The invention discloses a hemp-feeling four-side stretch weft-knitted tatting-simulated tweed fabric and a preparation process thereof, wherein the fabric is composed of the following raw materials: a:75D/36 f-50D/36 f semi-dull polyester DTY; b:75D/36 f-50D/36 f strong twisted yarn; c: 30D-70D spandex; the invention has reasonable structural design, firstly, the twill effect can be formed on the front surface of the fabric, the plain weave effect is formed on the back surface of the fabric, and the fabric preparation mode is simple; 2. the strong twist yarn has the linen-like hand feeling, and when the fabric is prepared, the strong twist yarn is only added to the back surface, so that the technical front surface of the fabric has the point contact hand feeling, and the fabric has the linen-like fabric hand feeling; 3. the mixed knitting of the strong twist yarn, the terylene and the spandex can improve the integral strength and the elasticity of the fabric; 4. the fabric preparation process of the invention maintains the specific extensibility and softness of the weft knitting fabric, so that the fabric wearing feeling is more comfortable than that of the woven fabric.
