本发明提供一种能够高浓度且容易地配合阳离子聚合物、保存稳定性良好、赋予优良的起泡性和使用感的清洁剂用组合物。该清洁剂用组合物含有以下成分(A)、(B)和(C),成分(A)的含量是5~40重量%,成分(B)和成分(C)的重量比率为(B)/(C)=0.5~2.5,成分(A)为选自阳离子聚合物和两性聚合物的一种以上的物质;成分(B)为通式(1)R1O-(AO)n-R2所示的化合物,式中,R1表示碳原子数为8~10的直链或支链的烷基或烯基,AO表示碳原子数为2~4的氧化烯基,平均加成摩尔数n表示0.5~4的数,R2表示氢原子或甲基;成分(C)为选自两性表面活性剂和阳离子表面活性剂的一种以上的物质。

技术领域
本发明涉及高浓度含有阳离子聚合物,并含有特定的环氧烷烃加成物(烷撑二醇醚)及表面活性剂的清洁剂用组合物。
背景技术
对于清洁剂组合物而言,要求发挥出对油等污垢成分的所谓乳化力或溶解力或者清洁力的各种功能。其中,与金属清洁等工业用清洁剂有所不同,对于涉及人直接进行清洁作业的皮肤、毛发或餐具洗涤用途的清洁剂,要求提高清洁时(良好的起泡性和泡质)、清洗时、以及干燥后的使用感。
因此,皮肤、毛发或餐具洗涤等用途的清洁剂为了提高起泡性而使用各种表面活性剂,此外,为了提高使用感而使用各种触感改善剂。特别是在皮肤及毛发用途中,阳离子聚合物具有出色的触感改善功能而被广泛地利用。但是另一方面,如果大量配合阳离子聚合物会造成起泡性降低,结果出现清洁剂的使用感降低的问题,因此对于配合聚合物有所限制。
阳离子聚合物通常是粉末,存在以下问题:(1)溶解作业时花费劳力和时间,(2)吸湿导致固化(结块),操作差,(3)产生粉尘,对于作业环境不好。为了解决这样的问题,而将聚合物制成水溶液来使用,但是,作为触感改善剂的性能良好的高分子量的阳离子聚合物由于其高粘度化,水溶液浓度无法提高,因此除了在运输成本等经济性方面不佳之外,还存在对清洁剂的配合量受到限制的问题。
作为阳离子聚合物高浓度化的方法,已知有将水溶液的一部分或者全部变为有机溶剂和油剂来使用的方法、或乳化的方法,在将其用于清洁剂的情况下,除了大幅度降低起泡性以外,乳化后的物质还存在组合物稳定性的问题。
另一方面,作为不使用溶剂的方法,尽管在专利文献1中记载了在特定的阳离子聚合物中使用无机盐的方法,另外,在专利文献2中记载了使聚合物酸改性后再使用的方法,但是这些方法并不能解决由于添加阳离子聚合物造成的起泡性降低的问题,并且还存在着由于无机盐的添加或酸改性所造成的阳离子聚合物的性能下降的问题。另外,在专利文献3中公开了与HLB12以上的非离子表面活性剂组合,高浓度配合阳离子聚合物的例子。但是,这个方法需要另外使用喷射剂来发泡,即使将该组合物添加到清洁剂中也不能获得充分的起泡性。
因此,在任意的现有技术中,对于能够高浓度且稳定地配合阳离子聚合物,同时,在配合于清洁剂中时,不影响来自于清洁剂的起泡性的使用感这样的清洁剂用组合物,还是未知的。

发明内容
本发明提供一种清洁剂用组合物,该清洁剂用组合物含有以下成分(A)、(B)和(C),成分(A)的含量为5~40重量%,成分(B)和成分(C)的重量比率为(B)/(C)=0.5~2.5,
成分(A)为选自阳离子聚合物和两性聚合物的一种以上的物质,
成分(B)为通式(1)所示的化合物,
R1O-(AO)n-R2(1)
(式中,R1表示碳原子数为8~10的直链或支链的烷基或烯基,AO表示碳原子数为2~4的氧化烯基(alkyleneoxy),平均加成摩尔数n表示0.5~4的数,R2表示氢原子或甲基。)
