Abstract
The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of water dispenser equipment, and relates to an intelligent water dispenser which comprises a water dispenser body, a conveying device, pressure sensors and a control device, wherein position information corresponding to the pressure sensors and position information of a water outlet of the water dispenser body are prestored in the control device, when the pressure sensors detect that the pressure values change, the control device controls the water dispenser body to be started to heat water in the water dispenser body, controls the conveying device to convey a water cup to a position corresponding to the water outlet of the water dispenser body according to the position information of the pressure sensors corresponding to the water cup and the position information of the water outlet, so that a water flow control valve of the water dispenser body is controlled to be opened when the water dispenser body finishes heating, and is controlled to be closed when the water flow reaches a set value. Through the setting, the problem that time is wasted due to the fact that water receiving needs to be queued when more users receive water is effectively avoided.

Technical Field

Background
The existing water dispenser is usually applied to environments such as offices, schools, hospitals and the like, and in the environments, one water dispenser usually needs to serve more users at the same time, so when a plurality of users need to take hot water at the same time, the users usually queue in sequence to take water.

the control device is pre-stored with position information corresponding to a plurality of pressure sensors and position information of a water outlet of the water dispenser body, when the pressure sensors detect that pressure values change, a water cup is placed at a position corresponding to the pressure sensors, the control device controls the water dispenser body to be started to heat water in the water dispenser body, and controls the conveying device to convey the water cup to a position corresponding to the water outlet of the water dispenser body according to the position information of the pressure sensors corresponding to the water cup and the position information of the water outlet, so that a water flow control valve of the water dispenser body is controlled to be opened when the water dispenser body finishes heating, and the water flow control valve is controlled to be closed when water flow reaches a set value;
when the pressure values detected by the pressure sensors change, water cups are respectively placed at positions corresponding to the pressure sensors, the control device acquires position information of the pressure sensors and obtains the distance value from each water cup to the water outlet according to the position of the water outlet, and the control device sequentially transmits the water cups to the water outlet according to the sequence of the distance value from each water cup to the water outlet from small to large.
Optionally, in the intelligent water dispenser, the conveying device includes a conveying support, a driving device and a conveying belt, the conveying belt is disposed on the conveying support, the driving device is connected to the conveying belt to drive the conveying belt to rotate relative to the support, and each of the pressure sensors is disposed on one side of the conveying support close to the water outlet.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the intelligent water dispenser 100 provided by the present invention includes a water dispenser body 110, a transmission device 120, a pressure sensor 130 and a control device 140, wherein the control device 140 is electrically connected to the pressure sensor 130, the transmission device 120 and the water dispenser body 110 respectively, the pressure sensors 130 are multiple and are respectively disposed on the transmission device 120, and the transmission device 120 is close to the water dispenser body 110.
The control device 140 is pre-stored with position information corresponding to a plurality of pressure sensors 130 and position information of the water outlet 112 of the water dispenser body 110, when a pressure value detected by the pressure sensor 130 changes, a water cup is placed at a position corresponding to the pressure sensor 130, the control device 140 controls the water dispenser body 110 to be started to heat water in the water dispenser body 110, controls the conveying device 120 to convey the water cup to a position corresponding to the water outlet 112 of the water dispenser body 110 according to the position information of the pressure sensor 130 corresponding to the water cup and the position information of the water outlet 112, so as to control the water flow control valve 114 of the water dispenser body 110 to be opened when the water dispenser body 110 is heated, and controls the water flow control valve 114 to be closed when the water flow reaches a set value.
Through the arrangement, when a user needs to take hot water, the user only needs to place the water cup on the conveying device 120, and the user does not need to wait for receiving water at the intelligent water dispenser 100.
Specifically, in this embodiment, when there are multiple users who need to take hot water, the multiple users place the water cups on the conveying device 120, so that when pressure values detected by the multiple pressure sensors 130 at positions corresponding to the water cups of the multiple users change, the water cups are respectively placed at positions corresponding to the multiple pressure sensors 130, the control device 140 obtains position information of the multiple pressure sensors 130 and obtains distance values from the water cups to the water outlet 112 according to the positions of the water outlet 112, and the control device 140 sequentially conveys the water cups to the water outlet 112 according to a sequence of the distance values from the water cups to the water outlet 112 from small to large.
The shape and size of the water dispenser body 110 are not specifically limited herein, and may be, but not limited to, a standing cabinet type or a hanging type, and may be set according to actual conditions. The number of the water outlets 112 may be one, or may be multiple, and is not specifically limited herein, and the number is set according to actual requirements.
The shape and size of the conveying device 120 may be any shape and size as long as the cup can be moved, and the shape and size are not specifically limited herein and may be set according to actual requirements.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the conveying device 120 includes a conveying bracket 122, a driving device 124, and a conveyor belt 126, the conveyor belt 126 is disposed on the conveying bracket 122, the driving device 124 is connected to the conveyor belt 126 to drive the conveyor belt 126 to rotate relative to the bracket, and each of the pressure sensors 130 is disposed on a side of the conveying bracket 122 near the water outlet 112.
Through the arrangement, when a plurality of users need to collect water, the users only need to place the water cups on the conveying device 120, and when the pressure sensors 130 at the positions corresponding to the water cups detect pressure values and change, the position information of the pressure sensors 130 corresponding to the water cups is sent to the control device 140, so that the control device 140 can control the driving device 124 to drive the conveying belt 126 to rotate relative to the support according to the position information corresponding to the water cups and the position information corresponding to the water outlets 112, and further the water cups are conveyed to the lower side of the water outlets 112 in sequence to collect water, and the problem that when the users need to collect water, the water cups need to be queued in sequence and waste time is effectively solved.
The pressure sensors 130 may be provided in the transfer device 120 in such a manner that the pressure sensors 130 are sequentially provided at intervals in the transfer device 120, or the pressure sensors 130 may be provided at random in the transfer device 120.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the pressure sensors 130 are sequentially disposed at intervals on the conveying device 120, and a distance between two adjacent pressure sensors 130 may be, but is not limited to, 5 cm, 10 cm, or 20 cm, and is not particularly limited herein, and may be set according to a size of a cup.
Because the size of the cup is different, and the amount of water that can be contained is also different, in this embodiment, in order to facilitate receiving water for cups with different volumes, optionally, in this embodiment, the intelligent water dispenser 100 further includes a human-computer interaction device 150, and the human-computer interaction device 150 is electrically connected to the control device 140 for receiving a water flow value input by a user.
When the user places the water cup on the conveying device 120, the corresponding capacity of the water cup is input through the human-computer interaction device 150, so that the control device 140 adjusts the preset value according to the corresponding capacity of each water cup, and water receiving is performed on the water cups with different capacities.
Optionally, the water temperature required by different users may be different, and therefore, in this embodiment, the water dispenser body 110 further includes a temperature detector 116 and a heating device 118, the temperature detector 116 and the heating device 118 are respectively electrically connected to the control device 140, the human-computer interaction device 150 is further configured to receive a set temperature input by a user, and the control device 140 is further configured to control the water flow control valve 114 to open when receiving that the temperature value detected by the temperature detector 116 is greater than or equal to the set temperature.
Optionally, in order to facilitate a user to take away a water cup after water receiving is completed, in this embodiment, the intelligent water dispenser 100 further includes an alarm 160, and the alarm 160 is electrically connected to the control device 140 to control the alarm 160 to send an alarm signal to prompt the user when the water dispenser body 110 completes heating.
The alarm 160 may be, but not limited to, an audible alarm, an optical alarm, or an audible and visual alarm, as long as it can prompt the user, and is not specifically limited herein, and may be set according to actual needs.
Optionally, in order to further facilitate the user to use the intelligent water dispenser 100, in this embodiment, the intelligent water dispenser 100 further includes a pyroelectric infrared sensor 170, the pyroelectric infrared sensor 170 is electrically connected to the control device 140, when the control device 140 receives a signal generated by a human body detected by the pyroelectric infrared sensor 170, the control device controls the water dispenser body 110 to be started, and when the preset time is exceeded and no human body is detected, the control device controls the water dispenser body 110 to be closed.
In summary, according to the intelligent water dispenser 100 provided by the present invention, by providing the water dispenser body 110, the transmission device 120, the pressure sensors 130 and the control device 140, the control device 140 pre-stores the position information corresponding to the plurality of pressure sensors 130 and the position information of the water outlet 112 of the water dispenser body 110, when the pressure sensor 130 detects that the pressure value changes, the control device 140 controls the water dispenser body 110 to start up to heat the water in the water dispenser body 110, and controls the transmission device 120 to transmit the water cup to the position corresponding to the water outlet 112 of the water dispenser body 110 according to the position information of the pressure sensor 130 corresponding to the water cup and the position information corresponding to the water outlet 112, so as to control the water flow control valve 114 of the water dispenser body 110 to open when the water dispenser body 110 completes heating, and close the water flow control valve 114 when the water flow reaches a set value, through the setting, the problem that time is wasted due to the fact that water receiving needs to be queued when more users receive water is effectively avoided. The practicability of the intelligent water dispenser 100 is effectively improved by arranging the human-computer interaction device 150, the alarm 160 and the pyroelectric infrared sensor 170.

