the method comprises the steps that a background device obtains a record file of an RNC (radio network controller), extracts a measurement report which is sent by the UE according to a set period and carries a pilot frequency measurement result of a second cell, and records neighbor cell missing information corresponding to the measurement report received from the UE for the last time after the second cell is confirmed to be a missing neighbor cell of a first cell, wherein the neighbor cell missing information at least comprises identification information of the first cell and is used for representing that the second cell is the missing neighbor cell of the first cell, and corresponding neighbor cell optimization operation is executed according to the neighbor cell missing information.
8. An apparatus for implementing neighbor optimization, comprising:
a communication unit, configured to determine that a UE establishes a communication connection with a first cell, and receive a measurement report carrying a pilot measurement result of a second cell, where the measurement report is reported by the UE according to a set period, and a cell identifier of the second cell is recorded in the measurement report;
a determining unit, configured to obtain a cell identifier of a first cell, and determine that a second cell is a missed neighbor cell of the first cell when it is determined that a cell identifier of the second cell is not recorded in neighbor cell configuration information stored in correspondence to the cell identifier of the first cell;
and the execution unit is used for executing corresponding neighbor optimization operation according to the determined missing neighbor.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the communication unit and the confirmation unit are located in a radio Resource Network Controller (RNC), and the execution unit is located in a background device.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein after the communication unit receives a measurement report carrying a pilot measurement result of the second cell and sent by the UE according to a set period, and the determining unit determines whether the cell identifier of the second cell is stored in the neighboring cell configuration information stored in correspondence with the cell identifier of the first cell when the following conditions are met:
the pilot frequency measurement result of the second cell reaches a set pilot frequency threshold value;
or,
the pilot frequency measurement result of the second cell reaches a set pilot frequency threshold value, and the frequency of sending the measurement report by the UE reaches a preset frequency threshold value;
or,
and the pilot frequency measurement result of the second cell reaches a set pilot frequency threshold value, and the duration of the UE sending the measurement report reaches a preset duration threshold value.
11. The apparatus according to claim 9 or 10, wherein after the determining unit determines that the second cell is the missed-matching neighboring cell of the first cell, the determining unit records, in the determination result, neighboring cell missed-matching information corresponding to the last received measurement report from the UE, where the neighboring cell missed-matching information at least includes identification information of the first cell, and is used to characterize that the second cell is the missed-matching neighboring cell of the first cell;
and after the execution unit acquires the confirmation result of the confirmation unit, when the adjacent cell missing information is recorded corresponding to the measurement report received from the UE for the last time, the execution unit executes corresponding adjacent cell optimization operation according to the adjacent cell missing information.
12. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the communication unit is located in a radio Resource Network Controller (RNC), and the confirmation unit and the execution unit are located in a background device.
13. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein after the determining unit obtains the measurement report received by the communication unit, it determines whether the cell id of the second cell is stored in the neighboring cell configuration information stored corresponding to the cell id of the first cell:
the pilot frequency measurement result of the second cell reaches a set pilot frequency threshold value;
or,
the pilot frequency measurement result of the second cell reaches a set pilot frequency threshold value, and the frequency of sending the measurement report by the UE reaches a preset frequency threshold value;
or,
and the pilot frequency measurement result of the second cell reaches a set pilot frequency threshold value, and the duration of the UE sending the measurement report reaches a preset duration threshold value.
14. The apparatus according to claim 12 or 13, wherein the communication unit stores the received measurement report in a log file when receiving the measurement report carrying the pilot measurement result of the second cell sent by the UE according to the set period;
the method comprises the steps that a determining unit obtains a record file of an RNC (radio network controller), extracts a measurement report which is sent by UE (user equipment) according to a set period and carries a pilot frequency measurement result of a second cell, and records neighbor cell missing information corresponding to the measurement report received from the UE for the last time after the second cell is determined to be a missing neighbor cell of a first cell, wherein the neighbor cell missing information at least comprises identification information of the first cell and is used for representing that the second cell is the missing neighbor cell of the first cell, and an executing unit executes corresponding neighbor cell optimization operation according to the neighbor cell missing information.
15. A system for implementing neighbor optimization, comprising:
a radio resource network controller RNC, configured to determine that a user equipment UE establishes a communication connection with a first cell, and receive a measurement report carrying a pilot measurement result of a second cell and reported by the UE according to a set period, where the measurement report records a cell identifier of the second cell, and obtains a cell identifier of the first cell, and when it is determined that a cell identifier of the second cell is not recorded in neighboring cell configuration information stored in correspondence with the cell identifier of the first cell, determines that the second cell is a missed-matching neighboring cell of the first cell;
and the background equipment is used for executing corresponding neighbor optimization operation according to the determined missing neighbor.
16. A system for implementing neighbor optimization, comprising:
a radio resource network controller RNC, configured to determine that a user equipment UE establishes a communication connection with a first cell, and receive a measurement report carrying a pilot measurement result of a second cell, where the measurement report records a cell identifier of the second cell, and is reported by the UE according to a set period;
and the background equipment is used for acquiring the cell identifier of the first cell, confirming that the second cell is the missing-matching neighbor cell of the first cell when the cell identifier of the second cell is not recorded in the neighbor cell configuration information stored corresponding to the cell identifier of the first cell, and executing corresponding neighbor cell optimization operation according to the confirmed missing-matching neighbor cell.
