As shown in fig. 1-5, an automatic strip material cutting and collecting device comprises a collecting plate 1, a beam A2, a beam B3, a portal frame 4 and a cutting die 5 which are sequentially arranged from left to right, wherein a movable block 7 is slidably arranged on a guide rail 6, a vertical cylinder 8 is fixedly arranged at the top of the movable block 7, a piston rod of the vertical cylinder 8 downwardly penetrates through the movable block 7 and is connected with a supporting plate 9, a pressing strip 10 is arranged on the top surface of the supporting plate 9 and positioned on the left side and the right side of the vertical cylinder 8, a horizontal cylinder 11 is fixedly arranged on the right side of the beam B3, and a piston rod of the horizontal cylinder 11 penetrates through the beam B3 and is fixedly arranged on the movable block 7.

The working process of the invention is as follows: the head end of the unreeled long strip is pulled into the cutting die 5 from right to left, then the long strip is placed above the contact part of the front guide rail 13 and the rear guide rail 14, the long strip continues to be unreeled, the long strip moves leftwards on the top surface of the contact part of the front guide rail and the rear guide rail, when the head end of the long strip reaches the upper surface of the pressing strip 10, the piston rod of the vertical cylinder 8 is controlled to retract, the supporting plate 9 clamps the head end of the long strip between the movable block 7 and the pressing strip 10, the cutting die 5 is controlled to cut the long strip to obtain a short strip between the front guide rail and the rear guide rail, then the piston rod of the horizontal cylinder 11 is controlled to extend, the movable block 7 is pushed to move leftwards along the guide rail 6, the two piston rods of the double-acting cylinder 12 are controlled to extend simultaneously, the front guide rail 13 is separated from the rear guide rail 14, the short strip leaks downwards from the position between the front guide rail 14 and is pulled onto the top surface of the storage plate 1, and after one short strip is stored, the controller is controlled to reset by the cutting die, and preparation is made for the next storage. The cyclic operation can stack a plurality of short strips on storage plate 1 so need not the manual work and accomodate, has reduced the cost of labor, has avoided personnel to contact the product simultaneously, further has promoted the product quality.
