The left side and the right side of the wheel clamping seat respectively form a mounting frame, the first guide groove and the first guide pillar are formed on the mounting frame, the connecting rod of the wheel clamping mechanism and the wheel clamping rod are arranged in the mounting frame, and a through hole for the screw rod to penetrate and erect is formed on the mounting frame.

The wheel clamp mechanism 3 has a motor 31, a screw 32, a nut rod 33, a link 34, and a wheel clamp rod 35. In order to facilitate the alignment of the wheel holder 2 with the front wheels and the rear wheels, the invention is provided with left and right rails 11 on the base frame 1, and the wheel holder 2 is provided with rollers 23 which are matched with the rails 11, and the wheel holder 2 can be moved and adjusted back and forth across the base frame 1 by means of the rollers 23 rolling on the rails 11 so as to be suitable for the front and rear wheel positions of different vehicles.
