An oil absorption filter device of a coal mining machine comprises a filter cylinder body, wherein an oil absorption filter element is arranged in a filter cavity of the filter cylinder body, oil inlets are formed in the outer walls around the oil inlet end of the filter cylinder body, the oil inlets are communicated with the filter cavity through an oil inlet channel, and a partition sealing mechanism for partitioning oil when the filter element is replaced is arranged at the oil inlet channel; an oil outlet connector connected with an oil suction port of the hydraulic pump through a hydraulic rubber pipe is arranged at the oil outlet end of the filtering cylinder body. According to the invention, the oil suction filter element arranged in the filter cavity is utilized, so that impurities in hydraulic oil of the coal mining machine can be filtered, the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil entering each element of the hydraulic system is ensured, the working reliability of the hydraulic system of the coal mining machine is further ensured, and the working efficiency of the coal mining machine is improved; the oil in the filter cavity can be separated when the oil suction filter element is replaced by using the separation seal seat matched with the inner wall of the filter cylinder body, so that the oil can be prevented from contacting with the outside; the oil absorption filter element can be automatically ejected out by utilizing the compression spring sleeved on the guide rod, thereby facilitating the replacement of the oil absorption filter element.