成分(C)为选自两性表面活性剂及阳离子表面活性剂的一种以上的物质。
具体实施方式
本发明提供易于制造高浓度地含有可提高使用感的阳离子聚合物的清洁剂,保存稳定性良好,在配合于清洁剂中时,不影响清洁剂的起泡性,发挥出色的使用感的清洁剂用组合物。
本发明者努力研究,结果发现:以特定的比率含有上述成分(A)、(B)和(C)的清洁剂用组合物可高浓度且稳定地配合阳离子聚合物,赋予出色的起泡性和使用感。
根据本发明,可以得到易于制造高浓度地含有可提高使用感的阳离子聚合物的清洁剂,保存稳定性良好,在配合于清洁剂时,不影响清洁剂的起泡性,发挥出色的使用感的清洁剂用组合物。
作为成分(A)的阳离子聚合物,可以举出选自下列(a)~(d)的一种以上的物质:
(a)阳离子化纤维素衍生物,
(b)阳离子化瓜尔胶衍生物,
(c)选自二烯丙基季铵盐聚合物及二烯丙基季铵盐/丙烯酰胺共聚物的一种以上的物质,
(d)甲基丙烯酰基氧乙基季铵盐/丙烯酰胺共聚物。
作为成分(A)的两性聚合物,可以举出选自下列(e)~(f)的一种以上的物质:
(e)二烯丙基季铵盐/丙烯酸共聚物、丙烯酸/二烯丙基季铵盐/丙烯酰胺共聚物的一种以上的物质,
(f)丙烯酸/甲基丙烯酰胺丙基季铵盐/丙烯酸烷基酯共聚物。
以下对于成分(A)的(a)阳离子化纤维素衍生物进行详述。
作为(a)阳离子化纤维素衍生物,优选下面通式(VI)所示的物质。
式(VI)中,A表示脱水葡萄糖单元的残基,a为50~20000的整数,各个R21分别表示下面通式(VII)所示的取代基。
式(VII)中,R′及R″表示碳原子数为2或3的亚烷基,b为0~10的整数,c为0~3的整数,d为0~10的整数,R′″表示碳原子数为1~3的亚烷基或羟亚烷基,R22、R23及R24相同或不同,可以表示碳原子数为10以下的烷基、芳基、或芳烷基,或者也可以通过包含式中的氮原子而形成氯环,并且X1表示阴离子(氯、溴、碘、硫酸、磺酸、甲基硫酸、磷酸、硝酸等)。
阳离子化纤维素的阳离子取代度为0.01~1,即,每脱水葡萄糖单元的c的平均值为0.01~1,优选为0.02~0.5。而且,b+d的合计平均为1~3。取代度在0.01以下则取代不充分,并且,在1以上也可以,但是从反应收率的方面考虑,优选为1以下。例如,作为R22、R23及R24,优选其全部为CH3基,或2个为CH3基等短链烷基,且剩余的1个为碳原子数为10~20的长链烷基。在此使用的阳离子化纤维素的分子量约在10万~800万之间。
例如,作为市售品,可以举出POIZ C-80H(花王株式会社制造)或Polymer JR-400(Dow Chemical公司制造)等。
关于成分(A)的(b)阳离子化瓜尔胶衍生物,以下详述。
作为(b)阳离子化瓜尔胶衍生物,优选下面通式(VIII)所示的物质。
式(VIII)中,D表示为瓜尔胶残基,R25表示为亚烷基或羟亚烷基,R26、R27及R28相同或不同,表示碳原子数为10以下的烷基、芳基、或芳烷基,或者通过包含式中的氮原子而形成杂环,X3表示阴离子(氯、溴、碘、硫酸、磺酸、甲基硫酸、磷酸、硫酸等),且f表示正整数。
阳离子化瓜尔胶衍生物的阳离子取代度优选为将0.01~1个阳离子基,更优选为将0.02~0.5个阳离子基导入到糖单元上。该类型的阳离子聚合物在特公昭58-35640号公报、特公昭60-46158号公报、以及特开昭58-53996号公报中有记载。例如作为市售品,可以举出由罗地亚公司(Rhodia Inc.)用商标名Jaguar进行市售的Jaguar-C-13C等。
