Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments disclosed herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
Referring to FIG. 1, in one embodiment, the present disclosure discloses a bookshelf comprising:
a work information collection unit, wherein,
the work information acquisition unit comprises one or more RFID label readers-writers;
the RFID label reader-writer is used for reading and writing RFID labels on works;
the RFID tag reader-writer is configured with the following position information: the system comprises a network address and a port as a selectable item, wherein the position information is used for remotely accessing the RFID tag reader-writer, and is used for marking the number of a bookshelf where the RFID tag reader-writer is located and the position of a work on the bookshelf, and the position of the work on the bookshelf comprises: layers partitioned for a work and columns partitioned for a work.
With this embodiment, it is possible to realize a bookshelf that can be remotely managed by RFID, and particularly to realize a system that does not require manipulation and management at or near each bookshelf by configuring relevant position information by an RFID tag reader/writer. Further, the above embodiment is a remote center-controlled bookshelf, and can manage the position of works on the bookshelf: layers partitioned for a work and columns partitioned for a work.
For example, the number of the bookshelf is marked with the network address, and the position of the work on the bookshelf is also marked: for the layers into which the work is divided, the position of the work on the bookshelf is marked by a port: for columns into which the work is divided.
Preferably, in one embodiment, the network address includes an IP address and a URL.
(a1) Taking the IP address as an example, assume that: the IP of the 192.168.1.X network segment represents the whole row of bookshelf with the number 1, the IP of the 192.168.2.X network segment represents the whole row of bookshelf with the number 2, and each whole row of bookshelf is formed by splicing 5 small bookshelf units, and each small bookshelf unit comprises 6 layers.
The IP address of 5 small bookshelf units in the whole row of bookshelves numbered 1 may be set as follows:
the 1 st small bookshelf unit in the whole row of bookshelves of the 1 st number, the 1 st to 6 th layers of this small bookshelf unit set up the IP address respectively:
192.168.1.11,192.168.1.12,192.168.1.13,……,192.168.1.16;
the 2 nd small bookshelf unit in the whole row of bookshelves of the No. 1, the 1 st to 6 th layers of the small bookshelf unit are respectively provided with IP addresses:
192.168.1.21,192.168.1.22,192.168.1.23,……,192.168.1.26。
further, if the 1 st small bookshelf unit is divided into 5 columns of regions in the longitudinal direction, that is: the 1 st layer has the 1 st column, the 2 nd column, the 3 rd column … … and the 5 th column from left to right; the 2 nd to 6 th layers also have the 1 st to 5 th columns in the longitudinal direction, wherein:
column 1 is indicated by port 1, column 2 is indicated by port 2, and so on, and column 5 is indicated by port 5. Similarly, the 2 nd small bookshelf is also represented by a port column. Although the port numbers may be programmed into, for example, 65525 ports in sequence, it is not necessary for practical applications to be precise enough that each column area is used only to include space for accommodating one work, and therefore, each column area may include space for accommodating multiple works, without being divided too finely, unless it is necessary.
It can be understood that when 192.168.1.11:3 is accessed, it means the column 3 region of the 1 st layer of the 1 st small bookshelf of the 1 st numbered full row of bookshelves. 192.168.1.23:5 means the column 5 region of the 3 rd layer of the 2 nd small bookshelf of the 1 st numbered whole row bookshelf.
As can be understood from the above specific embodiment, it not only realizes bookshelf numbering by IP address, but also can locate to the specific layer of the small bookshelf unit, and as for the port, locate to the specific column area of the small bookshelf unit. This, of course, facilitates quick locating of the general location of a work.
(b1) Taking the IP address as an example, assume that: the IP of the 192.168.1.X network segment represents the whole row of bookshelf with the number 1, the IP of the 192.168.2.X network segment represents the whole row of bookshelf with the number 2, and each whole row of bookshelf is formed by splicing 5 small bookshelf units, and each small bookshelf unit comprises 6 layers.
The IP address of 5 small bookshelf units in the whole row of bookshelves numbered 1 may be set as follows:
the 1 st small bookshelf unit in the whole row bookshelf of the 1 st number, the 1 st to 6 th layers of this small bookshelf unit only set up the IP address:
192.168.1.10;
the 2 nd small bookshelf unit in the whole row bookshelf of the No. 1, the 1 st to 6 th layers of the small bookshelf unit are also only provided with IP addresses:
192.168.1.20;
further, if the 1 st small bookshelf unit is divided into 5 columns of regions in the longitudinal direction, that is: the 1 st layer has the 1 st column, the 2 nd column, the 3 rd column … … and the 5 th column from left to right; the 2 nd to 6 th layers also have the 1 st to 5 th columns in the longitudinal direction, wherein:
port 11 for layer 1, column 1, port 12 for layer 1, and so on, and port 15 for layer 1, column 5.
