the second state, the jig cavities (45) of the first jig body (41) and the second jig body are combined to form a closed cavity;
the glue injection mechanism (3) can glue the glass panel in a first state and a second state;
the liquid crystal injecting mechanism (5) can inject liquid crystal into the closed cavity in the second state.
2. The liquid crystal display cell processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein:
the movable rack mechanism (2) comprises a bracket supporting rod (21) fixedly arranged on the machine body (1), and a radial bracket (22) fixedly arranged on the bracket supporting rod (21) in a crossing manner; a radial sliding component (23) is arranged on the radial bracket (22), and a transverse bracket (24) is fixedly arranged on the radial sliding component (23); a transverse sliding component (25) is arranged on the transverse bracket (24);
the glue injection mechanism (3) and the liquid crystal injection mechanism (5) are respectively arranged on the transverse bracket (24) through the transverse sliding assembly (25).
3. The liquid crystal display cell processing apparatus according to claim 2, wherein:
the glue injection mechanism (3) comprises a glue injection supporting rod (34), and the glue injection supporting rod (34) is fixedly arranged on the transverse sliding assembly (25);
a glue gun lifting assembly (33) is arranged on the glue injection supporting rod (34), a glue injection gun (35) is fixedly arranged on the glue gun lifting assembly (33), a glue access pipe (31) is connected to the top end of the glue injection gun (35), and a glue injection control valve (32) is arranged between the glue access pipe (31) and the glue injection gun (35);
the liquid crystal injection mechanism (5) comprises a liquid crystal injection supporting rod (54), and the liquid crystal injection supporting rod (54) is fixedly arranged on the transverse sliding assembly (25);
the liquid crystal injection support rod (54) is provided with a liquid crystal gun lifting assembly (53), the liquid crystal gun lifting assembly (53) is fixedly provided with a liquid crystal injection gun (55), the top end of the liquid crystal injection gun (55) is connected with a liquid crystal access pipe (51), and a liquid crystal control valve (52) is arranged between the liquid crystal access pipe (51) and the liquid crystal injection gun (55).

a pressure sensor is arranged on the wall of the jig cavity (45);
a liquid level sensor and a pressure sensor are arranged at the first filling port (46) and the second filling port (47).
9. The liquid crystal display cell processing apparatus of claim 6, wherein:
the machine body (1) comprises a machine case (11), and an operation table (12) arranged on the machine case (11);
an operation screen (121) is arranged on the operation table (12) and used for setting a control program to realize automatic control;
the operation table (12) is also provided with a moving button (122), a moving switching button (123) and a pouring button (124); the moving button (122) is used for controlling the glue injection gun (35) and the liquid crystal injection gun (55) to move in the direction of X, Y, Z and controlling the first jig body (41) and the second jig body to move in the direction of X; the movable switching button (123) is used for switching control of the glue injection gun (35), the liquid crystal injection gun (55), the first jig body (41) and the second jig body; the filling button (124) is used for controlling the glue filling gun (35) to fill glue or controlling the liquid crystal filling gun (55) to fill liquid crystal.

dispensing glue; respectively moving a liquid crystal injection gun (55) to a first filling port (46) and a second filling port (47), and injecting glue to the empty section of the glue frame;
taking out the crystal box; the first jig body (41) or the second jig body is turned over so that the first jig body (41) and the second jig body are separated and the wafer box is taken out.