以下对成分(A)的(c)二烯丙基季铵盐聚合物或二烯丙基季铵盐/丙烯酰胺共聚物进行详述。
作为(c)二烯丙基季铵盐聚合物或二烯丙基季铵盐/丙烯酰胺共聚物,优选下面的通式(IX)或(X)所示的物质。
式(IX)和(X)中,R33与R34相同或不同,表示氢原子、烷基(碳原子数为1~18)、苯基、芳基、羟烷基、酰胺烷基、氰基烷基、烷氧基烷基、或者羰基烷氧基烷基,R35、R36、R37与R38相同或不同,表示氢原子、低级烷基(碳原子数为1~3)或苯基,X4表示阴离子(氯、溴、碘、硫酸、磺酸、甲基硫酸、硫酸等),g表示1~50的整数,h表示0~50的整数,并且i表示150~8000的整数。
作为二烯丙基季铵盐/丙烯酰胺共聚物的分子量,可以大约为3万~200万,优选为100万~200万的范围。
例如,作为市售品,可以举出Nalco公司以商标名MERQUAT进行市售的MERQUAT 100和MERQUAT 550等。
以下对于成分(A)的(d)甲基丙烯酰基氧乙基季铵盐/丙烯酰胺共聚物进行详述。
作为(d)甲基丙烯酰基氧乙基季铵盐/丙烯酰胺共聚物,优选下面的通式(XI)所示的物质。
式(XI)中,R41、R42及R43相同或不同,表示氢原子、烷基(碳原子数为1~18)、苯基、芳基、羟烷基、酰胺烷基、氰基烷基、烷氧基烷基、或者羰基烷氧基烷基,R44和R45相同或不同,表示氢原子、低级烷基(碳原子数为1~3)或苯基,X表示阴离子(氯、溴、碘、硫酸、磺酸、甲基硫酸、硫酸等),j表示5~20的整数,k表示80~95的整数。
作为甲基丙烯酰基氧乙基季铵盐/丙烯酰胺共聚物的分子量,可以大约为100万~1000万,优选为200万~600万的范围。
例如,作为市售品,可以举出Nalco公司以商标名MERQUAT进行市售的MERQUAT 5等。
以下对于成分(A)的(e)选自二烯丙基季铵盐/丙烯酸共聚物、丙烯酸/二烯丙基季铵盐/丙烯酰胺共聚物的一种以上的物质进行详述。
作为(e)选自二烯丙基季铵盐/丙烯酸共聚物、丙烯酸/二烯丙基季铵盐/丙烯酰胺共聚物的一种以上的物质,优选下面的通式(XII)所示的物质。
式(XII)中,R51和R52相同或不同,表示氢原子、烷基(碳原子数为1~18)、苯基、芳基、羟烷基、酰胺烷基、氰基烷基、烷氧基烷基、或者羰基烷氧基烷基,R53、R54、R55及R56相同或不同,表示氢原子、低级烷基(碳原子数为1~3)或苯基,q表示5~25的整数,r表示15~50的整数,s表示25~80的整数。
作为二烯丙基季铵盐/丙烯酸共聚物、丙烯酸/二烯丙基季铵盐/丙烯酰胺共聚物的分子量,可以为60万~300万,优选为100万~200万的范围。
例如,作为市售品,可以举出Nalco公司以商标名MERQUAT进行市售的MERQUAT 280和MERQUAT PLUS 3330等。
以下对于成分(A)的(f)丙烯酸/甲基丙烯酰胺丙基季铵盐/丙烯酸烷基酯共聚物进行详述。
作为(f)丙烯酸/甲基丙烯酰胺丙基季铵盐/丙烯酸烷基酯共聚物,优选下面的通式(XIII)所示的物质。
式(XIII)中,R61、R62和R63相同或不同,表示氢原子、烷基(碳原子数为1~18)、苯基、芳基、羟烷基、酰胺烷基、氰基烷基、烷氧基烷基、或者羰基烷氧基烷基,t表示30~60的整数,u表示30~60的整数,v表示5~20的整数。
作为丙烯酸/甲基丙烯酰胺丙基季铵盐/丙烯酸烷基酯共聚物的分子量,可以为60万~300万,优选为100万~200万的范围。
