Detailed Description
In order to make the technical field better understand the scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the following detailed description of the embodiment of the invention is provided in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and the implementation mode.
It should be noted that the broadband multimedia trunking service control method provided by the present invention can be used in the existing narrowband trunking communication system, such as: a Terrestrial Trunked Radio system (TERTA), an Integrated Digital Enhanced Network (IDEN), a Mobile Radio system (DMR), a Police Digital Trunked system (PDT), etc., as long as the existing narrowband Trunked communication system supports short message type interaction, the method provided by the present invention can be used to support broadband multimedia Trunked service.
The broadband multimedia trunking service in the present invention may be a visual call (a call with both video and voice), a video call (a call with only video), a cross-mode voice call (a call in which the caller and the callee are in different access subsystems), so-called calls may be single calls (one-to-one calls) or group calls (one-to-many calls).
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of an embodiment 1 of a broadband multimedia trunking service control method is shown, where the method includes:
step 101, a source base station receives a first short message sent by a source device, wherein an identifier carried by the first short message is a call application short message.
The source device is a device belonging to the source base station, when the source device wants to initiate a broadband multimedia trunking service (hereinafter referred to as a broadband service), a first short message needs to be sent to the source base station, an identifier carried by the first short message is a call application short message, that is, the first short message may include an identifier, the identifier is the call application short message, that is, the identifier indicates that the first short message is the call application short message, but not a control right application short message, nor an information short message (a common short message), and if the identifier is the common short message, the base station processes the short message according to a system transmission mode. In addition, the first short message may further include: identification of the source device (identity), identification of the target device (identity), call type; the call type is used to indicate which type the broadband service to be initiated by the source device is, and the call type may include: any one of a visual single call, a visual group call, a cross-mode voice single call, a cross-mode voice group call and a video call; the identifier of the target device is used to indicate to which target devices the source device needs to establish a call relationship, where the target device may be a device or a group of devices belonging to the source base station, a device or a group of devices belonging to one or more other base stations in the access subsystem, or a device or a group of devices belonging to one or more base stations in other access subsystems.
Step 102, the source base station sends a call establishment request to a switching control center, where the call establishment request includes: the type of call and the identity of the devices participating in the call.
After the source base station receives the first short message sent by the source device, the source base station sends a call establishment request to a Switching Control Center (SCC) according to a call type, an identifier of the source device, and an identifier of the target device included in the first short message, where the call establishment request includes: an identification of the type of call and the devices participating in the call; the call type included in the call setup request is the call type included in the first short message. The identification of the devices involved in the call contained in the call setup request includes: an identification of a source device originating the call and an identification of a target device receiving the call. After receiving the request, the SCC sends a call setup response (grant) to the source base station; of course, if the system is busy or other reasons cause that the call request service cannot be supported, the SCC sends a call setup response (rejection) to the source base station, after receiving the rejection response, the source base station sends a call rejection instruction to the source device in a short message manner, the call is ended, and if the source device still needs to apply for the call, the execution is started again according to step 201. After the SCC agrees to the call establishment request initiated by the source base station, the SCC needs to send a call establishment instruction to the base station to which the device participating in the call belongs.
Step 103, the base station to which the device participating in the call belongs receives the call establishment instruction sent by the switching control center, and sends a short message carrying resource allocation information to the device participating in the call belonging to the base station according to the call establishment instruction.
The base station to which the device participating in the call belongs is the source base station and the base station to which the target device belongs, the source base station allocates resources required for participating in the call to the source device according to the call establishment instruction sent by the SCC, and sends the allocated resource information to the source device in a short message manner, and meanwhile, the base station to which the target device belongs (the target device may also belong to the source base station) allocates resources required for participating in the call to the target device, and sends the allocated resource information to the target device in a short message manner. Preferably, the sending a short message carrying resource allocation information to a device belonging to the base station and participating in the call according to the call establishment instruction may include:
the base station to which the equipment participating in the call belongs allocates resources for the equipment participating in the call belonging to the base station through the broadband channel module and the narrowband channel module of the base station according to the call establishment indication, and sends a short message carrying resource allocation information to the equipment participating in the call belonging to the base station.
According to the different call types, the base station to which the equipment participating in the call belongs allocates resources in the following two ways:
first, when the call type is a visual single call or a visual group call, the base station to which the device participating in the call belongs allocates resources required by a video to the device participating in the call belonging to the base station through a broadband channel module, allocates resources required by a voice to the device participating in the call belonging to the base station through a narrowband channel module, and sends a short message carrying resource allocation information to the device participating in the call belonging to the base station.
Secondly, when the call type is a cross-mode voice single call, a cross-mode voice group call or a video call, the base station to which the device participating in the call belongs allocates resources required by voice or resources required by video to the device participating in the call belonging to the base station through the broadband channel module, and sends a short message carrying resource allocation information to the device participating in the call belonging to the base station.