the control device is pre-stored with position information corresponding to a plurality of pressure sensors and position information of a water outlet of the water dispenser body, when the pressure sensors detect that pressure values change, a water cup is placed at a position corresponding to the pressure sensors, the control device controls the water dispenser body to be started to heat water in the water dispenser body, and controls the conveying device to convey the water cup to a position corresponding to the water outlet of the water dispenser body according to the position information of the pressure sensors corresponding to the water cup and the position information of the water outlet, so that a water flow control valve of the water dispenser body is controlled to be opened when the water dispenser body finishes heating, and the water flow control valve is controlled to be closed when water flow reaches a set value;
when the pressure values detected by the pressure sensors change, water cups are respectively placed at positions corresponding to the pressure sensors, the control device acquires position information of the pressure sensors and obtains the distance value from each water cup to the water outlet according to the position of the water outlet, and the control device sequentially transmits the water cups to the water outlet according to the sequence of the distance value from each water cup to the water outlet from small to large.

The intelligent water dispenser according to claim 1, wherein the conveying device comprises a conveying bracket, a driving device and a conveying belt, the conveying belt is arranged on the conveying bracket, the driving device is connected with the conveying belt to drive the conveying belt to rotate relative to the bracket, and each pressure sensor is respectively arranged on one side of the conveying bracket close to the water outlet.