例如,作为市售品,可以举出Nalco公司以商标名MERQUAT进行市售的MERQUAT 2001等。
成分(A)在清洁剂用组合物中的含量为5~40重量%,优选超过5重量%且在40重量%以下,但是从抑制制造时的增粘、提高操作性和成分(A)的高浓度化的观点出发,优选其含量超过5重量%且在30重量%以下,更优选为7~30重量%,进一步优选为9~30重量%,更进一步优选为9~25重量%,特别优选为9~20重量%。
成分(B)为上述通式(1)所示的化合物。
在成分(B)的通式(1)中,R1为碳原子数为8~10的直链或支链的烷基或烯基。从低嗅化的观点出发,优选为直链烷基。从起泡性的观点出发,R1优选为碳原子数为8的基团,当R1为混合烷基时,碳原子数为8的基团优选为50摩尔%以上,更优选为80摩尔%以上,特别优选为98摩尔%以上。
在成分(B)的通式(1)中,AO为碳原子数为2~4的氧化烯基,优选为氧化丙烯基(以下称为“PO”)和/或氧化乙烯基(以下称为“EO”),PO和EO可以是嵌段的,也可以是无规的,但优选嵌段的,从低嗅化的观点出发,更优选为按PO、EO的顺序排列成嵌段状的物质,特别优选为仅由PO形成的物质。
在成分(B)的通式(1)的化合物中,平均加成摩尔数n表示0.5~4的数,但是从起泡性和低嗅化的观点出发,优选为1.0~3.0,更优选为2.0~3.0,进一步优选为2.0~2.8,特别优选为2.0~2.5。
通式(1)中的R2表示氢原子或甲基,但优选为氢原子。
从清洁剂的起泡性、成分(A)的高浓度化的观点出发,成分(B)在清洁剂用组合物中的含量优选为5~60重量%,更优选为10~40重量%,特别优选为15~30重量%。
成分(C)为选自两性表面活性剂及阳离子表面活性剂的一种以上的表面活性剂。
作为成分(C),在使用阴离子表面活性剂的情况下,阳离子聚合物和阴离子表面活性剂的相互作用过强,发生了增粘而造成制造变得困难,在使用非离子表面活性剂的情况下,组合物中的阳离子发生聚合物出现分离、沉淀等而造成稳定性恶化。与阳离子聚合物产生适度的相互作用的两性表面活性剂和阳离子表面活性剂在本发明组合物中是必要的。并且,从提高添加了本发明品的清洁剂的起泡性的观点出发,优选为两性表面活性剂。
具体可以举出以下的物质。
作为两性表面活性剂,可以举出甜菜碱系表面活性剂等。其中,更优选咪唑啉系甜菜碱、烷基二甲基氨基醋酸甜菜碱、脂肪酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱、烷基羟基磺基甜菜碱等甜菜碱系表面活性剂,特别优选烷基羧基甲基羟基乙基咪唑鎓甜菜碱、脂肪酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱及烷基羟基磺基甜菜碱。脂肪酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱及烷基羟基磺基甜菜碱优选为具有碳原子数为8~18、特别是碳原子数为10~16的烷基的物质,特别优选为月桂酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱、棕榈仁油脂肪酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰子油脂肪酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱、十二烷基羟基磺基甜菜碱等。
