The dissolving cavity is sealed and is selectively communicated with external washing water, so that after the washing water enters the dissolving cavity, gas is dissolved in the washing water under the pressure action of the sealed dissolving cavity, and the gas is discharged into the washing barrel through the bubble generator on the water outlet pipe after micro bubbles are generated, and clothes in the washing barrel are cleaned. Meanwhile, the water outlet pipe 220 extends into the dissolving cavity 210 from the upper end of the dissolving cavity 210, and the inlet of the water outlet pipe 220 is close to the bottom end of the dissolving cavity 210, so that the washing water in the dissolving cavity 210 can enter the water outlet pipe 220 under the pressure in the dissolving cavity 210, and the washing water in the dissolving cavity 210 is not required to be guided into the water outlet pipe 220 by other structures. Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the flow sensor 260 includes a housing 261 provided with an outlet and an inlet, an impeller 262 rotatably coupled in the housing 261, and a sensing element 263; the outer shell 261 is connected in series with the water outlet pipe 220 through an outlet and an inlet; the sensing member 263 is used to detect the rotation of the impeller 262, so as to monitor the flow rate of the washing water with microbubbles per unit time when the microbubbles drive the impeller 262 to rotate. The volume of microbubble-laden wash water entering the wash tub 100 is monitored by monitoring the flow rate per unit time of the microbubble-laden wash water passing through the flow sensor 260.

Specifically, the real-time volume of the washing water discharged from the water pipe 220 into the washing tub 100 is detected by the flow sensor 260 on the water outlet pipe 220, and when the real-time volume is smaller than the preset volume, the closing of the water discharge valve 310 and the opening of the water inlet valve 250 are maintained to maintain the discharge of the microbubble washing water from the water outlet pipe 220 into the washing tub 100. When the flow sensor 260 detects that the real-time volume of the washing water discharged from the water pipe 220 into the washing tub 100 is greater than the preset volume, the bubble generating device 200 cannot generate the micro bubbles.
After the water outlet pipe 220 discharges washing water with micro bubbles with a preset volume into the washing tub 100, cutting off the introduction of the washing water into the dissolving cavity 210; the washing water remaining in the dissolution chamber 210 is drained into the washing tub 100 through the drain pipe 300, and the gas in the washing tub 100 is introduced into the dissolution chamber 210. Specifically, since the volume of the sealed dissolution chamber 210 is constant, and the volume of the gas in the dissolution chamber 210 is constant, only a predetermined volume of microbubbles can be obtained at one time. In this embodiment, after the flow sensor 260 detects that a preset volume of microbubbles is discharged into the washing tub 100, the water inlet valve 250 on the water inlet pipe 240 is closed, and the water discharge valve 310 on the water discharge pipe 300 is opened, so as to discharge the washing water in the dissolution chamber 210 into the washing tub 100, and enable the gas in the washing tub 100 to be delivered into the dissolution chamber 210; after the water level sensor 320 detects that the washing water in the dissolution chamber 210 is completely discharged, the drain valve 310 is closed.
Detecting whether the dissolution chamber 210 is empty when the dissolution chamber 210 discharges the washing water into the washing tub 100 through the drain pipe 300; if the washing water in the dissolving chamber 210 is not drained, the drain pipe 300 is maintained to drain the washing tub 100; if the washing water in the dissolving chamber 210 is exhausted, the drain pipe 300 is closed. Specifically, in the course of discharging the washing water from the dissolution chamber 210 to the washing tub 100 by opening the drain valve 310 of the drain pipe 300, whether the washing water remains in the dissolution chamber 210 is detected by the water level sensor 320 in the course of the discharge. If the two electrodes of the water level sensor 320 are electrically connected, the drain valve is kept open, and the washing water in the dissolution chamber 210 is continuously drained into the washing tub 100, and if the two electrodes of the water level sensor 320 are not electrically connected, it is indicated that the washing water in the dissolution chamber 210 is completely drained, and the drain valve 310 is closed.
The micro bubbles generated in the bubble generating device 200 are repeatedly discharged into the washing tub 100, and when the washing water in the washing tub 100 reaches a preset water level, the micro bubbles are stopped being discharged into the washing tub 100, and the washing water in the dissolution chamber 210 is discharged into the washing tub 100. In this embodiment, the micro bubbles generated in the bubble generating device 200 are repeatedly discharged into the washing tub 100 by repeatedly opening and closing the water inlet valve 250 and the water discharge valve 310, after the liquid level sensor in the washing tub 100 detects that the liquid level in the washing tub 100 reaches the preset water level, the water inlet valve 250 is closed, the water discharge valve 310 is opened to discharge the remaining washing water in the dissolution cavity 210 into the washing tub 100, the water discharge valve 310 is closed, and the controller controls the driving mechanism to drive the washing tub 100 to rotate, so as to clean the clothes in the washing tub 100.
Fig. 8 is a general flowchart of a control method of the microbubble washing machine of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, in the present embodiment, the bubble generating device 200 is used as a part of a conveying mechanism for conveying washing water into the washing tub 100. In some embodiments, the washing tub 100 is additionally provided with a structure for delivering washing water into the washing tub 100.
In the normal washing mode, the washing water is introduced into the dissolving chamber 210, and the washing water in the dissolving chamber 210 is directly discharged into the washing tub 100 through the drain pipe 300, after the liquid level height in the washing tub 100 reaches a preset height, the introduction of the washing water into the dissolving chamber 210 is stopped, the washing water in the dissolving chamber 210 is completely discharged into the washing tub 100, and the washing tub 100 is rotated to wash the laundry.
Specifically, in the conventional mode, the water inlet valve 250 on the water inlet pipe 240 and the water discharge valve 310 on the water discharge pipe 300 are opened, and the washing water introduced into the dissolution chamber 210 is directly transferred into the washing tub 100. In the process of supplying the washing water into the washing tub 100, after the liquid level sensor in the washing tub 100 detects that the liquid level in the washing tub 100 reaches the preset liquid level height, the water inlet valve 250 on the water inlet pipe 240 is closed, and the water discharge valve 310 on the water discharge pipe 300 is kept open. If the two electrodes of the water level sensor 320 are electrically connected, the drain valve is kept open, and the washing water in the dissolution chamber 210 is continuously drained into the washing tub 100, and if the two electrodes of the water level sensor 320 are not electrically connected, it is indicated that the washing water in the dissolution chamber 210 is completely drained, and the drain valve 310 is closed.
In the present invention, when the washing water is discharged into the washing tub 100 through the drain pipe 300, air can be simultaneously introduced into the dissolving chamber 210, and the air intake of the dissolving chamber 210 and the water intake of the washing tub 100 are simultaneously performed, thereby saving the washing time of the washing machine.

