The power motor IV provides power for the mattress moving device; when the telescopic switch is opened, the spring pulley can fall down from the pulley lower opening; the limiting column prevents the bedding from being completely pulled out; the balls can enable the bedding to be more smoothly taken out by the turned bedding wheels; the climbing convex tooth I and the climbing convex tooth II can better help each mechanism to lift; the stabilizing bracket ensures the stability of the whole rehabilitation physiotherapy bed; the shoe wearing pedal helps a patient to wear shoes; the simple storage cabinet can be used for storing articles such as medicines and the like, and is convenient to take and use; the temperature sensor senses the current room temperature and feeds back the current room temperature to the control system.
The using method of the invention comprises the following steps:
1) assisting in turning over: the semi-paralytic lies on the rehabilitation physiotherapy bed, the rehabilitation turnover mattress and any movable mattress can be lifted up along the movable track rod under the drive of the mattress moving device, and incline to the left and right to assist the patient to turn over or reach the bedside;
2) rehabilitation training: when a seriously ill patient who cannot stand up uses the rehabilitation physiotherapy bed, the patient firstly moves to a rehabilitation turnover mattress with the assistance of a movable mattress; at the moment, one of the rehabilitation turnover mattresses closest to the bed head is driven by the spring pulleys to ascend obliquely upwards along the vertical slide way; the other three mattresses are driven by the spring pulleys to move on the horizontal slide way towards the direction of the bed head, and when reaching a proper position, the telescopic switches on the lower openings of the pulleys are opened, so that the spring pulleys on the two mattresses close to the bed tail can pass through the lower openings of the pulleys; the movable gear drives the arc lifting handrail to slowly rotate anticlockwise, so that the two mattresses close to the bed tail are turned downwards, and the last mattress is turned horizontally to form an inverted L shape; the middle mattress is kept horizontal; at the moment, the arc lifting handrail is turned upwards to form an arc handrail shape; the semiparalysis patient can use the crus massage sleeve to assist in swinging the legs in a sitting posture in which the semiparalysis patient can lean against and massage the crus; if the patient is not seriously ill and can stand upright, the safety fixing belt can be tied between the waist, the rehabilitation turnover mattress is turned up upright, the patient stands upright, and the patient steps on the rehabilitation walking belt; the patient can walk forwards along the rehabilitation walking belt by holding the bed edge with hands, and then rolls reversely by the rehabilitation walking belt after reaching the edge of the rehabilitation walking belt, so that the patient is taken back; in the process, the rollers are started along with the dragging of the movement of the patient to drive the vertical slide way and the rehabilitation turnover mattress to move on the horizontal slide way to assist the patient to move forwards; if the patient is less ill, the rehabilitation walking belt rotates along the opposite direction of walking according to the walking speed of the patient during walking, so that the patient can continuously practice walking movement;
3) toileting and bathing: the semiparalysis patient moves to the leftmost side of the bed body with the assistance of the movable mattress, sits on the cleaning chair, grasps the anti-skid sleeve at the edge of the bathroom beside the bed by hands, and opens the cover on the closestool, so that the patient can go to the toilet through the toilet hole; when a patient sits on the cleaning chair, the cold and hot water regulating switch can control the shower head to discharge water, the bath rubbing ball is driven by the hydraulic rod to stretch back and forth, and driven by the up-down moving power mechanism to move up and down, so that the body of the patient is wiped; an electric heating rod in the water tank heats water; steam generated by bathing is sucked into the exhaust passage by the exhaust fan; the bath water and the steam enter the waste water tank and are discharged from the sewage outlet; when the bedside bathroom is not used, the rolling door is put down to cover the opening of the bedside bathroom;
4) shank massage and cold and hot compress: the shank massage sleeve is sleeved on the shank of the patient, the massage motor drives the massage rotating wheel to rotate, and the shank is massaged by the extrusion of the rubber bulge; the electromagnetic valve on the hot air pipe is opened, hot steam in the water tank enters the massage cavity, and steam hot compress is realized; meanwhile, an electromagnetic valve on the cold air pipe is opened, and the small blower blows cold air into the massage cavity to adjust the hot compress temperature; if the electromagnetic valve on the hot air pipe is completely closed and only cold air is reserved, the heat after hot compress can be quickly taken away, and the cold compress is realized;
5) mattress ventilation: the small blower is started to pump cold air into the ventilation pipeline and emit the cold air through the ventilation holes, so that the mattress has the functions of ventilation, heat dissipation and summer heat dissipation; if the weather is cold, the electric heating wire is started at the moment, the air entering the vent holes is warm air, and the temperature is raised while the mattress is ventilated;
6) increase and decrease of bedding: when the room temperature changes or a patient needs to add quilts, the two groups of quilt turning wheels arranged at the bed head and the bed tail move along the two opposite quilt adding tracks to take the quilts out of the quilt storing cabinet; when the quilt turning wheel moves from the right side to the left side of the bed body, the quilt covers the patient; if the bedding needs to be reduced, the quilt turning wheels move from the left side to the right side of the bed body, and the bedding is retracted into the quilt storage cabinet;
7) multimedia entertainment: the movable adjusting sleeve is adjusted to be at a proper height, the movable supporting rod is turned out, the board table is made to be horizontal, the tablet personal computer is turned upwards, and the board table and the tablet personal computer can be used; if the patient needs help, the calling device can be pressed, and the calling information is automatically sent to the nursing staff.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
1. the invention helps the semi-paralytic patient to turn over through the height change and the turning action of the movable mattress, provides different rehabilitation exercises for the patient who has serious illness, can not stand upright, but has inconvenient walking and can walk slowly through the rehabilitation turnover mattress, the crus massage sleeve and the rehabilitation walking belt respectively, and can help the patient with different illness degrees to recover faster and better.
The invention can massage the crus of the semi-paralytic patient through the crus massage sleeve, and adds the functions of cold compress and hot compress while massaging, thereby accelerating the blood circulation of the crus of the patient and avoiding the problems of muscle atrophy and the like caused by long-term incapability of exercising.
The bedside bathroom can be used for enabling a patient to go to the toilet and take a bath by himself without getting out of the bed, the sanitation problem of the semi-paralytic patient in bed is solved, the body can be cleaned more cleanly by matching with the shower head and the bath ball, water vapor generated in bath can be timely pumped out, and the bedside bathroom can be used for closing an opening and blocking water vapor and peculiar smell when not in use.
The invention can automatically increase and decrease bedding for the patient with the lying disease by the matching of the quilt adding rail and the quilt turning wheel, thereby avoiding the problem of sweating or catching a cold caused by untimely increase and decrease of bedding for the patient.
The invention can realize the ventilation of the mattress, realize the functions of ventilation, temperature reduction or heating and reduce the problems of bedsore and the like caused by long-term bed rest of a patient by matching the vent holes and the small-sized blower.
The foldable board table and the tablet personal computer provide multimedia entertainment functions for semi-paralytic patients, and the tablet personal computer can be used for surfing the internet, chatting videos and the like, so that the psychological lony of long-term lying patients is greatly relieved.
The invention assists the patient to turn over through the movement change of the movable mattress; through the mutual matching of the rehabilitation turnover mattress, the shank massage sleeve and the rehabilitation walking belt, different rehabilitation exercises can be performed in real time for patients with different degrees of illness; the patient can take a bath independently and go to the toilet through the bedside bathroom; the device simultaneously has the functions of automatically increasing and decreasing the ventilation of the bedding and the mattress, is further provided with a multimedia entertainment device, can better help the semi-paralytic to recover the body, and relieves the problems of loneliness and dysphoria of the psychology of the patient who is bedridden for a long time.