作为阳离子表面活性剂的例子,可以举出特开2000-178146号公报记载的下列通式(3)所示的季铵盐:
(式中,R5、R6、R7以及R8中的至少1个表示可以由总碳原子数为12~28的烷氧基、优选为16~28的直链或支链的烷氧基、烯氧基、烷酰基氨基、烯酰基氨基、烷酰基或烷酰基氧基取代的直链或支链的烷基或烯基,剩余的基团表示苄基、碳原子数为1~5的烷基、羟0烷基或者合计加成摩尔数为10以下的聚氧乙烯基,Z-表示卤离子或有机阴离子,例如选自醋酸盐、柠檬酸盐、乳酸盐、乙醇酸盐、磷酸盐、硝酸盐、磺酸盐、硫酸盐、及烷基硫酸盐的离子。)
作为上述化合物(3)的优选例子,可以举出R5、R6、R7以及R8中的至少1个表示可以由总碳原子数为8~22的烷氧基取代的烷基,剩余的基团表示甲基、乙基、苄基。作为进一步优选的具体例子,可以举出像硬脂酰三甲基氯化铵和十八烷氧基丙基三甲基氯化铵那样的单长链烷基三甲基氯化铵、像二硬脂酰二甲基氯化铵和支链二烷基二甲基氯化铵那样的双长链烷基二甲基氯化铵等。
从清洁剂的起泡性和聚合物的高浓度化的观点出发,成分(C)在清洁剂用组合物中的含量优选为5~60重量%,更优选为10~40重量%,特别优选为15~30重量%。
成分(B)与(C)的比率,从清洁剂用组合物的稳定性的观点出发,重量比率优选为(B)/(C)=0.5~2.5,更优选为0.6~2.0,特别优选为0.6~1.7,最优选为0.8~1.2。
成分(A)和成分(B)+(C)的比率,从阳离子聚合物的高浓度化和清洁剂的起泡性的观点出发,重量比率优选为(A)/〔(B)+(C)〕=0.10~2.0,更优选为0.15~1.5,特别优选为0.20~1.0,最优选为0.25~0.8。
本发明的清洁剂用组合物,从提高制造时的操作性和稳定性的观点出发,优选进一步添加成分(D)。
成分(D)为通式(2)所示的溶剂。
R3O-(AO)m-R4(2)
(式中,R3、R4表示氢原子或甲基,AO表示碳原子数为2~4的氧化烯基,m表示1~3的整数)。在通式(2)中,R3、R4表示氢原子或甲基,AO表示碳原子数为2~4的氧化烯,m表示1~3的整数。
优选R3和R4中任意1个为氢原子,特别优选两者都为氢原子。
AO为碳原子数为2~4的氧化烯基,优选为氧化丙烯基(以下称为“PO”)和/或氧化乙烯基(以下称为“EO”),特别优选为PO。
m优选为1或2。
作为成分(D)的优选例子,可以举出丙二醇、二丙二醇和1,2-丁二醇等。
从提高起泡性、稳定性的观点出发,成分(D)在清洁剂用组合物中的含量优选为1~20重量%,更优选为2~15重量%,特别优选为3~10重量%。
在不影响稳定性,以及往清洁剂组合物中添加的时候,不影响清洁剂的起泡性和使用感的范围内,本发明的清洁剂用组合物可以含有阴离子表面活性剂、本发明的成分(B)以外的非离子活性剂、和油性成分。
作为阴离子表面活性剂,优选硫酸系、磺酸系、羧酸系、磷酸系及氨基酸系的阴离子表面活性剂,例如可以举出,烷基硫酸盐、聚氧化烯烷基醚硫酸盐、聚氧化烯烯基醚硫酸盐、磺基琥珀酸烷基酯盐、聚氧化烯磺基琥珀酸烷基酯盐、聚氧化烯烷基苯基醚硫酸盐、链烷基磺酸盐、酰基羟乙基磺酸盐、酰基甲基牛磺酸盐、高级脂肪酸盐、聚氧化烯烷基醚醋酸盐、烷基磷酸盐、聚氧化烯烷基醚磷酸盐、酰基谷氨酸盐、丙氨酸衍生物、甘氨酸衍生物、精氨酸衍生物等。