Similarly, layer 2, column 1 to layer 2, column 5 are represented by ports 21 to 25.
That is, here, the port number of two digits may represent not only the column of the corresponding small bookshelf by the last 1 digit of the port number, but also the layer of the corresponding small bookshelf by the 2 nd digit of the port number.
It can be understood that when 192.168.1.10:63 is accessed, it means the column 3 region of the 6 th layer of the 1 st small bookshelf of the 1 st numbered full row bookshelf. 192.168.1.20:51 means the 1 st column area of the 5 th layer of the 2 nd small bookshelf of the 1 st numbered whole row bookshelf.
As can be understood from the above specific embodiment, it can be located to the small bookshelf unit of the bookshelf with specific number by the IP address, and can be located to the specific layer and column area of the small bookshelf unit by the port. This, of course, facilitates quick locating of the general location of a work.
(c1) Taking the IP address as an example, assume that: each unique-numbered whole-row bookshelf is formed by splicing 5 small bookshelf units, each small bookshelf unit comprises 6 layers, and each layer is divided into 5 columns of areas.
If the IP of 192.100.X.Y network segment represents the whole row of bookshelf with the number 1, 192.200.X.Y network segment represents the whole row of bookshelf with the number 2, and:
192.100.z.mn each represents the nth column region of the mth layer of the Z-th small bookshelf unit of the 1 st number of whole rows of bookshelves, 192.200.z.mn each represents the nth column region of the mth layer of the Z-th small bookshelf unit of the 2 nd number of whole rows of bookshelves, where:
192.100.1.11 denotes the 1 st tier 1 st column of the 1 st small bookshelf unit of the 1 st row of bookshelves;
192.100.1.65 denotes the 6 th and 5 th columns of the 1 st small bookshelf unit of the 1 st full row bookshelf;
192.100.5.65 represents the 6 th layer and 5 th column of the 5 th small bookshelf unit of the 1 st number whole row bookshelf;
192.200.5.65 represents the 6 th layer and 5 th column of the 5 th small bookshelf unit of the 2 nd numbered whole row bookshelf;
that is, designing only the IP address and not the port number also enables locating to a small bookshelf unit of a specific numbered bookshelf, and a specific few-layer few-column region. This, of course, facilitates quick locating of the general location of a work.
(d) For URLs, the same is as described above.
Suppose that: net this URL address represents the full row of bookshelves numbered a, b.book.net represents the full row of bookshelves numbered b, and each full row of bookshelves is made up of 5 small shelf units, each small shelf unit comprising 6 layers, each layer being divided into 5 column regions.
The number a of the 1 st small bookshelf unit in the whole row of bookshelves, the domain names of the 1 st to 6 th layers of the small bookshelf unit are as follows:
http://a.book.net/1;
the 2 nd small bookshelf unit in the whole row of bookshelves with the number a, the domain names of the 1 st to 6 th layers of the small bookshelf unit are as follows:
http://a.book.net/2;
further, if the 1 st small bookshelf unit is divided into 5 columns of regions in the longitudinal direction, that is: the 1 st layer has the 1 st column, the 2 nd column, the 3 rd column … … and the 5 th column from left to right; the 2 nd to 6 th layers also have the 1 st to 5 th columns in the longitudinal direction, wherein:
(d1) in one aspect, specific layers and columns may be located through the port: for example, port 11 for layer 1, port 12 for layer 1, and port 15 for layer 1, column 2, and so on.
Similarly, layer 2, column 1 to layer 2, column 5 are represented by ports 21 to 25.
That is, here, the two-digit port number may represent not only the column of the corresponding small bookshelf unit by the last 1 digit of the port number, but also the layer of the corresponding small bookshelf by the 2 nd digit of the port number.
It can be understood that when accessing http:// a.book.net/1:63, it means the column 3 region of the 6 th layer of the 1 st small bookshelf unit of the entire row of bookshelves of number a.
(d2) On the other hand, it is also possible to locate a specific layer by URL, and a port locates only a specific column:
for example, further, when accessinghttp://a.book.net/1/61, it represents the 1 st layer and the 1 st column of the 1 st small bookshelf unit of the whole row bookshelf with the number a; when accessinghttp://a.book.net/1/12, it represents the 1 st layer and 2 nd column of the 1 st small bookshelf unit of the whole row bookshelf with the number a;
(d3) on the other hand, it is also possible to locate a specific layer and a specific column only by URL without using port:
for example, further, when accessinghttp://a.book.net/1/6At/1, it represents the 1 st column of the 6 th layer of the 1 st small bookshelf unit of the whole row bookshelf with the number a; when accessinghttp://a.book.net/1/1At/2, it represents the 1 st layer 2 nd column of the 1 st small bookshelf unit of the whole row bookshelf with the number a;
as can be understood from the above specific embodiment, it can be located to the small bookshelf unit of the bookshelf with specific number by URL, even to the specific layer of the small bookshelf unit, and even to the area of the column without setting the port rule. This, of course, facilitates quick locating of the general location of a work.
