Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of water inlet and outlet plugs, and discloses a multifunctional plug for water inlet and outlet of a culture water body, which comprises a thin steel bar bent strip, a round steel bar ring, a thick steel bar, waterproof cloth, a net sheet and ropes; a plurality of thin steel bar bent strips with different lengths are welded on the top surface circular steel bar ring of the circular steel bar ring; forming a convex frame structure by a plurality of thin steel bar bent strips with different lengths; sequentially welding the intersection of the thick steel bar and the round steel bar ring to form a conical frame structure; the waterproof cloth and the ropes are wrapped together to fix the conical frame, so that a waterproof plug is formed; the net covers the conical frame and the net is fixed by ropes to form the water permeable conical filter plug. Background
Currently, the current state of the art commonly used in the industry is as follows:
plugs for water inlet and outlet of culture water bodies are mostly used for blocking water bodies or biological exchange among different water bodies and are generally divided into water-impermeable plugs and water-permeable plugs. A water-impermeable plug for blocking water flow and aquatic organism exchange; the water permeability plug is used for exchanging water quality of water bodies and aquatic organisms with specific specifications and preventing the cultured organisms from escaping.
In the actual production process, the materials are frequently and randomly obtained, and the waste mesh cloth, the plastic cloth and the like can be used for manufacturing the plug, and the plug has shorter service life and often needs to be maintained frequently although the types are more. In large-scale aquaculture water, the water is customized according to the caliber of a water inlet and a water outlet, and the applicability of common aquaculture water is not strong. The invention increases the service life of the plug, is suitable for water inlet and outlet of multiple specifications, can be used as the plug to block the water inlet and outlet, and can be manufactured into a water permeable filter plug.
The invention discloses a multifunctional plug for a water inlet and a water outlet of a culture water body, which comprises a thin steel bar bent strip, a round steel bar ring, a thick steel bar, waterproof cloth, a net sheet and ropes.
The conical plug frame comprises 3-4 round steel rings, the diameter of the round steel ring at the top of the conical plug frame is 2b, and the diameter of the round steel ring at the bottom of the conical plug frame is b. The ratio of the diameters a, b and a of the water inlet and the water outlet is 4/7-2/3.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following examples in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
The invention increases the application range, and can be manufactured into a plug for blocking a water inlet and a water outlet and a water permeable filter plug.
The application of the invention is further described in connection with specific analysis.
As shown in fig. 1, the multifunctional plug for the water inlet and outlet of the aquaculture water body provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a thin steel bar bent strip 1, a round steel bar ring 2, a thick steel bar strip 3, waterproof cloth 4, a net sheet 5 and ropes 6.
The plurality of thin steel bar bent strips 1 with different lengths are welded on the largest round steel bar ring 2-4 to manufacture the convex frame structure. And the intersection of the thick steel bar 3 and the round steel bar ring 2 is sequentially welded to form a conical frame structure. The cone-shaped frame is wrapped by waterproof cloth 4 and ropes 6, and can be made into a waterproof plug. The conical frame is covered by the net sheet 5, and the net sheet is fixed by ropes 6, so that the water permeable conical filter plug can be formed.
The conical plug frame comprises 3-4 circular steel rings 2. The conical plug frame structure is formed by sequentially welding a bottom circular steel ring, a middle first circular steel ring and a top circular steel bar ring through thick steel bars;
or the steel ring is a bottom circular steel ring, a middle second circular steel ring and a top circular steel bar ring and is welded in sequence through thick steel bars.
The ratio of the length of the 8 thick steel bars 3 to the length of the b is 3.5-5. And sequentially welding at the intersection of the thick steel bar 3 and the round steel bar ring 2 to form a conical frame structure.
The conical frame is covered by the permeable net sheet 5, the net sheet is fixed by the ropes 6 to form a conical filter plug, and water flow exchange is carried out to prevent the cultured organisms from escaping. a plurality of thin steel bar bent strips with different lengths are welded on the top surface circular steel bar ring of the circular steel bar ring; forming a convex frame structure by a plurality of thin steel bar bent strips with different lengths;
sequentially welding the intersection of the thick steel bar and the round steel bar ring to form a conical frame structure;
the waterproof cloth and the ropes are wrapped together to fix the conical frame, so that a waterproof plug is formed;
the net sheet covers the conical frame and is fixed by ropes to form the water permeable conical filter plug.