其中,优选为聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸盐、聚氧乙烯烯基醚硫酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、高级脂肪酸盐、聚氧化烯烷基醚醋酸盐、烷基磷酸盐,聚氧化烯烷基醚磷酸盐,特别优选为通式(4)或(5)所示的阴离子表面活性剂。

作为本发明的成分(B)以外的非离子表面活性剂,可以举出聚氧化烯失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯类、聚氧化烯山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯类、聚氧化烯甘油脂肪酸酯类、聚氧化烯脂肪酸酯类、聚氧化烯烷基醚类、聚氧化烯烷基苯基醚类、聚氧化烯(氢化)蓖麻油类、蔗糖脂肪酸酯类、聚甘油烷基醚类、聚甘油脂肪酸酯类、脂肪酸烷醇酰胺、烷基糖苷类等。其中,优选为聚氧化烯烷基醚类、烷基糖苷类、聚氧化烯脂肪酸(碳原子数为8~20)酯、聚氧化烯失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油、脂肪酸烷醇酰胺。作为聚氧化烯烷基醚类,优选为聚氧乙烯烷基醚、聚氧丙烯烷基醚、聚氧乙烯·聚氧丙烯烷基醚。作为烷基糖苷类,优选为烷基的碳原子数为8~14,糖(葡萄糖)的缩合度为1~2的烷基糖苷。作为脂肪酸烷醇酰胺,优选为具有碳原子数为8~18,特别优选为具有碳原子数为10~16的酰基的脂肪酸烷醇酰胺,另外,单烷醇酰胺、二烷醇酰胺中的任意一个也可以,但优选具有碳原子数为2~3的羟烷基的单烷醇酰胺、二烷醇酰胺。作为脂肪酸烷醇酰胺的具体例子,可以举出油酸二乙醇酰胺、棕榈仁油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、月桂酸二乙醇酰胺、聚氧乙烯椰子油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺、椰子油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺、月桂酸单异丙醇酰胺、月桂酸单乙醇酰胺、棕榈仁油脂肪酸甲基乙醇酰胺、椰子油脂肪酸甲基乙醇酰胺等。
作为油性成分,可以举出高级醇、硅酮和酯油、烃类、甘油酯类、植物油、动物油、羊毛脂衍生物、高级脂肪酸酯类等,优选高级醇、酯油和/或硅酮,特别优选高级醇和/或硅酮。
本发明的清洁剂用组合物可以进一步适当配合保湿剂、多糖类、多肽、珠光剂、成分(D)以外的溶剂、液晶形成基剂、色素、香料、喷射剂、乙二胺四乙酸盐和柠檬酸盐等螯合剂、pH调节剂、防腐剂、去屑剂等。
本发明的清洁剂用组合物可以在20~70℃的温度下将成分(A)、(B)和(C)进行搅拌混合而制造,优选用于皮肤或毛发。此外,其剂型没有特别限制,但优选制成液体状、糊状、膏状。在制造时优选使用溶剂,作为溶剂,特别优选使用水或(D)成分。
本发明的清洁剂用组合物的pH在制成20倍稀释液的情况下,在25℃时优选为3~10,特别优选为4~9。
本发明的清洁剂用组合物优选用于制造皮肤或毛发用清洁剂。
(在清洁剂中的应用)
本发明的清洁剂用组合物可以用水稀释后作为清洁剂组合物使用,也可以添加表面活性剂和调节剂,作为洗面剂、体用香波等皮肤用清洁剂、香波等毛发用清洁剂、或餐具洗涤等清洁剂的成分来配合,优选作为皮肤或毛发用清洁剂组合物的成分来配合,在配合了这些清洁剂用组合物的清洁剂组合物中,可以根据其目的配合任意成分。在此,作为任意成分,可以举出通常配合于这些清洁剂中的阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、本发明的成分(C)等表面活性剂及油性成分和本发明的成分(A)和本发明的成分(A)以外的阳离子聚合物等。在此,清洁剂中所使用的表面活性剂可以是与成分(B)和(C)相同的物质,也可以是不同的物质。
