Abstract
抗返流中空减压型外科引流管,引流管包括内管和外管,内管和外管之间具有密闭夹空层,夹空层通过抽气管与抽气接头连通,当通过抽气接头抽出夹空内空气后,外管贴紧在内管外壁上。本发明能够避免引流物返流引起腹腔感染;同时能在拔管时缩细引流管直径,以减少对患者摩擦力和剪切力,减轻患者拔管的痛苦。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及抗返流中空减压型外科引流管。
背景技术
手术患者常需留置腹腔引流管,良好的引流及术后早期下床活动能促进患者康复。但带管下床活动的患者有两个问题值得关注。1、早期下床活动不当导致引流液返流,引起逆行感染。2、疾病恢复后患者拔除腹腔引流管时,因为组织的恢复,拔管牵拉引起的摩擦力、剪切力引起患者疼痛,增加了患者痛苦。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供抗返流中空减压型外科引流管,能够避免引流物返流引起腹腔感染;同时能在拔管时缩细引流管直径,以减少对患者摩擦力和剪切力,减轻患者拔管的痛苦。
为了解决上述问题,本发明要解决的技术方案为:
抗返流中空减压型外科引流管,引流管包括内管和外管,内管和外管之间具有密闭夹空层,夹空层通过抽气管与抽气接头连通,当通过抽气接头抽出夹空内空气后,外管贴紧在内管外壁上。
在引流管上设有固定接头,抽气管固定连接在固定接头上。
引流管一端通过单向阀连通抽气球。
在引流管上开设多个引流孔,内管和外管在引流孔处连接在一起。
外管通过多条热压痕与内管连接,各热压痕是绕着内管轴线均匀分布。
内管是采用聚氨酯制成,外管是采用硅胶制成。
本发明的技术效果为:
1、增加了引流管的抗返流功能,避免引流物返流引起感染。
2、腹腔引流管主体部分为中空设计,在保证引流通畅的前提下,减少皮肤和肌层与管壁之间的摩擦,利于恢复期拔管,降低患者痛苦。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,抗返流中空减压型外科引流管,引流管包括内管1和外管2,内管1和外管2之间具有密闭夹空层21,夹空层21通过抽气管3与抽气接头4连通,当通过抽气接头4抽出夹空内空气后,外管2贴紧在内管1外壁上。内管1外径6毫米,管壁厚1.5毫米;外管2外径7.1毫米,管壁后0.1毫米;
如图1到3所示,置管时引流管处于自然饱和状态,患者康复后拔管时,将注射器与抽气接头4对接后,利用注射器抽出夹空层21内的空气,外管2因负压收缩,壁贴紧内管1表面,使引流管直径缩小,这样在拔管时,减小对皮肤和肌层的拔、拉、剪切力,能有效减轻患者拔管牵拉引起的疼痛。
在引流管上设有固定接头5,抽气管3固定连接在固定接头5上。使用时,固定接头5位于患者体外,方便医生缠绕胶布,以将固定接头5粘贴固定在患者皮肤上。
引流管一端通过单向阀8连通抽气球9。在引流时,可以捏动抽气球9,利用抽气球9形成的负压对腹中积液进行抽取,提高引流效率,另外单向阀8能够有效的避免引流物返流引起腹腔感染。
如图6所示,在引流管上开设多个引流孔6,内管1和外管2在引流孔6处连接在一起。
如图4和5所示,外管2通过多条热压痕7与内管1连接,各热压痕7是绕着内管1轴线均匀分布。热压痕7是通过热压或者胶粘的方式将外管2粘接在内管1上留下的痕迹线,当对夹空层21进行抽真空时,由于夹空层21被热压痕7分隔成多个空腔,各空腔靠近抽气管3一端相互连通,当夹空层21被抽气后,各空腔各自贴紧内管1,使外管2能够收缩均匀,有效的避免外管2因相互纠结在而形成凸棱而牵引患者引流管切口。
内管1是采用聚氨酯制成,外管2是采用硅胶制成。外管2硅胶材质材质制作,柔软有弹性,置管后避免对患者产生不适刺激,增加患者舒适度。
Claims (6)
1.抗返流中空减压型外科引流管,其特征在于:引流管包括内管(1)和外管(2),内管(1)和外管(2)之间具有密闭夹空层(21),夹空层(21)通过抽气管(3)与抽气接头(4)连通,当通过抽气接头(4)抽出夹空内空气后,外管(2)贴紧在内管(1)外壁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗返流中空减压型外科引流管,其特征在于:在引流管上设有固定接头(5),抽气管(3)固定连接在固定接头(5)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗返流中空减压型外科引流管,其特征在于:引流管一端通过单向阀(8)连通抽气球(9)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗返流中空减压型外科引流管,其特征在于:在引流管上开设多个引流孔(6),内管(1)和外管(2)在引流孔(6)处连接在一起。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗返流中空减压型外科引流管,其特征在于:外管(2)通过多条热压痕(7)与内管(1)连接,各热压痕(7)是绕着内管(1)轴线均匀分布。
6.根据权利要求1到5任一项所述的抗返流中空减压型外科引流管,其特征在于:内管(1)是采用聚氨酯制成,外管(2)是采用硅胶制成。
