The following describes a specific structure of a drying device 40 for a dish washer according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to fig. 3 to 4.
As shown in fig. 3 to 4, the drying device 40 for a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a drying case 410, a drying blower 430, a heating device 420, and a water baffle 460, wherein a heating air duct 411 is defined in the drying case 410, the heating air duct 411 has a heating air inlet 412 and a heating air outlet 413, the heating air inlet 412 is adapted to communicate with the outside of the washing chamber 110 of the dishwasher 1, the heating air outlet 413 is adapted to communicate with the washing chamber 110, the drying blower 430 is provided in the heating air duct 411 to introduce outside air into the heating air duct 411, the heating device 420 is provided in the heating air duct 411, and the water baffle 460 is movably provided in the heating air duct 411 at a blocking position for blocking the heating air duct 411 and at a conducting position for conducting the heating air duct 411.
It should be noted that, the drying device 40 according to the embodiment of the present invention has the drying fan 430 and the heating device 420, that is, during the operation of the drying device 40, the drying fan 430 introduces the external air into the heating air duct 411, and the external air is heated by the heating device 420 and then is conveyed into the washing chamber 110 of the dishwasher 1, and the hot air flow can evaporate the water on the surface of the dishware. In addition, the drying method of directly introducing the hot air into the washing chamber 110 can improve the drying efficiency of the drying device 40 to a certain extent, thereby improving the working efficiency of the dishwasher 1.
It can be appreciated that in the embodiment of the present invention, the water baffle 460 is disposed in the heating air duct 411, and the water baffle 460 has a blocking position for blocking the heating air duct 411 and a conducting position for conducting the heating air duct 411. That is, when the drying device 40 is not in operation, the water baffle 460 may be at the blocking position, and at this time, the water baffle 460 blocks the heating air duct 411, so that even if washing water enters the heating air duct 411, the phenomenon that the washing water enters the heating device 420 or the drying fan 430 to cause damage to the heating air duct 411 is avoided. When the drying device 40 is in operation, the water baffle 460 may be in a conducting position, and the water baffle 460 conducts the heating air duct 411, so that the drying air flow smoothly enters the washing chamber 110.
According to the drying device 40 for the dish washer, provided by the embodiment of the invention, as the drying device 40 can independently introduce hot air flow into the washing cavity 110, the drying effect is ensured, the drying efficiency is improved, and the dish washer 1 can also have an independent drying function. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the drying blower 430 is located upstream of the heating device 420 in the airflow direction of the heating tunnel 411. It can be appreciated that the drying fan 430 is located upstream of the heating device 420, so that the air flow driven by the drying fan 430 can be heated by the heating air duct 411 after entering the heating air duct 411, thereby increasing the temperature of the air flow in the heating air duct 411 and ensuring the drying effect of the drying device 40 to a certain extent. Of course, in some embodiments, the heating device 420 may be located upstream of the drying blower 430.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, one end of the water baffle 460 is rotatably connected within the drying housing 410, and in the blocking position, the other end of the water baffle 460 is stopped against the drying housing 410 to block the heating air duct 411. It will be appreciated that the rotatable arrangement of the water deflector 460 within the drying housing 410 provides a degree of space savings.
In some embodiments, the dam 460 may be moved from the off position to the on position by the pushing of the air flow within the heating tunnel 411. It can be appreciated that the water baffle 460 can rotate under the air flow pushing action in the heating air duct 411, that is, a separate driving structure and a related control structure of the water baffle 460 are not required to be designed, so that the structure of the water baffle 460 is simplified, the control program of the heating device 420 is simplified, the occupied space of the water baffle 460 and the related structure is reduced, and the production cost of the heating device 420 is reduced to a certain extent.
Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the water deflector 460 may be slidably disposed within the dry housing 410 between the off position and the on position. In addition, in some embodiments, the driving force of the movement of the water baffle 460 is from a driving structure such as a motor, and when the dishwasher 1 is switched to an operating state for drying dishes, the water baffle 460 is moved from the blocking position to the conducting position by the driving of the driving structure.

Since the dish washer 1 has a limited volume, and a large washing chamber 110 needs to be divided in the limited volume, placing such large parts as the drying blower 430 and the heating device 420 at the lower part of the dish washer 1 is advantageous in securing the washing space of the washing chamber 110. And the heating air outlet 413 is located at the middle of the dish washer 1, so that the hot air flow can enter the washing cavity 110 from the middle of the washing cavity 110, thereby enabling the hot air flow to contact the tableware to the maximum extent, and improving the drying effect of the drying device 40 to a certain extent.
In some specific embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, a water leakage hole 414 is provided at the connection between the second air duct section 4112 and the third air duct section 4113. It can be appreciated that the water leakage hole 414 is provided at the connection position of the second air duct and the third air duct, so that the washing water entering the heating air duct 411 can leak out from the water leakage hole 414, and the phenomenon that the washing water contacts the heating device 420 and the drying fan 430 is further prevented.
In some more specific embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, an end of the third air duct section 4113 connected to the second air duct section 4112 is provided with a plugging groove 41131, the second air duct section 4112 is provided with a plugging protrusion 41121 corresponding to the plugging groove 41131, a bottom wall of the plugging protrusion 41121 and a bottom wall of the plugging groove 41131 have a gap, and the water leakage hole 414 is provided on the bottom wall of the plugging groove 41131. It will be appreciated that if washing water enters the heating duct 411, the flow direction of the washing water is the first duct section 4111-the third duct section 4113-the second duct section 4112, so that the washing water can flow into the gap between the insertion protrusion 41121 and the insertion groove 41131 more conveniently, and the washing water leaks out from the water leakage hole 414. The flow direction of the air flow entering the heating air duct 411 is that the second air duct section 4112-the third air duct section 4113-the first air duct section 4111 is not provided with the plugging projection 41121 on the second air duct section 4112, so that the air flow can be prevented from entering, and the gap between the bottom wall of the plugging projection 41121 and the bottom wall of the plugging groove 41131 can be prevented, thereby reducing the air leakage phenomenon of the water leakage hole 414 to a certain extent.
Optionally, a flow guiding rib 415 is disposed on the third air duct section 4113 adjacent to the second air duct section 4112, and the flow guiding rib 415 can enable the washing water entering the third air duct to smoothly flow to the water leakage hole 414.