作为本发明的成分(A)以外的阳离子聚合物,例如可以举出SOFCARE KG-301W(花王株式会社制造)等含有阳离子基团的共聚物等。
并且,作为其他任意成分,可以在不影响本发明效果的范围内根据需要配合使用清洁剂组合物中通常使用的其他成分,例如,甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羧基乙烯聚合物、黄原胶等多糖类等水溶性高分子;聚氧化烯失水山梨糖醇酯、聚乙二醇二硬脂酸酯、乙醇等粘度调节剂;乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)、磷酸盐等螯合剂;对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯等防腐剂;维生素或其前体等有效成分;卵磷脂、明胶等动植物提取物或其衍生物;尼龙或聚乙烯等聚合物微粉;甘草酸二钾等消炎剂;三氯生、三氯碳酰替苯胺(Trichloro calban)、吡啶酮乙醇胺盐(Octopirox)、吡啶硫酮锌(Zinc pyrithione)等杀菌剂和去屑剂;二丁基羟基甲苯等抗氧化剂;珠光剂、紫外线吸收剂、pH调节剂、色素、香料、水。
添加了本发明的清洁剂用组合物的清洁剂组合物可以根据常法制造,作为任意成分配合在清洁剂中的表面活性剂和清洁剂用组合物的比率,从起泡性和触感的观点出发,按重量比优选为表面活性剂/清洁剂用组合物=1~60,更优选为5~30。
本发明的清洁剂用组合物可以使用一种以上。在皮肤或毛发用清洁剂组合物中的清洁剂用组合物的含量,从泡质、触感及调理效果的观点出发,在全部组成中优选为0.5~12重量%,更优选为2~10重量%。
另外,其剂型也没有特别限制,可以是液体状、糊状、膏状、固形状、粉末状等任意剂型,优选制成液体状、糊状、膏状,特别优选制成液体状。在制成液体状的情况下,优选使用水作为液体溶剂。
实施例
实施例1
调制表3及表4记载的组合物(阳离子聚合物,表1及表2记载的烷撑二醇等),并制成清洁剂组合物来评价(1)制造时的状态、以及(2)稳定性。在将该清洁剂用组合物添加到清洁剂时,评价(3)起泡性及使用感。
(1)制造时的状态
根据下面的标准以肉眼来评价清洁剂用组合物的状态。
○:配合时,粘度不上升,也不产生凝胶,容易配合。
△:配合时产生凝胶,难以配合。
×:粘度上升,不能配合。
(2)稳定性
(40℃稳定性试验)
将清洁剂组合物装入玻璃瓶(高度为9.5cm,内径为4.5cm),在40℃下保存10天,从40℃下取出并放置于室温下1小时,与室温(25℃)下的保管品比较,根据下面的标准以肉眼来评价外观。
◎:完全没有变化,稳定性非常好。
○:有少许变化,但是没有问题,稳定性良好。
×:产生沉淀并分离。
(3)起泡性及使用感试验
向稀释成15重量%的聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸钠(SLES)(环氧乙烷平均加成摩尔数=2)〔EMAL 270J〔花王株式会社制造〕〕中作为聚合物成份添加溶解0.3重量%,调整成水溶液。
