如图7所示,多个开关155A、155B和155C设置在壳体12中后装饰边框20的正下方。每个开关155A、155B和155C对应于切换板72的不同按钮(74A、74B或74C)。选择切换板72上的按钮74A、74B或74C中的一个将导致后视装置10的壳体12中的对应开关(或多个开关)的致动。因此,期望的功能随后对用户可用,或者由后视装置10执行期望的操作。通常可以设想的是,与每个按钮74A、74B、74C相关联的功能可以由用户调整或修改。此外,用户做出的选择可以显示为显示装置70上的标记76,该标记可从后视装置10的前方看见。显示装置70可以在壳体12的正面看见,或者可以穿过电光元件18看见。通过在期望的按钮74A、74B、74C处按压切换板72来选择按钮74A、74B、74C,从而使后接合柱156A、156B或156C接合相关的开关155A、155B或155C。柱156A、156B、156C可以是静态的或弹簧加载的且可调整的。根据用户做出的选择,选择切换板72上的不同按钮74,并且后视装置10的不同功能将对用户可用。切换板72通常包括一个细长主体。在选择多个按钮74中的任一个后,整个切换板72移动一定程度。然而,实际上只选择了期望的按钮74。为了实现这一点,切换板72可以包括一定程度的柔性,使得选择按钮74中的任一个将导致最靠近所选按钮74的切换板72的轻微移动或旋转。例如,如果选择了具有三个线性标志的按钮74A,则切换板72可稍微旋转并且通常在按钮74A处偏转,从而导致选择适当的开关。在另一情况下,提供了包括垂直延伸轴线的水平枢轴。在这种情况下,当选择按钮74A或74C中的任一个时,切换板72枢转或摇摆,从而导致切换板72枢转或摇动,直到柱156A或156C分别接合开关155A或155C。如果按钮74B被选择并且因此被用户按下,则整个切换板72可以向下枢转,使得所有三个柱156A、156B和156C接合所有三个开关155A、155B和155C,这些开关将指示印刷电路板163表明用户需要与按钮74B相关联的功能。在又一情况下,切换板72被构造成在选择期间确定用户的手指的大体位置。这可以使用多种触摸技术中的任一种来实现,包括电阻式触摸技术、电容式触摸技术、表面声波技术等。
再次参考图7和图8,分别与按钮74A、74B、74C相邻的柱156A、156B、156C从切换板72向前突出。另外,切换板72的主体包括大致线性的上部157和曲线下部158。曲线下部158通常被构造成遵循或紧密地互补壳体12的外围边缘140的曲率。因此,可保持切换板72与壳体12之间的最小距离。间距可以被最小化,使得可以只保持用来选择与特定按钮相关的特定开关的足够空间。当从与第一衬底40的第一表面42正交的角度观察电光元件18时,这种构造导致仅可看见切换板72的最下部。
再次参考图3-7,后装饰板22在从壳体12突出的主体160上方延伸。主体160通常限定被构造成容纳印刷电路板163的腔体162。主体160包括外围壁164,该外围壁通常可以与电光元件18的平面范围共面。外围壁164从主体160向外延伸。然而,后装饰板22主要在主体160的背面166上方延伸。后贴花170以及左贴花172和右贴花174被构造成接合壳体12的后部102以及装置球100的安装区域105的左侧和右侧。与可包括多种不同符号、徽标、商标等的徽章136一样,贴花170、172、174通常被构造成可互换以适应特定购买者的需要。
现在参考图9-11B,铰链145通常隐藏在后装饰板22与壳体12的后部102之间。另外,通常将理解的是,尽管切换板72仅延伸跨过后视装置10的下部中间部分,但切换板72可以比所示实施方案更大或更小,并且还可以定位成靠近后视装置10的其中一个侧面。电光元件18被接纳在壳体12的前凹部123中,并且徽章136被固定到电光元件18的第一表面42。徽章136可以经由机械紧固件、粘合剂等与壳体12或电光元件18联接。另外,大体示出了后装饰边框20,该后装饰边框被构造成接合壳体12的后部102。后装饰边框20在壳体12的背面166上围绕壳体12的外围延伸。但是,后装饰边框20不围绕壳体12的外围边缘140延伸。
如上所述,多件式构造包括改进的美观性,其可被构造成提供多种款式选项。可以改变各种贴花来改变后视装置10的外观。此外,间隔桁架26被电镀并且可以被移除以改变后视装置10的外观。此外,后装饰边框20可以被修改为包括不同的饰面,从而也改变后视装置10的外观。后装饰板22产生具有浮动状态的外观。在一个实例中,后装饰板22的外部或外围凸缘116是透明的,而中间部分114是不透明的。在另一个实例中,外围凸缘116是不透明的,而中间部分114是透明的。根据消费者的喜好,可以对此构造做出变化以提供各种美观性。此外,后装饰板22提供如上所述的孔,该孔允许位于壳体12的主体160中的环境光传感器110接收光,从而向印刷电路板163提供数据,该数据涉及当车辆特别是后视装置10正被使用时的环境光状况。