And 104, the base station to which the equipment participating in the call belongs receives a second short message sent by the equipment participating in the call belonging to the base station, wherein the identifier carried by the second short message is a control right application short message.
When the base station to which the device participating in the call belongs sends a short message carrying resource allocation information to the device participating in the call belonging to the base station in step 103, indicating that the establishment of the call path is successful, after the call path is successfully established, in order to normally perform the call, the control right of the call needs to be controlled, specifically: all devices participating in the call can apply for control right, which can be determined according to the current call type, if the call type is cross-mode voice single call or cross-mode voice group call, the control right is voice control right, if the call type is visual single call or visual group call, the control right is visual right control right (video and voice control right), if the call type is video call, the control right is video control right (only video has no voice). Of course, in order to satisfy different requirements, when the call service type is visual single call or visual group call, the control right can be a separate voice control right or a separate video control right.
The device participating in the call wants to possess the control right, and must send a second short message to the affiliated base station, wherein the second short message comprises: identification, identification of the equipment and request type; the request types include: any one of three types of speaking right application, viewing right application and video right application; the identifier of the second short message is a control right application short message, so that the base station to which the device belongs can identify that the purpose of the current short message is to apply for the control right after receiving the second short message.
Step 105, the base station receiving the second short message sends a control right application request to the switching control center, where the control right application request includes: an identification of the device sending the second short message.
When the base station receiving the second short message knows that the device sending the second short message wants to possess the control right, the base station needs to send a control right application request to the SCC, and after receiving the request, the SCC sends a control right application response (which may be an agreement or a rejection, of course) to the base station, indicating that the control right is allocated to the device sending the second short message; in general, in order to ensure normal processing of a call service, when a control right is not occupied, the SCC sends an agreement response if a device applies for the agreement; if the rejection response is sent, it indicates that there is a device that has already occupied the control right, and the process of the device occupying the control right must be performed in the above manner. In addition, the SCC needs to notify other devices (except the device sending the second short message) participating in the call of the control right affiliation status of the call, so that the SCC sends a control right affiliation indication to the base station to which all the devices participating in the call belong, so as to indicate that the call control right belongs to the device sending the second short message.
Certainly, with the gradual development of broadband multimedia technology, broadband service types demanded by people are more and more abundant, in this embodiment, the present embodiment is explained only by taking the above several service types as examples, and the service types are not specifically limited, and in practical application, other service types may also be supported according to different application scenarios and different user demands, which are not listed here.
And 106, the base station to which the equipment participating in the call belongs receives the control right notification instruction sent by the switching control center, and sends a short message carrying the control right attribution state to the equipment participating in the call belonging to the base station according to the control right notification instruction.
After receiving the control right notification instruction sent by the SCC, the base station to which the device participating in the call belongs sends a short message carrying a control right belonging status (the control right of the call belongs to the device (the identifier of the device) sending the second short message) to the device participating in the call belonging to the base station.
The embodiment of the invention can be seen from the above embodiment, and the advantages thereof are as follows:
a source base station receives a first short message sent by source equipment, wherein an identifier carried by the first short message is a call application short message; the source base station sends a call establishment request to a switching control center, wherein the call establishment request comprises: the type of call and the identity of the devices participating in the call; the base station to which the equipment participating in the call belongs receives the call establishment instruction sent by the switching control center, and sends a short message carrying resource allocation information to the equipment participating in the call belonging to the base station according to the call establishment instruction; therefore, the broadband service request is realized in a short message mode, and a call channel is established by allocating resources. After the call channel is established, the devices participating in the call implement the application of control rights in the form of short messages. Therefore, the method of the embodiment of the invention realizes the control of the broadband multimedia trunking service by using the short message without expanding the existing call signaling.
According to the idea of the broadband multimedia trunking service control method of the embodiment of the invention, in practical application, not only the device has the requirement of the broadband service, but also the dispatching station has the requirement of the broadband service, so when the dispatching station has the requirement of the dispatching of the broadband service, the broadband service control processing can be performed according to the control method. Because the dispatching desk is an independent device and does not belong to any base station, when the dispatching desk needs to process the broadband service, the dispatching desk only needs to directly communicate with the SCC, the SCC communicates with the base station to which the target device belongs, and the base station to which the target device belongs communicates with the device participating in the broadband service through a short message, so that the broadband service processing is finally realized.
When one or more devices participating in the call want to exit the call, a call release request may be initiated actively, and particularly on the basis of the above control method embodiment 1, preferably, the method may further include:
the base station to which the equipment participating in the call belongs receives a third short message sent by the equipment participating in the call, wherein an identifier carried by the third short message is a call release short message; and the base station receiving the third short message releases the resources allocated to the equipment sending the third short message.