取调整后的水溶液1ml置于手掌中,由专门小组10名成员按照以下的评价标准,对清洁手、腕时的泡量、清洁时的触感及清洗时的手指通过性进行评价。
(泡量)
4:泡量非常多。
3:泡量多。
2:泡量较少。
1:泡量少。
(清洁时的触感)
4:触感好。
3:触感较好。
2:触感较不好。
1:触感不好。
(清洗时的触感)
4:触感好。
3:触感较好。
2:触感较不好。
1:触感不好。
求出10名成员进行评价的平均分数,将3.6以上记为◎,2.6~3.5记为○,1.6~2.5记为△,1.5以下记为×。

实施例2
在本发明品1中加入表面活性剂等,制造下述组成的洗发香波。

该洗发香波起泡性良好,从清洁时到干燥后的手指通过性良好,具有出色的使用感。
实施例3
在本发明品9中加入表面活性剂等,制造下述组成的洗发香波。

在本发明品8中加入表面活性剂等,制造下述组成的体用香波。

在本发明品17中加入表面活性剂等,制造下述组成的体用香波。

该体用香波起泡性良好,清洁时泡质良好,干燥后感觉滋润,具有出色的使用感。
Claims (8)
1.一种清洁剂用组合物,其特征在于,
含有以下成分(A)、(B)和(C),成分(A)的含量为5~40重量%,成分(B)和成分(C)的重量比率为(B)/(C)=0.5~2.5,
成分(A)为选自阳离子聚合物和两性聚合物的一种以上的物质;
成分(B)为通式(1)所示的化合物,
R1O-(AO)n-R2(1)
式中,R1表示碳原子数为8~10的直链或支链的烷基或烯基,AO表示碳原子数为2~4的氧化烯基,平均加成摩尔数n表示0.5~4的数,R2表示氢原子或甲基;
成分(C)为选自两性表面活性剂和阳离子表面活性剂的一种以上的物质。
2.如权利要求1所述的清洁剂用组合物,其特征在于,
成分(A)为选自以下(a)~(f)的一种以上的物质:
(a)阳离子化纤维素衍生物,
(b)阳离子化瓜尔胶衍生物,
(c)选自二烯丙基季铵盐聚合物及二烯丙基季铵盐/丙烯酰胺共聚物的一种以上的物质,
(d)甲基丙烯酰基氧乙基季铵盐/丙烯酰胺共聚物,
(e)选自二烯丙基季铵盐/丙烯酸共聚物及丙烯酸/二烯丙基季铵盐/丙烯酰胺共聚物的一种以上的物质,
(f)丙烯酸/甲基丙烯酰胺丙基季铵盐/丙烯酸烷基酯共聚物。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的清洁剂用组合物,其特征在于,
进一步含有通式(2)所示的成分(D),
R3O-(AO)m-R4(2)
式中,R3和R4表示氢原子或甲基,AO表示碳原子数为2~4的氧化烯基,m表示1~3的整数。
4.如权利要求1~3中任一项所述的清洁剂用组合物,其特征在于,
成分(A)和〔成分(B)+成分(C)〕的重量比率为成分(A)/〔成分(B)+成分(C)〕=0.1~2。
5.一种清洁剂组合物,其特征在于,
通过将权利要求1~4中任一项所述的清洁剂用组合物与表面活性剂和/或水配合得到,并用于皮肤或毛发。
6.一种清洁剂组合物的制造方法,其特征在于,
具有将权利要求1~4中任一项所述的清洁剂用组合物与表面活性剂和/或水混合的工序。
7.如权利要求6所述的清洁剂组合物的制造方法,其特征在于,
表面活性剂和权利要求1~4中任一项所述的清洁剂用组合物的重量比率为表面活性剂/权利要求1~4中任一项所述的清洁剂用组合物=1~60。
8.如权利要求6或7所述的清洁剂组合物的制造方法,其特征在于,
权利要求1~4中任一项所述的清洁剂用组合物在整个清洁剂组合物中的含量为0.5~12重量%。