In another embodiment, the stored information within the RFID tags on a work includes: a work bar code number and an RFID number.
With this embodiment, it embodies the range of choice of stored information within the RFID tag. The work bar code number is most straightforward since it uniquely points to almost all published information for a particular work. The RFID number represents the identification information of a particular RFID tag, similar to an ID.
After the storage information in the RFID tag, i.e. the bar code number and the RFID number of the work, is read by the RFID tag reader/writer and transmitted to the remote management unit, since the remote management unit knows that the storage information is transmitted through a specific IP address or URL or even a port number, the remote management unit knows the position of the work on the bookshelf: for the layer divided by the work, for the column divided by the work (it can be understood that the layer and the column divided by the work correspond to the layer and the column in the foregoing), meanwhile, since the storage information in the RFID tag is also transmitted to the remote management unit, the remote management unit also knows the specific bar code number of the work, and can easily obtain almost all publishing information of the work through the bar code number of the work; in addition, the remote management unit also knows the RFID number of the RFID tag storing the barcode number of the work. If the work needs to be borrowed, the remote management center can access the RFID tag reader-writer through the position information and issue a command to the RFID tag corresponding to the RFID number, so as to write the borrowing information of the work, so as to change the borrowing state of the work and allow a borrower to carry the work to leave a hall from the RFID entrance guard — the borrowing information can be a mark bit, for example, 1 represents that the borrowing is allowed, and 0 represents that the borrowing is not allowed. Borrow the information and played the effect of theftproof simultaneously.
In another embodiment, the composition information collecting unit further includes: and the tuning board comprises a tuning antenna and an outer covering surface, wherein the RFID label reader-writer scans the works attached with the RFID labels through the tuning board so as to read the stored information in the RFID labels.
For the purposes of this embodiment, it further defines how the stored information within the RFID tag is read by the tuning plate.
In another embodiment, the bookshelf further comprises an information transmission unit, which enables the composition information collection unit to be controlled remotely. It can be appreciated that through the information transmission unit, this disclosure enables remote control of the reading and writing of the work information collection unit, in particular the RFID tag.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the substrate is,
the information transmission unit also comprises power dividers, wherein each or a plurality of power dividers are used for connecting an RFID label reader-writer;
each RFID label reader-writer is used for connecting one or more tuning boards.
For the purposes of this embodiment, it further defines how to connect to the RFID tag reader through the power divider, and further to the tuning board to achieve information collection and transmission.
In another embodiment, the information transfer unit comprises a wired or wireless network interface. It will be appreciated that this embodiment defines the manner in which information is transferred, whether wired or wireless.
In another embodiment, the wireless network interface includes Zigbee, Wifi, 3G, or 4G, or infrared, etc. For the purposes of this embodiment, this is a specific choice of wireless connection.
Under the conditions that cables are difficult to lay between the bookshelves or the bookshelves are seriously interfered by wireless transmission signals (Zigbee, Wifi, 3G, 4G and the like), an infrared signal transmission mode can be preferentially adopted as the specific model selection of wireless connection. At this time, the infrared transmitting and receiving module device and the signal amplifier which is increased according to the transmission distance as required need to be replaced (or added).
In conclusion, the intelligent management system can realize various work management functions such as borrowing, returning, searching and checking works, and the intelligent management of the works is realized. In the management of works, the bookshelf has the following specific advantages:
1. the management of a single bookshelf can be conveniently expanded to a plurality of bookshelves, and the deployment scale is flexible and variable;
2. the system is easy to integrate with an access control system, so that the security function of internal works is realized;
3. due to the fact that the information processing requirement of each bookshelf is reduced, the information display function of a single bookshelf can be omitted, equipment cost is reduced, and the arrangement flexibility of the information display device is improved.
The previous description of the disclosed embodiments is provided to enable any person skilled in the art to make or use the present disclosure. Various modifications to these embodiments, which are not inventive in the prior art, will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art. Furthermore, the general principles defined herein may be implemented in other embodiments without departing from the spirit or scope of the disclosure. Thus, the present disclosure is not intended to be limited to the embodiments shown herein but is to be accorded the widest scope consistent with the principles and novel features disclosed herein.