The processing according to the above-mentioned manner makes the device participating in the call initiate the call release request in the form of short message at any time in the process of participating in the call, so that the base station to which the device belongs can release the resource allocated to the device in time.
When the device participating in the call occupies the control right and the control right is no longer required to be occupied during the call, it is desirable to release the control right in time so that the other devices participating in the call can occupy the control right in time to ensure normal communication of the call, and on the basis of the above embodiment 1, preferably, the method further includes:
the base station to which the equipment participating in the call belongs receives a fourth short message sent by the control right belonging equipment belonging to the base station, wherein the identifier carried by the fourth short message is a control right release short message;
the base station receiving the fourth short message sends a control right release request to the switching control center, wherein the control right release request comprises: the identification of the equipment sending the fourth short message;
and the base station to which the equipment participating in the call belongs receives the control right notification instruction sent by the switching control center, and sends a short message carrying the control right attribution state to the equipment participating in the call belonging to the base station according to the control right notification instruction.
The base station to which the equipment participating in the call belongs informs the current control right belonging state to the equipment participating in the call belonging to the base station through a short message, so that the equipment participating in the call applies for the control right after knowing the state.
Of course, the above-mentioned call release and control right release can be actively monitored by the base station to which the device participating in the call belongs, and then it is determined whether to release the resource or release the control right, for example: when the time of the base station monitoring the call is greater than a first threshold value, releasing the resources allocated to the equipment, or when the time of monitoring the equipment occupying the control right currently is greater than a second threshold value, releasing the control right of the equipment, and the like. The manner in which the call release or the control right release is performed is not particularly limited.
Due to the variety of broadband service types, the following explains the control method provided by the present invention by taking a visible single call as an example.
Referring to fig. 2, which shows a flowchart of embodiment 2 of a broadband multimedia trunking service control method, in this embodiment, UE 1 represents a source device (calling party), RSC 1 represents an access subsystem session controller of a source base station, UE 2 represents a target device (called party), RSC 2 represents an access subsystem session controller of a base station to which the target device belongs, and the source base station and the base station to which the target device belongs both include a broadband channel module for allocating resources to broadband services. The method comprises the following steps:
step 201: the UE 1 applies for sending short messages to the RSC 1;
step 202: the RSC 1 sends a short message transmission permission instruction to the UE 1;
in practical application, corresponding operation steps are executed according to corresponding system short message use standards, such as: some systems use the standard to stipulate that send the short message and carry on step 201 and 202 first, some systems presume the priority of the apparatus in advance, the apparatus with higher priority does not need to carry out above-mentioned step 201 and 202, but send the short message directly; or, some systems preset the authority of the device, and when the device with higher authority is to send the short message, the subsequent step 203 can be directly performed, and steps 201 and 202 are omitted.
Step 203: the UE 1 sends a short message to the RSC 1, which may include: the identification is a call application short message, the call type is a visual single call, (the short message can be regarded as a visual single call establishment application instruction of the existing short message extension).
Step 204: the RSC 1 sends a short message acknowledgement to the UE 1, and the receiving is confirmed to be successful; (of course an acknowledgement may be sent)
Step 205: the RSC 1 judges the application of calling according to the content of the short message, and sends the visible single call establishment application to the SCC;
step 206: the SCC sends a call establishment instruction to the RSC 2 where the called UE 2 is located;
step 207: the RSC 2 where the called UE 2 is located sends a short message to the called UE 2, the short message including: UE 1 identity and request setup type. (the short message can be regarded as paging instruction information)
Step 208: the UE 2 sends short message confirmation to the called RSC 2, and the receiving is confirmed to be successful;
step 209: the UE 2 sends a short message confirmation paging response to the called RSC 2;
step 210: the called RSC 2 sends a short message acknowledgement to the UE 2;
step 211: the called RSC 2 transmits a short message carrying resource allocation information to the UE 2, the short message including resource information allocated to the UE 2. (the short message can be regarded as allocation resource signaling)
Step 212: the UE 2 sends a short message acknowledgement to the called RSC 2;
step 213: the called RSC 2 sends a single call establishment response instruction to the SCC;
step 214: the SCC sends a visible single call establishment response instruction to the RSC 1 where the calling party is;
step 215: the calling RSC 1 sends a short message carrying resource allocation information, which may include resource information allocated to UE 1, to the calling UE 1. (the short message can be regarded as allocation resource signaling)
Step 216: the calling UE 1 sends a short message acknowledgement to the home RSC 1.
It can be seen from the above steps 201 to 215 that a call of a broadband service is established between the UE 1 and the UE 2 in the form of a short message, and then both the source base station and the target base station allocate resources to the UE 1 and the UE 2 by using their own broadband channel module and narrowband channel module, so as to ensure that the broadband service channel between the UE 1 and the UE 2 is successfully established.
