Description

Sealing water-blocking adhesive tape and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a sealing water-blocking adhesive tape and application thereof in sealing solar cell modules, building waterproofing, wire and cable joints and the like.
Background
In the field of photovoltaic power generation, the periphery of the existing component is sealed by using silica gel, so that the water vapor transmittance is high, and water vapor enters due to cracks generated in the aging process; the frame of the photovoltaic module is also bonded and sealed by adopting PE foam, and the frame can be pulverized and the like after being used outdoors for a long time, so that the safety of the module, such as wet leakage and the like, is insufficient; butyl rubber adhesive tapes are commonly used around the frameless assembly, and the butyl rubber adhesive tapes have insufficient adhesion after aging and low glass transition temperature and creep resistance; aiming at the damage of the backboard of the assembly, after the backboard is repaired by using the repairing adhesive tape, certain gaps exist between the repairing adhesive tape and the silica gel around the assembly and between the repairing adhesive tape and the silica gel around the junction box, when the repairing adhesive tape is used for sealing again, the moisture transmittance is high, the aging cracks still exist, the actual operation action is complicated, and the curing time of the silica gel is long.
In the field of building waterproofing, the flexible waterproof material has poor plasticity, is difficult to treat waterproof parts with variable or narrow opposite properties, is easy to leave gaps and weak points, and simultaneously, a waterproof base surface needs to be completely flat and smooth, otherwise, the conditions of layering, bulging and water channeling appear in the later period; the rigid waterproof material has no ductility and cannot be used for construction of prefabricated plate roof tops or parts with large structural changes.
The wire and cable joint adopts the non-substrate insulating rubber to carry out multilayer winding, and because the glass transition temperature of the rubber is low and the fluidity is large, the adhesive tape made by coating the rubber type pressure-sensitive adhesive on the PVC substrate is required to be wound and fixed on the outer layer again, and the actual operation is complicated.

The substrate layer is made of foaming material or foaming material coated with glue. Although the adhesive tape has a certain water-blocking effect, the water-blocking effect is not obvious, the foaming material is thicker, the adhesive tape is poor in sticking property, and is easy to deform after aging, and corners are easy to bulge due to overlapping.
