技术领域
本发明属于内燃发动机设计领域的一大突破,采用低温等离子技术,通过进气装置的空气产生含有一定量的臭氧和离子化气体,增加了发动机内燃烧完全度和温度,提高了发动机的功率输出,试验表明,采用本装置,发动机单位油耗降低≥5%,尾气排放指标降低≥30%。
背景技术
当今世界,环境日见恶化,能源日趋紧张,而每天全球工作的千万台发动机,又使这种情况日复一日的加剧。因此评价一台发动机的好坏,油耗和排放成了重要的指标。本装置的发明,是在发动机设计理论上的一个重大突破,使发动机的燃烧技术又揭开了新的一页,微观上进入了离子化水平,宏观上达到了降低污染排放,节省能源的双重效果。
本发明装置,适合一切空气作为氧化剂的发动机,包括内燃机和航空发动机。
发明内容:在一般工作的发动机上。
1.在闭口发动机进气系统的进口管、空气滤清器、进气管内;在开口发动机的进气道,压气机,燃烧室扩压段内;装有压电陶瓷或空气放电的通用电离装置。
2.和发动机工作电源相连的高压变压器及和发动机起动工作系统同步的通用控制电路。
附图说明:
图1是原进气发动机,由发动机本体1、进气管(道)2,排气管(口)3,空气滤清器(压气机)4组成。图2是带发动机臭氧离化进气装置。除前4项与原发动机相同外,在2、4的发动机进气系统内,多了一个电离化装置5。
具体实施方案:在发动机的进气管(道),空气滤清器(压气机)内前后,装上电离化装置的臭氧发生元件。并与高压电源相连。高压电源与发动机主电源电路相接。发动机一工作,电离装置就处于工作状态。

Claims (4)

1.一种新的发动机供气装置,发动机进气端内采用低温等离子技术,使进入发动机去的空气产生一定量的臭氧的离子化气体,增强了发动机燃烧反应中的活化能量,使得发动机点火容易,火焰传播迅速,燃烧完全度极大提高。
2.按照权利1的要求,一切采用进气离化装置的发动机,属于本发明之例。
3.按照权利1、2的要求,在发动机进气主管空气滤清器内采用气体放电的发动机,属于本发明之例。
4.按照权利1、2、3的要求,由于采用离化进气装置而使得发动机油耗降低,排放降低的装置,属于本发明之例。