Claims (12)

1. A microbubble washing machine characterized by comprising:
a washing tub for placing and washing laundry;
the bubble generating device comprises a dissolving cavity, a water outlet pipe extending into the dissolving cavity from the upper part of the dissolving cavity, and a bubble generator arranged on the water outlet pipe; one end of the water outlet pipe, which is positioned in the dissolving cavity, extends from top to bottom and is close to the bottom of the dissolving cavity, and the other end of the water outlet pipe is communicated with the washing barrel; the dissolving cavity is sealed and is selectively communicated with external washing water, so that after the washing water enters the dissolving cavity, gas is dissolved in the washing water under the pressure action of the sealed dissolving cavity, and micro bubbles are generated by the bubble generator on the water outlet pipe and then discharged into the washing barrel;
and the water discharge pipe is communicated with the bottom of the dissolving cavity and the washing barrel so as to selectively discharge the washing water in the dissolving cavity into the washing barrel and enable the gas in the washing barrel to enter the dissolving cavity.
2. The microbubble washing machine of claim 1, wherein the water outlet pipe comprises a horizontal section and a vertical section connected to one end of the horizontal section, the vertical section being located in the dissolving chamber; one end of the horizontal section is communicated with the washing barrel, and the other end of the horizontal section extends into the dissolving cavity and is communicated with the vertical section; the lower end of the vertical section is close to the bottom of the dissolution cavity.
3. The machine of claim 1, wherein the outlet pipe is provided with a flow sensor downstream of the bubble generator for detecting a volume of the microbubble washing water discharged into the washing tub in the outlet pipe.
4. A micro-bubble washing machine according to claim 3, wherein the flow sensor comprises a housing provided with an outlet and an inlet, an impeller rotatably connected within the housing, and a sensing member; the shell is connected in series with the water outlet pipe through an outlet and an inlet; the sensing part is used for detecting the rotation of impeller to at the microbubble drive when the impeller rotates, the monitoring has the volume of microbubble washing water.
5. The machine of claim 4, wherein the impeller is provided with a magnet, and the sensing member is a magnetic sensing member for sensing a position of the magnet.
6. The machine of claim 1, wherein the dissolution chamber is disposed higher than the washing tub, and a drain valve is disposed on the drain pipe.
7. The machine of claim 1, wherein a water level sensor is provided at an upper end of the drain pipe near the dissolving chamber.
8. The machine of claim 1, wherein the bubble generating means further comprises a water inlet pipe for introducing washing water into the dissolving chamber, the water inlet pipe being provided with a water inlet valve.
9. A control method of a microbubble washing machine, characterized by providing a microbubble washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8; the control method comprises the following steps:
introducing washing water into the dissolving cavity so that gas in the dissolving cavity is dissolved in the washing water under the action of pressure in the dissolving cavity, and discharging the washing water into the washing barrel after the washing water enters the water outlet pipe and generates micro bubbles through the bubble generator on the water outlet pipe;
after the water outlet pipe discharges washing water with micro bubbles with a preset volume into the washing barrel, cutting off and introducing the washing water into the dissolving cavity; and discharging the residual washing water in the dissolving cavity into the washing barrel through the drain pipe, and enabling the gas in the washing barrel to enter the dissolving cavity.
10. The control method according to claim 9, wherein discharging of microbubbles generated in the bubble generating device into the washing tub is repeated; and when the washing water in the washing barrel reaches a preset water level, stopping discharging the micro-bubbles into the washing barrel, and discharging the washing water in the dissolving cavity into the washing barrel.
11. The control method according to claim 9, wherein a real-time volume of the washing water discharged into the washing tub by the water outlet pipe is monitored while the water outlet pipe discharges the washing water with the microbubbles into the washing tub;
if the real-time volume is smaller than the preset volume, keeping the water outlet pipe to discharge washing water into the washing barrel;
if the real-time volume is larger than or equal to the preset volume, cutting off the introduction of the washing water into the dissolving cavity, so that the water outlet pipe stops discharging the washing water into the washing barrel; and discharging the residual washing water in the dissolving cavity into the washing barrel through a drain pipe.
12. The control method according to claim 9, wherein after the water outlet pipe discharges a preset volume of washing water with microbubbles into the washing tub, the introduction of the washing water into the dissolving chamber is intercepted; and discharging the residual washing water in the dissolving cavity into the washing barrel through the drain pipe, and enabling the gas in the washing barrel to enter the dissolving cavity.