Claims (20)

1.一种车用后视装置,包括:
电光元件,所述电光元件包括:
第一衬底,所述第一衬底具有设置在其相对侧上的第一表面和第二表面,其中所述第二表面包含第一导电层;
第二衬底,所述第二衬底具有设置在其相对侧上的第三表面和第四表面,其中所述第三表面包含第二导电层;
电光介质,所述电光介质设置在腔体中,所述电光介质具有可变透射性,使得所述电光介质可在大体上清透状态与变暗状态之间操作;
第一电连接和第二电连接,其中所述第一电连接和第二电连接定位在所述电光元件的相同侧上;
显示装置,所述显示装置设置在所述第二衬底的所述第四表面附近;和
切换板,所述切换板设置在所述电光元件后面,所述切换板包括多个不同的按钮,其中每个不同的按钮在其后表面上包括不同的触觉标记。
2.根据权利要求1所述的后视装置,其中每个不同的按钮与接合柱连通。
3.根据权利要求2所述的后视装置,其中每个接合柱包括弹簧组件,所述弹簧组件将所述多个不同按钮中的至少一个向后方位置偏置。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的后视装置,还包括:
承载板,所述承载板包括在其内支撑所述电光元件的外围边缘。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的后视装置,其中所述电光元件部分透射且部分反射。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的后视装置,其中所述不同按钮中的每一个包括主体部分,所述主体部分被构造成紧密互补并遵循所述壳体的外围边缘。
7.根据权利要求4所述的后视装置,其中当从与所述第一衬底的所述第一表面正交的角度观看所述电光元件时,仅所述切换板的最下部可见。
8.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的后视装置,其中选择所述多个不同按钮中的一个导致视觉标记在靠近所述第一衬底的所述第一表面处可见。
9.根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的后视装置,其中选择所述多个不同按钮中的一个导致通过所述电光元件显示可视标记。
10.一种车用显示镜组件,包括:
电光元件,所述电光元件包括:
第一衬底,所述第一衬底具有设置在其相对侧上的第一表面和第二表面;
第二衬底,所述第二衬底具有设置在其相对侧上的第三表面和第四表面;
显示装置,所述显示装置设置在所述第二衬底的所述第四表面附近;和
切换板,所述切换板设置在所述电光元件后面,所述切换板包括多个不同的按钮,其中每个不同的按钮在其后表面上包括不同的触觉标记。
11.根据权利要求10所述的显示镜组件,还包括:
承载板,所述承载板包括在其内支撑所述电光元件的外围边缘。
12.根据权利要求11所述的显示镜组件,其中所述不同按钮中的每一个包括主体部分,所述主体部分被构造成紧密互补并遵循所述承载板的所述外围边缘。
13.根据权利要求10-12中任一项所述的显示镜组件,其中当从与所述第一衬底的所述第一表面正交的角度观看所述电光元件时,仅所述切换板的最下部可见。
14.根据权利要求10-13中任一项所述的显示镜组件,其中选择所述多个不同按钮中的一个导致视觉标记在所述第一表面处可见。
15.根据权利要求10-14中任一项所述的显示镜组件,其中选择所述多个不同按钮中的一个导致通过所述电光元件显示可视标记。
16.一种车用后视装置,包括:
设置在电光元件后面的切换板,所述切换板包括第一选择按钮和第二选择按钮,其中所述第一选择按钮在其后表面上包括不同的触觉标记,并且所述第二选择按钮在其后表面上包括不同的触觉标记;以及
从所述第一选择按钮向后延伸的第一向后延伸的柱和从所述第二选择按钮向后延伸的第二向后延伸的柱,
其中每个向后延伸的柱延伸穿过所述后视装置的后壳体并与控制显示镜组件功能的电路板通信。
17.根据权利要求16所述的后视装置,还包括:
与所述电路板可操作地联接的电光组件。
18.根据权利要求16-17中任一项所述的后视装置,还包括:
承载板,所述承载板包括在其内支撑所述电光元件的外围边缘。
19.根据权利要求16-18中任一项所述的后视装置,还包括:
包括后侧的壳体;和
设置在所述后侧与所述电光元件之间的外围间隙。
20.根据权利要求19所述的后视装置,其中所述第一选择按钮和第二选择按钮中的每一个枢转地联接到设置在所述后侧与所述电光元件之间的铰链。
